Uno Más now open at SLS | Eater Vegas

"A new fast-casual Mexican restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip at SLS Las Vegas, it marks the resort’s first new dining option in five years and replaces José Andrés’ Ku Noodle. The menu centers on street tacos and shareable starters—standouts include a queso fundido with chorizo, guacamole and chips, pork chicharrones and grilled corn—while tacos are offered with fillings such as pan-roasted shrimp, carne asada, al pastor, lengua, fish, beer-braised short rib, carnitas, crispy pollo and lamb, plus vegetarian choices like queso a la plancha and cactus, all served on house-made tortillas. Desserts feature churros served with a trio of sauces. The beverage program highlights a namesake margarita made with Patrón Reposado, Ancho Reyes Verde, lime-agave syrup and Grand Marnier, alongside Mexican beers, micheladas and cocktails such as a Dole Whip cocktail made with Casamigos; nonalcoholic options include Mexican sodas and house-made horchata. Open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m." - Susan Stapleton

Uno Mas Street Tacos SLS menu reveal | Eater Vegas

"Promising to debut by “mid-March,” I learned Uno Más Street Tacos + Spirits will open at SLS Las Vegas right by the casino floor in the long-shuttered Ku Noodle space. It will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., with a full bar, windows open to the kitchen, pork roasted on a vertical spit, and a “fun and exciting environment” pitched as great for casual dining and quick bites. The compact, affordable menu features 12 different street tacos priced at $7 each or three for $18 (including Shrimp Xni-Pec with Yucatan pico de gallo and avocado crema; Pork Belly Agridulce with candied garlic and cabbage-cilantro slaw; Pork al Pastor with pineapple; Fish & Beer battered cod; Lengua; Carne Asada; Pequeña Costilla; Carnitas; Crispy Pollo; Queso a la Plancha; Lamb; and a Vegetarian cactus/maitake/roasted poblano option). Snacks include Chips & Salsa ($5, choice of two salsas), Queso Fundido con Chorizo ($12), Grilled Corn ($8), Chef’s Ceviche ($14), Guacamole & Chips ($12), Fried Brussels Sprouts ($10), and Pork Chicharrones ($8). Uno Mas Street Tacos opens at SLS in March | Eater Vegas

"Promised to be ready by March, I found that the casual replacement for Jose Andrés’ shuttered Ku Noodle at the north Strip’s SLS Las Vegas is filing to install a 25-square-foot sign under the name Uno Mas Street Tacos & Spirits; it's described as a colorful, fun, high-energy environment bolstered by live music and specializing in small, shareable bites. On the future menu I saw porkchicharrons, ceviche, queso fundido, and street tacos, plus margaritas, Mezcals, sangrias, Mexican beers, and sodas." - Bradley Martin

I was shocked to see that this restaurant is set up like a quick order restaurant. You order from a QR code and it's delivered with plastic picnic silverware. The prices are $20+ for this food and when I asked the waiter if they had hot sauce, he asked which brand. I figured they'd bring out a bottle like they would for ketchup. Instead they put the sauce in a plastic to-go container and then charge $1 for that hot sauce. There are few gluten-free options as they use a shared fryer. I got the $22 shrimp bowl. Taste was pretty bland. Not interested in a return visit. Visited June 2025

Google
With tip and 1 cocktail each, 2 entrees and chips and salsa, we spent $91 here. The food was tasty and came relatively fast. It was good enough to feel satisfiied with the convenience of a quick dinner without a long walk or drive to someplace better rated. I gave the food 4 stars. The reason I've rated the overall experience as a 3 star is the QR code ordering system. When we were seated, I was told by the hostess to scan the code to order. Initially this was okay and was a familiar process started under the Covid era. Once I got to the tipping section, I understood this was literally like ordering a delivery/pickup meal and would be paying online. The suggested tips were from 18% and up. Thinking that service would still be present, I tipped 20%. For my 20%, we had our meals delivered to our table, and never had an employee talk to us again that evening. If we wanted another round of drinks or to add dessert, I would of needed to go back to the online app to process a new order. Not a convenient prospect so we spent about $40 less than we would have if we had a server attending to us. As we were leaving, I did see that there were many other tables that did not use the online system, but placed orders with a server. They probably received more attentive service by ordering this way. My advice, unless you want zero contact with the waitstaff, do not order with the online system. One last thing...plastic utensils? Were they out of metal forks, or was our online order considered a to-go meal? Does Vegas need more waste for their landfills? If they place the utensils into recycle (I would guess they would say this if asked) they would be thrown away at the recycling center because utensils are too small to be processed.

Google
We found this place about 45 minutes before closing time. The main restaurant was already closed but the bartender waved us in and was extremely polite, fun and helpful. The food. I was not expecting it to be so good and for there to be so much. We ordered the chicken quesadillas, chips and salsa and a chicken Mexican bowl. Everything was delicious. Definitely stop in and see them.

Google
So the tacos are quite good. Pricing (for inside a casino) is quite good as well. Staff is friendly if you get there attention but ignore you otherwise. However the setup is as a fast service with mobile ordering only as the default. There is a hostess who just tells you it is open seating. But the mobile ordering really doesnt fit... also doesnt work all the time. You cannot get the specials through the app and the text codes took 20 minutes to recieve for me so i couldn't even order. If it had normal waitstaff like every other restaurant would have gotten a 5 from me...

Google
Please season the food as if your abuello is standing next to you! We looked back in the kitchen to see who was cooking the food and not one bottle of seasoning in sight. Reading the reviews and white people say the food is bland!

Google
Came in for a few drinks on st Patrick’s day and some tacos for dinner! The bartender Natalia was wonderful and made some great drinks! The chips and salsa were good with the side of cheese! Tacos were on point and had many options Overall a great experience and if your walking through the Sahara

Google
We were starving and randomly found this place. The Birria tacos were SO GOOD. The carna Asada and fish taco were also delicious. The pineapple frozen drink was really good but really small for the price. The best thing is that the food came out so fast! My only complaint is that we had to pay for everything in an app before we got anything so that was strange for a restaurant like this. But the food was good.

Google
I love this place! When I stayed in Vegas for 6 weeks, this place made me happy! Food on point! Staff is engaging and attentive. Bartenders are skilled mixologist! Not priced too bad either!

Yelp
We recently stayed here for an extended weekend trip from Thursday through Monday. We arrived Thursday, and I was starving that night, but food was shut down early, as they said "they ran out of food." Weird but okay. On Friday night, we came and got tacos to go. As we waited for the tacos, we got a pineapple dole whip drink with a tequila floater. OMG it was soooo delicious I had to return the next day! I got another dole whip tequila floater and more tacos to go. Specifically, I enjoyed the birria tacos. The way the tacos are prepared and the consome are not what I'm accustomed to, but they hit the spot after a day of drinking and a strong need to eat. Not sure if I'd like the tacos sober, but they did what needed to be done! Lol

Yelp
Did not try the food, just stopped in for a Tuesday special of $5 margarita. High hopes were dashed when I saw them draw the mix like a cola. Not shake just poured over ice. The good was a nice colorful glass it was served in and at $5 I didn't mind leaving it on counter after a couple of sips. Wasn't horrible for price but if I had paid normal rate it would have been very disappointing

Yelp
Potato Street Taco is the only vegan option on the menu, though not labeled as such. Of course, it's the same price as the non-vegan tacos. Surprisingly, there is not also a potato bowl or burrito on the menu. If there were, surely the price would be the same as the non-vegan versions. Since I didn't notice the potato taco during my visit, I suspended my vegan diet for the Shrimp Burrito. The price was $22, which would be overpriced for a local restaurant, but lower than it would be in a casino property on the main part of The Strip. The portion size was generous. The flavor was on the bland side, but the upshot is that it wasn't high in sodium. We ordered directly from the QR code on the table, so our waiter only served as our server. Business was slow here on a Monday evening, so there was hardly any vibe.

Yelp
Uno Más has some of the best tacos in the area. Not just for late night snacking but legit delicious eats! The spot is located within the Sahara, not far from the casino floor. The service was quick and super friendly and the establishment clean and upbeat. Everything was fresh and hot and oh so tasty! Definitely will visit again when in Vegas!

Yelp
We grabbed quick bites before heading to the pool .their food was decent and heavy enough to absorbs a few drinks Inbound suggest asking light cheese on the bowl. The flavor was good and when consumed as left over the cheese was over powering Staff were nice and communicative . It's located eigjt next to the pool.. it's not clear if out side food is allowed into the pool but we were able to bring our food at the pool. Due to it being served in the same bag. As food from this restaurant., Birrias Chicken tings tacos

Yelp
Best service for our server! Great food! Located inside the Sahara Hotel. It's must try when you're around the area. 6-8-2025

Yelp
Hubby & I had family visiting from MI this weekend & we wanted them to try Dole Whip. We ordered two piña colada's, one margarita & one without alcohol. We would've sat down in the restaurant but the temperature was too chilly so we got them to go. We had an issue with the way one of the Dole Whips was prepared and presented but the manager quickly resolved it. They were all delicious! We'll definitely return in the future.

Yelp
We went here for some end of the evening food. The restaurant is self seating, and a server came over quickly to provide menus and water. The decor is very elegant. I especially enjoyed the portraits with the subject's face replaced with a succulent or cactus. I got a Dole Whip Mezcarita. It was delicious and stayed frozen the entire meal. My son and I both enjoyed our tacos. The portions are very generous, and the ingredients are fresh and great quality. I highly recommend. My only complaint is that they aren't open for lunch.

Yelp
Had a pretty good happy hour here! There are QR codes on the tables to view menu and order. It took us awhile to get through that process (including signing up for the hotel's wifi, etc) but the food and drink offerings were good. There was some confusion when the orders came re: who got what, since we were on two separate bills, but once we got it all sorted out everything was tasty! It just felt like the whole thing could've been more efficient with printed menus and good old fashioned pay by credit card. But good experience overall; I would recommend it, especially for those who prefer to pay by smartphone!
google avatar

Yelp
Came to meet friends for happy hour -- $5 for fish taco, al pastor taco, potato taco, chips & salsa, and fries. The fish taco was legitimately tasty, and I'm a girl from LA who loves me some damn good tacos. The potato taco was also good, but the fish was better -- perfectly crisped with great chipotle aioli. Yum! I don't think fries and chips & salsa should also be $5 when these are just sides, and most Mexican restaurants give you complimentary chips & salsa anyway. If paying by credit card, you order via QR code. If paying by cash, you order at the bar. Service was quick. Ambiance: casual. Free SELF-PARKING garage next to the hotel lobby entrance.

Dana S.

Yelp
The tacos were so good! I had the carne asada and al pastor --which come with pineapples. The $5 margaritas had me LIT! I was pretty good with 1 but 2 really had me feeling good lol. I'm mad I didn't realize this place was inside of Sahara my entire stay!

Yelp
Bartender was quick when I ordered a dole whip margarita. This drink is $17 and is made with Casamigos Reposado. The drink was really too sweet for me and pretty difficult to drink since it's so thick. I asked if they had Damé Mas tequila and the bartender made a weird comment asking if I was sponsored by them. The bottles were empty anyway? It was kind of a weird exchange. I would like to go back and try the food.
google avatar

Eric L.

Yelp
I came here twice because it was at the hotel and they had a 20% offer for guests at the Sahara. The first night the dole whip was a bit sour but the second night it was better. I think their portions are decent and a pretty good value for Las Vegas. If you like Chipotle bowels, I think they're on about the same level. Not the same, but a quick easy meal. About the same price as a slice of pizza at some hotels ($12-16 for a slice), so again, a better value.
google avatar

Yelp
If you are looking for a taco experience on the strip with a great variety of flavors and tequila then this is the spot . Kenna was an amazing bartender . They were giving out tequila samples too and mariachi was playing to celebrate Mexican Independence Day great vibe .
google avatar

Hank M.

Yelp
Happy hour margaritas ... not bad. Horribly understaffed ... Took forever to place our order. Even longer to check out. Don't get the chips and salsa ... Whata rip off ... $7 for a paper bag with about 10 chips in it ... No refills. You could buy 2 large bags of chips at the store for that!!!!
google avatar

Karen F.

Yelp
A couple things to note about this place. First, there is no sever taking your order, you do it by phone from the QR code at the table. 2nd, don't expect great service because the servers are running around crazy just dropping food off at tables. Although my ceviche was very tasty it looked NOTHING like the menu picture and that was a bit disappointing. The pico also came out frozen, and the salsa that came with our chips was only half full. I felt rushed and almost like I was at a cafeteria.
google avatar

Yelp
After landing in Vegas kind of late, this was the only place that was open that was near the hotel I was staying at and I'd have to say not a bad place to try! Their specialty is Street tacos and tequila, however I really was just in the mood for a drink and a snack so ended up getting the Al Pastor fries which were ah-mazing! The fries were nice and crispy on the outside but still fluffy on the inside, topped with carne, cheese, tomatoes, cilantro, and guacamole on the side. Would definitely recommend for an appetizer or side. I really like the ambiance of the place, it has a nice modern feel but also decorated with a Mexican vibe with cactus paintings and el dia de los muertos skulls. The bar tender there was friendly and attentive but I wish they had done a better job cleaning the bar top, as it was a bit sticky. Overall not a bad find especially if you like tacos and tequila.

Yelp
We opted to stop here and grab a bite to eat here. We sat in the front portion where you order via a qr code. We ordered the dole whip margarita and some tacos. The food was really delicious and the dole whip margarita was so good! Highly recommend getting that when you have the opportunity. The prices are a bit high for what you get even for vegas level pricing, but we would consider going back.

Kay S.

Yelp
Disappointing. Expensive for no customer service and food was not as good as I make at home on a lark. Seat yourself, which you don't know til you stand around for a while and someone tells you. Order from a QR code. Tacos really sub-par. Twice-my taco order was missing something. Very little filling. Kind of unbelievably stark. My friend's bowl was also lacking in flavor and a lot of rice didn't make up for it. Shells are thick and flavorless. Plastic silver colored silverware. Kinda funny. Cold atmosphere. Friendly staff which is the only positive part of our dining experience.

Yelp
I had such high expectations for Uno Mas, but sadly, it fell waaaay shorter than expected... We stopped in for a late lunch on Saturday, and to our surprise, it was happy hour...YAY! That is where my excitement for Uno Mas ended. Upon entering, you pick your own seat and scan a QR code to view them menu and place your order. Yes, you even place your order via the QR code. If you are not savy with technology, this may not be the place for you, as they do not have traditional service as a normal restaurant does. The food is tasty, but nothing special. I had a chicken tinga burrito, and my husband had a carne asada burrito. The chips and salsa were the highlight of our late lunch. The drinks...WORST MARGARITA I HAVE EVER HAD! My margarita was so sour. I honestly don't think there was anything in it besides sweet & sour and ice. Good thing everything was happy hour prices, cuz Uno MAs is not worth regular prices, and definitely not worth Vegas prices.

Yelp
Located inside the Sahara hotel and casino off Las Vegas blvd and Sahara. Weekends, this place is jamming. A wait to sit at the bar or for a table. It's first come first serve, so if you see an open table or spot at the bar, grab it. You can place your order from the QR code found at your table. You can order and pay right the same app. If you're using comps, you'll have to order at the bar. Looks like they are going contactless as there is no server that came to the table to take an order. The QR code is what is pushed. I overheard another table mention that was a turnoff for them. It does give you the option to tip before your food or service has even been provided. I can't tip on what I don't know so this is something I'm not a fan of. I tip off the overall experience. Ordered a carne asada burrito. It came out in about 15 minutes. Which was expected during this busy period. Cut in half for ease of picking up to eat. Each bite was just as delicious as the other. It's a bit confusing when you first arrive. Typically, there is a host or someone to point you in the right direction. I feel the music in the restaurant didn't correspond with the Latin culture they are presenting with Uno Mas.

Yelp
Stopped here for a quick bite and a margarita because who doesn't love a good taco and margarita. I sat at the bar and was greeted and given a menu promptly. They had a nice variety of cocktails but I opted for a margarita on the rocks. It was very good. Since I wasn't very hungry I ordered queso with chorizo and one steak taco. I was thinking the queso would be a dip but it was a small skillet of melted cheese. It came out hot but with it being cheese it got stringy and hardened when it got cool. So you had to eat as much as you could quickly before it cooled. I did not like this. The taco was interesting. I can't remember the exact one I had but it had some cheese melted on the tortilla and some steak and salsa. It was average. I was more disappointed with the queso because I really wanted a dip but I know to ask next time.

Yelp
I came in on 3/24/24 for dinner with a small group of 5. For a restaurant on the Strip, I gotta say, my expectations were not met. We weren't greeted when we came in (no hostess). The bartender seemed to be doing a lot and I think the server was just busy running around. We seated ourselves in a back booth. Umm... waited a while for someone to come by and while we waited, we attempted to access the menu via QR code, but there was no cell reception, so we couldn't do that. My friend decided to go to the bar to get some assistance. Printed menus were then delivered and the server asked if we wanted water (didn't offer any other beverages or try to upsell anything). It was just such a strange experience because this venue has the decor/ambiance of a really nice sit-down restaurant, but they treat it like it's a food truck! LOL. We literally had to go to the bar to place our order!! Water eventually came (in disposable plastic cups). Our guacamole came out on a plate that was reusable, but literally every other piece of dinnerware/silverware was plastic/paper disposable products. I just don't get it. It's very confusing. Is this just a fast food joint dressed up for fun? The whole reason we went here is because my friend just raved about the tacos! But honestly, mine weren't anything to write home about. In fact, the carne asada tacos specifically were SO GREASY, the paper at the bottom of the taco tray had a quarter inch of grease (no exaggeration), which as we all know, just compromises the functionality of the tortilla! UGH... I think this place has the "goods" to be great, but they need some love and attention...
google avatar

Yelp
Disappointing Mexican restaurant in Sahara hotel. Super small menu: tacos, burritos or bowls. Plastic cups, plastic silverware and plastic-style napkins. Ordered a bowl with spicy chicken...asked for more beans than rice and that was completely missed. Asked for queso but they didn't have it. Outside of spicy chicken flavor was mostly bland and non existent. Good size serving, but the rest of it was total disappointment!!!
google avatar

Jordan S.

Yelp
Very nice setting. A step-above Mexican restaurant and right off the casino floor so it's lively and fun. We sat at the bar for both a meal and drinks. It was fun and made fun by a fun bartender. Food is delicious and served very fresh. Reasonably priced for what you get. If back at the Sahara we'd eat here again.

Yelp
This is a tough one to review. As a result I'm giving it 3 stars (wish I could 2.5 to meet in the middle). I'll start with the positive. For the record, we dined on April 13, 2025. The food was delicious. My party ordered a variety of tacos and they were quite yummy. One star goes to the potato taco. It was literally a taco shell filled with french fries. I should have only been charged $1.00 for that one. Very disappointed. We were able to sit wherever we wanted. I like being able to choose my seat. We were there when it opened at 2pm on a Sunday and walked right in. No lines, no crowds. I did not get the name of the "server" but let me tell you, he was hustling! He was the only person there helping people in the restaurant area. And I believe there was only one bartender as well. But the server guy...he was really fantastic and very helpful. One person in our party had an airline crew discount available, so the "server" actually helped me input our group order and apply the discount. So whatever his name was, he deserves a huge raise. Now...let me tell what I found to be completely unacceptable. You order and pay right from the table. And then after you pay they have the gall to ask you for a tip. For what? I did all the work. Please don't call it a restaurant if we, as the PAYING CUSTOMER, are required to do our own order, pay our own bill, figure out what's on happy hour menu and what's not, etc. etc. No. Please. Call it a fast food restaurant. I despise this concept. I observed an older couple sitting in the booth next to us and they just didn't know what to do with themselves. The QR code on their table was rubbed off and they were stuck. The server was a one-man show doing everything for everybody so he had limited time. It was terrible service (except for the server guy which I am putting on repeat because he was fantastic). Completely unacceptable Part 2 - They served our food on paper plates with plastic utensils. I don't know...maybe this WAS a fast food place under disguise as a restaurant but that....that made me so angry. Had I been with my husband, we would have walked right out. I don't even use paper plates in my own home. It's the tackiest of tacky. And plastic utensils on top of that? No. Just no. But because I was with other people, I stuck it out and stayed. Again, the food was yummy, but everything else? Never again unless I order out. This is not a restaurant experience, it's better off labeled as a fast food or take out.

Yelp
This place is vastly overpriced and the service is terrible. My wife and my son were with me and we were already ready to order. The server was just chit chatting and did not pay attention to us. Then a group of ladies wearing skimpy dresses walked in and he served them first before us. Do not go to this restaurant and it's lecherous lazy waiters.

Yelp
A small Mexican eatery tucked inside Sahara casino. We came here before a show for a quick bite to eat. Walking in it was not very busy. We were told to sit wherever we like. You order off a QR code which I personally do not like. I prefer interaction with someone. Also, we were having issues figuring out how to order specific things and had to wait a bit to be helped. They have a happy hour menu everyday from 2-5 daily. The food arrived fairly quickly once we ordered. I got the pastor tacos. They weren't as good as they have been in previous visits. The pork had a ton of gristle in it making it hard to chew. The pineapple was almost non existent. It just wasn't as good as I rembered. The carne asada fries were pretty good. The dole whip was very good, perfect texture. It reminded me of the ones you get in hawaii. Very expensive place to eat a few tacos. Even with the happy hour pricing it isn't cheap. The quality use to be better. I don't know what happened or if it was just an off day for them.

Yelp
I visited this restaurant with my family around 12:30 AM on Saturday May 10, 2025, intending to place a takeout order. Unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. The staff member at the counter, a very young Latino was very rude and unwelcoming, he insisted that we could not hold the menu, stating it had to remain on the counter!! This approach The way he greeted us did not meet the standards we expect from a Vegas's hotel restaurants. Due to these factors, we decided to leave without placing an order and chose to dine elsewhere. We hope the management addresses these concerns to enhance the customer experience

Yelp
Terrible Experience at Uno Mas I usually don't leave negative reviews, but my visit to Uno Mas yesterday was so disappointing that I had to share. When I arrived, there was no host, and no one greeted me or showed me to a table. I ended up having to ask for a seat myself. To make matters worse, there were only 2 servers for 10-15 tables, which meant terrible service from the start. I sat there for about 20 minutes without anyone coming to check on me or even drop off menus. They had a QR code to scan for ordering, but even though I was seeing other tables getting served, no one came to take my order. After a long wait, I finally managed to place an order for tacos, nachos, and quesadillas, along with a soda. It took 45 minutes to get my food! Three tacos, nachos, and quesadillas in 45 minutes? Ridiculous. When I asked about the delay, the server said I had "made them speed up" the order, and that she hadn't even received it yet. I had already been charged $60 for the meal by that point, so I didn't bother to cancel, but honestly, it was frustrating. No check-ins from the servers, no apologies for the long wait, and no attempt to make the situation right. On top of that, everything--down to the plates and forks--was plastic, and the food was not at all authentic Mexican. Just a totally disappointing experience. I asked for a discount, and the server just laughed it off. Unbelievable. I won't be coming back to Uno Mas again.

Yelp
Very simple to scan the QR code to view the menu. You then ordered and paid for your food at the table. The food came quickly. It was delicious. Thought it was funny that you got your food on a metal tray and the silverware was plastic. I recommend the beer battered fish tacos.

Yelp
I got a happy hour drink, one chicken taco and one pastor taco. These were the greasiest tacos I've ever had. The pastor one was definitely better. Pineapple was fresh. The drink was not even drinkable. I left it. It was so bad. It was the spicy one. I loveeeee spicy drinks so I was looking forward to that the most. That was the biggest disappointment.

Yelp
Make sure you're drunk and you're too lazy to go any where else. Food is not fresh or flavorful. Burritos come straight out of the refrigerator and into a press. Beans are undercooked and the birria was bland and had no flavor or spicing. Service is good and employees are very pleasant. But the food is not worth the price.

Yelp
Avoid at all costs! I got a chicken rice bowl Friday night after flying in for my honeymoon and in the middle of the night started vomiting. I was sick all weekend thanks to this place. I hadn't eaten anything else on Friday so I was able to pinpoint where it came from. Ruined my vacation.

Yelp
The restaurant staff, bar, hostess, and manager were so accommodating and friendly. They went above and beyond for our large group of 35+ people on a busy Saturday night. The chips, salsa, and guacamole were freshly made. The tacos were flavorful and filling They arraigned tasty options for our vegan friends Thank you Uno Mas for exceeding our expectations. Your service was the highlight of our stay at Sahara.

Yelp
This burrito was such a great meal! The chips and salsa were freshly made and were beyond delicious. But let's get back to the burrito, which sounds basic, but....that carne was so clean and delicious tasting. It had to of been higher quality because it just melted when I bit into the burrito. The cilantro rice was SLAMMING and the beans were also fresh. Mr. Miguel was my server and Uno Mas and The Sahara have a dedicated and hard working employee with him. He ran that entire floor and every customer there was. He was really helpful, super fast and very nice. Come to the Sahara and have lunch or dinner at the Uno Mas taco restaurant and bar. You'll be back!

Yelp
Incredible tacos... Great selection, decent Bar, reasonably priced, and fast service. I thought tacos would be awful, but I was surprised how good they were. Huge Selection of tequila, and beer. I had Ceviche and 3 street tacos - very Yummy... Free Parking at Sahara and nice vibe. My Bartender, Natalia, was super friendly.

Yelp
Located inside Sahara. We were hotel guests, so we decided to try this spot as they offer 20% off for Sahara guests. As their sign at the entrance indicates, you take a seat and use the QR code at the table to order and pay (if paying cash, you order and pay with bartender). It was an easy process. Food is delivered to your table. Foos is pretty basic, can't say it's delicious but they do pack on the meat. I tried their "Pastor" and a "Carne Asada" tacos with a side of "Pastor Fries". Imo, their asada is better than their Pastor meat. Restaurant is very clean and organized, plays Spanish music at a very low volume which is perfect. Good sized bar, friendly and attentive staff.

Yelp
This place should be an example on how to not pick the wrong gimmicks when running a restaurant. Walking to pick your own table is kind of annoying. Then you order by scanning a QR code on your phone, they said they had no physical menus. We ordered chips and guacamole, and two burritos. 80$ for all of it. I didn't spend that much at a higher end restaurant for just 3 items, 1 item being an appetizer that came out with our entrees. I think the worst part of all, when our chips and guacamole came out with our burritos, we asked for salsa and they said it was a dollar. Not even on the house!? This is probably the worst Mexican restaurant I've been at on the strip.

Yelp
Literally went back for 2nd dinner. The fish tacos are something to write home about. Crunch, spice, flakey layered - stop everything you're doing and go order one of these immediately.

Yelp
Greasy deliciousness. Came here after my event at Magic Mike and I needed something greasy and I needed something greasy fast! Decided to hit up Uno Mas inside Sahara! We had an event here a while ago, and I really enjoyed the tacos, so decided to try it out with my photographer and intern with me. I like that you can basically just seat yourself. We grabbed a booth. They have QR codes on the table and you just scan the code and order off your phone. No need to ask a server "can you split the check for us??" which wooohooo, love not having to do that. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and lots of water (LOL). The quesadilla came with sour cream, guac and pico on the side, which. was great. It was just the right amount of grease and perfect to soak up the cocktails I had earlier before driving myself home haha. I definitely think this is a great after a night out spot when you're craving something late night.

Yelp
Food and service where really good, considering only one server and a very nice I'm assuming manager. Definitely would go back.

Yelp
Solid choice for street tacos at one of Sahara's interior restaurants. I had a dual taco meal with the Fuego Cocktail - every thing was very tasty and not a bad price for a casino (but honestly, better to walk a half mile to one of the tacquerias just north of Wynn Encore, I prefer Tacos El Pastor.) The service was great - they have a QR order and pay at the table which wasn't working correctly but my server picked up the slack and took good care of me. He had a tip - chug the picante side for good luck - but then I lost $60 on the casino floor so not so much lol.

Yelp
If you're looking for strong margaritas and good tacos then this is it. Small establishment located inside Sahara casino. The place is charming with a decent sized bar and eating area. They have an observation window to see your food being prepared. The music is right and not too loud. Any margarita will do. Well made and strong. Cold beers at a decent price. Our favorite tacos were the gringo. Hard shell taco with shredded beef. I usually don't like my tacos in a hard shell but these were delicious. I was impressed. Got churros to end the night and no complaints. Only down side was using an app to order your food. They also ran out of my favorite beer. Other than that it was a good experience.

Yelp
Convenient free parking at Sahara casino & resort. Flavorful tacos and a wide variety. Especially enjoyed the shrimp, beef and American tacos tonight. Service at the bar was attentive, friendly and professional. I was introduced to this venue during a Yelp Elite event and when in the area make a point of visiting as the tacos are always hot, fresh and full of mouth watering flavors! :) Thank you Natalia!

Yelp
I typically wouldn't choose to visit a place in the Sahara hotel, but since I had a family member in town, I needed a casual and kid-friendly option near her hotel, so we decided on Uno Mas. The food was mediocre, rating about a 6 out of 10. However, the "service" was SUPER disappointing--the waitress actually threw the plastic silverware down on our table and left in a huff. I understand that she might have been having a rough day, especially since it was New Year's Day, but that kind of behavior is simply unacceptable, and I won't be returning because of it. Additionally, they have a confusing system where you're expected to scan a code to pay and tip on your phone before you even meet anyone. They don't inform you about this, so you end up waiting around, expected to figure it out on your own that no server will EVER be coming. The "servers" or shall I call them "floaters" don't check on you, which is frustrating. We certainly didn't want to eat without utensils, and it's unreasonable to expect diners to know there are no menus or traditional servers. My suggestion would be to leave some silverware on the table for incoming guests if you want to make their experience smoother. Overall, I would recommend steering clear of this place, Las Vegas has so much better to offer!

Yelp
Don't laugh. I had the Gringo taco. Why? I can't do certain salsa, not even guacamole! On the outside , it looks like a normal taco. But one bite of this braised beef , with Morita salsa , (holding n this smoky flavor) and I was in love ! My friend has the dole whip margarita and it took everything for me not to steal it from her ! I've never seen this at any other restaurant. Can't wait to see what you think of this spot too!
