USA Postal Service

I came here on a Thursday evening an hour and a half before closing time to send few envelopes with tracking numbers and expedited shipping. There were two employees at the desk one was wearing a mask, and he was courteous and friendly, and went above and beyond to explain to me what I should be doing. The other employee who appears to be Asian kept on grunting, mumbling, and I even heard him cursing while working on his computer! he had a terrible attitude towards the other customers that were standing in line ahead of me. fortunately, I got lucky and I’ve been called by the friendly employee wearing a mask.

I went to get my passport done and the lady behind the counter was a nightmare. I brought the only passport I had. In a condescending tone she explained that I must have had a passport before this one. As I was responding to why I didn't have the other passport, she says " Whats with you ? Why do you have an attitude " I barely spoke to the woman but I have an attitude THEN as we get further in the process she says something along the lines of " You need to change your tone" I want to point out that what set her off was me asking questions about a form I've never seen before. I wanted to ensure I filled it out properly. This encounter ruined my otherwise pleasant day and I normal don't write reviews but she was horrible in the beginning. Thank goodness she just stopped with the underhanded comments.

What a smooth running operation they have going on here! I am envious of those who can claim this as their local post office. I arrived at 6pm with three packages. There were about 7-10 people ahead of me. The line moved fast and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes.

This has to be the worst Post Office in the Country with employees that don't give a hoot to your issues. It's the third time they lose my packages but this one being with all my family xmas gifts. Their answer? we don't know where it is so you just have to wait. Called the main number twice. Answer? the same. No one knows anything and worst they don't care. The incompetence of the Postal service is beyond anything I have ever experienced.

I witnessed one of the employees horribly treating an elderly lady. She was snarling it her during the entire exchange. No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect. No one is monitoring anything here. Employees are given complete freedom to mistreat people . Another day I had an appointment at 12.15 for a passport application only to find a sign "out to lunch." I waited for 30 min and left. I'm not going back here ever. Going through the other reviews, it's obvious that this entire office is completely corrupt and needs to be investigated and probably closed. Please don't come here!

Most unhelpful staff. They expect you to know the answers to your questions! The eye rolls, the attitude - all unnecessary. Earth to USPS: not everyone knows the difference between priority mail, certified mail, tracking, etc. When I arrived, a guy was leaving and screamed “you really need to do your *expletive* jobs.” I thought that was harsh. But after my own experience at the counter, I had second thoughts.

I’ve had multiple rude encounters at this USPS location. The staff are unhelpful and dismissive, making every visit frustrating. If you don’t want to lose your package or ruin your day, avoid coming here.

It’s terrible. The person yelling in front on us. The persons of taking pictures is furious. Last week I came for renew de passport and didn’t have Money Orders.
