Walking in the atmosphere was very nice and calm. A lot of nice seating areas in and outdoors and they let you seat yourself 🫰 The Service was great, she gave us plenty of time to order and provided good suggestions. Decided on the blackened salmon pasta & the sweet and spicy burger. We got the mimosa flight as well for 16$ will post pics... Very cute.

Our experience was certainly not of the same caliber of the google reviews that made us try brunch here. We had a reservation for 10:30 Sunday morning, but I don't think it was necessary as half the dining room was empty. Dining area isn't huge and the decor was okay, nothing to write home about. Plenty of free street parking out front. When we arrived, we were asked if we wanted main dining area or live music seating. While we chose main, if we wanted live music, we would have been sorely disappointed as an hour and a half later, there was still no music set up. Just wondering, why offer if there really wasn't an option. We ordered a mimosa flight and brussel sprouts to start. Comparing to the flights we've ordered over the years at hundreds of restaurants, this by far had to be the saddest, low effort flight I've ever seen. It was literally 3 shot glasses of juices and a single serve bottle of champagne. DIY with no plank or carrier. Let's move on to the brussel sprouts that came out with no seasoning. We asked if they forgot the balsamic and sure enough, we were given a small cup of the balsamic glaze. Again, DIY because it definitely needed salt and pepper also.Staff was pleasant enough but we were never asked about refills and had to wave over to request anything. I ordered the crab cake benedict and requested the English muffin be well toasted - it came out barely warm. I asked for sautéed onions in my home fries. The onions and potatoes came out on different plates. No big deal but, for someone who routinely requests these basic alterations, their inability get their dishes out to standard is concerning. The hollandaise sauce was very bland and the crab cakes were more cake than crab. I felt like I was eating at an Amish restaurant with the lack of flavor. Truly an disappointing and underwhelming dining experience.

Brunch was EXCELLENT! They were quite busy, and I had to wait a bit longer for my OJ. However, the food was delicious. Plentiful and only $15 for what you see below. Biscuit was amazing with the butter. Potatoes perfectly cooked. The silver dollar pancakes were just the right portion. Fruit was fresh.

Went in for brunch. We had reservations but didn’t have to use it. Luckily it was not that busy. Attendant was pleasant and checked on us quite often. Food came out on time and was delicious. The famous biscuits were ordered. OMG. They were huge and delicious. Plenty of left overs to take home. Over all the food was 💯 Atmosphere was invitjng and child friendly as well. I couldn’t stay long enough to hear the band play. I will be back again soon

I hate leaving not-great reviews. Especially in regards to service. I'm a service industry professional of over 20 years, and am *extremely* understanding. But I had the worst service here today, that I've had in a very long time. Find a tiny bit of awareness, and *any* sense of urgency, please. It was BAD. Food was mostly ok, except the tortillas which were 1) shitty store bought tortillas, and 2) so mistreated that they were cracked into multiple pieces when I opened them. The atmosphere was cool enough. And they even managed to have live music, without it being overwhelming throughout the entire place. Honestly, I would've left it as a "meh" experience, and not reviewed at all, were it not for the terrible service.

After passing by Urban Eats in Round Rock several times, we were excited to finally give it a try. We made a reservation for a Sunday afternoon and were seated promptly upon arrival, which was a great start. Our server, Jacob, greeted us shortly after we were seated and took our drink order. Once the drinks arrived, we let him know we were ready to place our food order. He mentioned he needed to drop off some drinks and would return—but unfortunately, we waited 10 to 15 minutes before he came back. During that time, we made multiple efforts to get his attention, even as he engaged in a lengthy conversation with another table behind us. Once our order was finally taken and the food arrived, Jacob did not return to check on us. I had to flag him down several times just to get water refills. This level of service was disappointing, especially considering how friendly and attentive the rest of the staff seemed to be. We've heard good things about customer service at this location, so this experience stood out in contrast. On a positive note, the food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. However, the restroom could use more frequent cleaning and attention. Overall, while the food and ambiance were strong highlights, the service left much to be desired. We may consider returning in the future to see if our experience improves with a different server.

Went on Sunday at noon; parking spots were plenty, we parked on the street and walked a short way. I had made a reservation ahead of time and got there early, so we were fine with waiting. The waiting area is tiny and in the way of everyone, there were some tables in the area that would have made more sense to be for waiting. I was less understanding when we had to remind them we were waiting for our reservation (right next to the host stand) when they sat other similar size parties who came later ahead of us (same reservation time). They were decently busy and it took over 10 minutes to get acknowledged by the server, and longer to come back for drink orders and food. Server was nice however, and he seemed pretty overwhelmed/busy. Food itself was good and decent sized portions. We had the biscuits (huge!) and Brussels sprouts (also a ton) as starters. The Brussels sprouts needed some salt but overall really good. We had the banana bread French Toast and a special (some sort of ham and cheese sandwich thing). The French toast was just ok, did not live up to the hype of other reviews in my opinion. We had plenty of leftovers, which was great. Overall a nice brunch option in Round Rock, although I’d recommend making sure to make an earlier in the day reservation.

The atmosphere is low key and quiet they play jazz a little and elevator music. The sun room fans is a nice room for a lively atmosphere when a band is there. But the fans in the ceiling were dirty needed to be clean. The chairs are mediocre not quite comfortable for a family or intimate dinning. Food out of ,5 stars I give them a 3. Their desert was 4 star.

Great brunch yesterday. The food was amazing and it was lively! The avocado chicken sandwich was perfectly cooked and seasoned, one of the best I've ever had. The shrimp and grits were very tasty and different from any I had had, I'll get that again next time. My son devoured the pancakes and the bacon was crispy and delicious. Definitely will be back.

Street parking. Went on a Sunday afternoon seemed free. They do have a few spots in the lot behind restaurant (ideal for smaller vehicles). We had a reservation. No tables were initially ready for our requested seating. Wait for our preferred table choice wasn't too long (5-10 mins). Host did offer other options. Ambiance was beautiful. Service was disappointing. It took 10-15 before someone even came to bring water. He seemed rushed. All staff seemed rushed and disorganized though. Maybe they weren't use to 85% occupancy. We were forced to flag him down to order and for the check. Food options are well rounded. There's a little bit of everything on the menu. However, everything we ordered was more bland and just ok. Drink-Sangria (couldn't finish due to something floating in it couldn't find waiter and was honestly over the place by this time). Appetizer- crispy brussel sprouts were ok little burnt for me but I was hungry so got thru most half. Entrees- shrimp and grits (best of three also smallest portion of three), crispy chicken BLAT sandwich w/ fries (fries were best part), simply grilled w/mashed potatoes and green beans (chicken). For the time and money, I honestly would have enjoyed a fresh hot patty melt from whataburger instead. Something to cross off my list of places. I came, I saw, I conquered. Thanks Tiktok you've done it again.

Now let me start this off by saying, I'm very impressed with a specific employee who made our WHOLE experience-Jesse. He took on our party of 21, despite us having two separate reservations. He went above and beyond for us and took amazing care of us. Unfortunately the AC was broken in the main restaurant and it was veryyyyy hot and humid-first thing I noticed. Thankfully we were sat in the back room which had AC and beautiful natural light. The food was amazing. Everything came out beautifully plated and tasted so yummy and fresh. Many of us were raving.

Sorry but NOT sorry! Tried this place on a late Sunday afternoon and had just missed Brunch, which awesomely goes until 3pm!! I was a little sorry we missed it , but the menu had some really nice lunch choices, so we opted to stay and eat! Parking is a bit limited at the front, but more spaces are offered in the back of the restaurant. We had a party of 9, plus a pup, but was seated shortly after arriving. The staff made us very comfortable and adjusted the umbrellas to maximize coverage from the sun. We looked over the menu and mostly everything was reasonably priced! The food was really delicious and the service complimented it well! Our server made sure our glasses were never empty and was very attentive. The food did not take long at all given the party size, and everything looked great visually! This place did not disappoint, and everything was so good, I was no longer sorry we missed brunch! If your looking for a nice pet friendly place to eat with great service, great food, and great Brunch / Lunch options with fare prices....look no further...this may be the place for you! Can't wait to go back and try their brunch! Happy Eating :)

OMG!!! Im heading there this Friday for dinner!! We both had the chicken and waffles.. The location was full, so walking in we had thought lets go elsewhere cause we were famished. We got sat right away, no wait. Aiden came to our table lightening fast.. Ordered drink and food since we knew what we wanted. While we waited, there was a live band playing... people were enjoying there mimosas, no one seemed or did we feel rushed, it was so relaxing for a brunch place... The chicken and waffles came out... im gonna say, at first I was a little upset cause the portion looked small for ny huge appetite. The chicken was juicy, spicy, crunchy and absolutely fantastic. I like putting Louisiana Hot Sauce all over my chicken and waffles. But this delectable plate came with the most savory spicy honey that needed very little of nothing to add to it. The waffle was a great mix of a Lolo's and Waffle house.. now, do not read that in a negative... i freaken love waffle house waffles and Lolo's waffles.. then they add a little extra... fresh fruit sprinkled happily everywhere... uuhhhh may zing!!! Youve gotta try. Im posting again after Fridays dinner

Stopped by for brunch/lunch in their Urban Sunroom. Downtown round rock has plenty of parking spaces, so no worries there. The service was great and the live music was nice. We started off with the basket of biscuits. The biscuits were fluffy while crumbly, and the butter and jam were pretty good. The basket comes with four giant biscuits and with other entrees is more suitable for 3 or 4 people. The country fried chicken was well made. The batter was nice and crispy while the chicken was tender and flavorful. The gravy was good as well. The mashed potatoes tasted heavy of being mixed with sour cream, which I wasn't personally a fan of. I only had a bite of the chicken and waffle, and it tasted pretty solid as well. Although not very spicy, the spice was certainly evident.

Drinks were so good! Strong and not diluted with ice. My husband really loved their bourbon selection. The drinks are very very fancy from the liquor and the presentation. They are on point!!! The servers are mostly great. The vibe is fun and friendly and a bit boujee which is fantastic for being in RR. We love the vibe and we'll bring more people another time. Great spot!

Food was absolutely delish! I ordered the Blackened Salmon Pasta and it did not disappoint. The flavor was rich and the salmon just melted in my mouth. I highly recommend this place. Their menu isn't huge but that's what makes their food so good. We also got the tostadas and they were also really really good. Definitely will be back. Cocktail drinks were great also and their bartender, Isis, was extremely nice and attentive and so was the manager or General Manager (which I forgot to get his name). If you're looking for a date night spot or just some really good food don't sleep on this place. We almost didn't go, but so glad we did!

I came back here for dinner again because I was genuinely impressed a few months ago and again, it did not disappoint! The only thing that was disappointing was how long we had to wait for everything. If I was not with great company it would have irritated me a lot! We started with the onion rings and lobster tail bites which were great! Then we moved on to entrees about an hour later. I got the grilled cheese with tomato soup, my husband got a spicy chicken sandwich, and so did our other friend, our other friend got a salad. We all liked our food a lot! If I were to change one thing about my appetizer, I would not get jalapeños with the onion rings and I would not have spinach in my grilled cheese. The spinach made it taste earthy which I was not a fan of. I will definitely be back perhaps for happy hour or breakfast!

Food: 5/5 URBAN was surprisingly good at the price point. Want a super late brunch, well they've got it until 3pm so you're covered! Adding a pancake to my burger order was the easiest choice I've ever made for $3. Service: 3/5 The staff here is very friendly, but it seemed chaotic at times. We had 3 different waiters that seemed to have difficulty coordinating on the back end of things. Some condiments and drinks never made it out to our table. Thankfully we weren't charged for them, but easily could have enjoyed this place much more. Environment: 3/5 Beautiful building and patio made us feel like we were eating in a cabin. Unfortunately the restaurant was just cluttered and dirty. Granted they were very busy, but bread crumbs and bacon scraps covered the floor at our table before we got there.

I had such an amazing salmon here. SO AMAZING that I completely devoured it and forgot to take a picture to share. The server we had was super kind and even requested a piña colada like mock-tail for me even though it wasn't on the menu. Adored this place, also the outside patio was beautiful!

We came here for a Christmas/gift exchange with a good friend. A nice and clean area with two FREE parking garages nearby. The parking garage we used was amazing, Austin needs to up its game, it has electronic signs with arrows showing you that if you go a certain way, there are X number of spots open. Then over each spot is a light that is red if someone is parked there and green if open so even if you can't see a small car or motorcycle parked you can see the red light so you know. All for FREE. So then we head to URBAN which is nice, they have lots of seating and near where we were is another room that had a stage and even mid day Saturday had a live singer. Pretty cool. I see several complaints about the service but we had a good person who checked on us without being overbearing and was very friendly. We each had several of their drinks. Shana and I both tried the Passion Project, Our friend Ellis had the Urban Bloody Mary and the Blackberry Smash. I also tried the Blackberry Smash. All were good but the blackberry smash was my personal favorite. Food wise we all went in different way. Shana had Banana Bread French Toast as she is all about French Toast and had to try a new one. She really enjoyed it and it was more then she could finish. I had the Full Monte which is the basic eggs, potoates, sausage, bacon, etc and it was very good. Ellis got shrimp and grits and enjoyed it but not as much as we enjoyed ours I feel. We had started with the Queso which was decent but overall this is a good place. A bit on the pricey side but not outrageous. It has a nice vibe and we will be back when we are in Round Rock. Shana loved every part and everything about it.

Highly recommend making a reservation prior to coming. Although we didn't have one,we were seated immediately before the brunch rush arrived. Very chill environment, perfect for a date, ambiance was really perfect. Waiter was attentive and helpful. Unfortunately the banana French toast was burnt 2 of the 3 slices of bread so we sent the plate back. However the one slice of bread that wasn't burnt, was delicious. Too bad we couldn't enjoy the remainder of that meal. Eggs benefit was on point and the potatoes served with it were cooked for perfection. My blood Mary drink, spicy, was an added bonus.

Decided to try this spot after a friends suggestion. Good call! She had the mushroom risotto with grilled chicken. I had the honel lemon salmon. Both dishes were great! The green bean side was better than expected. The drinks were perfect. Our server was attentive even as it got more crowded. The vibe was an after work crowd on a Friday evening and it was very cool. We will definitely be back with some of our crew in tow!

Mixed feelings about this place. Food: I got the eggs benedicts and as a connoisseur, I did not really enjoy them. The muffin was hard and the hollandaise sauce was sour, pouched eggs were a little too runny for my preference, but I'll let it pass since I've had worse. The breakfast potatoes were great! Also had their tomato basil soup and both my 1yr old and myself really enjoyed it ! Pancake was dry. Seasonal fruit was fine. My partner had their stuffed poblando and he really enjoyed it. It comes covered with a spicy sauce that we both thought would go really well with the eggs benedicts (again, their hollandaise sauce is sour). I had a citrus drink that our waitress recommended, it was great. Service: Our waitress was friendly and great and making recommendations and changes to our orders. I had a slight discomfort with the host though. When we came in and asked for a table for three, he asked if we had reservations, felt like he wanted to turn us away, mind you, the restaurant was half empty at this time. Ambiance: Its a "brunch" vibe but lots of families too, not many Latinos in the building though.

Cool spot on the eve of Thanksgiving! Happy hour was kinda quiet but with holiday traffic holding people up, I'm sure it will pick up a little later in the night! Service was awesome and Ivan was super personable and gave great recommendations on the menu and the area!! We didn't eat but will definitely be back to try some dinner eats... the menu looks tasty and with the great service can't wait to try some apps and the hot honey chicken sandwich!!

The food is good, but it literally stops there. This place has terrible service. Don't expect much other than order taking then disappearing and rolling silverware. Literally every waiter was rolling silverware by the front door while many tables were looking around for a waiter. We literally started asking each other (at different tables) what happened to all the waiters. It was 8:15, so it's not like it was closing time. I literally had to go find all the waiters and interrupt their conversation. So I could pay and leave. Y'all need to train your staff in a bad way. Doubtful I'll be back.

Pretty good, similar to Hyde Park. Mostly contemporary Anglo-American style cusine. I tried the [pork] chop and eggs; substituted potatoes with cheese grits. The pork chop was the thicker "white meat" kind, but it was brined slightly: definitely not be dry, not too salty, light/thin layer of breading that you can pull out. The chli/cream sauce over the eggs was very mild and just the right thickness. Grits were good, but thick and slightly grainy-- I prefer smoother but this texture outside the deep South is more common.

Love this eatery in downtown Round Rock! We have been several time before but not since their renovations. The food and cocktail are always solid and good! This time we went for brunch and it was even more festive with live music. There is a special brunch menu too! Service was great as the wait staff was kind and hospitable! We called ahead to get on the wait list for. Sunday brunch, and our table was ready by the time we arrived. The newest part to us was the now enclosed and Filled with cold AC patio! The space is nicely designed and now has a stage for live music. This added to the vibe of a fun Sunday brunch. They still have a portion of their "old" outdoor space for when the weather is nice again. Our faves this visit: Eggs Benedict Shrimp bites Brussel sprouts And all the cocktails: mimosas (fresh OJ), berry smash and passion project.

Food is always tasty and flavorful, however service can be quite slow at times. Can wait until it gets cooler to eat outside.

The restaurant is nice and clean. Love the feeling of sitting in a home... with a bar attached to it ;) The food was not a little more bland than I was expecting. My friend recommended this place and came with us. Even she said the food was not as she remembered from last time. We wonder if they've had a change in chefs. I ordered a chicken fried steak and ate it all- it just wasn't anything special. The portions are large though! I didn't feel cheated by the price. Service is probably the reason this is getting 3 stars rather than 4. No one was rude! It was just very very slow and hard to get the attention of anyone who would help you.

This place is so cute! It's in downtown RR and the whole decor is very southern. Staff is also super friendly. Our server was very knowledgeable and knew about everything in the menu. I decided to go with the passion perfect which is exactly this - perfect. It has the tartness of the passion fruit and it is also very refreshing. For mains we decided to go with the chicken fried steak and the eggs Benedict. The portions were great. The beef was ok, a bit greasy, and the gravy I could taste too much of the flour. My daughter like her eggs. I would definitely be back to try some other dishes.

Stopped in on a Saturday night for a delicious meal and some great live music. We were lucky to get the patio where they've expanded. It looks like in the summer it can open up to fully let the breeze in but since it's winter it was closed up. The menu all sounded delicious and my friend and I each went w the chicken fried chicken/steak w vegetables and mash. Delicious tasting chicken fried chicken, gravy and mash. Vegetables had not been seasoned at all just steamed. Service was great! I also tried an old fashioned and it was well made. Reservations not required but on a weekend recommended.

Had an impromptu dinner outing here with friends. Always a good choice not far from home. Blackened salmon pasta was good. However, it was not as good as it has been before. The sweet and spicy burger is another delicious choice. I enjoyed the live music being played in the sun room.

I came here to celebrate a birthday lunch on a cloudy cool day and while it was cute, I wasn't awed. The service was okay. The restaurant wasn't very busy and the server was friendly when she interacted with us but it took her a while to get to us to take our drink orders and subsequently our food orders. There weren't many patrons and there were multiple servers assigned to the tables so it didn't seem like it was an issue of them being understaffed. I happen to be very thirsty when I got there so usually I might have been more patient about the time it took but it was frustrating to see other tables get their drinks and have their food orders taken by a different server while I was still waiting to order a Sprite and water. I asked about two dishes and went with the Blackened Salmon Pasta but when I got it, it didn't look very appetizing. The sauce was supposed to be creamy but it has many different spots that were straight up just blots of oil. Cream with unmixed oil is just not my thing. I mainly just ate the pieces of salmon to make sure I had a substantial meal. My partner had the Chicken with Avocado sandwich which was good. I just wanted something a little more special for a bday lunch. We couldn't leave without celebrating with a round of dessert. I chose the flourless chocolate cake and it was very rich and delicious. I'd say it was the highlight of the overall experience. Now, I'll add that I've been one other time for an event with a big group at their rooftop across the street. That experience was great as the food was good and the ambiance and service was fun as far as rooftops in dt Round Rock go. But I probably won't choose this place for lunch if I have the option to go again.

Great locale, great ambiance and what's most important/ great food and great service!! You gotta find this neat little spot in downtown Round Rock and have fun here! The bar seems well stocked, there is live music starting at 6 pm. Today we were searching for some solid food. Hungry/ very late for lunch... so we stumbled upon here: let me tell you that you NEED a reservation if you want to come at a normal feeding time! We were lucky to get a little table and the place was busy: at 5 pm!! So get a reservation in place if you want to be there when the music kicks off! Anyway: we went to the eating business and got a burger : what a treat! It was delicious and quite big!! The French fries were also very good but the burger was on point, medium as requested, and had some blue cheese and bacon that were just right. Yummy!! So big we took 1/2 home! We also had a grilled 3 cheese sandwich with spinach and tomatoe: made me feel healthy (lol) but it was actually very good as well. It came with a little cup of tomatoe bisque (not my thing), so I just enjoyed my sandwich and also took 1/2 home. In all I was so glad we stopped at this super cute restaurant that I am looking forward to our next stop here when the band is playing! Enjoy!

Very disappointing first experience at this place. Walked in to a mostly empty restaurant with only the bartender being in front of house. She told us - someone will be with you shortly. After 5 minutes of waiting she came out and showed us to our table. This ended up being the theme for our brunch. Our server was nowhere to be found. Our drinks took forever to show up, especially the OJ. What takes this long for OJ? Getting the check was equally challenging since our server was mostly MIA during the service. Food was mostly good - nice biscuits, delicious. I had the Eggs Benedict w Lox (which are typically called Eggs Royal (but not here). The lox came on the side which was super weird and awkward to fit on the eggs. One of them still had ham on it. Experience was expensive. All in all - one of the most inattentive service I ever had. Food was average+ with highs and lows. Expensive. Won't be back.

Cindy and I were looking for a delicious breakfast and decided to take a chance on a place new to both of us. What an awesome surprise to find this great restaurant. Then menu was packed with things we both wanted to try. We had to start with the basket of biscuits and coffee. The biscuits were fresh out of the oven and served with butter and home made jam. For our entree we both got the Full Monty which was eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, silver dollar pancakes, and toast. The only thing I only modification I would make is asking to take out the green bell peppers. Everything was delicious and I will return to try out their cocktails and dinner. Cheers!

My husband and I went on a double date with friends to try this place out for brunch it was so good we went back the following weekend for brunch!! The service was good, the drinks were great and there was live music playing! Overall a great experience!

This is one of my favorite brunch spots. So far I've had the French toast and shrimp and grits and I highly recommend both!! Depending on your craving sweet or salty they will satisfy your needs. My sister got the chicken sandwhich and my husband got a breakfast burger and no the aid they were great. I want to note that the fish tacos are unfortunately one item I would not recommend ordering from this place, the fish was over cooked and tortilla not fresh. Yikes The live music on weekends makes this place a chill spot. Ambiance is good. I always see people hosting special events here birthday, baby shower etc.

I really love this place. It is perfect for lunch. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable in this little house. The food is amazing and they have tons of choices!

The food, service and beautiful ambience is certainly a 5 star rating. If you need and stable guarantee go to, this is certainly the place. Very accommodating for weather and large come and go parties.

Brunch 4.5/5 Brunch at Urban downtown is where it's at. Banana bread french toast - yes. Get it and say thanks. Someone in my group got the chicken and waffles and had nothing bad to say. The cocktails are on point. The ambience is solid and the service is usually spot on. It is a popular brunch spot, so be prepared for a bustling environment. Dinner 3/5 What happens at dinner?? I've tried it here twice and will not make that mistake again. During one visit, the appetizers did not make it out and, honestly, it was for the best. The staff was kind enough to remove them from the bill. At least the drinks are great. Solid old fashioned and liked the bourbon renewal as well! Stick to brunch!

Upscale - a term that should be used judiciously - is how URBAN describes itself on its website. Upscale casual to be exact. URBAN sets itself up for a serious case of overpromise, underdeliver with this description because I struggled to find any aspect of this restaurant that would qualify as upscale. They should have left the description at casual. It's no more upscale than a common cafe and has a trough sink outside the bathrooms like you'll find at barbecue joints. Upon entering, the host looked up at us and said nothing. The restaurant was almost empty. After a long, awkward silence he said, "Can I help you?" After telling him that we had a reservation, he wordlessly grabbed two menus and walked us to a table in a transitional indoor/outdoor patio area. I imagine that with the sliding glass doors opened, the space would be cool and inviting. With them closed, the room felt incohesive. A rustic wooden sign hung above our table, but the table and chairs were cold and modern. A few minutes later, a smiling, friendly waiter approached for our drink orders. Two coffees. I don't know if the coffee includes refills because after I finished my first cup, I received a refill, but once our food arrived, no further refills. My friend ordered The Full Monte - a generous plate of food. I tried a few of her potatoes - fluffy inside and crispy outside. Her scrambled eggs were not browned. Toast looked perfectly toasted. Silver dollar pancakes well executed. Without having tried everything I can say that it looked like 5 out of 5. I ordered the shrimp and grits, which I would describe as another case of overpromise, underdeliver. I'd expect a bit of kick to cajun shrimp but these were bland and a bit rubbery. I'd wager that my plate sat under a warmer a bit too long. The grits were creamy, but bland. The arugula was the dish's saving grace as it looked fresh and added a bit of flavor to an otherwise unremarkable dish. Were it not for our friendly waiter and how good my friend's food looked, this would be a three star, at best, restaurant. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, because every restaurant has uncharacteristically bad days. I prefer to eat at a restaurant at least three times before reviewing it, but I have no intention of ever returning to URBAN, so adding an extra star just in case this was an off day. Overall, the experience was not great, not terrible - it was fine.

They easily accomodated my party of 6 on a Thursday night and there was live music in the dining room which my group really enjoyed. The service was good and there was a great variety on the menu which was one of the reasons our group selected Urban Eat. Drink for the outing. Everyone enjoyed their food! I had the Artichoke stack chicken and the carrot cake from the seasonal menu. The Artichoke stack was good, but I won't call it GREAT, especially for the price. The carrot cake was super strange. It wasn't BAD per se, but it was unlike any carrot cake I've ever had. So if you were really craving actual carrot cake - this would not be it. They have a Round Rock Donut dessert on the menu that we were excited about, it was also quite strange. Sort of like a bread pudding made of donuts? We kind of hoped for actual donuts, not compacted peices of donuts into a square? My friend that got the seafood enchiladas LOVED her meal, and said the grits were AMAZING. Everyone enjoyed the evening out.

The cocktails are good. The pasta with chicken was good but the sauce was absolute water. I had the Filet and it was eh. I feel like all the food sat at the pass forever. I asked for medium rare and it was I between medium and medium rare. I think it's great for happy hour but not full price. The tv's were playing Chive videos which made the ambiance feel like a sports bar and not a "high" end restaurant. I'll come back but not for full priced menu items

The risotto was amazing, i added shrimp for some protein and they have cute, tasty cocktails

Decent service. Average food. This was our second visit. The first visit was amazing. This one was 90 degrees off. I guess the name of the game is inconsistent. Beware!

Austin is my home away from home and my first time here. I started with a new twist to an old fashioned, pomegranate flavored old fashioned. It was a great idea but it was too fruity. If you normally like old fashioned, I would stay away from This drink. My sister in law had the passion project, visually it got 5 stars, if your familiar with passion fruit it's wonderful and a must try!! My brother had the purple drink- violet sunset which he enjoyed!! For lunch two of us had the blackened salmon pasta. The serving was just enough not too much not too little. We were both satisfied. The pasta was perfect and a nice serving of salmon on the plate. The epitome of comfort, great flavor with a little spice.. EXCELLENT!!! The other two in the party had a bbq burger and regular burger. I need to go back and have a burger as it looked sooooo good. Overall excellent experience, lots of tables and friendly staff

We were not sure where to go and decide to check Yelp. I found this place and decided to try it. Jackpot! The food is drop dead delicious. The appetizer was shrimp bites. We were not expecting the flavors of the dish. Great start. I had the something southern fried, chicken. Crispy outside with a tender moist inside. The rest of the sides were perfectly complimentary and helped make the meal. Our drinks were made to perfection. All in all a great find and a good reason to visit Round Rock.

Had a wonderful birthday brunch her with my family. Service was friendly and everyone loved their food. My daughter really liked the spicy chicken and waffles. We were able a waffle a la carte for my girl who doesn't eat much. Can't wait to come back.

The host was very polite and professional. Very busy on this Sunday afternoon. I took a seat at the bar, was greeted with a half smile (HS) by one bar tender and a glass of water (WW) by another. After a while, looking around and waiting for my order to be taken the WW returned and asked if I was ready. Order was placed immediately.

Great food and great service wonderful live music on a Sunday morning not too loud- I'll def go again

I have ate here before and every time I have been here the food is always excellent. Really good service and friendly people too, they never seem to have a shortage of help. The overall experience, depending on if you are inside or outside is different, both places are reasonably calm and allow for a good conversation for a intimate date. Don't worry about what you order. The food is good regardless of what you pick!

Absolutely divine! Visited this place for weekend late lunch with family. Loved everything about it from service to renovation to food. Came here right after Covid reopened and was very disappointed but they have certainly earned our business back. If it's been a while for you give it another try. Outside and inside dining options. Not too loud so you can enjoy conversation. Drinks mixed to perfection and food that will delight your tastebuds. Feels upscale without the uptight attitude.

Visited the Urban Rooftop for Happy Hour and can't wait to return. To drink I had the Strawberry Kiwi Vodka Smash which was refreshing and absolutely delicious. To eat we had the bread and butter, seasonal snack board, Gettin' Figgy With It and Margherita flatbread. The bread and butter was honestly nothing to rave about but everything else i would without a doubt get again. Can't say that the seasonal board will always be good but the one I had was wonderful. The Gettin' Figgy With It was absolutely delicious. I have thought about that flatbread every day since I've had it LOL. It has fig jam, prosciutto, caramelized red onion, brie and arugula and yes, it's as good as it sounds! Lots of indoor and outdoor seating space with a nice view of downtown Round Rock!

We stopped here for dinner after having a drink at their rooftop bar right across the street. We ate in the sunroom with some live music which I wouldn't expect for a Wednesday night, but that was great! The servers were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and on top of everything our food was great! Would definitely return when back in town.

Very tasty food & drinks, cute place and also great service. We enjoyed our first time visit.

Small intimate venue with good food and live music. Not a lot of seating so advise making reservations before heading out there.
