I had something happen I paid my fees and I got fired because performance plus got an email from mccolly esteaste saying I had coke all over my face which is a lie, I asked for a drug test and got denied called the union and they did nothing!!!! I should sue for defamation!!!

This Union is very selfish and does not do anything for its bargaining units. I have called several times and never received a call back, they are not negotiated raises so employees can afford the cost of living, and they are 100% not responsive! We are ALLOWED to resign from this Union and recommend anyone who is a member to RESIGN until they make some real changes! If you have not joined, DO NOT JOIN it is NOT a requirement. They will take your money and you will never hear from them, and they will NOT support you. PLEASE reconsider your memberships ASAP and force them to make a change for us. Someone should remind them where the money is coming from, OUR HARD EARNED WAGES

This Union is completely unorganized and lazy. It's just a cash grab collecting money out your paycheck. I would advise against this Union because they do absolutely nothing for you. Even the contracts we fight for they fumble. Waste of time and money. It's better finding a hotel that doesn't have a Union. Also they could care less about Bellman especially. This Union favors one particular race as well and if you're on the outside they really won't help you. Do your homework and you will see Unions like this one is pointless.

I've called and left a message last week and NO ONE has reached out to me and answer my questions! Hence what's going on with the new contract, when did the current one expire and where is the cost of living raises because .30 cents just isn't enough! Just wondering where are all the union representatives that's supposed to visit the schools (CPS) and update us (NSS) on the current issues. # UNINFORMED

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. 1 star is too many! Negotiated a new contract without consulting any of their union members before, or during. Then agreed upon and signed said contracts without any of the union members present! How can you effectively represent your employees without knowledge of their needs or consulting with them EVER! Used the “pandemic” as an excuse! !What are we paying dues for?

This union office is a complete joke. They treat their members like trash. I've been paying them dues for several years then I finally file my first grievances. I was told I'd hear back in a couple weeks to resolve them. It's now 4 months later and my rep, Yasmine, has yet to contact me about any of them. I've made several calls, she never answers the phone and doesn't reply back to any of my messages. I've paid these people thousands of $$ over the years and not only do they not do their job but they don't even bother returning your phone calls. Yet they have no problem sending letters threatening to take you off your schedule at work if you're late on your dues. Formerly pro-union, I can now see why unions are quickly becoming extinct. Their priority is taking our money, NOT representing us.

Stay away from this union! They keep losing people their jobs! Google Berlin nightclub and Signature Room. Two iconic Chicago business went bust because of their intervention and they lost all their members their jobs. 😰😱
