Umami Burger

Probably the best burger I’ve ever had at an airport. Don’t know if that counts for anything but it was delicious. I ordered their classic umami burger with truffle fries. It was through a kiosk which I’m not a fan of but it was fast and simple. I’d definitely eat here again but I’d skip the fries. For an airport meal, it wasn’t that bad and the price was fair compared to other restaurants near by.

Decent burger but very expensive USD16.95! Water was USD5.95. Small too.

September 2024 Stopped by here after a long late flight. They were opened and Juan served me pleasantly. Thank you for your kindness.

I’ve ate here twice and this place hasn’t let me down yet.. OTHER THAN THE BURGER BEING $20 & FRIES $7.. so total about $28. Both times I got the impossible burger with sweet potato fries. Very good and cooked to perfection. Fresh veggies and fries were delicious as well. It’s at the LA airport so the high prices are typical.

My advice will be 1. Make sure that you have plenty of time to wait for your order 2. Order if you are dying for an average burger 3. Be ready to pay at most USD$20 for a burger Finally advice: always check your order before you leave the collection counter because you may have a high chance of them getting your order wrong.

Thinnest chicken patty on a sandwich ever! I can’t believe I paid $17 for this. Flavor is not good either.

Staff weren’t very friendly, burger was reasonably good but expensive, fries tasted like cardboard and were both boiling hot yet undercooked

Ordered from the kiosk two Classic Burgers WITHOUT onions and cheese, one Manly Burger, a water, and an order or skinny fries. Both Classic burgers had cheese and onions, and the Manly Burger bacon was so thin you could literally see through it. All burgers were lukewarm (likely pre made) and the fries extremely soggy. Employees were not very friendly and when calling out order numbers, in general seemed to not care about any level of customer service. At $75 for this ‘meal’ I expected more. Back to the onions…as I am writing this I can feel my lips and mouth starting to tingle and itch from a food intolerance. Thankfully I keep antihistamines on me for such cases. This is NOT the way I planned on starting an international flight. Eat somewhere else while at LAX.
