"The chain-filled expanse of Park Meadows mall may seem an unlikely setting for fine Indian dining, but this way lies Urban Village Grill nevertheless. Run by Chennai-born chef Charles Mani, the kitchen puts a modern, seasonal twist on traditional fare via ingredients like kale, brussels sprouts, and butternut squash, but even classics like paneer tikka, marinated in makrut-lime yogurt, and tandoori lamb in the form of chops with basil show chefly flair; outdoor grills, meanwhile, allow diners to do it themselves, choosing proteins such as brisket or scallops along with various marinades. There’s even a weekend brunch menu offering the likes of masala French toast and pav bhaji bruschetta." - Ruth Tobias

We came here to try the tasting menu. It was a lovely experience from start to finish. Great service and delicious food. Everyone there is so personable. We felt like new friends. Every morsel of food was delectable. It was really cool getting to try some things we have never had before. We also got all of the desserts to try and they were all so good (just fyi the desert selection I got was not part of the tasting menu). I wish every type of cuisine had tasting menus. That is my favorite way to eat. I love trying new things and a nice variety. Highly recommended to anyone who likes Indian food or if you are interested in trying something new a tasting menu is the perfect way to do it. 10/10.

Hi!! This was my first time trying Mandi at this restaurant, and it was amazing! I really loved the food, and the service was just as it should be. The restaurant itself has a unique style that I enjoyed. I especially appreciated how the waiter took care of everyone, anticipating our needs and offering helpful suggestions. This is definitely going to be one of my all-time favorite restaurants; the food is top quality and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

We arrived a few minutes after 11:30 on Sunday. Immediately opening the door, we were hit with very warm air, making it unpleasant. They even had a door open to the outside, but it did not seem to help in cooling. We were able to finally place our order twenty minutes later - settling on the Chicken Manchurian and Chicken Momos. The Chicken Manchuria arrived ten minutes later. It had a unique flavor and the heat was fantastic. Unfortunately, the Chicken Momos arrived thirty minutes later. The waitress was very soft spoken, making it a bit difficult to hear her. She did apologize for the delay and credited the bill, but the damage was done. I can understand a 5 minute, even 10 minute delay, but 30 minutes was a bit much.

We have been here multiple times and thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. They even go the extra mile to tweak in their recipes according to our tastes. They have plenty of specials each weekend.

Went specifically for their thali. Was very happy to eat on the real banana leaf. Food was good and service was super good for 2 rounds after that they disappeared hahaha. I don’t like to wait for my next rounds till my fingers get dried! I wish they’d just bring everything and leave me alone to enjoy my food. But the ONE thing they need to work on is to emphasize the employees to wash their hands after using the toilet! I know exactly who it was but I didn’t wanted to ruin the atmosphere that day! Also she didn’t serve me but then I start wondering the same with the girl who had served us… how is that some are serving with gloves and some are not?!? That same girl was wearing gloves whenever she was clearing the table/plates and leaves but did not when she’s serving papadam, roti etc… and they use their hands to serve…. Hmmmm…. So please have ALL of your employees to use gloves whenever in contact with food. I’m sure you can’t be standing out the toilet checking if everyone has washed their hands leaving the restroom!!! Just a suggestion… otherwise your food was nice.

I recently traveled from Dallas to Colorado and had the pleasure of dining at Urban Village Grill. The experience was exceptional, starting with the masala papad they served upon our arrival – it was absolutely delicious and brought back fond memories of similar dishes in Hyderabad. We also tried the kale fry and corn soup, both of which were outstanding. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and I highly recommend these dishes to anyone visiting the restaurant. One of the highlights was the cauliflower Manchurian dry, which my daughter, who is typically a picky eater, absolutely loved the dish. The ambiance of the restaurant was excellent, and the service provided by the waiters was top-notch. One of the best aspects of Urban Village Grill is their thoughtful touch for families with kids. They provided coloring paper and crayons to engage the children, and after the kids completed their drawings, the restaurant displayed them on the wall as a memory. This idea was fantastic, and it brought so much joy to the children, knowing their artwork was proudly showcased. Seeing their work on the wall during future visits will undoubtedly make the kids very happy. To finish off our meal, we tried their homemade kulfi ice cream. Despite it being December, we couldn't resist trying it, and it was worth every bite. The kulfi was fresh, creamy, and the perfect ending to a fantastic dining experience. Overall, Urban Village Grill offers a diverse and delicious menu with excellent service. If you're in the area, it's a must-visit for a memorable culinary experience.

This breakfast experience was a delightful journey through the vibrant flavors and textures of South India. The spread was a generous offering of classic dishes, each showcasing the region's culinary This South Indian breakfast was an excellent experience. The variety of dishes offered a diverse range of flavors and textures, from the crispy dosa to the fluffy idly and the savory bonda. The quality of the ingredients and the care in preparation were evident in every bite. This breakfast is a must-try for anyone looking to explore the vibrant world of South Indian cuisine.

Tried their veg thali and absolutely loved it! The food was fresh, flavorful, and the portion size was just right. Plus, the price was very reasonable, great value for money. Definitely coming back to the try non-veg thali next.

Yelp
I heard good things about this Indian restaurant so I've been meaning to check it out. It has a very prominent sign and it's just next to Crate& Barrel and the LL. Bean side of the Park Meadows Mall just to the left of the food court entrance. We got the Gobi 65 as an appetizer which had a nice crunchy outside and pretty good taste. Personally, I'm slightly partial to the more saucy versions of gobi Manchurian but it still had a great flavor. We also had the chicken tikka dosa which had a great flavor and came with four sauces including a peanut, a coconut and a tomato sauce. I would definitely get the dosa again. I didn't really get to try the garlic naan because my kids ate it all. But looked great Vijayawada Chicken Biriyani was probably my favorite just because I had a great flavor. A little spicy. The chicken tasted great and the sauce that came with it had a lot of flavor as well. In short, I'll be looking to try other items on the menu the next time I'm there.

Yelp
Located within Park Meadows Mall, this Indian restaurant offers a blend of hits and misses that left me with mixed feelings. Let's start with the positives--the service was commendable, with attentive staff ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The food, on the whole, was good, although there were some exceptions. The naan, unfortunately, didn't meet expectations in terms of freshness, which was a bit disappointing. On the brighter side, their veggie samosas were a delight, bursting with flavorful fillings that left me wanting more. We also sampled the tikka masala, which was decent, although not memorable enough for a repeat order. I am left wondering if we did in fact get served tikka masala. It lacked something I cannot quite put my finger on. One notable downside was the issue with the coupon. I had the Eat+Drink Denver pass and was informed that the discount was only valid between 3-5 pm, a detail not mentioned on the coupon itself. This lack of clarity was frustrating and left me disappointed. Overall, while the restaurant offers good food and attentive service, the freshness of some dishes and clarity regarding discounts could be improved. It's worth a visit for certain dishes, but be sure to clarify any coupon terms beforehand.

Yelp
Another nice meal at Urban Village Grill last night. They were very busy but managed to seat me at a high top table in the back. Originally they asked if I could wait 30 minutes for a table. However, they quickly pivoted and seated me within a minute. I loved the teamwork I experienced. One server took my order, another served me my drink (Diet Coke), another served my food (Goat Soup, Butter Chicken with rice and Onion Kulcha) and the one who took my order provided my bill which was paid at the table (hand held credit card payment device). My only regret was, I should've ordered a bowl of the Goat Soup rather than a cup of it. The soup was that good! Loved how flavorful and spiced it was. Butter Chicken was superb! Onion Kulcha was probably the best I've had. I would love to order this meal as takeout very soon. It was so good that I'm willing to drive 20 minutes for takeout. This is hands-down my favorite Indian restaurant in the metro Denver area. I will return again and again! One final note is to try and tip with cash. One of the servers requested it. Hope you have a great experience here! Can't wait to order that takeout!

Yelp
Dosa was really good, The masala one, which is stuffed with potatoes. Ambience is always nice here.

Irina R.

Yelp
Urban Village Grill is continently located at Park Meadows mall. It has a separate entrance via street so it's super easy to find it and park. It has a very pleasant modern feel: classy and airy! Tons of seats inside and outside (there is a patio area). We've tried several dishes, and everything was absolutely delicious (had a nice spicy kick to it so be aware). Service was very pleasant and accommodating. Will definitely be back to try more items on the menu.

Artsy P.

Yelp
The food was amazing! We had an interesting kale dish that made us forget it's kale. Lol. The masala dosa was light and tasty with four chutneys. The spices were delicate and neither too hot nor weak! The ambiance and service were impeccable! Thanks! Be safe and well.

Michelle M.

Yelp
Amazing. my bf, his son and I celebrated his 16th birthday here, per his request after having take out a week before. We've eaten here 3 times now and every time the food and service were fantastic. We ordered a last minute (2 hours) birthday cake and it was incredible too.

Bailey L.

Yelp
Came in at 12:15 on a Friday. Literally not one single table in there and they refused to serve us without a reservation. What a joke. We won't be back. Update: Owner personally messaged me to get details and rectify the situation. Updating to three stars until we actually get to try the food.

Michael B.

Yelp
Urban Village Grill is located just within the mall across from Crate and Barrel. We were the only people in the place besides 1 couple on a Friday around 6pm. The service and food was quick. They did have a lot a options, although just slightly more pricey than I was excepting. I was debating better two options, and the staff recommended Chef Charlie's Coconut Curry. The curry had a slight film on it. It was so rich and thick. I don't think the many small scallops helped. The next day I didn't feel well. It was too much and didn't taste like Indian curries I had before. We also had the buttered naan and the southern goal curry. There's were very good. The goat was a bit spicy.

Urba M.

Yelp
Excellent food! Been here twice now, one with a larger group for an event and the second time with my family. The tandoori dishes are incredible - the marinade and the char is everything! Loved the hariyali chicken kebabs - moist and succulent and delish to boot! And you must try the lamb kebabs. The lunch specials, if you get a bowl are kind of like a thali - they include the curry, rice, gulab jamun/whatever sweet, naan and a salad or soup. The kale chaat was a pleasant surprise as well. Service was good both times - prompt and pleasant. Space itself was clean and ambience was good! Will definitely be back.

Lee S.

Yelp
Butter chicken - very good. Kurma with chicken was pretty good, a little too intense on the spice for me. We saw many Indian families there. Cleanliness was average. I would go back and try it a second time.

Kim A.

Yelp
The food here is just outstanding! We have always had a delicious and exciting meal. And the waitstaff is so attentive and polite. It's a very rich dining experience.

Anam A.

Yelp
Located next to the Crate and Barrel, we found this gem because of a craving for Indian food. We ordered the achari lamb curry (so flavorful and meat was tender, we got one naan and one garlic naan on the side which you have to purchase separately), egg fried rice (SO good), samosa chaat (delicious!), chilly chicken 65 (this was our waiter's recommendation and while it was good, I felt there was more fried coating on it than chicken), hariyali chicken (very soft but the green sauce on it was very strong) and the pani puri platter. Our waiter Ragavan was nice and attentive, and checked up on us often. We also sat outside, was clean. Overall a great dinner and we're excited to be back!

Jesse B.

Yelp
Wow! So much more than I anticipated. Fanatic food, and exceptional selection. The kale salad blew me away, even though I don't normally like kale. Every dish we ordered for our table was delicious.

Abe M.

Yelp
Eat. Here. Now! This place is really good, and not at all what you would expect from a place at the mall. Stopped in for an early dinner, and the place was very quiet. Immediately another diner said, without prompting, "you won't be disappointed!" She was 100% right. Really nice interior. The waiter was really helpful and suggested a couple of items. We had the cauliflower appetizer, chicken tikka masala, the chefs coconut curry with salmon, and garlic naan. So good! For two of us, we had way more than we could eat so took home some leftovers for later. Thinking about them as I write this. Don't be fooled, this place is legit! Yumm.

Yelp
The hubs and I were at Park Meadows picking up an online order and we were hungry so naturally, I opened up Yelp and found Urban Village. Of course, my fellow Yelpers couldn't be wrong so we went. It is located on the 2nd floor at the Nordstrom end of the mall and down the hall from Athleta. After perusing the menu, we couldn't decide what exactly we wanted because we were super hungry and everything sounded so delicious! Well, the last page had the option for a tasting menu! 4 appetizers, 4 entrees, and dessert for $49/person??!!! That is awesome! And let me tell you how awesome it was! The appetizers were all so great and plentiful that we were full before the entrees came out. The entree platter had little bowls of the 5 different entrees, garlic naan, and cucumber raita. By this time, we're both so full but HAD to taste everything. It got to the point that we had to stop ourselves because it was so delicious and we wanted to keep eating, but our bellies were BEYOND CAPACITY! Then, we were told there was dessert coming. Ok, this girl never forgets about dessert and always makes sure there is room! The dessert was this amazing cardamom pistachio ice cream! You HAVE to try this dessert as the ice cream was so creamy and it tasted so AMAZING! On top of all the delicious food, the staff was so wonderful and attentive! They definitely know how to cook delicious food and provide excellent customer service!

Robert N.

Yelp
Good food with poor service To be clear the staff are not rude, they are just inattentive. If you need something be prepared to flag someone down or wait. When we went the restaurant was about 1/4 full so I would hate to see it on a busy day. As for the food, it is traditional Indian cuisine served family style. The portions of a dish are easily enough to serve two people and everything we had was very good. The dishes had a reasonable degree of spice but did not creep into uncomfortable at all. The cost is very reasonable for the amount of food you are served as well. If you want to get in and out in 39 minutes I would not chose this place, but if you've got an hour to kill then this is a great option

Rebecca J.

Yelp
Love this place!! We always come here while shopping and the food NEVER disappoints neither do the drinks . The staff is always so beyond friendly and welcoming , the environment is so peaceful . We met the owners a couple months ago and they were so grateful for our business and overall the place is just such a great place to give your money to , speaking of money the bill always shocks me with how cheap for all that's ordered !! Deff highly recommend

Shin M.

Yelp
This place is located in the park meadows mall across from crate and barrel. Entrance is on the inside of the mall. The restaurant was big, had lots of seating and was modern and clean. The prices were definitely on the steep end for Indian food. I got the chicken tikka masala ($20) which was seasoned very very well. The sauce was very flavorful and delicious. The garlic naan was in between soft and crunchy - and the flavor was excellent My friend got a cauliflower appetizer. It has a great texture- perfect crisp and was drenched in tasty sauce. Def a very good tasting high end Indian restaurant. It looks like it gets busy on the wknds and you probably need to make reservations.

Rotel G.

Yelp
Very good food! A bit pricey but highly recommended! Butter chicken was delicious amd the goat curry as well! The naan was probably the best naan I be ever eaten

Dharmender S.

Yelp
Great experience, fantastic food and service from start to finish, every single course was amazing & staff Raag his team could not of been better, they all doing everything they can to make sure the entire dinner is flawless without being stuffy. Highly recommend for a special occasion, it's hard to get much better than Any Indian Restaurant in Colorado

Janelle J.

Yelp
My fiancé and I were visiting Park Meadows mall and wanted to treat ourselves to a nice dinner. We decided to try out Urban Village Grill and so happy we did! From the service to the food, our experience was amazing. We started off with the Urban Cauliflower and Samosas for appetizers. Then for our main dishes we ordered Chef Charlie's Coconut Curry and Malai Kofta. Everything was so savory and tasteful. We got so full but wanted to keep eating cause it was all so good. Highly recommend!! Definitely will be coming back.

Pamela Y.

Yelp
Wow! What amazing flavors! The food was well seasoned and the spices definitely hit you. It's so nice to have a change in taste. My mom and I went in, they weren't super busy for a 2pm late lunch so we got in quick. Our server was the sweetest and had really good recommendations. If you have never had goat, try it because it doesn't have any game-y taste at all. I was expecting a lamb type flavor but I was so wrong. They ask what level of spice you want. I got medium just because I was with my mom, but the bullet naan we ordered was the spicer naan and it was so good and flavorful. Also, if anyone is curious about the garlic mushroom soup, it's amazing. The server knew I wanted spicy and he actually made a cup regular for my mom and a spicier version for me. Definitely garlic forward but delicious. I will be back and most likely going to have the server order for me. I wish I took photos but I was devouring everything in sight

Rui T.

Yelp
We got butter chicken and chicken tikka masala and a Naan basket. The flavors were good but I would say pretty overpriced for the size. It was very empty when we went on a Friday night for dinner. The naan was huge but also quite dry. I heard the coconut curry is a must so maybe I'll try it if I go again

Christopher G.

Yelp
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Urban Village Grill in Park Meadows Mall and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. I am usually hesitant to eat at mall-based restaurants, but this place was an exception. I ordered the lunch special Lamb Curry with Rice, Naan, and a Tiki Kabob and I must say, it was all great. The lamb curry was savory and flavorful, with tender pieces of lamb in a rich and aromatic sauce. The rice was perfectly cooked and fluffy, while the naan was soft and pillowy, perfect for soaking up the curry sauce. The Tiki Kabob was perfect (in fairness, it was my wife's so I only had a sample) The portions were generous and filling, making it the perfect choice for lunch. The service was quick and friendly, making the dining experience even better. Overall, I would highly recommend this Indian location in Park Meadows Mall to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Indian meal. Despite my reservations about eating at the mall, this is definitely one exception that I'll make again and again.

Christine L.

Yelp
thank you to Rag who recommended a tasty dish! It was exactly what i was looking for as my first stop in town.

Kimberly I.

Yelp
Uh-maze-ing! This place is ! I can't rave enough about it. First of all it's in the perfect spot. This restaurant stood vacant and it is so big and beautiful and needed someone amazing in the space. Check! The kale is out of this world. So crispy and delicious. I love the chefs tasting! Worth it because you get so much food and you get a little taste of everything! There is not one thing I didn't like, plus the most garlicky good naan to accompany it all. I want to come back and try more. Did I mention they have THE BEST COCKTAILS? You must try their martinis. They have all the options! A surprising selection.

Vanga G.

Yelp
I visited Denver recently to attend important meeting ,Just wanted to take a moment to compliment the service we received from Raghavan that evening. You guys were super busy, the restaurant was at capacity, and he was fantastic! I appreciate a server who does a great job, and he handled our table of 4 adults and 4 children with a perfect display of relaxed competence. Well done! Food " Excellent " Service " Amazing "

Heather T.

Yelp
The hubs and I met friends here for an overdue catch up. First and foremost, the staff could not have been friendlier or more attentive. The chef also came out to check on all the tables which was awesome. We started with most of the bread menu - lol. What can I say, half the group had tough work days and fresh bread is basically the answer to that. The bullet naan was the favorite with just the littlest hint of spice from the chilis. The hubs and a friend went with the tandoori chicken. This is a spin on the classic but was the favorite of the group. The chicken was very well seasoned and perfect cooked. I would get this next time. Our other friend ordered the butter chicken which was also delicious. My dish was the butternut squash coconut curry. It was tasty however a little on the sweet side for my personal preference. If you're in the area, I'd recommend a stop in as we had start to finish a great experience.

Sabryna E.

Yelp
The service was super slow; the food was a 2 out of 5. I asked for spicy and got sweet. My nephews chicken looked raw and bloody. Also asked about 4 times for more naan and never received it. All the servers were nice but seemed like they were over whelmed. No bartender either so no drinks.

Janet D.

Yelp
This review is long overdue. My bad. I am Charles Manis' biggest fan. He has succeeded in giving indian food a new life. He injected his own twist in the regular Indian fare and its delicious! Although he left the most basic dishes unchanged but finger lickin' good! But his award-winning Kale salad is something short of a miracle. How did he get those individual stubborn kale to come out so crispy? The cauliflower is also My fave. I've tried his other dishes and they're equally amazing. The dessert. Now this man can cook and bake! Try one of his desserts. They're sinful cos they're rich and darn good looking. There's a popsicle that's super creamy. Ask for that! He's now located in the Park Meadows mall. Across from Crate and Barrel. So he's not way deep in the mall. You can enjoy his new location with ample seating and attentive staff. He's prob at the restaurant when you dine. He wears red. Come to think of it- I've never seen him in white! I might've seen him in black too..? Or I'm imagining this?

Marie B.

Yelp
I throughly enjoyed my food it was cooked to perfection. The butter chicken here is a bit sweet , they provided me with some type of pepper sauce that made it spicer for my liking. For my first time trying butter chicken I give it an 8/10. Service was good and so was the inside of the restaurant

Shruti J.

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised at how nice this turned out. Husband found this through Instagram/denver eats list. I have always passed by this place and for some reason thought this was a typical American restaurant- in case you don't know, this is at the Park Meadows mall ( you don't need to go inside though) and serves Indian food. Got the rasam soup, so good - not too tangy just perfect like I've had in India - calling all tamarind lovers! Mango lassi was also really good and fresh. For mains got the oxtail chettinadu and lamb bhuna- I really recommend the lamb bhuna, very flavourful. Portion size is large and leftovers are appreciated ;) Service is nice! Definitely coming back to try the coconut curry here. Recommend.

Sathya P.

Yelp
We commenced our culinary journey with appetizers: Kale Chat, Urban Cauliflower, and Samosas. As the main course, we opted for Dal Makhani and Chettinad Vegetables. To satisfy our sweet tooth, we chose Cardamom Kulfi for dessert. During our ordering process, Chef Mani graciously appeared and generously offered the Kale Chat on the house. He graciously spent time engaging with us, extending a warm welcome to both Denver and his establishment. Later, he announced that he was preparing Rasam, a spicy soup staple for many South Indians and a traditional remedy for various ailments. Sampling the Rasam was a nostalgic moment, as it evoked memories of my mother's cooking. This Indian restaurant distinguishes itself with its cleanliness, exceptional service, and the personal touch of the chef attending to guests. Each dish we tried was flavorful, and for those desiring an extra kick, the option to increase the spice level is available, which I took advantage of for the Chettinad Vegetables. The Dal Makhani was notably delicious and vegan, making it pleasantly light. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone in Denver with a craving for Indian cuisine.

Chandra D.

Yelp
Expensive but nice food, I would not go on Sunday's, as you won't get the super chef available on Sunday's. the Bombay chat had too much of tamarind Goat curry was awesome.

Ariel M.

Yelp
Love love love love urban village grill and chef Charlie! I cannot say enough good things about him and his restaurant!! The menu is always on point and not for nothing but the drinks are great as well! I frequent this place at least once a month, if not more if I'm entertaining friends/family. This review is long overdue as I've been consistently coming here for about a year now and have consistently been impressed!

Mike G.

Yelp
First time here with local friends. It most definitely won't be our last visit. Everything was fantastic. We split several appetizers to start. The Chicken 65, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and samosas were all amazing. I had the Tikka Masala with chicken, and my wife had a lamb dish. The sauces were great. Both were delicious. We also really enjoyed the garlic and chive naan. We got the opportunity to meet Chef Charlie, and he was a delight. He even brought us a taste of his Cardamon ice cream, which had some of the most amazing flavors ever. Service was top notch from start to finish. Can't wait to go back.

Robin K.

Yelp
We were celebrating my husband's birthday. Butter Chicken is his favorite. It was delicious, as well as the Tandoori Chicken and the Naan. They weren't serving cocktails (no bartender?), so we opted for a glass of wine. Service was friendly but distracted. Spendy.

Bill B.

Yelp
The food was very good. The area in the mall is nice and clean and modern. The service was just ok. Seemed a bit aloof and not very friendly or interested unless you were a regular. Should be welcoming and more service oriented.

Christian C.

Yelp
Excellent presentation of Indian food, and delicious. I will be back for the Chef Charlie coconut curry. Exceptional!

Stephanie W.

Yelp
This is by far one of the best Indian restaurants I've been to. The butter masala was the best I've ever had-hands down. The briyirani or waiter suggested was amazing. The smell alone was intoxicating with the cilantro and lime... maybe even some mint? Garlic Naan can never go wrong and the potato appetizer things were delicious!! I completely recommend. Was not crowded at all on a Saturday for lunch, but you can tell it's good from all the Indian people who were there to eat. Can't go wrong! Waiter was great also!

Food Brain Y.

Yelp
This place is good but not great. The people are super nice, but not sure they know how to run a restaurant. They forgot orders of Naan (which they credited), but boo we wanted those!! Food was brought out in a weird order and took forever. Drinks came out randomly and they didn't come back to check if we wanted more. The restaurant was busy!! It is in a mall, yikes! The naan bread was huge and yummy, worth the price. They had a spicy naan which wasn't spicy in my opinion. I also ordered the butter chicken spicy, which didn't have a hint of spice. I'm thinking they gave it to someone else in our order, because someone else ordered it too. I didn't think the butter chicken was anything special. Probably because it lacked spice. I wouldn't order it again. At least I can say I've eaten it. The food was good, but the location and service doesn't make me want to re-visit. Nice people and good food. I guess if you are shopping at the mall and get hungry, you can try to get in. They recommend reservations. For good reason. They are busy.

Lianna B.

Yelp
I have never been to their physical location but their butter chicken they served at denver food and wine festival was the best I have had in Denver and I cannot wait to come by to try more of their dishes! It was so creamy and the chicken was cooked to perfection which is hard to come by for curry dishes.

Sophia P.

Yelp
If you are a fan of Indian food. This restaurant can not be missed. I love everything here, the ambiance, food is so authentic, all dishes we ordered were super delicious, thank you chef Charlie, staffs are so friendly and we experienced the best service as well. I highly recommend this place

Brittany W.

Yelp
The worst Indian food I have ever had. It was not edible and there was a layer of oil on top

Charmaine L.

Yelp
Urban Village is an overall great experience, the food was incredible; very flavorful and authentic. My family and I love to stop by and grab lunch or dinner when we're in the area and they have such a welcoming and calm ambiance, I love it! The staff are amazing as well! They are genuine and always have a smile on their face. I 100% recommend. :)

Yelp
This joint really surprises! In the Park Meadow Mall. Excellent Indian food. Very attentive and friendly staff. Had the tandoori chicken, butter chicken and chicken tikka masala, plus the fried cauliflower and samosas to start, and a side of naan. All delicious! Skip the food court and come here!

Yelp
We had a wonderful dinner at Urban Village Grill tonight. The tandoori chicken was especially delicious!! And the service was top notch - Raghavan was excellent and took great care of us. I can't wait to bring the rest of our family back next time!

Yelp
I came for the super charger but I'll come back for the food! I had the butter chicken and it was delicious! The service was friendly and fast, with enough time to eat before my car was finished charging.

Yelp
The food was mediocre at best. We saw that 5280 rates this very high so we wanted to check it out. Our reservations were at 7:30 PM on a Sunday. Our server was rude and rushed us to order. We did not know until 8:45 PM that they were closing at 8:50 PM for pest control. 1. Do you want to tell guests that pest control is coming and 2. If we were in a rush this should have been said when we sat down to order. We were rushed to order and eat. Appetizers were greasy and not great. We tried the lamb special and the cauliflower. The dal was decent. Naan was fresh. I'm disappointed that 5280 rates this as high as it does.
