Ulu Cliffhouse

The food was more than amazing — the most delicious breakfast I had in all of Bali! The view was magical, and we truly enjoyed our time. We stayed in a Garden Suite, which was a bit small, had no windows or natural sunlight, and wasn’t very clean at first. However, once we requested a re-cleaning, the staff responded promptly and did an excellent job. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Tony — thank you for the great service!

Great location ! Amazing seasonal special offers ! Nice sunset ! We got a full day bed, a yoga class, a welcome drink, 400.000 IDR of food and beverages plus a 1 hour Balinese style massage for only 900.000 IDR. That’s as good as it gets if you’re willing to pay that price for a full day at Ulu Cliffhouse. Only cons the music being a bit loud.

Good food & good views More relaxed than most beach clubs in Bali so perfect to have a “chilled one”

Ulu Cliffhouse is the perfect place to relax and take in a breathtaking sunset. Stunning ocean views, great music, and a laid-back vibe make it ideal for unwinding with a drink and enjoying the evening.

We had a blast here but do not buy the VIP couches until you see them. It’s absolutely not worth it. You think you’re buying the gorgeous couches around the upstairs pool area but actually it’s about about five flights down on the dark edges of the dancefloor. The cheapest VIP tables would’ve had us 20 feet from the dance floor in a place with no lights and no action. The most expensive ones were by the dancefloor but not in the action. There wasn’t a huge crowd here, but it was lively and fun and there was bathrooms downstairs so you didn’t have to go all the way back up. You don’t need to get there early, but you need to bring a good attitude. It was good vibes mostly young surfers and backpackers.

I can’t recommend this place enough… staff was so friendly and helpful. Drinks were so good and the food made me really happy, I wasn’t expecting to be that good. Definitely recommend the pork ribs. The whole place is fantastic and relaxing, good music and good vibes. Loved it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ulu Cliffhouse in Bali, and I must say, it was an absolutely breathtaking experience. Nestled atop the picturesque cliffs of Uluwatu, this resort offers a truly serene and luxurious getaway that exceeded all my expectations. Speaking of the pool, it was an absolute delight. The resort offers a beautiful infinity pool that seems to blend seamlessly with the horizon, offering a mesmerizing view of the ocean. Whether it was taking a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear water or simply lounging on the sunbeds by the pool. The pool-facing villas were the icing on the cake, as they afforded uninterrupted views of the ocean. From the freshly brewed coffee to the exotic smoked salmon sandwiches, the breakfast experience was a gastronomic delight. What made it even more special was the seating arrangement beside the pool, overlooking the sea. Starting the day with a sumptuous breakfast while taking in the breathtaking views was a treat for all the senses. The level of service provided by the staff was commendable. They were friendly, attentive, provided local recommendations, the staff members were professional and efficient. Ulu Cliffhouse offers a perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and entertainment. The movie night by the pool, the stunning ocean view, the infinity pool and the delectable breakfast buffet are just a few of the highlights that make this resort truly exceptional.

Really lovely experience here as we came for the Tuesday night cinema club. We were told beforehand that the minimum spend was 500k which included our daybed rental. Very easy to go over that 500k as they charge 10% tax and 10% service charge. Which is the highest we have found in Bali. However we did have a lovely evening watching Red right hand, the views overlooking the cliffs are amazing and I can imagine the sunset is beautiful. However we visited in March. The food was pretty good, and the drinks were as expected for a high end establishment. Probably a bit overpriced for the experience but I would recommend it as an activity if you’re not on a budget.
