Fantastic atmosphere, great staff, good drinks. The only thing that may need some brushing up on are food options/food quality, but that won't stop me from continuing to go here. Highly recommended to anyone searching for a small venue with live music.

This venue and date night restaurant has a romantic vibe with some of the best musicians Bushwick has to offer. A well thought out rotating menu as I have had plenty of their food over the last year while most recently the burger was top shelf imho. And if you know what’s good for you Hudson valley brewery is always on tap!

Fantastic place in the heart of Bushwick. The food is high quality. Lots of good veggie dishes. That's what I'm into anyway😆 amazing cocktails and the live music is free and always great. String instruments, horns, and singers that are super professional.

Let me introduce you to your new favorite local live music bar in Bushwick. This place has only been open for a month but I would anticipate it's popularity to follow that of Red Pavilion or Carousel (IYKYK). The interior design is great the space pulls you in and the service is quick and very considerate. The main draw is the live music at present it's jazz, blue grass and more and you may not need a reservation now but I don't see that lasting long. They have a large variety of drinks and cocktails as well as some food options. It's not super expensive but I wouldn't say it's "dive bar cheep" either. Look get in now while it's still on the down low. What I really like is the ability to tip the musicians right from your tab which is a great idea. Perfect the date night or celebrations. See y'all there.

Hidden gem in the bowels of Bushwick. Incredible vibes, two floors of lounging & live music & ambient lighting. Lots of places to hide So much has changed in the 1 year they’ve been open. New banger cocktails and a thick burger that will make you cream your jeans. No joke the burger is a sleeper contender for best in NY, more people need to try. Alllll the food on the new menu is 10/10, the new chef is excellent. AND A HAPPY HOUR? cmon Service is incredible, everyone who works there is a delight. Will be coming back any chance I get!

Amazing venue and bar, my new favorite in the neighborhood. The atmosphere, food, and drink were great and they even have a small music shop up front, I was able to buy strings. They operate as a cafe in the day, I’ll be back to try out the coffee!

Umbra is a fantastic place to hangout and listen to live music! Really enjoyed the space and getting to know the staff, will definitely be coming back

Came here for a friends birthday dinner last night had the chefs tasting menu with cocktails my friends got the braised short rib fig and burrata salad and for desserts we got the banana bread à la mode and my favorite vanilla ice cream in an espresso bath cost an extra four dollars to make it boozy was absolutely worth it. everything was absolutely delicious Highly recommend coming here the ambience is so pretty they had live music staff is very friendly. will be returning here for sure. Definitely try this place out in bushwick if you've never been!!

Absolutely fantastic new bar. Went out with a date and spent a few hours enjoying the music, chatting with the other customers, and meeting the owners. The sake and sake-based cocktails (sourced locally) were standouts. Really looking forward to trying something new each time we go.
