Amazing dinner! From the food to the atmosphere and the waitress all was amazing. The food is fresh, made with season ingredients, with a more fancy presentation. The place is decorated like and industrial loft with exposition for local artists. The waitress was very nice, always explaining the menu and the food, worried about us and making sure all was good. One of the best restaurants we tried in Santander for sure.

This was truly a wonderful experience, and not just for the food, which was exceptional, but for the service and the atmosphere of the venue. It's a sort of mix between wine cellar and post-industrial, tastefully adorned with lights and arts and pillows. Seriously, good stuff, they deserve every penny we paid for.

The food was excellent - we had an incredible anchovy pintxo, a beautiful tomato salad, a tuna tartare and a chocolate dessert. We enjoyed all of it. However the service was really disappointing - the waitress was incredibly rude and went out of her way to make us feel embarrassed when we spoke Spanish. I have never experienced such poor service in a restaurant of this calibre. We didn’t let it ruin the experience but it could have been so much better.

We speak embarrassingly little Spanish but Erika welcomed us, in perfect English, "I'm afraid the menu is in Spanish but I'm the English menu so just ask me if you need help".
And so began a flawless delivery: affable, efficient and knowledgeable - we'd eaten in a very upmarket Michelin starred restaurant the night before and yet in many ways this was better. Less detailed, yes: less fussy and accordingly less effort to enjoy. The flavours were beautifully balanced, without exception, a couple of novel combinations but nothing 'weird' - relaxedly correct on all counts.
This was our 2nd visit here - it will not be our last.

Our favorite dining experience in Santander! We ordered 4 dishes and everything was delicious! We had a multi course meal the night before and this food blew that meal away! They did not have a menu in English, so we just looked at pics on Yelp to see what looked good (and this worked great!) The grilled squid was amazing!!
