A fragrant and very well done plate of char kway. Recommended to go for the black version, where the sauce and kway are fried to near perfection with the caramelised sauce on the pieces of kway. The egg in the dish were fried to perfection, not runny, not dry, but perfectly soft, contrasting from the solid kway and radish bits.
Be careful about chilli option as it can pack quite a punch.
Will be back for the white option the next time.
