"A newly opened Indian restaurant in Lone Tree offers classic and contemporary dishes representing every Indian region and village, emphasizing a wide range of flavor profiles. Owner Ramesh Madakasira, who is from Anantapur, and executive chef Charles Mani, originally from Chennai and noted for his work at New York’s Babu Ji, created a streamlined highlights menu to spare diners from intimidating, oversized selections—Madakasira says it lets guests spend more time enjoying their dining companions and dishes. Standout items include crispy cauliflower tossed in tomato chili oil, butter chicken, and a coconut curry, and the kitchen also offers a $39 tasting menu.
