In town visiting family and desperate to find a place to watch some UGC fights. I asked "Google" this place came up. I called. The guy who answered was super friendly. I asked about UFC fights and food. The worker said yes to both. NO cover and we have food, drinks and games! We showed up. The security at the door was awesome and let us know where to sit. The venue was bad a$$ with tv's everywhere, foosball, darts, shuffle board and games for your table. The food was absolutely good. Staff was great along with great selection of drinks! A+ Underdogs!👏👏👏

Would have been 3 stars if not for Ozzy's being there. With that said I can go to an Ozzy's pop up if I want their pizza. I probably won't be going back here though. I won't go to a bar in or near LA that picks and angels game over The Dodgers. All that said I can say they have a full bar which is great and a decent selection of beer. The darts and other games they have to keep you entertained is nice. If you want a decent sports bar in Glendale go here unless you're as picky as me.

The place was very nice, the staff was amazing, but it's underground & it's a lot of stairs to walk down. Drinks were amazing, but this place is pricey. It was too expensive for my taste. Bring your wallet. It's definitely a place to meet up or 1st date atmosphere.

APR 2022 Place could be named Underdog's Basement, because that's exactly its location in a low ceiling basement. The establishment is neat & orderly with an organized bar. The wings was very VERY salty, lord have mercy, half with one sauce half with another. The fries was delicious, though a chef/bouncer lookin' staff walked out the kitchen holding a single fry eating it licking his fingers. Very nice dart boards setup. An ideal location for dart tournaments. Karaoke is currently every Tuesday nights. A nice & friendly dude KJ. Audio system sounds good, microphone could use some work. Good looking bartenders. Not an expensive place to visit or to watch a game.

This is most likely the coolest place in Glendale. Rob is a fantastic and helpful bartender. The vibe is always fun and the dart boards are in great condition. The food and drinks are also good way better then I expected - and really well priced. I highly recommend the smash burger and the Oaxacanite (PERFECt Tequila cocktail)

The service was as quick as it can be for me. I came in. Got boticed looking at the drink options. Got asked if i would like something and got to order food all with in 5 minutes. I read alot of reviews. And wanted to drop one saying. . . Nice clean bar. Friendly atmosphere. Has food. And knowledgeable staff about what drink to come up with if something on the menu isnt familiar

If you're looking for a divey feel sports bar, this is your place! The minute you walk in, you feel like you've been transported to a bar in Europe or something. This place gets super packed for big games (especially for USA and LA games), so def prepare to have to look hard for a table. They've got foosball and darts here too. The drinks on tap are some that I haven't seen at any other bar too! Check this place out if you're looking for your next sports bar to root your fave team on!

Fantastic service! Bar tenders are all really friendly and knowledgeable about the beer selection. Generous pours on samples. I highly recommend the Black Mamba cocktail. A refreshing mix of berries and vodka. The chicken quesadilla was Delicious! One of my favorite things about this place is the awesome stuff that comes out of their jukebox. Definitely give this basement full of fun a try; it's one of my regular spots.

Beware - this business alters your tip amount after you've signed. Popped up here about a couple weeks ago for a game. The energy was bumping and we had a good time despite how crowded it was. I just checked my credit card transactions and they altered my tip amount, smh. Didn't want to believe it but unfortunately, the bad reviews about this place are true. Beware!

This is a fun hidden gem across the Americana after a full day of shopping. Stumbled upon this place in need of a break for a drink & this was a great sports bar to sit, chill, watch sports games, & play darts. The ambiance is loud, lively with a creative interior. Great for a date spot & groups. We didn't get to try the food, but they have a good selection on top of drinks. Overall, fun bar to hang out in one location.

This was a pleasant surprise. On my way back from Montebello to the SFV, I decided to stop in Glendale to catch some of the Dodger and USC game. The place is dark but cozy. It was a packed house! The bouncer was a really nice guy, very cordial. Seating was limited but luckily a booth opened up. One has to order at the bar, they give you a number and they bring you your food. Drink section is pretty good, the have Elysian in a can. The food was BOMB. I had the smash burger which was recommended by the bartender. I am not going to lie, it was cooked to perfection and the fries were on point as well. I thanked the bartender for the recommendation and he said if I thought that was good the pizza is way better but it sells out quick. I am not a big Glendale person but Ill definitely come back to try the pizza.

Best place to watch sports! Came here to watch the world cup. TV screens everywhere! 360! All direction. There's enough standing room and places to sit for everyone to join in, which during the finals, were a lot of people. It is super dim lighting with retro lights on the walls. The servers are super friendly and get their food and drinks out in a timely manner. I overall had a great experience at this bar!

So I was looking for a spot to watch El Clásico and I stumbled upon this place when I saw a bunch of Barca fans going in there. I walked in and knew this was the place to watch the game. The ambiance and vibe was awesome. Especially, if you're a Barca fan. The downside, service was as slow as a turtle. It took me 45 minutes to get a beer. Bartenders have no sense of urgency or personality. This place has a lot of potentials and could make twice as much money on days like today if they had better and faster service. Definitely under staffed. Didn't try the food, but it would have probably taken me an hour to get it. Hope the service is better next time I'm there.

Tried this bar out in Glendale because my girl is an eagles fan so we thought we'd check out this newer place for eagles fans to meet. Bar is downstairs from the street and I love the size of the venue. The food was actually really good and I was a fan of the Buffalo and underdog wings. Great flavor cooked well. The bacon nacho fries were good and the pizza was actually very good and full of pepperoni, not stingy at all with the meant. Only issues were that the drink service was slow but that is more because of lack of bartenders. The bartenders were very nice but like I said they could use more. The drinks themselves were well prepared. My only issue is it felt like the eagles vibe wasn't as good due to it feeling like they weren't authentic and it had a bandwagon feel. They didn't even really know the eagles fight song well. I got a better fan base feel at places like Britannia in Santa Monica.

We were here a few hours early before the UFC 285 card started and opened a tab. I stepped outside for 20min while I had to take a phone call for an emergency. And a security guy was manning the entrance not allowing me to return inside. Saying it was at capacity?? I told him I had a tab open inside and still didn't allow me in. But allowed three people inside while I tried to message/call the bar. I go here pretty often. I watch a lot of NBA Games, March Madness Games, Playoffs, NFL Games, UFC Fights. And this was the first time this has happened. I usually converse about movies with one of the bartenders and talk about music with others inside. Grab a couple of drinks or apps and just enjoy this place But the guy outside did not allow me back in. And I had to come back after the fight ended to close the tab... Horrible

Awesome sports bar. Especially for Philly fans. Came here for superbowl. Huge down side is the place only fits 150. So it gets full quick! You have to fight for seating between ppl who reserved a table for 750.00, the ppl who know the front door guys... and the ppl from swoop nation. The bartenders are super attentive. Even during the game I had no issue placing food orders or getting pitchers of beer!

We are an official supporters group and we've been coming to Underdogs to watch our games, and they are great in all aspects, the service they offer us and to our members are great, always on point in their service their beer variety is good along with their cocktails drinks and their food, their specials during the week is great to come one day after work and enjoy any sport in their well set up TV's across the venue, no matter where you seat you'll be able to watch perfectly the game you interested on, big enough to hold great viewing parties event!

Came to watch an Eagles game with my best friend and his friends then a UFC Fight was on so we stayed longer. The booths are pretty big, good for 4+ parties. Really dope sports bar, great food and drinks!

Came here for the first time in which they had the LAFC game and UFC fights with audio on. You gotta love a place where the atmosphere is filled with good vibes and where the bartenders are professional and helpful. I did not order food but I kept hearing around me that people were loving their pizzas! Will for sure visit again when in Glendale, this is an awesome place to watch sports and for great service!

Okay so the beer is good and the people who work here are awesome but the star of the show for me was the pizza. I forgot to take a before picture but I think the after explains well enough. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

Rude servers, Nikkii, or Nicky desired to give our table our tab after an unexpected tab error on a individual tip. We never asked to close out our tab out yet she decided to bring it to us. Rude and the keeps in the back decide to change the Angels game to a WWE fight when there's 8-12 other TVs in the place Definitely will not come back

DONT GO HERE! Horrible service and lack of integrity from the staff! Very disappointed in my experience with this establishment. Was over charged 100 dollars on a refund receipt. Bar tender claimed I tipped 100 dollars on a refund. Which makes no sense. Went down in person to talk to the staff and they claimed they couldn't give me my money back. They said they have me in camera tipping but when asked to bring the video up they claimed it would take too long. I also asked to speak the the owner but said they were not available. I left my phone number to receive a call from owner but never received a call. I doubt they even gave the owner my phone number. I plan on going down again and bringing this up to the owner because if this happened to me I'm sure it is happening to others.

Thought it would be a cool spot to grab a drink, but nope. Good music, but the bartenders suck. My friend and I tried to get a drink at the bar, stood there for 25 min & didn't get any service. They straight out ignored us. The bar wasn't even that busy they just chose to ignore us. They even asked other people in back of us what they needed. Totally got the vibe the 2 white male bare tenders were straight out racist. Won't be back.

I would like to preface this by saying that this establishment is NOT QUEER/POC FRIENDLY & the staff here is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. My friend & I came in to end our night here with high hopes but unfortunately was extremely let down. It's honestly disheartening to have a hate act committed towards you or your loved ones especially when you're out trying to enjoy Valentine's Day. We were minding our business when I had to use the restroom when the EXTREMELY RUDE BOUNCER made some loud transphobic comments about me using the woman's restroom (mind you I have never ever experienced any issues with using a restroom before in my 10 years of my transition). As I was in the restroom apparently the bouncer began to antagonize my friend as he decided to defend me. Then the bouncer approached my friend screaming at him in his face then proceeded to shake him violently demanding him to leave the establishment at once; pushing him SO HARD he fell onto the floor. As I exited the restroom I saw my friend on the floor approached him as he was on the phone calling 911 (he recently had back surgery) as the bouncer proceeded to antagonize the situation once again saying he was overreacting. The bouncer then proceeded to berate me with hate comments when I responded to him that as a black man he should know the type of discrimination we face on a daily for him to be making such indignant comments. At this point the white female bartender which watched all this happen decided to call the police & BLATANTLY LIE to them that we were creating issues. She even had the audacity to follow us as we decided to leave the establishment after my friend got up and have the police HARRASS US. I tried calling the establishment multiple times to ask for the manager & request the video footage but the same bartender answers saying "I don't know when he'll be in, why don't you try tomorrow". I personally feel as if they're trying to silence my voice because of who I am & not address the issue of their staff that seems to be rampant based on other reviews left behind. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT OR THE STAFF AT ALL. You will definitely be hearing from my attorney's!

I recently moved to Glendale and had not found a local sports bar yet until a friend of mine wanted to meet here for a NFL playoff game. On Sunday, the bar opened at 9:30 am and the game started at 10 am. I arrived shortly after 10 am and found it was just us and the bartenders. There are TVs just about everywhere so whether you're playing the shuffle board or darts, you won't miss any part. The bar is literally underground even tho the entrance is street level. They have WiFi so be sure to connect to it because our phones had no service. Water is self-serve at the bar so after a few glasses, I ordered a mimosa that was good but had a lot of pulp. For food, my friends and I shared garlic fries, boneless buffalo wings and onion rings. The wings were covered in sauce which I loved. The garlic fries were crunchy and seasoned well. When I ordered my second mimosa, it didn't have any pulp so I'd specify that you'd want OJ with or without the pulp. The darts and shuffle board were super fun and by the time we left around 1 pm, more people had arrived but there was still plenty of seats. For free parkIng, go across the street at the structure next to in n out and walk over.

This is a real sports bar. The vibe is great and the beers and food is on point also. Very good sports bar. It's know to be eagles bar also but go niners. I went for USA game last week and wow wow amazing experience.

great service. Friendly bar service with interesting signature cocktails. The black mamba (raspberry) was great. My date liked the Bad Mf'er burger and I liked the chicken quesadilla. Bartender Rob took care of us well. We'll be back!

Underdogs is an amazing bar. Full service, great food, and staff. SwoopNation LA is a Philadelphia Eagles supporters group est. 2022 and we come to watch every game here. Underdogs is a great underground sports bar to catch a game at. Directly across from the Americana, the location cannot be beat, and the vibes inside are on point. Add in the fact that they have numerous dart boards, shuffleboard, and more, and you got yourself a neighborhood spot that I'd definitely frequent if I lived in the area. While we didn't try any of their food, we found their beer list to be pretty impressive. I ordered an IPA, while my friend ordered a cream ale. They definitely have a lot of options on tap. Both of our beers tasted great, and I loved how the servers weren't pushy. I don't think there was a credit card minimum, either. At about 5:30pm on a Saturday, we practically had the whole place to ourselves, which was nice. Even if this place was crowded, as it likely gets later in the night, the space is huge, and they have millions of large TVs. This is not a sports bar where you need to worry about finding a good spot. Trust me, you'll have a view anywhere in the house. Underdogs has you covered. While I don't make it to Glendale often, I wouldn't be opposed to coming back when in the area. This place rocks!

Great bar to hang out or catch a game. Bartenders are friendly, food is very good, especially the pizza (when available). Large booths for groups or high top tables. Trivia and karaoke nights every week! We'll be back.

Drinks are amazing but the bartender Brad is even better to look at it. Come for a good time with drinks and food with your friends!

Underdogs is an amazing sports bar! I'm there every Sunday with Swoop Nation LA. The staff is welcoming and polite. The food taste really good and isn't overpriced! It's kid friendly before a certain time, and overall a really cool place to hang out, have a beer and share a few laughs with friends and family. I HIGHLY recommend this bar!

Came here a handful of times before leaving a review to ensure I was able to try a few items off the new food menu, and it did not disappoint! The smash burger, bad mf burger, pizza, quesadillas, & fries were all delicious, but the burgers were by far my fave. This place is a hidden gem & I'll definitely be stopping by more often.

Just here giving my 5 stars for the new pizza from Ozzy's Apizza. That's how pizza should be!! It's my favorite cheese pizza in all of time. The veggie pizza is also a treat but damn, you really don't expect a cheese pizza to go that hard.

Came here with my boyfriend to watch the soccer game and we had fun. Nice place to hang out and pretty fun to have a big screen to enjoy watching sports. Burger is good....

Thrilled to see Underdogs partner with Ozzy's Apizza! Been a supporter of Ozzy's at their Hops Merchant pop ups for the past few and was happy to see them get an opportunity to do their brand of New Haven style pizza in a brick oven. As a Connecticut native, their pizza brings me back home. It's phenomenal! Highly recommend for fellow CT folks in LA, but I also recommend for pizza lovers in general. Excited to come back on a football Sunday this fall.

Great local bar. Super fun games, especially if you like darts. Tons of space to move around. The trivia on Monday is a lot of fun as well for a low key evening

The food is nasty and the shift manager named Nikkie was a total bitch. She threw away food and lied and started cursing at customers causing a complete scene. It was so unprofessional.

Place has a great atmosphere when there's a basketball game on! Parking can be tricky on Brand Blvd but there's a nearby structure I came here during happy hour and ordered some nachos. They were pretty delicious for only $9 but it could have been a bigger plate. I'm interested in trying their fries next time and maybe even their tacos. I don't like the layout the of the bar, there's a lot of tall tables that block the view of the televisions. It needs a better layout. Cool bar though, I can see myself coming here often.

My boyfriend left his tab open while we were watching the laker game on 4/28. We went to close out our tab and then the sever told us that they lost his card. Everyone else in our group was able to get their card back and close out. I kept asking the employees about my boyfriend card and they kept saying they lost it and they'll text him if they find it. They were not helpful AT ALL. How do you lose a credit card when you're responsible for it?? They seemed like they didn't care and they said "that's why it's better to pay on one tab because we have so many cards" THATS NOT A GOOD EXCUSE! We saw the bartenders and servers drinking while we were trying to look for the card. It's an unprofessional setting. They said they would comp our tab, but my boyfriend hasn't been comped our expenses for that night.

Was so excited to go but then became such a disappointment! We had Nachos and Pizza and the pizza arrived basically burned to a crisp and tasting like burnt cardboard! Now don't get me wrong they did exchange it for a slightly better one BUT and a big but, I had to ask for them to come look at it, they didn't, cook said that's the way it's supposed to be, burned!!! Umm you can't eat completely burned through pizza, Lol I didn't know pizza was supposed to be burned to the point it tasted like charcoal! Then I had to ask again for them to replace it! Waiting another 30 minutes with the place half empty! Luckily the pizza this time wasn't bad, but it makes me wonder why I had argue to get a replacement and I'm always worried when I have to argue because then who know what they do to your food!? I try to be nice but just disappointed cuz of the attitude! Not going back!

I'm glad this place is open again! I was a little nervous to go back after the establishment being closed for so long. Usually when places reopened their quality goes down. Not this place. Still has great food, drinks, and music. It's not usually too crowded but it's definitely lively. All good stuff for a good price.

This place is awesome - It's chill, the darts are free, they have good beer on tap and great food, the bartenders and bouncer are cool, the list goes on... Go here! Don't go to McFurleys where they try and take your beer when it's half full and tell you with a massive attitude, "Well it felt empty to me."

Cool place for drinks and games across the way from The Americana. Located downstairs. Bouncer upstairs and door man when you get to the bottom of the stairs were cool. Long communal tables to have drinks with your friends and several dart boards line the back wall opposite from the bar. There is also a pool table and a foosball table. It's a chill place. I liked it. The bathrooms are in good shape. It wasnt trashed like a typical bar bathroom would sometimes be. I would go back to The Moose Den again for casual drinks and appetizers when in the area. Street or lot parking. It's Glendale. Parking is NEVER free so feed the meter or park in a pay lot/structure.

BEST SPORTS BAR!!! They're finally open after the lockdown. They have plenty of TVs around the bar so there's not a bad seat in the house. Darts, juke box, and pool tables are available too. The service is great and karaoke is back! I'm so excited to head back down here.

This place keeps changing names/themes, but I actually might like this new iteration the best. They definitely go hardcore with the whole "sports bar" thing... there are tonsssss of TVs everywhere, showing all sorts of different games. I like that it isn't too crowded and that the bar is easy to navigate (easy to find a spot to approach the bartender). The drinks were ok. Decent selection, though the specialty cocktails are just ok (I had an old fashioned, which didn't really impress, but was by no means bad). Overall I think it's pretty good for its purpose (a sports bar) and less so as a cocktail bar. Stay Cheerful ;)

Sports bar sure, for one team. Came in on Sunday to watch a game and although they have a good number of TVs, the bartender coldly told us to read the room when we asked if we can get just one TV changed. Didn't bother to ask anyone else or even try to make it seem as they were looking to change a TV, not sure if they were just a regular worker or a bartender but that grey haird yet "brown beard" bartender was just rude. We were better off heading to the Buffalo Wild Wings next door.

My favorite bar in Glendale! They have darts, fooseball, shuffleboard and TV screens all over. It is the perfect place to meet with a group of friends because of the open concept and multiple seating arrangements (bar, booths and tables) I've come here for Halloween for the past two years because of their karaoke. It's always good vibes at Underdogs! For free parking, park at the Glendale Galleria across the street.

Been here 3 times and my review has gone from a 4 star, down to a 3, now it's barely grasping onto a 2. I will say, GREAT beer selection. Something for everyone. I like sours and they have at least 3 to choose from. But plenty of others from wheat beers to dark stuff to domestic crap. They have happy hour til 8, and beyond that, prices are pretty damn good, about $5-7 a beer. They also serve some food, with reasonable prices. First visit - desperately wanted food, but over half their menu was off the board. They were out of chicken, which is the staple of over half the menu items. I wound up going to In N Out across the street. My friend ordered food here, but they apparently forgot to make it, so she had to re-order. Hardly anyone in the bar except my group, not a good sign... Ordered a beer and the bartender didn't even know they had it. Second visit - ordered a chicken caesar salad with a beer to wash it down. Salad was slightly above average, tasted fresh but nothing special. Staff was not very friendly or attentive. Sampled a couple beers. Asked some questions about the beers on the menu. Bartender had zero knowledge. Third visit - both things I ordered, the bartenders had no clue what they were or where to find them. Stood around waiting to order/close out longer than usual. Staff was even more unpleasant than my prior two trips. There are TONS of TVs here to watch sports, plus there's a pool table, dart boards, a shuffleboard table, and they let you play cornhole! But the downright miserable and oblivious staff makes Underdogs an underachiever. Root for the favorites, not the underdogs.
