What a perfect spot for the neighborhood, it seems to bring so many people joy. Went there the other night and was happy when I left. The service was great, a couple college kids working before heading back to school. We got a soft serve twist and I’d get it again! Even dabbled in some sprinkles. My dog also wants to chime in and say they have the best water in town and pup cups.

The flavors are artificial, and tastes like sweetened with corn syrup- not the kind of thing you’d expect from a local ice cream shop. Was disappointed and didn’t finish it. Wouldn’t recommend. Another reviewer mentioned that you might get better flavor and quality ice cream from a grocery store, and unfortunately I would have to agree. Cash only.

It’s located in a nice place right across the park. Customer service is attentive… But the ice cream is not the top… I’ve had better ice cream at the supermarket… Honest… I had the butter pecan two scoops… It really lacked flavor which surprised me… Consistency was dense… But it really lacked that flavor that you would find in a Butter, pecan ice cream … The taste was flat… I didn’t finish it… Across the street sat on the bench and left it on the floor…

Really great ice cream!! Got the spumoni and was not disappointed. I like them better than the creamery that used to be around on 15th and prospect park west. Also note they’re cash only but have an atm you can use

Delicious ice cream and a wonderful staff. Everyone are patient and welcome you with a smile. It’s our family favorite ice cream shop. Great flavor selection and a lot of vegan options. They also have a pup cup which our dog just drolls over each and every time we pass the shop.

Deliciously tasty salted caramel and butter pecan ice cream. Both flavors were great, but the salted caramel was the queen of my afternoon. The quality of the ice cream is quite good. The staff member who served us was also kind. I would grab an ice cream from this location before heading into Prospect Park for a fun, hot summer afternoon.

One of my favorite local ice cream spots in the neighborhood. My favorite is a Nutella/Vanilla Milkshake. SO GOOD!! They have so many different flavors to choose from. There’s something for everyone. They are a cash only place. There is an ATM there just incase you forget. Thank you Uncle Louie G’s for your amazing product and service. PS TIP: Dogs eat FREE!
