It’s a place I’ve always loved since I visited in 2006. I fell in love with the surf, the slow life, and I love the complexity of the culture in Bali. It’s something I never thought I’d do—a beach club—but now that I understand it, I’m happy to be part of it. You can expect a lot of fun food, good food. We try to work with what the island has.
