One of the few remaining UNO's that I found in New York state. Nice local, pub-like feel, with a small bar and plenty of tables. Deep dish pizza at UNO's has been one of my favorites for years and the food was consistently delicious once again.

The service is so so so so so so so so so horrible. The food was just okay and we had to remind the waiter for water, remind him for our order and reminded him twice for the check. The staff just drags their feet with everything and honestly, this is a great place to dine and dash because I’m not even sure any of the servers would notice. Please save your money and just get $1 slice somewhere because I guarantee you’ll get better service there and will be way cheaper. Perhaps even spend your money on ingredients to make your own deep dish at home or if you want to eat for free, I definitely recommend dine and dashing because that’s what I should have done.

I love the pizza! Can't recommend the Farmer's Market enough. They offer a lunch special which is an individual pizza + soup or salad for $13 and it's SO worth it!

Went for my mom's Bday, Sat in the back. They were SEVERELY understaffed and made it clear. Despite that, the server was so amazing and attentive. There were 2 people working the entire place and they worked so hard. Bless their heart. Please hire more people. Food was amazing btw! Drinks were mehhhh. I wouldn't get more drinks but pizza was so good!

Horrible horrible restaurant. First time I came here was 2 weeks ago after visiting the near by museum. The waiter had kept us waiting 15minutes to ensure cleanliness of the table… when he sat us down… there was crumbs and ketchup on the table.. we left due to being annoyed. 2nd time we came - yesterday, cleaning literally happen infront of our face…with a wet rag. Not sure if it had any cleaning solution but I’ll assume the best. Following this we order lemon juice and it came with hair in it! The 2nd lemon juice we ordered had dirty spot in it … I will never go here again. I go to the AMNH MONTHLY and I’ll be dining elsewhere ☺️. Only thing I have to say is food is affordable here but that’s it, however I rather spend more for quality service and cleanliness.JUST DONT GO HERE ANY MORE

Drove 45 minutes to get to this place to try their deep pan pizza only to wait another 30 minutes for a table (i was the only person in queue). Initially, I was furious as the receptionist's attitude when he said there was a wait of 15 minutes (while half the tables were empty, as evidenced in the attached photo). After observing the workflow it turns out the staff are overwhelmed and the venue is understaffed: 2 guys running around from table to table doing an excellent service, keeping up with all the clients and their requests and needs. They barely had time to breath. During my wait of 30 minutes more than 6 groups came in, but left when they saw there is a wait while there are empty spots. This is a management problem, they need to hire more staff! Why do I care? Because the pizza and dessert are amazing! And the place is hemorrhaging clients uselessly. The deep pan pizza is one of the best I ever had: the crust is delicious, the cheese has the perfect texture and volume (not too much, not too little) and the toppings are balanced accordingly. Highly recommended.

I’ve always loved UNO’s as a kid my mom use to take me a lot when I was younger 86st location . IYKYK . This location here I’ve been to before but I usually stick to WHAT I KNOW IS GOOD . Which is the MUCHO NACHO ( what it was called before and the buffalo wings ) fried . Times have changed so much I would NOT be surprised if this location closed. 4/5/24 is the day I decided to try something different ! I had the shrimp and crab dip 10/10 the best thing I had there today.. I ordered a pasta meal which it was called spinoccoli 0/10 it wasn’t a whole breast it was like a sandwich meat chicken breast and in the middle was some of lettuce . The description on the menu never said it was a SANdwich meat breast. It was so bad I said I’ll go with a shrimp scampi which was a 3/10 horrible ! No taste or flavor . Moral of story never again . Pictures ADDED !

Google
Stumbled upon this place after leaving the museum of natural history for my birthday dinner. It was a group of us and I’m pretty sure only one person was working. I want to thank Jet for their attentiveness and amazing energy. The restaurant was clean and the food was great! I’d recommend to anyone who is in town :)

Yelp
This place was everything before covid and I have eaten here for years. The food is always pretty good. But the prices have went up like five dollars on every entree. And so I had a burger it wasn't the greatest it tasted very meaty like a weird meat taste. For dessert we had a Cookie Sunday always amazing. The service Was kinda slow since there was only one waitress but she was amazing. The hostess or front desk girl was a mess. She look like she just fell outta bed. And the place probably needs a deep cleaning.

Claire S.

Yelp
After being soaked in the pouring rain for hours, we were looking forward to a warm meal and decided to try this place because my friend insisted on me trying Chicago-style pizza. Unfortunately, the service was very slow, especially when it came to picking up the check. To make matters worse, my card was declined due to what seemed to be an issue with their terminal. I had to go all the way back to my bank and made numerous calls to confirm that there was nothing wrong with my card. Despite this, the waitress was insistent that my card had declined, which was quite frustrating. As for the pizza, it didn't live up to the hype. After all the hassle, I was expecting a better experience. Overall, it was a nice place to duck into from the rain, but the slow service and the issue with the card terminal really overshadowed our visit.

Yelp
Meh for service, a bit meh+ for the food. We came for proximity to the Museum of Natural History, plus I had eaten at an original Uno when I was in Chicago 2 years ago and had a good meal there. We were first seated in a booth but the cushion was so low that the table was nearly up to my neck! We asked for a table and were promptly moved, but then it must have been a good 7-10 minutes before anyone came to take our order! I was just yelping pizza in the area when a server did come. One teen, one Grandma. We shared the lunch special, which is a good deal - a personal deep dish pie and a salad for $11.99. We were pleasantly surprised by the salad, definitely big enough for the two of us, and we knew that the six slices of pizza would suffice. It was kind of greasy, but loaded with cheese and veggies, so it was tasty and filling. I ordered a lemonade, which was watery but had a little bit of tanginess to it. Not a place I'll return to, but it was okay for the price.

Taylor L.

Yelp
Waited almost 10 minutes to get waited on with a group of 6. And it wasn't busy. Margarita was basic and not a double that I asked for. Pasta was VERY basic (see picture). Wings were delicious with the Thai Chili sauce. Ambiance reminds me of a small pizza pub.

Nadeen M.

Yelp
As always this place never disappoints. Food was great and so were the drinks. The staff was very attentive and constantly checking to see if we needed anything

Sally C.

Yelp
Avoid at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. After a wonderful day at the American Museum of Natural History, we were a party of five, tired and hungry, ready for a satisfying meal. Instead, we were met with a disgraceful dining experience at Pizzeria Uno. First, the $12 house salad was an insult to the concept of salad--literally just a pile of chopped iceberg lettuce, a smattering of unripe tomato chunks, and a few sad, tasteless cheese shavings. Next came the BBQ chicken wings, which were a travesty: obviously deep-fried in stale oil and reheated in a microwave, then coated in a thin layer of BBQ sauce to disguise the complete lack of flavor. The sliders and fries? Utterly forgettable. The fries were limp, soggy, and straight out of a bag of frozen potatoes, while the sliders were bland and lifeless. But the pièce de résistance of disappointment was their so-called "famous" deep-dish pepperoni pizza. Famous for what, exactly? It tasted like a frozen DiGiorno, with chunks of canned tomatoes and pepperoni that alternated between charred cardboard in some spots and barely warm in others. And the bill? $80 for this mess, and we only had water to drink. The staff clearly knows how bad the food is. No one ever came to check on us, and the cashier strategically avoided asking, "How was everything?"--because they already know the answer. It's obvious this place survives purely because of its location across from the museum, preying on tourists who will (thankfully) never come back. If you're considering eating here, save yourself the money and the disappointment. Go anywhere else--literally anywhere would be better. Consider this your warning.

Javien M.

Yelp
The service was amazing. They have a thing on the menu name make your own pizza with the kids get to get sauce, cheese and pepperoni. If you wanted pepperoni is optional and they can decorate their own pizza. They take away the pizza have to write your name on a popsicle stick they put the pizza in the oven. They give it back to you and you just enjoy your pizza. They also have make it on Sundays. It's service amazing and just the food is amazing.

Jody S.

Yelp
The quality change it no longer taste the same as it did when they first came to New York decades ago I searched and it's owned by another company I knew it was to good to be true very disappointed.

Greg A.

Yelp
Avoid this dump. Directly across the street from the Museum of NH, a clever GM would be raking it in hand over fist. Not these dummies. After being on the waiting list for 30 minutes we figured it must have been crowded. Nope, they had a dozen available tables - they just didn't have the staff to accommodate. I can't imagine the amount of people that simply bailed and went elsewhere. We were starving and had our orders ready to go. Then it took them 45 minutes to bring me a thin crust pizza and my brother a sandwich. That wasn't a typo, yes, 45 minutes. Everything on my brother's plate was cold. When we asked them what the holdup was, their answer was that we knew what we were getting into when we waited 30 minutes for a table. Apparently, the idea is we should expect terrible service? I guess they have a point.

Lewis T.

Yelp
4 stars - 3 stars for the pizza and 5 stars for service. Clearly they were busy but Ruby went out of her way to make the visit good. The pizza dough wasn't fully cooked so marks off for that but I'll visit again for the service.

Shaquan C.

Yelp
The food and service was AWFUL. There were several tables that needed to be bussed. We were served appetizers w no utensils or napkins. The main course was so bad I sent it back. I order the pick 3 deal w shrimp skewers, chicken breast and ribs. The shrimp were a 3/5 but I love shrimp so I ate it all, the ribs and chicken weren't seasoned at all. It tastes like they just threw some store bought bbq sauce on top after it was plated. The manager did accommodate me by removing it from the bill. Word to the wise, if you don't see any of your skin folk dining there, you shouldn't be either.

Asma-Maria E.

Yelp
Lots of indoor seating. The menu had a wide variety. The food itself was pretty average (Olive Garden level). But my god the service was the absolute worst. Do not go here at all if you want a quick bite. There were two other families in the whole restaurant and our food take an outrageous amount of time. Also in total our server stopped by our table 3 times. 1 for the order, 1 with the food, and 1 to give us the check.

Sara B.

Yelp
Food was ok, service was friendly but slow, and the overall vibe was a little depressing

Jack M.

Yelp
worst experience ever. Waited at door for 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Took the server forever to get there. Food was cold and bland. avoid at all costs

Giacomo C.

Yelp
Great service welcomes you at this deep-dish Chicago-style pizza. Our waitress was outstanding (I wish I had asked her name). We were dining with a 3-year old toddler, and she was patient, helpful and personable. We showed up after 6pm on a Friday evening and the place was almost empty. They don't take reservations, but we clearly had no trouble finding an available booth. We shared their classic Pizzeria Uno deep-dish pizza. The large has 10 slices. It was filling and flavorful, but the dough was dry, and tasted and looked a bit old (not sure why). It's an ok option in the neighborhood, but the quality of the pizza is just average... not something to write home about.

Evgenia Y.

Yelp
Horrific place, food was ok, service absolutely awful, and the actual place is disgusting, old and dirty

Carmela N.

Yelp
Extremely dirty and old with sticky black dirt floors and sticky tables. Why not revamp, it's the upper west side of Manhattan? The bathrooms stink like they never get cleaned. Very off putting. Plus the flies roaming around. Service? Non existent! Seems like just a hang out, you can ask a "server" for something but don't expect to get it. I had to go to the little cubby hole that was in eye shot of my table and grab my own condiments and a plate, I should have just tipped myself! The food was just bleh, pretty sure the chefs don't have any desire to be there. I got a meat market small deep dish, just massive sauce, it was basically a soup pizza. The nachos were a joke as well, not even covered. The B rating should be an indicator that this place is subpar. -0/10 would not recommend.

Marianne W.

Yelp
UNO's Upper West Side has been my go to for years. My eye doctor is down the street so I have lunch after my appointment. Sometimes my daughter and I make the trip from the East Side just to have lunch here and shop in the vicinity. We have been huge UNO fans for years. My daughter always gets Pepperoni Pizza or a hamburger. I love their salads and the sandwiches. I am partial to the Turkey Sandwich. Sometimes I get fries with it. I really love the loaded baked potato. I love the baked Haddock too. A lot of the meals are so good! Naturally the desserts are delicious. The deep dish chocolate chip cookie with ice cream is big enough to share. I love the Oreo float too. I have that on special occasions. I can't say enough good things about this UNO's. Customer Service is typical. We try to get there during the week and go early. There was a time or two our food took a while to be served. If it wasn't for those times it would be five stars. When I get hungry I hate to wait. I love the food so much that I still return. I'm recommending you give this UNO's a try. I know I'll be back.

Teandra R.

Yelp
When sitting in, we normally have good service. When picking up, it really depends on who is up front for how long you'll wait and the personality you'll get. I definitely agree with one of the previous reviews that stated the place has gone downhill since covid. I know many places have suffered from staff shortages or are suffering. They are one of them as I noticed the hiring sign in the window. There's also now a changed health rating They're now rated with a 'B'. Yes, I have heard the rumors of the "paid for A rating," and those who say an "A rating means nothing," but it makes my mind, and my stomach feel better. Put it this way, I'm one of those people who preferred to bring home an A over a B to put it in perspective for you. It doesn't even look the same. It's looks a bit as if it's falling apart. But there was still a good amount of people in there for the lunch rush, so I guess that speaks for the food. There were tables that looked like people recently left, and the plates were empty as well, so I'm just guessing that they enjoyed their meals. It's unfortunate because it's the only Unos left in the city. The othe is in Queens, and then you have to commute of state. I hope they get it together before they get closed down as well.

Ash S.

Yelp
Yesterday, I came to this location with a friend. Despite being seated next to a bunch of very enthusiastic children, it was a pretty chill atmosphere. Especially after said bunch left. If you have been to one Uno's, you've been to all of them. The interior is a mix of booths and high wooden chairs with wooden paneling. I got their lunch special of the pizza and soup. I got a thin crust blanco rose, which was a white pizza with garlic and a broccoli cheddar soup. I love the broccoli cheddar soup! It was so warm and comforting. It's been a long time since I had it. However, I took it to the next level with some red pepper flakes. It was so filling that I almost couldn't eat the pizza. In hindsight, I probably would have been satiated with the soup alone. However, I am a pizza connoisseur, so I had to eat it. Plus, it's my favorite food group. It was so good! It was garlicky and just cheesy enough. Also, I elevated it with the red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese. All in all, it was a good meal. The best part was the drinks. I had 2 dirty martinis, and they were so good and respectfully strong. I would have gotten a third, but I waited too long. For dessert, I had a Reeses Peanut Butter shooter, which is the quintessence of balanced decadence. Also, I would be remiss not to give a shout out to our waiter. He was so nice, accommodating, and patient. He was amazing! I would not mind coming here again as a solo diner. It's quiet with good food.

Tamiko B.

Yelp
A bite after an amazing concert. My sister had a peach mule and she was thoroughly impressed. I ordered the shrimp and crab dip, a favorite from years past at a location now shuttered. We did not order pizza. The appetizer filled us so we could not finish our entrees. The server was attentive and pleasant. Kudos to her; only wished they were open past 10 PM. Arrived with a full belly after I reparing breakfast in the house and snacking at the concert. Thank you UNO's at 432 Amsterdam New York, NY.

Lauren M.

Yelp
One star isn't even accurate here. This place sucks. Sat down, 15 minutes no server. Asked for a server. One brought plates over and that's it. No water, orders were never taken after 15 minutes. Got up to leave and suddenly the "server" comes over saying sorry. We said no, we didn't feel like waiting a half hour. He said "it was only 15 minutes". 15 minutes is even unacceptable. The restaurant was empty. One guy behind the bar and 3 women standing at the host stand on their phones. I'll never try to come back here.

Dom G.

Yelp
Came here for a late lunch post visit to AMNH. The place is open for indoor dining. As there were 6 of us, we were seated right down the back which provided ample room for the kids to move around. Kids meal are available - starting at $5 for a make your own pizza and also other dishes such as spaghetti meatballs. The kids were also entertained with crayons and activity sheet provided by the restaurant. The make your own pizza kit under kids meal involved the kids making their own pizza as they were provided with the pizza crust, tomato sauce and cheese. Great way of getting kids involved. The adults opted for the express lunch menu - $10 for soup/salad and pizza - a pretty good deal. I chose the broccoli and cheddar soup and a deep dish pizza with meat toppings. Both were pretty yummy and filing. Service was good, the kids had a lot of fun after their day out at the museum. We will definitely be coming back here again.

Elruby T.

Yelp
Well, if you are looking for good eats and courteous hospitality at the Columbus Avenue location, you are not likely to get it here. I wish I could comment on the cuisine, but I never got the attention of the staff long enough to be serviced. While I try not to play the race card , since being raised in this melting pot, i know when a vibe is off. We just needed lunch to go, and I'm willing to wait for service, I can relate to under staffing by now. But when people choose to ignore my pleading request, I know it's time to go. I no longer felt I trusted this place to serve me. So I hope this helps when searching the area for food. Remember, food is a transfer of energy, be wary of who handles what you ingest.

Genie M.

Yelp
Happy Hour all day on Sunday! Half-price appetizers! Five dollar glasses of wine. Great service by Sebastian and the entire staff. Nachos and guacamole tasted freshly made. The buffalo wings were good the following day. The farmers market and spinoccolli pizza were fresh and delicious! The chocolate cake is big enough for 4 or more people and we still had enough to take home. It was huge, moist and chocolatey. Would definitely return to this location!

Paul V.

Yelp
I have been here about three times after Covid-19 and May be before but decided to write this review . Two times for lunch whereby I had ordered individual pizza and salad. Salad was real good with nice quality with Italian dressing on side with Tabasco which I add to dressing end then add on my salad. Next item is farmers veggies pizza which is the best I have eaten no where ! Really amazing taste- flaking crust and ordered well done .. must try with less cost $9.99 for lunch ! Same dish during evening is 14.99 without salad which I had ordered takeout late before closing around 9:44 once !! I have two cell phones and photos are on my other cell and May be I did write similar review there ?? Anyway service was really good with nice atmosphere with ample parking next to New Wawa next door sharing entrances ...

Zamira F.

Yelp
Food and service sucked. Waited too long for service, then food, then tab even though I was the only person at the bar. I'm still not sure if there even was a bartender, He was never there???

Jack P.

Yelp
After reading these negative reviews and my personal experience, the owner of this franchise does not know what proper service to guests is. Obviously there are unqualified employees and the blame for the understaffed/lack of staff goes to the owner and management. He expects any hired server there to have bartending abilities while covering 8 to 10 tables and handle take-out orders/host duties simultaneously, so that his payroll labor costs of staff hours will be purposely kept low. Not every server in restaurant hospitality can be a sufficient bartender and not every bartender is as sufficient of a server to handle multiple dining tables of guests. "Cutting corners" like this while having the staff multitask excessively to avoid hiring more adequate employees is foul and causes more negative results. This is similar to the previous class action lawsuit against Unos, which happened over 6 years ago for unpaid wages from time-shaving. If the Unos customer service is reading this, tell Brad Boston that he is an inept fool and the same goes for the human resources department....(also, save the effortless trouble of a pointless "copy & paste" response)

Hannah P.

Yelp
Went here with my sister from out of town. Service was not good!! I do not blame the server she was stressed and was the ONLY person out on the floor. She was yelling and rushing at customers but I do not blame her I would just say this place is extremely understaffed. Once it slowed down she was extremely nice and talked to us for a bit since my sister was also in food service and could relate. Food was good but a little greasy. Wouldn't recommend the stuffed shells the pasta was a little too thick.

Mark A.

Yelp
I have only ordered takeout from here, but every time it has been delicious! Quite quick overall with the delivery as well. They have a good variety of items and very good desserts too

Joey O.

Yelp
Long story short there was a mouse running around under our table while we were eating. I should've known because they had a B grade on the door from the inspectors. I probably wouldn't have left this bad review if the manager would've nice enough to do something for us as far as the bill was concerned but she still brought us the entire bill. Horrible experience

Lillian E.

Yelp
Avoid this place at all costs. Last Saturday I was by the museum and my sister and I decided to eat here. What a mistake. The hostess was so rude. She had an attitude from the beginning. Didn't even greet us, she just had an attitude. The food was okay but not the best.

Gus P.

Yelp
As a New Yorker I've always loved Pizzeria Uno but my experience today at the Columbus location left a bad taste in my mouth!!! I was seated by a very rude waitress that not only slammed the menus and totally left us unattended for over 20 minutes and when we waived at her to let her know that we were ready she rudely replied that we just had to wait because she was alone. When she did come back 5 minutes later I asked why was she so rude and if there was any reason for her to treat patrons so rudely and her response was that she didn't have time for my BS and if I didn't like the service at the location the door was there and we could leave. With that said we decided to take our business elsewhere. She was so rude that our farewell was the middle finger. Trust and believe that I will never set foot in another Pizzeria Uno and if this is the way employees are treating their patrons then I wouldn't be surprised if this location's days are numbered as well!! Save yourself the embarrassment, humiliation and spend your money elsewhere where you are welcomed and treated with respect.

Sheila J.

Yelp
The service was good but the food was horrible. The chicken was undercooked in the inside and over cook in the outside.

Joelle G.

Yelp
So while my server was very nice & I had a nice seat, I was very disappointed by the pizza that Uno's is known for... I've been to the Uno's in Chicago. Crust is divine, true deep dish and constructed perfectly. Crispy brown, yet buttery goodness. Perfect texture, top-tier. This crap at this Uno's on the UWS? Utter trash. The crust was a mix between saltines and graham crackers smashed together and being also somewhat mushy. How do you make counterfeit deep dish crust? It was absolutely appalling and disgusting. I would have rather done thin-crust, which is actually my favorite. Deep dish I love too, but is appreciated in moderation. So when my moderation opportunity has been ruined, I have to speak on it. The only saving grace was the white wine sangria. That's it. Horrendous.

Eddie N.

Yelp
Great staff but it's like eating supermarket pizza in a restaurant. Starts frozen, add toppings and pop in an oven below 400 degrees. No bueno.

Roberto L.

Yelp
I developed food poisoning yesterday after eating the Tuscan bread and the Christmas salad. I have no ways to prove it of course but please check if other customers reported as well

Sarah M.

Yelp
As far as I am aware, there are no "real" deep dish pizza spots uptown other than Uno. You get what you expect for a chain. I have gotten dishes I was disappointed by, such as the boneless Buffalo wings. For some reason they were just chicken fingers obviously cut in half and doused with Buffalo sauce. The Buffalo Mac and cheese was okay, the cheese tasted more like Alfredo than Mac and cheese. I have also gotten dishes I was very surprised by. The shrimp and crab dip was pretty good. The best pizza I have had is the cheese deep dish pizza. For some reason it is always better than the pizzas with toppings. I always order through Uber eats and never had an issue with my orders being incorrect.

Katelyn M.

Yelp
I didn't leave this chain pizza restaurant 5 stars for the food, but for their bartender Emily. I have lived in the area for awhile and never did I think UNO's would be mine and my friends favorite bar. Emily is incredible! She makes everyone who sits at her bar feel like a friend, and I know that from talking to her other regulars. We go every Saturday night to drink after work and will continue until she gets a job bartending somewhere else...then we go there. Pizza is fine. If you're starving, get the Numero Uno.

Denia M.

Yelp
Unfortunately for me I gave Pizzeria Uno a 3 rd chance post COVID. Normally I have company but on Wednesday I went solo at 4:00 pm. I ordered the clam chowder and a shrimp salad. Well I was cramped into a corridor and every time someone passed by me a draft of hot air engulfed me. It was 90 degrees outside. The air conditioner tanked. From the time the soup came and the salad came there was a 1 hour gap. Normally, I don't slam a restaurant but I couldn't even complain to a manager. I left at 5:25 pm. I'm definitely contacting corporate.

Jesse A.

Yelp
This review is not about the food quality as Uno is a chain, and the food is good and I enjoyed my pizza, but the reason I am giving a 1 star review is because today 04/24/2024 when I visited the establishment during lunch time, my baby cousin had an allergic reaction to the pizza. I specifically mentioned to the waiter before ordering my cousin allergy restriction to pecorino romano, or any goat products to which the waiter laughed and said "we are not fancy like that". My cousin had one bite of the slice of pizza and proceeded to get allergic as it did contain pecorino after I checked online later in the day. The waited promised he would check in case with the kitchen about the ingredients and clearly did not, he had no knowledge of the menu, and did not offer an apology when I ordered a burger for my cousin after I told him he had a reaction to the pizza. I asked for water and he did not bring it until I finally asked for the check at the end of the meal. My cousins allergic reaction got worst after we left the restaurant and we had to rush him to an urgent careas he started to tear up, swell up, and react badly to the food. Again the negative review has nothing to do with the taste of the food, but it is unacceptable for a server to not check with a kitchen about any allergy restrictions when told, not offer an apology for his mistake when he is told the person had a reaction to the food, or even rush to help someone having a reaction to get a glass of water so he can have a benadryl. Luckily my cousin is ok after having to be rushed to the hospital.

Yelp
We came here for a good time and to enjoy a place we both hadn't been to in ages. We were seated quickly after passing the covid vaccine requirement and I have to say, I'm getting used to it... we met our server Dennis (great guy, very accommodating) and we began to enjoy a very nice evening. We opted for pizza as a starter and damn, it was good! I ordered the rattlesnake pasta and immediately regretted it after tasting her shrimp scampi!!! lol (next time) lol Our drinks were good, I ordered the pomegranate margarita and she ordered a Moscow mule (really good!) somehow, everything she orders tastes better than mine! lol Food aside, everything was great! The dessert was a little lacking but we gave it a shot lol As a side note, I felt the need to remove 2 stars because of the incredibly insensitive and tactless comment our hostess made to me at the end of the meal. She approached and said "all this time you were here, I didn't notice you were missing your legs" yes, I wear double prosthetics as a result of a line of duty injury and it doesn't help when people are so insensitive as your hostess was. We weren't there for free and I don't expect such insensitive treatment. Perhaps management can train this individual on the fine art of tact and diplomacy when dealing with paying customers...

Yelp
Gluten-free deep dish cheese pizza lunch special along with a Caesar salad $10.88 It's always hard to find a gluten-free pizza that taste like regular pizza... I was surprised at the texture as well as the crunch of the crust... This will be to my to go place for gluten-free pizza.

Yelp
Lunch Time! When at the office, UNO's is a contender because their lunch combos are reasonably priced for days when you don't feel like splurging. They also offer options that can be mixed and matched. This is a great option because the menu is pretty standard when it comes to chain bar food. Three stars... the food is to be expected and there is nothing necessarily wrong with that sometimes but the service here can definitely use some improvements. On multiple visits there hasn't been a time where at one point the service was subpar. This a neighbor establishment so it's a little unfortunate that customer service isn't better. Nonetheless. For those who want to brave it. They offer frequent muncher lunch cards. Buy 6 lunches, get the 7th lunch free!

Yelp
When I want extra cheese, good meat and tomatoey sauce I come here. Plain and simple every time I come whether I eat in or to-go the food is always exactly how i want it. And now with the buy one pizza and get your second (equal or lesser value) for 6 bucks i have dinner and lunch for a week!!!lol The service is chain food service, hit or miss. Depending on your server you can have a pretty good time....other servers need a neck chop or they are just volunteering because they truly act like they are wealthy and don't need my tip?!?!? lls Either way as long as my food is right to-go works just fine!!

Yelp
Pizza was cold in the middle and gnats everywhere! Service was friendly but the food and ambiance were not worth it imo.

Yelp
The service was amazing and the menu had lots of variety for people of all food diets. Our server, Dennis, was really nice and made sure that everything was good with our orders. The dessert and the appetizers were amazing and would definitely order again along with the tasty drinks. The only issues were: 1.) the build your own pizza dough was a bit too thick 2.) the shrimp scampi needed a little more spice and flavor 3.) the thin crust pizza was too dry, but otherwise okay I would go back again if I needed a quick spot to eat or if I am in the area again.

Yelp
I'm a big fan of Uno's pizza. This location lived up to my expectations. I came by for lunch on Wednesday and got great service. She pointed out the lunch special would save me money on ordering the pizza; she refilled my drink when needed. The "Chicago Classic " pizza I ordered was delicious.

Yelp
I hadn't visited any Uno in close to 20 years, but I went in with incredibly low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. This isn't some fancy-pants establishment, Folks, and yes, it is deep dish. Keep that in mind and don't go in expecting to utter "omakase" and have your mind blown. Our server was friendly and kind. My dining companion and I each ordered individual pies and they were quite tasty. They were piping hot and yummy. I like the 21st-century Rise of the Machines way of paying. I would've given Uno 4 stars, but for the fact that all the pies on the menu (except the veggie pie) had warnings next to them basically saying the sodium content was such that heart attack and/or stroke is imminent after dining at Uno. No bueno. Sure, I don't expect for pizza to be super healthy, but that sodium warning was a huge turnoff. They should revamp their recipes. Nobody needs pizza that salty.
