Tavern At Bobby - Review - Downtown - Nashville - The Infatuation

"From the safety deposit wall (a throwback to the building’s history as a bank) to the massive chandelier composed of vintage car parts, the Bobby Hotel isn’t your run-of-the-mill hotel. But then again, the Tavern at Bobby isn’t your run-of-the-mill tavern. After all, how many neighborhood taverns do you know that serve cheddar cheese bread with tallow, yellowfin ceviche, black truffle campanelle, and red curry lentils? That’s what we thought. After dinner, head to the rooftop bar for a nightcap in a retrofitted 1956 Scenicruiser." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones

Located inside the Bobby Hotel, this little restaurant is so unique. We had cocktails and shared a wedge salad. All were delicious. It’s such a sexy, dark, cool space: the bathrooms were especially unique as there were no handles like hidden doors. Very handicapped accessible.

We had a fabulous meal. Food is amazing!! The atmosphere is intimate and romantic. Absolutely loved the corner booth. The waitress (Kailey) was very sweet, knowledgeable, and attentive. We were celebrating an anniversary and booking our honeymoon and we were suprised with dessert as a congratulations! The kindness of the staff and the delicious food and cocktails have made us loyal Bobby fans. DEFINITELY DO RECOMMEND!

Our server Axel did a great job guiding us through the interesting menu options. We loved the take on a classic Caeser and our two mains were exceptional. The trout skin was crispy and the accompanying sauce was fantastic. The shrimp and grits had a gumbo quality that I loved!

It was my first time dining and their food experience was on point. Totally recommend. My favorite dishes were the raw maine scallop, Tagliatelle and the creek farm pork belly. All delightful, seasoned and tasty!

I love the atmosphere here, the decoration was beautiful. Our server was awesome, and the prices are very reasonable for the downtown location. The burger was decent, I wasn’t moved but portion wise I was happy with it.

Google
Our experience was fantastic. We celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday at Tavern at Bobby. Justin was excellent to work with on setting up the event and made sure the evening went well. He checked in on us several times after we arrived. They were very flexible with arrangements. Our waiter, Gene, was EXCELLENT. He worked very hard to make sure everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend Tavern at Bobby.

Google
AWESOME PLACE! I loved everything: the service, the ambience, food, decoration, everything! Really fair prices and it was a great experience. I had some friends visiting so we were looking for a different place to have brunch and this one didn’t disappoint. And please do not forget to go to their rooftop!

Beautiful location. Parking was more than I had accounted for. Loved the Drag Brunch. The Ladies we're fantastic.

Yelp
Decided on the Union Tavern for their New Year's dinner and celebration. We liked the idea of a 3-course meal before a night of dancing with a DJ. We decided to take a later reservation, because the late dinner reservations included the DJ celebration. When we arrived, the hostess appeared confused and it took over 30 minutes to have us seated even though we arrived before our reservation time. Once we made it to our seats we took time to order, only to find out several options on the menu were out of stock. I would normally understand, but when you spend over $250 on dinner you expect the food you enjoy to be available. The waiter was apologetic, but we were definitely disappointed. We settled on the burrata and oysters for appetizers. The burrata was pretty good, but the oysters tasted like bacon. There were chunks of bacon in it and those weren't even on the ingredients list. For entrees we ordered the filet minon and stuffed pork chop. The steak was cooked more rare than ordered and the pork chop was overloaded with mushrooms. The mushrooms really overshadowed the meat itself. The dessert was the best part of the meal, as both the cheesecake and lava cake were well prepared. I do wish the lava cake had more filling, as you expect the inside of a lava cake to flow out when you cut into it. Overall it was a disappointing experience and I will look elsewhere in the future.

Yelp
Very Unique spot for cocktails and snacks. The bartender was great. We weren't really that hungry and wanted something light. We shared the wedge and it was delicious. The bathrooms were really neat. There were no handles you just pushed the door open. You just kind of stare at the wall for a second. Just a fun, unique place.

Yelp
This restaurant was in a hotel & had a few open tables on a Saturday night. However, the night we attended the waiter let us know that they were short staffed. We sat at table for 30 minutes before even getting our drinks that we ordered 20 mins ago. It's very dim & a bit hard to see in restaurant. Our waiter was really stressed out since they were short staffed and that energy ruined the vibe for our party. When the food did come out, it was mixed reviews from our table. Some really enjoyed such as the salmon entree while others thought it was just ok (chicken sandwich) and others thought it was horrible (chop salad). Overall hoped for better experience for the amount of $$$.

Yelp
The service seemed a bit confused the whole time. I got the short rib gnocchi and it was very good, but others in our party hard a hard time with some simple requests.

Yelp
We spent our Thanksgiving in Nashville and enjoyed our dinner at the Bobby. We reserved our igloo seating on their rooftop prior to showing up - they call this Camp Bobby. The menu is very limited, but they have perfected the dishes immensely! If you are wanting to order a drink that packs a punch, I would recommend getting their spiked hot chocolate which has toasted marshmallows on top. Dishes below: Baked Goat Cheese with a tomato fondue and toasted focaccia bread & the Disco Fries topped with braised short-rib, cheese curds, and Bordelaise Sauce.

Yelp
This place has a lot of potential but needs a menu makeover. It's a nice restaurant with beautiful decor inside but lacks a good menu. The drinks we ordered were mediocre.

Yelp
I had such a delicious meal for dinner on New Year's Eve this year. I started with the meatballs which were the MOST incredibly tasting meatballs - moist, very flavorful and the sauce complimented it nicely. Next, I had the gnocchi with meat. The gnocchi was so perfectly pillowy and the meat was awesomely falling-apart-soft and so delicious. Again, the sauce was really tasty with it. Lastly, I had the French Toast dessert. What a wonderful surprise - lots a flavor and texture. So yummy. I loved everything I ate and we had a great time celebrating there. The executive chef, Denis Radovic, is super talented and food is amazing! I just wish my stomach was bigger so I could have eaten more! :) The restaurant atmosphere was lovely and the booth we shared was spacious and just what we needed. Our waitress was nice as well.

Yelp
New menu We ordered a variety of items off the menu I had the shrimp and grits and I was extremely disappointed. I was looking for good ole southern style shrimp and grits but this was by far one of the worst s&g ive had. Description said coconut grits and I thought it would be just a hint of coconut but boy was I wrong! I felt like it was too thick for grits and the coconut was way too overpowering. The sauce on the shrimp wasn't worth mentioning either Shrimp and grits - 1/5 Crab cake Benedict - 3/5 Truffle fries - 1/5 - had no truffle on the fries. Came with a "truffle aioli" and charged us $12! Almost as much as a burger there Potato fingerlings - 2/5 lack of flavor Decor and ambiance 5/5 I didn't have the salmon bagel but my friend said it was very fishy.

Yelp
This restaurant is located inside of the Bobby Hotel. We went early on a Sunday so it wasn't busy at all. We ordered several small plates - arancini, shrimp and grits, and the macaroni and cheese. The Mac and cheese was good, but the mushroom bacon was meh. Shrimp and grits was yummy! Arancini was a weird texture - definitely the wettest arancini I have ever had. We tried it and didn't eat the rest. Also, as we were nearing the end of our meals and taking a break, the server came by and took our food without asking if we were done (we weren't). Overall, just meh.

Yelp
If you asked me about Friday night, I couldn't have given it more stars. Chef Kelly (I believe, I can no longer remember) was so kind. She came out to talk to us, recommend certain things and even cooked a certain way (I'm vegan but sometimes will eat vegetarian). We really enjoyed our dinner. The food was EXCELLENT, the ambiance was wonderful and the service was even better. So much that we decided to come back the next night, our last dinner in Nashville. We couldn't believe the difference in the service. The place wasn't even that busy. We never had water. Or drinks. We would order and it wouldn't show, not for a while at least. No one would come to ask what we wanted. We had to get up from the table at least 3 times to ask for something. And when we weren't getting up, we were trying to flag down someone to ask for water, or whatever it was that we needed. We ordered a bottle of wine, we didn't even get to tasted it before it was poured... The food was still great but that service was the worst and ruined our appetite, extremely disappointing. Dinner Nights 9/2/22 and 9/3/22

Yelp
Food was very bland! The couple beside us even asked for salt and pepper. Disappointed that we spent our valentines dinner here.. just not worth $150 + $17 for parking.

Yelp
We stayed at the Bobby Hotel during our trip to Nashville, and it was so convenient to have such an awesome bar and restaurant right downstairs! The service was fantastic, the best dirty martini, and smoked old fashion we've had! Great food and ambiance too!

Yelp
I had dinner at Union Tavern for New Year's Eve 2023-2024. The ambiance was very warm and inviting. We sat at a booth table which was great as it accommodated the 4 of us perfectly. The food was absolutely delicious. I started with the meatballs, followed by gnocchi and finished with the French Toast. It was my first time having French Toast for desert and it was delicious. The chef Denis Radovic is amazing I would definitely go back for another wonderful meal!

Yelp
WOW WOW WOW. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! I went here with my sister and some girlfriends and we were blown away. 1. The lobby and restaurant are visually stunning. Beautiful fixtures... don't get me started about the massive chandelier! 2. Service was so informative, helpful, and friendly! I can't remember our servers name... I even asked for it at the end, I tHiNk it started with a J. Anyway, he was absolutely delightful! 3. The menu is concise and to the point. They also cater heavily to vegetarians- I had so many QUALITY options to choose from, which usually isn't the case as a vegetarian! 4. Nice wine selection and perfected cocktails. 5. The food was absolutely delicious. Don't pass up the Buttermilk Blue & Chips, Ceviche, Yazoo Gerst Cheese Bread, or what might be the best pasta *ever*... Black Truffle. Anyway... we will definitely be returning. Definitely.

Yelp
This was a staple on my Nashville trip itinerary. I made a point to try it from all the good things I'd heard about it. The cocktails are divine! The bartenders were so friendly and helped me decide on the burrata & arugula and the Brussel sprouts (the best I've ever had!) The ambiance of the bar and hotel is pretty rad too. Very cool vibe and decor. My only gripe was how small the menu was and the prices are a bit steep. If you're looking to spend some cash then go, or even for a drink and to people watch -- I'd recommend :)

Yelp
Excellent service! Fantastic food! Our server, Bennet was top notch! He was professional, courteous, attentive, and just overall delightful! It was very obvious to us that there is a strong culture of excellence! The manager was very kind and visited with us for awhile. It is quite obvious that he is running an excellent establishment. Wish I could give them more than five stars! Thank you for a lovely experience!

Yelp
So first, the restaurant is in Bobby hotel. It's gorgeous, the decor is in 1920s Art Deco, there is a great outdoor patio, and the staff is friendly. What more can you want? Well.... they also have The Best Burger in Nashville. Yep, you heard it. Better than The Pharmacy, better than Jack's, better than Fat Moe's, better than Burger Up. My boyfriend went there first and reported his findings. We had to go back so I could confirm and the rumor is true. The meat is course ground which keeps it from being too heavy and the cheese, bacon, bun are all paired very well. It comes with a side salad or shoestring fries. Both are worth it. Go here, get a burger, and go back again. This place is amazing. I'll be back for drinks and apps later. The atmosphere would be great for a night out.

William W.

Yelp
The drinks were great and the appetizer meatballs tasted good but everything came out cold despite only 5 tables seated at the Restaurant. Plus the chicken entree came dry chicken and with roasted potatoes which were just Charred beyond belief. Steak entree was cold but the fries were flavorful. You can get this and more for only $150 for 2 entrees, appetizer and 2 cocktails.

Yelp
Everything you heard is true. This hotel is beautiful. The moment you walk in your greeted by some friendly faces. The beautiful decor and the lighting fixtures so pretty. Tavern dining is straight ahead once you walk in. Hostess sat us down and our friendly waitress was so accommodating. Our group came later in the evening for dining it wasn't pack. Our food didn't take long the kitchen had our food out in a reasonable time. Food was impeccable tasty delicious. I didn't have anything but nice things to say about this place. Restrooms are for both genders. Garage wooden style doors. They don't have door handles just the Occupied signs. To open, you have to push on the door hard. I was a bit confused on how I was suppose to get in. I'm pretty sure the staff gets a kick out of it, how confused everyone looks trying to open the doors.

Yelp
We had a great experience at the Tavern. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. Our waiter, Jordan, was great. We had the sirloin and yellowfin tuna ceviche. The chef split the sirloin for us and boy was it cooked to perfection. Absolutely amazing. The ceviche was light and tasty. Was a bit of a bummer that they came out at the same time, but nevertheless, both dishes were spot on. The main downer was how little of a dessert selection they have and what little they do have doesn't seem too memorable. Overall, it was a great experience and I can't wait to eat that steak again.

Yelp
Nice little spot in the lobby of the Bobby. I definitely like this place better than the hotel bar at the Noelle. Only complaint is that the WiFi wasn't working one night which defeated the purpose of me having a nice little solo meeting with myself at the bar. Hey the watermelon salad. Add shrimp.
google avatar

Kellie W.

Yelp
The service was incredibly slow, the food was subpar. The drinks took super long to get to us. The mac n cheese wasn't fully cooked. Some of our food was cold. Not worth the money.

Yelp
An amazing dinner location in the Bobby hotel. The ambience was perfect for a night out with friends. We started with the brussel sprouts, blue cheese chips and shishito peppers. If I can say anything about the appetizers the shishito peppers were so good. I'm usually not a fan of peppers, but these tasted amazing!! Perfectly coated in a sweet soy sauce and lightly char roasted. If I could over a plate just for me, I would. We then got the lamb meatballs and truffle pasta for dinner. I am a sucker for anything truffle so the pasta was a no brained. On first look, the pasta looked plain but when I ate the first bite it took me to truffle heaven. One critique I would make is that I wish it had chicken or something on it, but it was still so good. 15/10 would recommend this place for dinner and drinks. The staff was so friendly and accommodating
google avatar

Neela P.

Yelp
This place was delicious!! The food was so incredible and all of the staff were extremely friendly. They have a speakeasy inside of the hotel so if you ask a staff member grant you access you can enjoy some drinks there after dinner!!

Yelp
I love the atmosphere here, the decoration was beautiful. Our server was awesome, and the prices are very reasonable for the downtown location. The burger was decent, I wasn't moved but portion wise I was happy with it.

Yelp
This is more of an update because the pics and menu were really not representative of the experience. We looked at the reviews and food photos...no duck, no pasta...not a foodie place. Fried chicken, pork chop and meatloaf were three of the six or seven options. No Brussels and no black truffle pasta. So we had the flounder and it was smaller that the appetizer. It was tasty, but at maybe 5 oz not a $30 meal. Suffice to say our expectations we off. The staff was pleasant but harried. The bar menu doesn't reflect what they have and if you order an Old Fashion, it had undissolved sugar on the bottom of the glass! They only have one Chardonnay by the glass. It was a nice French style but here was just one. Last thing, most patrons kept their coats on. It was cold, but so much so that I think something was wrong with the heater.

Bonnie B.

Yelp
I had high hopes from looking at the menu before I came here, but was disappointed with everything. I was with 2 others and all of us ordered different things. The trout was the size for a child, grits and shrimp was "ok" but a whole third of the dish was okra, and the fried chicken was nothing to write home about. We ordered a south politan drink and it was so bad we sent it back. Dessert was really mediocre.

Jessica W.

Yelp
Would not return to this restaurant. This restaurant was sub par at every turn. While the restaurant itself is aesthetically pretty, it is hardly the ambience I would associate with a Friday night dinner spot, given there were at most 3 other tables being served while we were there. Despite being largely empty, we waited 20 minutes for a waiter to take our drink order and even that only happened after we flagged someone down to ask. We waited too long for drinks (some of which were incorrect) and when the appetizers arrived, the artichoke was so tough it was largely inedible and the meatball was entirely unseasoned. The onion rings were the only decent appetizer and that's not exactly a culinary feat. Our dinners were average but again took way too long to arrive. Despite these issues we still tipped 20% only to then realize the next day that gratuity was already included on our bill. While I understand that gratuity is often included in parties of 6 plus, we were never warned at any point in our dining experience. I have never had a waiter look me in the eyes after getting double tipped (over $200) and not say a word. I have since tried 4 times to contact the restaurant to express my disappointment and let them know that their waiters are making this their practice and no one has returned my call. I would never return to this restaurant.

Yelp
4.5 First off, the Bobby is beautiful! Wow! From the moment I stepped inside, I wanted to spend time here. All the employees with which I interacted were all so pleasant and helpful. The decor is fantastic and there are surprised to be found around every corner. But I wasn't here to ohh and ahh over the decor. I was here for lunch and Tavern at Bobby delivered that quite well. To go to the restaurant, head to the back of the first floor. The Cafe at the front/patio of the hotel is a separate installation. We arrived shortly after opening so there wasn't a hostess at the post but our server, Ross, showed us to a table. We sat by the window and started with glasses of rose'. 1.) It's summer. 2.) It was a business lunch. 3.) It's summer. I chose the Spanish rose' and my friend chose the French. I preferred mine. It was a bit lighter and sweeter and went down way too easily. It packed a punch that snuck up on me. Rather than settle on one plate, we decided on a few different plates to share. This was the way to go. As instagrammable as the decor is, the food is as well. But beyond the good looks, it smells and tastes fantastic! There wasn't one bad seed in the bunch. We went to town on the watermelon salad, grilled wings, lamb lollipops, and signature burger w/fries. The watermelon salad was a take on a caprese so expect balsamic, tomato, cheese, and basil -- along with chunks of watermelon. It was summer on a plate. Continuing with the summer theme, the grilled wings were tossed in a sweet bbq sauce and served atop a cream corn variation. Delectable. The lollipops might have been the star of the show, though. They smelled heavenly and tasted even better. The only (slight) dings I would give is that they were advertised to be served as four and we received 3 and the harissa element was more subdued than I expected. Still, a very satisfying dish. We could stand for a couple of more bites so that's where the burger came in. It's as good as advertised -- served medium with cheddar -- but I could have eaten plates of the seasoned fries that came along with. I am all in for Nashville's new hotel scene. Rather than being a place where tourists rest their heads, the new hotel scene is inviting and invigorating for locals. Bobby has come out of the gate swinging. The next time you find yourself downtown, stop in/by. I think you'll be impressed.

Yelp
I'd like to take a poll...Please like this review if you're not a fan of shoestring fries. Whenever I see them come out I wonder how restaurants DON'T know there's nothing exciting about getting a side of shoestring fries. Thanks for your help. Other than this, we had a decent anniversary at Tavern!! I went outside my millennial comfort zone with this place. No menu pictures posted and only a couple reviews and pictures. We valeted and walked to, what we assumed, was Tavern. No signage, no business cards, or even a napkin to confirm this was where we were supposed to be. Once we verify, we're seated and take in the beautiful, detailed decor. This place is beautiful! We decide on drinks (same name, only better and the bulletproof) and were both quite pleased! I'm not a fan of sweet drinks and neither were overly sweet! For dinner he decided on their burger (see top shoestring French fry comments) and I got the iceberg salad and the poke (technically a shareable plate) for dinner. It was more than enough for a meal and we enjoyed both our selections. We looked at the dessert options but there were only 4 and we are chocotarians. There was only one chocolate dessert and we weren't completely sold so we passed. For $100 with tip, we were pleased with our entire experience. There were a few odd elements you wouldn't find at a high-end restaurant, but I would be nit-picking to say they negatively impacted our night. I would come back and like to stay at the hotel and try their breakfast!

Yelp
My review is from a visit where it was crowded so I hope it deserves to be taken with a grain of salt. We were offered a seat at the bar or at a communal table because we didn't want to be put on a waiting list for a table. I thought we would get bar service at the communal table but it didn't happen. The server took quite a while to get our drink order; the glasses of tea and water were never refilled without us going to the bar to ask. The empty dishes sat til we we're about to leave. The food was okay for the price. Nothing to talk about. We had the burger; small-ish which would have been fine if it was delicious, but it was okay. Two salads; the Market Lettuce was good, the Butter Lettuce was bland-ish even with the amazing list of toppings. The Sazerac was also only okay; not worthy of the price tag IMHO Great decor and ambiance. Friendly staff even if they couldn't keep up with everyone (or was it just us?)

Rebecca W.

Yelp
I had such a great time at dinner last week! The menu is a little limited but was very tasty! The service was phenomenal and the atmosphere is super gorgeous. Every time I have been here everything gets better and better. I will definitely be back. Thanks, Union Tavern!

Yelp
We were so happy that the Tavern was open late on Christmas Eve. We were starving! The short rib was excellent. It was perfectly seasoned and had just enough fat. The burgers and fries were also incredible. My Dad commented that the fries were some of the best he's tasted. Highly recommend this restaurant!

David H.

Yelp
I nice restaurant if you like the up-scale vibe. This is located off the hotel lobby and has a great elegant atmosphere. The menu selection is a little ambitious and the night I dined they were out of many items. Pricing is definitely on the high side

Yelp
Awesome breakfast!!! Rosemary biscuits are a must, they blew my mind. Cute atmosphere, can be busy at brunch but it is open all day. I'd recommend it and would return on a subsequent trip.

Yelp
We had Christmas Day lunch at Tavern. What a wonderful atmosphere! The hotel is beautiful - a mix of modern decor with ecclectic (almost steampunk!) antique industrial. It was very warm and inviting. The food was great! Our party mainly had steaks and salmon. All were very satisfied. My only criticism is that the menu could stand to add some vegetarian options. The staff was happy to leave bacon off my dish because I'm pescatarian, but if I'd chosen to be vegetarian today I would have had quite a challenge. The real highlight of my meal was a cocktail, Bobby's Go-To, made with whiskey and a unique blend of spices. It was expertly made. I honestly loved it so much I can't stop thinking about it. I might have to stop in for a drink sometime just to drink another Go-To. It was delightful. The service was great at The Tavern. Everyone was friendly and competent.

Yelp
For my wife's 40th Birthday, I treated her, her mom and sister to dinner at the Tavern At Bobby. Our waiter was Stevie and he was perfect. We had champagne, appetizers (the BBQ Shrimp was amazing) and then our entrees. I cannot express any better how great the food was, but the service was even better. The atmosphere of the hotel and restaurant was very nice and elegant. I would highly recommend the Tavern At Bobby.
google avatar

Yelp
Great food, hip and trendy atmosphere and impeccable personal service! Our server Samantha, is not only an upbeat positive and professional server, she's an advisor that will insure you enjoy an incredible dining experience. Please allow her to guide you through the menu and recommend your culinary journey. She made recommendations that I would typically not select for myself and I must say "next time"; and there will be a next time; I will simply allow her to order on my behalf and I will not second guess her direction! From the Brussels sprouts starter and the Short Ribs entree, to the in/house crafted desserts...I was in foodie heaven. When you find yourself in Nashville; for business or pleasure; do yourself a solid and spend some time with the kind, attentive staff at the Bobby Hotel and make sure you find the time to savor a couple of hours at The Tavern at Bobby's!

Yelp
The ambiance, food and staff are all AMAZING!!! I had the braised short ribs as recommended by the wonderful waitress and I was not disappointed. Also, the drinks were great! I definitely will visit again!

Yelp
Very disappointing. Just an ordinary dining place in a hotel. Firstly, contrary to what they say on their website, from the Valet to the receptionist desk, into the bar, then restaurant, we encountered only one waitress wearing a mask! None of the staff wore one? Very uncomfortable. The good news is we were very socially distanced in the restaurant as there were only 3 tables full (2 of which were very noisy bridal parties of course). The place was practically empty on a Friday night when Downtown was it's usual crazy, hopping place. The food: The duck arrived too rare on one plate. The gemelli pasta, 'Bolognese' was the most tasteless bolognese I've ever eaten anywhere. The cheese/beer bread was odd & dry at best, served with odder beef tallow which added nothing, & was impractical to apply to the 'bread.' The best: their charred brussel sprouts.

Jane L.

Yelp
My friend and I ate breakfast on Bobby's outdoor patio this morning and the atmosphere was 5 stars - no question. We both ordered avocado toasts, cappuccino's and split a fruit bowl. The cappuccino was my favorite coffee in Nashville so far, the service was great, and the food was very flavorful. My only qualm was that the bread was so hard, I was only able to eat a small part of it - otherwise, I would've chipped a tooth! Next time, I would appreciate fresher bread, but there will definitely be a next time - this place has great potential!

Yelp
Looks can be deceptive! Although this place has great decor, the service is lacking greatly. Visited this place for dinner, the place wasn't crowded but It took almost 30 mins to get kale salad and a simple appetizer. I hope they improve the service going forward.
google avatar

Meg A.

Yelp
Extremely friendly staff! We had a group of 6 and the staff was very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. We had a big spread of appetizers, drinks and entrees! Really enjoyed everything we tried. The avocado toast was different than any I've had before, pretty tasty though! The Bobby Burger was one of my favorite entrees we had!

Yelp
Really awesome burger - one of the best in Nashville - and the fries are fantastic! I am a huge fan of the Tavern at Bobby and Bobby Cafe.

Yelp
Tyler Ren makes amazing cocktails. Well balanced. Great good and nice reprieve from busy downtown. Nice atmosphere

Yelp
Our dinner was delicious. The Brussels sprouts were amazing and I don't like Brussels sprouts. I got the stout braised short ribs and they were absolutely delicious!! My husband got steak frites and he enjoyed them. We also got a meat and cheese plate appetizer and a chocolate dessert, all delicious. I would definitely recommend it and return. I would like to try the brunch next time! Go!

Yelp
I had to ASK the waitress at the end of the night to refill our water glasses, as she had not checked on our table once after taking our food order. There were times when we had ordered drinks and would see the waitress texting over by the computer to the side of the bar instead of putting in our order. The food was very good but it was a shame the experience was ruined by a waitress who clearly did not value her job or customers.

Yelp
We had an excellent meal here. We started off with olives and goat cheese spinach dip that was outstanding. My husband got the strip steak and I had the pork chop. Both were excellent! If we come to Nashville anytime soon I'm sure we will be back!

Yelp
My steak was perfectly cooked. My potatoes and asparagus were wonderful as well. My server, Chris, was friendly and helpful despite the VERY DIFFICULT table of ten he was serving who had nothing but insignificant complaints. That they made loudly, insultingly, and obviously as he handled things like a pro. Honestly, a great experience.
