Atmosphere= Hip. Lots of TVs, music playing. Makes me feel like im in Chicago. Drinks: Mine: Peach Mule - Delicious. Sugary. Bae: Sweet and Spicey ( like bae) margarita. Waiting for appetizer and make your own pasta entrees. They came together. Would have prefered the app came before the entree. I thought that was default. Do I have to ask now. A little overwhelming to eat both at the same time. Excelent food. The Buffalo chicken quesidilla was cheesey! Not a typical flour tortilla, but thicker, more like a smashed pita. I shared my rigatoni spinach mushroom roasted red pepper and grilled chicken. Pesto black olives tomatoes and meatballs. One of baes 2 meatballs was 25 percent overcooked and hard to chew and cut with a fork. Creamy pesto is very salty i can feel it on my tongue. Although that didnt stop me from finishing it! Portion size was filling with enough to take home. Service was very excellent! ... Criticism The table was sticky. Similarly how mentioned in another recent post. Plus for not rushing us. Yo mens bathroom is disgusting. Floor dirty and sticky by the urinal. Smells like a public bathroom. 3rd. The meal was a little pricey. Came out to just over 100 dollars with tax and tip. Wasnt expecting a budget meal but this is large franchise food that should be on the less expensive end for the overall quality of the experience. And clean your bathrooms and tables!

Bae said he never been here. Thanks for experiencing this with me! Service was excellent. Service with a smile like bae says. For the first time I tried the create your own pasta. I love pesto anything. It was pretty good. I like black olives too. I'm not a drinker but drinks were good and I'm lightweight so I was loopy after a few sips. Finished the rest of baes drink too hehe. We gotta try the pizza here next time.

Uno's Pizzeria in Astoria is a fantastic find, especially since not many people seem to know there's an Uno's in Astoria, Queens! They offer a great vegan menu that’s definitely worth exploring. We tried the Vegan Cheeseburger Deep Dish, and it was delicious—rich, flavorful, and satisfying. They also have a Vegan Garden Pizza and Vegan Cheese Pizza that I’m excited to try next time. While I’m not sure if the Beyond Burger is vegan, it’s great to see a variety of options. The atmosphere could use a bit of updating, as some booths look a little worn, but the tasty food makes up for it. If you're in the area, make sure to check it out!

Service was excellent Atmosphere on a Friday night was DOA, nobody here Now that I got the “Numero Uno Deep Dish Pizza”, I can see exactly why it’s dead here. The Pizza…… oh no. For $34.74 I got a 12 inch pie, which came out warm in the center, and piping hot on the edges, due to being transferred to a heated Deep Dish pan to give off the illusion of it being “fresh out the oven”. The filling isn’t even seasoned with salt, let alone anything at all. The only thing you taste in it is the meat and raw vegetables, which as a result of them being undercooked, caused the crust to become soggy at the bottom of the pie. An entire 1/3 of the “Depth” of this pan was filled by (I kid you not) a cooling rack. And at the bottom of the pan, you see the Water that steamed off of the undercooked vegetables and the canned roasted tomato that they topped this thing with in place of actual pizza sauce. The only thing about this pizza deserving of placing a single star on this review is the fact that the crust is the only thing in it that has any differentiating flavor in it, being that it’s buttery. TL;DR $34.74 for a 2/3 full deep dish pie that can hardly be considered a pizza, due to the lack of any Sauce at all. The tables on arrival were also sticky. If this were $15, I would say it’s worth picking this up in the freezer aisle of your local grocery store. (To explain why there are only 2 slices left, food is food, and I refuse to throw $30+ in the trash because the chef can’t get their act together, the owner needs to hire a new cook and fast before this branch dies out.)

This was my second time here and I enjoyed it so much. Everything from the food, service, and atmosphere was so nice. We enjoyed all of the dishes we got. The drinks were so bomb too! We came during happy hour but we were still eating when happy hour ended, but they were eager to let us keep happy hour prices. So grateful for that! Our server Albert and the manager who greeted and sat us were such sweethearts. They made our night with their impeccable service.

Went to Uno Pizzeria Grill on the border of Queens and Long Island.This is one of the few restaurants left opened in NY.Alot of them have closed.It was Saturday arrived around 9pm ,the ambience was very nice,the place was very clean and welcoming.Our waitress was the Best and the food served was great.My wife hand the pan Hawaiian pizza and I had the chicken parmesan dish with pasta.The mango lemonade tasted great as well.I will definitely come back , planning to bring my family for dinner here very soon.Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

My third visit here. Excellent customer service brought down by unclean non-maintaned bathrooms. 12/2024 After a couple of busy shopping sprees, we end up back at UNO twice so far this December. 5 stars for the cool courteous bar tender who took care of us both times. 5 stars for the veggie extravaganza pizza!!

This is my first time at the establishment and I have to say the team there is on point. The host had very positive energy, was very welcoming and hands-on with the customers. The food and drinks hit the spot but the host positive energy is what I appreciated the most. I hope life treats him as well as he treated me today.

I haven't been to this location in a while. This particular day I ordered food. I was willing to pay a little more in fees to get it delivered that's how bad I wanted it. I ordered one of my favorite dishes. That was the potato skin pizza. I absolutely love that appetizer. I also ordered the personal Numero Uno pizza. I have had that before as well. Will always enjoy it. Delivery came on time and straight to me while food was still hot. Thanks for that. It looked very appetizing as well. I forgot to take pics. That's how fast I devoured it. Thanks again.

This location is listed as open on UberEats till 10:45 nightly, yet they are always closed before 10:30. Listen, there is absolutely nothing surprising about them being inconsistent with their product and delivery. The listed time for Thursdays on Google is actually 10:30, but they time has been listed as 10:45 on Uber for at least a year if not years. It's not an oversight, it's neglect. The store manager is aware, has been told multiple times and has done nothing to correct it. Locations set their operating hours on Uber, not Uber themselves. This is a major national chain in a time when these types of establishments are dying quickly. Get it together or you won't be here for much longer.

First time I went here was many yrs ago. I remember not liking the pizza since there wasn't enough sauce. Anyway, many yrs later & I got the deep DEEP DISH RAVIOLI VEGGIE LASAGNA ($20ish) which was really good. I was really hungry so it tasted better than it wuda otherwise. There was enough ricotta, sauce & cheese. Only problem was the bell peppers, I forgot to ask for no bell peppers cuz my stomach.... It also didn't have much pesto or much pesto flavor. The chocolate cake ($10) was very rich in chocolate indeed, too chocolately for me. It was humongous. 1 slice can easily serve 4-8 ppl, depending on how much chocolate you can take. It was also very sweet, too sweet for me but really good nonetheless.

I was surprised how much I liked this place. As a parent, I am definitely appreciating these family friendly chains more and more. They usually have space, bathrooms, kids menus, crayons, and specials. The food is decent and everyone finds something they'll eat. One of my main criticisms though is that the specials are difficult to determine before you arrive. They have daily specials and also if you have a kid, you can get the happy hour deals at the tables! I love this. Usually I'm sullen when we miss out on them bc we can't sit at a bar with a kid (my daughter has actually been kicked out of more places than me bc of this)... But not here! It's kind of a secret though, so don't tell anyone?

Came here with a friend for a quick bite and it felt like a dominos meets applebees. They have an extensive pizza menu which you can either get a small or large pie. Truthfully, one small pie is enough to split between two people unless you're starving then opt for a large. The pie we got didn't taste like pizza but moreso cheesy bread with toppings. There was no sauce and we noticed a lot of the pies aren't really made with marinara so we had to ask for some on the side. Getting the side of marinara really helped and gave the pie that "pizza" taste. We had ordered a pitcher of sangria which literally tasted like watered down wine. Our waitress told us it may taste a little watery so to stir it before serving but im convinced that we got served watered down wine lol. Overall, this is a place where if you want a quick bite to eat and there's nothing in the area -- it'll get the job done.

A little disappointing my Chicago classic was delicious service. A little lacking decor needs a little updating. Otherwise food is always as it was worth whatever you're paying for it.

I stopped in here after seeing a film at MoMi. This was pretty mediocre as food goes, though the staff was very pleasant.

Anyway should you decide to eat original deep dish pizzas this is the place. Pricing is reasonable but great for lunch as personal deep dish pizza and side salad- large quantity for $9.99. Uno's used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but this location can be hit or miss. The pizza generally is good, but sometimes doesn't taste as fresh. In terms of service, for a time, this location had only a 50% hit rate on the take-out order being ready on time (if at all), but recently they've been more consistent

Uno has been consistently disappointing. During the pandemic, the menu has been decreasing and changing a lot and a lot of my favorites have gone away. Food: I ordered takeout. I got two deep dish pizzas, the numero uno and pesto cheese. The 4 cheese pesto was very oily and the pesto was sour. I couldn't eat more than a slice. The numero uno was fine. The spinach artichoke dip has changed and it's not good. Before they served it in a deep dish bowl with tortilla chips, but now it comes with baguette chips. I am not a fan anymore, it tasted bad and the baguette chips were too hard. Price: very pricy for portion sizes. The spinach artichoke dip was $10 and very little was given. The individual pizzas are so tiny and $14 each, you can get way better pizza else where. Ambience: when dine in was a thing, the space was nice to go into, but very loud. They have limited outdoor seating right now and only one heat lamp right now, but overall I think that you should do takeout. Service: service is fine! Safety: when I went in, the store was empty and just one person working. They were wearing masks.

A sad shell of its former self. The employees look miserable (probably because no one ever tips them - I made sure to do so, as the food is never their fault, remember this, Kids!) The first pie I ordered was so dehydrated that the grilled chicken topping was indistinguishable from the crust, and the spinach topping was one sad little wilted leaf. The second pie made it really clear that they DGAF back there. Canned, dried-out tomatoes, half raw crust, a glut of cheese not even high enough quality for a school cafeteria. The manager at least comped the bill, shrugging stonefacedly "we tried". Stay awayyyyyyyy. Clearly not.

Bad service food is terrible table's are very sticky floors are very dirty just like the bathroom I asked for a sam Adams for me and My wife and the bartender came back with one and said they were out of sam Adams and I asked him if he could put an other keg on tap and he said he didn't know how my wife then ordered a corona and he said that they were out of corona after my wife had finished the first one how can a bar and grill run out of beer now I know why the place was empty more workers than customers don't go there give it one star cause I had to to post this review

Came to this Unos location after finding out the location in Brooklyn closed permanently. Once I came in with my family we were greeted and seated very quickly. We came in on a Thursday evening. We were a group of 7 with no reservations. This location is way more spacious then the location in Brooklyn. Lots of seating and very accommodating for a large group. Our waiter was super friendly and very attentive! I started out with a cocktail called Windy City Hurricane. It was delicious. For those who like a fruity drink I would recommend this one. They have a variety of cocktails on the menu. For appetizers we ordered mozzarella sticks and the Tuscany bread. Man was I happy they brought back the Tuscany bread. You can taste the fresh pesto and the seasoned plum tomatoes. For our main course we ordered the make your own pizza for the kids. That's always a hit. Who don't like making their own pizza. We ordered chicken spinoccoli, rattlesnake pasta and sub the sauce for marinara sauce, chicken parmesan and a side of loaded mashed potatoes! Overall the food was delicious and flavorful, service was super quick and staff was very welcoming and friendly.

I really like the menu at Uno's and this location does the food really well. They offer several affordable options like the Pick Two for $12 or the Family Dinner for four for $30. One of my favorite dishes on the menu is the crab and shrimp dip which comes with sliced toasted baguettes. It's so good! I always order this whenever I'm here. The kids menu also has some nice options. My nephew loves the Make Your Own Pizza option and the Create a Sundae for dessert. He will eat every single crumb of either dish. This is my go to place to eat whenever I have time before going to the movies at Kaufman. They are conveniently located across the street from the theater and about two blocks from the subways. Also, if you download their app on your phone you can accumulate points with every order. Highly recommend.

Before you're wondering how a chain restaurant got five stars, know that they without out a doubt have rebranded and become even better than before. I've been coming to Uno's since I was a kid, but stopped after a while because I thought the food was lackluster. The only good part about it was discounted movie tickets and we even stopped going to Kaufman for a while. Anyway, I was invited by a friend to go to the Astoria's location and figured why not. They really stepped up their game since my last visit. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome, and the menu itself totally got a rebrand. One of the things I remember from going to Uno's was the huge book like menu, but they've now opted for a one pager (front and back) that is less overwhelming and has only their best menu options. I always think that places with short menus do much better than ones with mile long menus. First up we had the fried ravioli, spinach and artichoke dip, and Pizza Skins. I never got the pizza skins before but it was awesome, totally would order them again. The flaky crust at this place is just awesome. Next up was the fried ravioli, which is apparently made with fresh pasta and breaded by hand daily. For a place that's a chain restaurant I would not have guessed but the owner was proud to tell us, so extra brownie points for the freshness in not just this item but most of the things they have on the menu (ask about it while you're there!). And you also can't go wrong with spinach and artichoke dip, I love the crostini type pieces they give instead of just chips. Then we got the thin crust pepperoni pizza, which I totally could've eaten myself. The Classic Deep Dish was so cheesy and the sausage was delicious. You can't come here without getting the deep dish, they're also the first ones to have every created it! The sauce was flavorful, the crust was so flaky and soft, and the cheese had me doing a mile long cheese pull. Lastly, we also ordered the Buffalo Mac and Cheese which genuinely surprised me. Like I said, Uno's totally had a rebrand and all their food can vouch for that!

We been coming to this establishment since the one at Bayside closed. The staff are courteous and friendly. The establishment is clean and they do enforce social distancing, wear of masks and provide hand sanitizer for their customers. Lately we been ordering take outs and the food is tasty and good.

Food was good, service was really slow and there was not much people there for them to be that slow and no so attentive. My daughter and I waited 15 minutes for the lady to pay attention to us just to get our bill.

Uno Pizzeria & Grill is a well-known chain that serves a variety of pizzas, including both deep-dish and thin crust options. Their Detroit-style pizza is a newer addition to the menu and the perfect for those who enjoy its crispy crust, caramelized cheese edges, and unique toppings. The Spicy Roadster has crispy friend chicken tossed with buffalo sauce, jalapenos, diced tomatoes, red onions, aged white cheddar and mozzarella cheese blend. The Imperial and Motor Works are also great options. They also have thin crust option that is inferior to your traditional NY slice. Although they are known of their deep-dish pizzas - those will have to wait until my next visit!

This use to be a great spot to meet up and have a bite with friends.....OMG the Service Sucked the Food Horrible....I'm not sure if our Server was new but he forgot orders stuff came to the table late....it was just bad all around NOT sorry to say ....We really felt like walking out without paying!!! Yeah that Bad...... Never Ever Again.....!!!

I left a review 7/18. These people closed down an hour early but still accepted my order. I showed up before "close" and nobody was there. The next day, the manager questioned the validity of my story. Let's just assume he's being thorough. He gave me my order, but offered no apologies for closing down early. He didn't say "well, business was slow so we all just decided to take off.." instead he made me feel defensive as I showed him a receipt for a pizza I never received after it was ordered. This wasn't a large order, it was a freaking small personal pizza. The next day, a social media person for this company reached out to me, which felt like validity... like this company cares. I explained this story in detail to her, along with pictures and receipts. She never replied to my email. Which is why I'm back here again. I'm sorry if you're over worked. So am i (I'm a doctor in NYC in family med and i can prove that if you'd like. It's the principle of how you handled this situation, which is why i won't let go). But this is garbage. Do better. Offer a freaking free set of fries or a milkshake for Christ sake. This manager messed up. If you wanted to keep happy customer relations you bribe the customer with a milk shake or free French fries or any sort of bribe. His name is Chris. Please don't pretend to care again in my the reply to this review unless you actually intend to change how the operation works. Don't give me the whole "oh, I'm so sorry for your poor experience!" We've already been down that road. You didn't do anything.

Today is March 31st 2023 and baby when I tell you this place is crazy.... First I thought it was nice and clean walking in but the way I was treated was horrible the was an issue with another person in the restaurant and when the owner got mad he called us black bitches highly disappointed especially because it was children around and was very unprofessional

I was in the neighborhood with an hour to spare before my 12:50 movie, so I stopped in for lunch. I hadn't had deep dish pizza in at least six years; thankfully, Uno didn't disappoint! I got the lunch special (an individual deep dish pizza with a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup) and a big margarita, all for around $20.00. It hit the spot. The servers were exceedingly friendly, however, I had to deduct a point because the tabletop felt a little sticky, but it could have been the humidity from the hot summer day. I will be back!

I ordered 2 XL farmers market on a thin crust without feta. It's not really thin but it's thinner than the deep dish. First time, they forgot the sundried tomatoes so the manager gave us half off for next time. He was quick to give us a solution, nice and accommodating. Went back and got 2 XL pies. This is my dad's and my favorite pizza. We'll be back.

Food options are always great. For a large chain restaurant this location provided great portion sizes. Service was good. I believe the night I came there was a new server. Unfortunately for him I asked a lot of questions but never got an answer so another waiter had to help out. I think recommendation, a senior waiter/waitress should watch the new person and spilt tips if anything. It's tough market but make it easier for the new person. I order more food as usual . I never let it go to waste because it can always be reheated. I ordered the sample tray and it was amazing. Probably more than enough food but I was hungry. The pizza was a large portion for 1 person, so FYI order small regardless if you hungry or not unless you plan on splitting it with someone. Portions are definitely good to split if you want to save some money. Definitely a great place to get some quick food!

It was okay, it cost me $48.85 for a 12 inch deep dish pizza! It was kinda soggy and soft. I was so disappointed for the price and quality of the food.

I ordered the farmers deep dish market pizza and cheesy garlic bread with pesto sauce. Food was good. Its a big seating area. The service was also decent.

I ordered the thin crust personal pizza with pepperoni. For a thin crust, it was a little chewier than I would've liked. When you order a thin crust, you want that crisp and crunch. The pizza was average, bar style. Literally burn the roof of your mouth HOT. I also got a Windy City Harbor rum drink, it was watered down and not great. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because the waitress was fast and really nice. If she wasn't my server, it would've been 2 stars

I came here because I got hungry after visiting the museum next door. I stopped to have a bite. I ordered a pizza with just a marinara sauce and cheese. It was not that bad but it wasn't anything special. I also ordered a non sweetened iced tea. The food was average. I ate 2 slices. This is a personal sized pizza. Saw that they give 20% Wednesday from a flyer. I had a great experience because the waitress who's also a bartender at the time gave me a great service. She was very attentive and made sure that I had everything. The service was great but the food was average. If I come back here, would like to try other dishes like salad. The salad looks good.

This place excels in customer service- especially in comparison to Applebee's across the street where servers with scowls are the norm. I really do feel like I'm part of the family here. Really friendly hostess and servers. As for the food - mmmm it's so yummy! I heard my favorite appetizer will be pulled from the menu soon so get it while you can: Dough bites! I love the buttery garlic flavor, crisp exterior and doughy interior and then dipped into marinara sauce- ugh it's perfection. So satisfying to eat! Wings- they know how to cook them. I've tried two flavors sweet bbq and buffalo sauce. They were both tasty but buffalo wings were a clear winner. The wings have great texture and were not soggy (I hate when wings are soggy- such a buzzkill!) Sliders- they were just okay. Too well-done for my liking and had an overpowering charred taste. Fries- were also just okay. They were over-salted. I couldn't eat them. Mashed potatoes- they come piping hot, just how I like them. I just wish they had garlic mashed potatoes. That would take them to an entirely different level! Quesadillas- this isn't your traditional quesadilla. It seemed more like a folded pizza actually because they don't use tortillas. I wan't crazy about them but my boyfriend devoured them. I haven't tried the pizza here yet but I will eventually. This is slowly becoming my boyfriend and I's new casual date night spot. Dessert- We've had the chocolate macadamia nut cookie with ice cream on top... I'm salivating just thinking about it. It's so delicious!!!! You won't be disappointed!

We've been coming to this location for years but there's been a huge drop in quality the past few months- this visit was definitely the worst and I can say we're definitely never coming back. I ordered the vegan cheese pizza and asked for cherry tomatoes to be added but when the waiter came out it had sun dried tomatoes burned to a crisp. I don't know if your chefs and waiter don't know the difference between cherry tomatoes and sun dried tomatoes but they should know not to bring out food burnt beyond recognition. Somehow the meal was made even worse by our additional order of a veggie extravaganza pizza which made me and my child sick the entire next day. This restaurant needs to have oversight from management and or your corporate office before you make more people sick.

I've been going here since they opened this location and cant believe last week was my first time eating their deep dish pizza. it was very tasty full of flavor! for the custom personal deep dish they let you pick 3 toppings family really enjoyed it and will get it again they have your average food from burgers, wings , steak, etc. usually good decent food no complaints

First time to this location and it will be our last. What was supposed to be a nice birthday outing with our son turned into a mess. The service here is terrible. We didnt get acknowledge for 15 minutes before someone came to the table. Our waiter never refilled our drinks, took our order wrong (put mushrooms when we specifically asked for it not to be). There were no condiments at our table so I wasnt able to eat with my family until he came back around. The food that was corrected tasted very good - I have to say - that was the only positive part.

Uno pizzeria first time being here. I order pizza around where I live but decided to order from uno pizzeria after I was done with work. Online the Grub hub! Grubhub: Which restaurant doesn't accept cash!!! They didn't allow me to pay in cash so I had to put my credit card in. If you guys can't accept the cash payment then take it off from online! It's a long wait for a pie of pizza! I said I will pick it up by 4:30pm am still waiting for this pizza! It better be that good of my waiting time. This is just unbelievable! Whenever I ordered online at other pizzeria for pick up it was always ready for me to pick it up but this UNO PIZZERIA is just making me disappointed! This is terrible! I don't think I will either come here to eat or order from here again. I got the pizza on my hand at 4:52pm. I got home with the pizza at 5:40pm Afterwards I ate pizza i drink cups of water because it was just salty for my taste buds. There were four slice of pizza I ate one and my partner ate two. It was just too mushy. Just a big layer of Mariana sauce on top. I read reviews online (seamless) it had a lot of sad reviews but still wanted to give them a try and did but I were just sad as other people with my pizza. 4 pie of pizza $15.23 I think it could have been better and I think with that $$ I could have gotten a better big pie then that.

The farmers pizza was a 4 out of 10 and the drinks were pretty good actually. Service was great! . Overall I would go here for the drinks.

Looks fancy and everything but the CUSTOMER SERVICE is really bad. The food is not what you see on the MENU. Either is cold, they forget something or the way that they serve food is unacceptable. I sure the owners opened the place in order to serve and make customers happy but their staff is not helping. I'm sorry for the owners but there's a lot that needs to be changed, starting from the greetings and coming around to the tables and asking if everything is alright or making sure that the chef brings out the best of this place.

A friend of mine was super hungry and this was one of the closest things in the area, so we came by to check it out. The place is nice and has outdoor seating. The inside is nice as well. It was spacious and i got a booth. I wasn't adventurous and stuck with my gut instincts and ordered a regular pizza with toppings. It was good, but i am disappointed i didn't try other things. I'll definitely experiment next time and write an updated review. I would recommend them if you are in the area and want Italian food.

I thought the food at apple bees was bad, but wow, Uno sure does take the cake on that one. Similar to the atmosphere at Apple bees, Uno is a family style restaurant that offers classic American dishes. People often come here for the pizzas. I actually don't like pizza so I opted for the pasta instead. I had the chicken Alfredo pasta and virgin pina colada as my drink. The chicken Alfredo was absolutely flavorless and had about five pieces of chicken. It was so bland and disappointing. The pina colada tasted like what I imagine baby formula to taste like - gross. To top it off, the chocolate cake that I ordered as a dessert, was terrible too! The chocolate cake was dry and over sweetened. It tasted very artificial to me. I would NEVER come back.

Stopped in here on Friday 7/3. Party of 3. We were seated quickly. Friendly service. Started with a couple drinks that were well made. Apps were mozzarella sticks, the potato skins which is what we came for and some cheesy bread. We each had a personal deep dish pizza. Everything was good. Vegetables taste fresh, brought out quickly. If you're looking for a good quick eat this is a good place to go.

I love coming here with my friends , their burgers are so good !!! But we really mostly come here for their deserts, the staff there are really friendly

Dined here for a late dinner on Thursday with a party of 4. It was empty and we were seated immediately. The food is okay here. I ordered an all meat thin crust pizza. It was edible but way too sweet for me. There was nothing to balance out the sweetness. I also ordered a pitcher of blue moon. It came out with a dirty cup, which I hadn't realized until after pouring beer into the cup. I notified the server and he cleaned the cup, but also told me it could not be refilled because there was no more beer left at the location. I know he was trying his best, but that was disappointing. I remembered Uno's being better in the past.

Pros: I have *spirited* kids, a chain is always good for drowning out their challenges with sitting quietly. My margarita was shockingly good. Manager did adjust the price in the end, but I would have rather paid full price for a good experience Cons: we came for my son's' birthday. I told the waiter in the beginning, never sang and brought their deserts late and at different times. food almost inedible, the kids make your own pizzas are basically lunchables, they're served burning hot so you guessed it, the cheese fell off as they writhed in pain. Sooooo slow service, waiter requires constant prompting ie. Do you have straws after bringing drinks, sliders were over done hockey pucks. I wondered if there was down from AppleBees yes, it's Pizzeria UNOs.

Came here for dinner today. Staff was very friendly and was on top of everything. Made sure we were okay and if we needed anything else. Which I liked. Food took a little longer considering there wasn't a lot of people and not to mention we only ordered burgers. But other then that it was good.

Came here on Easter Sunday for brunch and their movie tickets. If you eat here, you can get discounted Regal movie tickets for $8 each. I heard this Uno is usually pretty good, but I guess as it was Easter Sunday and they got a birthday party and another big table going on, I didn't get the service I wanted. We had a party of 5, but we never got an extra set of silverware. When we all ordered water to drink, we got four. I ordered the goat cheese walnut salad with the dressing on the side. The waiter repeated my order but gave me a salad with the dressing on it. But he was very polite when I sent the salad back and he made me a new one right away. I think the food was fair. It's a chain restaurant. Can't expect much. Presentation was nice though. Overall, the food was fair. Service was meh. I mean our waiter was nice, but he just didn't take care of us well. Also, Uno is getting more and lore expensive. I'm not sure if it's worth it. I might just pay my movie ticket in full and eat somewhere else.

Make your own Deep Dish...My Fav? Hamburger, Artichoke and mushroom! Delicious! Great service and both pizzas and burgers are spot on! You can also do a dinner and movie and get tickets to Regal across the street at a cheaper price with each meal purchase.
