We recently went for lunch—my wife, our baby girl, and I—and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, no one greeted us or acknowledged us for several minutes, even though the restaurant was completely empty. After about five minutes, someone who seemed to be the chef came out to take our order.
We ended up waiting almost two and a half hours for three pizzas, milkshakes, and sodas. We considered leaving, but we chose to stay out of honesty. In the end, one of the pizzas never arrived at all. The pizzas that were given “at no charge” were undercooked and not edible, so after waiting over two hours, we essentially received nothing of value—yet still paid for the rest of the service.
On top of that, I still left a 15% tip, even though the experience didn’t come close to what it should have been.
The location and the atmosphere are very nice, and that’s why I truly believe this place has potential if management can address these service and quality issues. I hope to see improvements in the future
