15 Essential Chinese Restaurants to Try Around Atlanta

"Located on Piedmont Road in Buckhead in a complex once home to the disco Kroger, Urban Wu is a solid bet for Sichuan and Hunan dishes in the city. Try the dry-fried string beans, spicy pickled cabbage, braised fish in red chili oil, spicy cumin lamb, and double-cooked pork. The restaurant also serves dan dan noodles, lo mein, hot and sour soup, and orange chicken." - Beth McKibben

The Best Restaurants for Peking Duck and Cantonese Hong Kong Chinese Roast Duck in Atlanta | Eater Atlanta

"This buzzy Sichuan restaurant located in what was home to the “disco Kroger” (RIP) offers Peking duck on its menu. And it’s one of the few places in town serving the roast bird with the traditional Chinese pancakes rather than buns. The duck comes served with scallions, julienned cucumbers, and hoisin sauce, and can be ordered in half and whole portions." - Eater Staff

I came here on a Sunday for lunch and it wasn't busy at all. I was immediately seated and my order was taken. I had the cumin lamb and it was incredible. It had me sweating bullets (very spicy) but it was flavorful. The portion was just perfect. I would recommend providing WiFi information on the table or the menu. This is the best Chinese food I have ever had. I can't wait to come back and try something different. Highly recommend trying this place out.

3rd visit here within a few weeks and this is now my official favorite Asian restaurant. i had the General Tso’s chicken, the veggie spring rolls and the veggie potstickers. The potstickers were really different and fun, see the pic! I will be a regular.

Came in for lunch on Saturday. Ordered the soup dumplings, crispy pork ribs, lo mein (not pictured). Service was good and the food was great.

We stumbled upon Urban Wu in midtown Atlanta, and it's a true culinary treasure! This restaurant exceeded our expectations with its exceptional food and outstanding service. Our meal began with the pan-fried potstickers, which were crispy and flavorful. The spicy fragrant lamb and spicy Hunan shrimp dishes were cooked to perfection, showcasing the chef's skill and attention to detail. Each bite was a testament to the kitchen's commitment to quality and authenticity. The staff at Urban Wu were warm, friendly, and attentive, ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Their dedication to providing top-notch service made us feel right at home. In short, Urban Wu is an ideal destination for family gatherings, nights out with friends, or any occasion that calls for outstanding Chinese cuisine. We highly recommend this gem and can't wait to return!

All around a really good experience. The interior space is clean and industrial, allowing plenty of space between diners. The service was quick, friendly, polite, and attentive. We began with a mango martini which was potent and delicious. We then enjoyed pan fried pork pot stickers, wood-ear mushrooms, Dan Dan noodles, Singapore rice noodles, and shrimp Lo Mein. We also got an order of hot and numbing duck which was ok, but nothing special. Overall though, 5/5 and we’re looking forward to a return visit.

Google
This place was eh. Not bad but not spectacularly good. Ordered the crab Rangoon and sesame chicken. Crab Rangoon didn’t have much crab. More so fried cream cheese. The sesame chicken was more breading than chicken and too sugary for my liking compared to other sesame chickens. Average experience, might try once more due to convenient location.

Google
Haven’t been back in the area and stumbled onto this amazing restaurant! The entire shopping center is being redone so it’s easy to miss right now but don’t! Freshest Chinese food I’ve had in years! There were way more choices than I knew what to do with but that means lots more to try! Our party tried a mix of new-never-heard-of dishes, and staples. All of it was delicious, but the Kung Pao chicken was sweet- more like an orange chicken sauce. Nothing like what I expected or was used to. I didn’t like the sweet so I wasn’t going to eat it. There was plenty of other food so I wasn’t going to worry about it- it wasn’t their fault. But the server insisted that I choose another dish. I ended up trying the shiitake mushroom and book choy vegetarian dish and it was amazing! Mongolian beef, Mala beef rolls, Sichuan pork and leeks, dumplings- all fresh and delicious. I wouldn’t say the veggie spring rolls were very good, but they were 95 cents so if you just want to try them go for it! Food comes out when it’s ready, not necessarily all together, so if you are sensitive to that, you may want to ask them to hold it, but it all came out within ten minutes so we were fine! Will be back every trip!

Yelp
Hot, Fresh, & Yummy! The service was AWESOME! Very welcoming and offered things I did not think of like Chili Oil

Yelp
The food is always good here. We get delivery and it arrives hot and fresh. The dinner portions are pretty large and we can eat leftovers for a day or two. I like the freshness of the ingredients and how nothing is greasy. Love how the food is actually spicy and has some kick to it.

Yelp
Take out order. They forgot our spring rolls that we paid for. Next day wanted to give us spring rolls, nope, we'll take the refund please. They didn't really want to do that. Food was fair.
google avatar

Yelp
The soup was super flavorful and had the perfect amount of spice. 10/10. I wouldn't change a thing about the soup. The chicken dumplings were lacking in flavor. I was the only person there but I didn't mind that at all.

Yelp
This place is always very good. I have been numerous times, mostly to pick up food. The best options are the shan city chicken if you're looking for spicy. Hot and sour soup is good. I would not recommend the dan dan noodles or the hot and spicy noodles. The wonton soup can be a little bland. The hot and sour soup though is always good. The staff is friendly and efficient. The place is clean and the bar is well stocked. If you need your Szechuan fix near buckhead, give this place a try!

Yelp
We got cumin lamb and double cooked pork. Honestly it was soso not delicious. Double cooked pork was too dry and cumin lamb was hard to chew.. Service was fast and friendly and ambiance was good tho. Will hesitate to come back..

Yelp
I came here the other day and found it on seated. It sounded fancy before I got there, but when I got there I could not find it as its where a new Publix is coming and construction going on and had no sign whatsoever, The do have some lunches starting at 10.50. Add 2 small spring rolls for 95cents. The food came quick as only one other table occupied and chef was not occupied. It not a fancy place by any means but Im fine with that.

Yelp
I was so hopeful I'd pick up great Chinese food when I ordered to-go from Urban Wu. However, I was very disappointed. I ordered hot and sour soup and it was like thick, salty gravy with maybe one sliver of tofu in it-- and nothing else! I got other dishes-- some chicken dish with vegetables (?)-- can't remember now which because it's been a month or so--and bok choy with mushrooms anywho.. both dishes were extremely salty too! It's a shame, because I thought this place would serve food with an authentic taste, but instead they were salt bombs and drowning in sauce. Eech! I hate it when I spend a lot of money trying out a new place and it blows.

Yelp
Best egg fried rice I have ever had !!! The Mongolian beef was excellent too! No seriously I was surprised that it was the first time we noticed this place ! I went back the next day for the fried rice tho ! The service was great, the recommendations were on point! 100% recommend !

Yelp
I tried Urban Wu on the recommendation of a new acquaintance who said it was a small hole in the wall, family style authentic Chinese restaurant. It was neither small or a hole in the wall. The restaurant is brand new and is located in a new shopping center surrounded by construction. It is so new that there isn't even a permanent sign up yet. Their only issue for locals might be there there is limited parking as there is large construction equipment taking up a sizable chunk of the parking lot. The restaurant is modern and has some interesting design details, though it looked like the tables scratch up the newly painted accent wall. The restaurant is medium sized and can accommodate a couple of large groups. We were the only patrons at just before 6 pm, but it stared to fill up. The staff was very nice and attentive. They must be really popular for to-go/carry out orders as they had a rack full of orders ready for pick up. We had the fried chicken dumplings, the fish roll, shrimp fried rice and the fried ribs. Everything was delicious. The sauce that comes with the dumplings was excellent. We got some hot chili oil and soy sauce for the fish rolls which was better than the clear sauce it came with. The ribs were crispy and a little dry, but had a tasty garlic topping. It was better with the hot chili oil. The friend rice was very good. I would definitely recommend them.

Yelp
Food was excellent!! The fish rolls didn't have much flavor but the rest was great ! Service was good ! Restaurant was clean.. drink was strong !

Yelp
We ordered takeout, service was very friendly and everything we ordered (fried rice, lo mein, orange cicken) was absolutely delicious. The star of the show though was the Fried Potstickers. OMG they were the best I've ever had, it's a simple dish but they fry the potstickers in a way that gives the wonton a slight satisfying crunch. I ordered for me but only got one because my kids went bananas and ate the rest all up. We are visiting out of town but I predict we will stopping in for more before we go.

Yelp
Urban Wu, which is trapped in a large outdoor shopping center currently being completely remodeled with a demolished Kroger nearby, is a Szechuan restaurant in Buckhead meant to appeal to folks not familiar with peppercorns. I believe the Dry Pot Cauliflower was cooked with peppercorns, but they weren't hanging out perilously in the dish, perhaps for the sake of someone who might swallow one by mistake. This special has a sauce that is delectable and not all that spicy. My favorite dish at Urban Wu and one I have only encountered once before is Sichuan Jelly Noodle, thick slices of jelly made from mung beans and shredded cucumbers in chili sauce. I know it doesn't sound terribly appealing, but I was fantasizing about it the other day and whenever I am in this neighborhood, it's on my mind.

Yelp
We had a dinner reservation for a party of 4 for 6:30 pm on Sunday, 2/5/23. We made the reservation on Seated, an app where you earn money back on meals at certain restaurants (use my code erin2109 and we both get $10!), so we got 14% back! Plenty of parking. Very casual - you can wear whatever you want. We split appetizers and each got an entree. Here's what we got: - Veggie Spring Roll ($.95): Very mini! - Pan Fried Veggie Pot Stickers (8 for $9.95): Good! Cool presentation! - Sesame Chicken ($14.95): Large portion! Tasty! - Mongolian Beef ($14.95 + $2 for beef): Also large portion and also tasty! We appreciated the big portions. We each had enough for a leftover meal. The service was super quick. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but it's a solid option for the area!

Yelp
I was excited to try this place. Unfortunately my takeout order had a black hair in it - truly disgusting. I tried calling the restaurant to get a replacement but there wasn't any answer.

Yelp
Wow. I always stay at the Hampton Inn Buckhead Place and my boyfriend and I were craving Chinese and SO glad we stumbled upon this place. We love trying new Chinese spots and this one is definitely one we wont forget! We ordered: Kung Pao Chicken House Combo Lo Mein Mongolian Beef General Tso's Chicken Dumplings Everything came out super fast and was piping hot. We loved everything! The amount of sauce to protein/veggie ration was spot on (I hate when stuff is drowning in sauce or loses it's crunch). The portions are great and everything was fresh. I love their take on the dumplings -- they're different than what I've ever had. I loved the crunch and the sauce. If I lived in this area I have no doubt this would be our go to for Chinese. The staff was so friendly!! We mentioned we were celebrating a birthday so they brought the birthday boy a shot (which ended up being a literal full glass of whiskey haha). So cheers to Urban Wu! You guys are doing it right and I can't wait to order some Chinese takeout next time in ATL!

Yelp
We enjoyed our meal a lot. For appetizers: Peanut salad was very interesting and very good; went well with everything; and Dan-dan noodles were good as well. Of our entrees, Szechuan stir fried string beans was our favorite. But everything was good, including crispy deep-fried pork ribs, snow-pea tips with garlic sauce and Szechuan Stir-fried eggplant. Of these, the eggplant was the most spicy. servings aren't huge but not too expensive either. Service was good (although we were there early, when they didn't have a lot of customers.

Yelp
Conveniently located. Plenty of sichuan options if you like spicy Asian food. Laid back and nice environment.
google avatar

Yelp
The food is delicious and kinda reminds me of traditional Szechuan cuisine. There's lots of spicy dishes on the menu, my fav is their Mapo tofu!
google avatar

Julla N.

Yelp
I was in buckhead area and decided to give this place a try! We got the deep fried sichuan fish nuggets which was very cumin forward but delicious. The hot and numbing pot was savory and provided a nice warmth in the belly on a colder day. Everything was actually pretty good I'd come here again if I'm ever in the area. I wanna say the serving size is a little bit smaller for the price you pay (compared to Sichuan places in Doraville/duluth) but it makes sense for the area. The service was great everyone was friendly and a lot of business ppl come here on their lunch break!
google avatar

Yelp
This place is 4.5 but I'll round up to 5 since I'm a regular there hahaha. The food is 95% consistently 5 stars. I almost always order the same things and those are always great. Once in awhile I try something new that's not great. For example the Lo Mein- not great here. My favorites are the chicken with chili and scallions and the sour cabbage and fish soup. I've tried most of their lunch specials and those are all good. I frequent order lunch for my team and we order from the lunch menu. It's a good portion but I do wish it came with an egg roll or something. You just get the entree and rice in a smaller portion than the regular menu. The food is really authentic, and the more Americanized dishes are made well. Always fresh and fast. Where I would dock a half to one star is the service. It's often good. It's never great. When dining in, sometimes the water is frequently refilled and other times I have to flag someone down. And the food is spicy (that's what they're known for)! I absolutely recommend dining here if you want great Chinese food. Just know the service may be spotty and be prepared for authentic flavors.

Yelp
If you know me, you know that my #1 thing to eat is dry hot pot. There's nothing on planet earth as delicious as this. Fight me. We were driving all day from New Orleans on our way to the Northeast for the holidays. We planned on stopping in Atlanta for the night. Now, a vegan road trip inspires all kinds of feelings... from hungry and angry because you had to break down and get the tots at Sonic (OK, not so angry) to hungry and sugar silly because you grabbed licorice at the convenience store to extremely raging effing hungry, very much determined to eat an actual damn meal at a sit down restaurant. It had been 8 hours! I needed more than popcorn and sesame crackers to satisfy me. Luckily Yelp pointed me in the direction of Urban Wu on this frigidly cold night of 12/23. Always my savior, that Yelp. I took one look at the vegetarian menu (so many great options on there btw) and saw a vegetable hot pot with tofu and ended my search. It was on the later side of the evening and while the restaurant was empty, they were doing a booming take out business. It's a casual spot in a strip mall, but done up just fine... and they offer cocktails and wine. Yeah, I needed some of that before crashing for the night down the block. No, I wasn't driving. Maybe in spirit. Always in spirit. I'm a nervous passenger. Everyone in here is nice and welcoming, despite the later hour (9ish). I ordered my beloved hot pot as hot as possible (underlined), despite the usual dubious look that I always get when I order something raging hot. Yes, I'm an American girl who needs her food as hot as can be. And some sparkling wine that was cold and bubbly. And the verdict? This might be one of the best dry hot pots I have ever had! I didn't even have to specify veggies like at some places and it came out with tons of my favorite thing, lotus root. There was also cauliflower, a lot of tofu and carrots and bok choy and mushrooms and others. Besides that, they listened to my plea and it was perfectly super hot! My husband and I barely spoke as we devoured everything. At the end, we vowed to make this our Christmas road trip tradition... even if upon our millionth hour of the drive back home this week we vowed to never make that drive again. With the promise of Urban Wu, come December 2023, we may even ignore the prospect of a long winter road trip!

Yelp
Fireeee this is my new fav Chinese spot I got: the cucumber salad in chili sauce (bomb and refreshing) The Mongolian beef w fried rice (well seasoned, the sauce was yummy) The S city chicken (crispy and spicy, so good) & the Dan Dan noodles! Just had to try them. I got pork to switch it up. Loved it all.

Amanda S.

Yelp
Very friendly staff. I got the general tso chicken with fried rice. Both were ok, not spectacular. The chicken was too heavy on the vinegar. Big portions. I wouldn't mind going back to try some of their other items.
google avatar

Jacqui C.

Yelp
We decided to try this on a whim when we were running an errand in Marietta. The food is definitely authentic and for those who don't want to make the drive to Buford Hwy or Duluth, Urban Wu is definitely worth visiting. Here's our experience: Giving it 4 stars because they were out of Chinese tea at 6:30 pm on a Saturday! The fried eggplant was crispy on the outside and tender inside. But needed just a little more salt for my taste. The Dan Dan noodles were fair to above average but had a little too much soup. The cumin lamb was the best dish of the meal! Seasoned with just the right amount of cumin to give it its signature aroma without being overly salty or sweet. The soup dumpling (chicken) were a little disappointing. The skin was too thick and it wasn't juicy enough. I did appreciate that the meat wasn't too fatty like some of the other restaurants . Service was definitely above average.

Marcus Y.

Yelp
This restaurant is no longer one of my favorites. Who is in the kitchen now? They decided to go the route of sweet and viscous sauces in dishes that traditionally shouldn't be that way and none of the supposedly authentic dishes have heat, expected flavor, or numbing qualities anymore. Prep and presentation are now haphazard and the quality of beef has declined specifically. I miss Urban Wu!
google avatar

Nitza P.

Yelp
Love their food. Very very kind staff too! The construction doesn't take away from their hospitality and quality of food! 10/10
google avatar

Yelp
In another life I must've been born in China because Sichuan food feeds my soul. I explored the offerings in Atlanta and this popped up as one of the premier options. The location itself is in a semi quiet strip mall and adjacent to the busy streets. When you walk in the service is friendly and fast. We got soup dumplings, fragrant lamb, crispy beef, and Sichuan spicy chicken. The food itself is solid, it has the classic numbing sensation. My biggest gripe is with the prices and value overall. The food is solid though the medium sized portions are not appropriate for the large price. I appreciate the local Sichuan flavors in Atlanta though I do not think this is the best way to experience it.

Jessie L.

Yelp
typical Chinese taste in most dishes. Beef noodle, and spicy dishes are all good. Peking duck is just so so. It satisfied us with Sichuan taste.
google avatar

Anita L.

Yelp
Had lunch there. The restaurant was basically empty. Shopping center was basically empty...... But there was plenty of parking. Food was very good. Friend and I each enjoyed what we had. Hot and sour soup was not great, but our entrées were very good.
google avatar

Yelp
I'm a lifelong Buford Highway girl. But when I read the review claiming that Urban Wu has a spicy tofu veggie hotpot with LOTS of lotus root, I decided to cash in my Uber Eats coupon. When my dad was alive, we used to fight over the lotus root in every hot pot we ordered. There wouldn't have been a problem with the one I got tonight - it was loaded...and I ate more than my share, in his memory! I tried the hot and sour soup, as well. It required no "doctoring" to launch it into the ranks of my two BuHi faves; from La Mei Zi, and Xin's in Duluth. Even though I ordered delivery, the dishes were HOT and SPICY and DELICIOUS when they arrived. I'm still a Buford Highway girl. But maybe one who gets her veggie hot pot at Urban Wu.

Mark B.

Yelp
Service was poor. Food was nothing special. I cannot recommend. Check it out, you may get lucky.
google avatar

Calvin J.

Yelp
The restaurant is hiding in a Plaza where there's a lot of construction. I was the only customer that day and the entire waiting Staff is sitting at the table next to my table. It just doesn't feel very professional. The food is very disappointing as well.

Greg B.

Yelp
Good food and good service. Huge variety of choices. Pot stickers were fantastic. My daughter really liked the fried fish the best. My wife loved her Mongolian beef. Shredded chicken with garlic sauce was also very tasty!
google avatar

Jason H.

Yelp
I ordered my food for takeout, and it was prepared quickly. It was nothing to brag about. However, it was good.
google avatar

Yelp
These chefs were amazing at cooking! All the food was delicious and we left very satisfied and well fed! Eating Sichuan is always an amazing experience. If you've never tried it before, now is the time to explore. I consider myself a little bit of a food explore, and this is one of the best types of food!

Yelp
Came here with a group of seven on a Saturday evening. One of the people in the party is vegan, and this place is vegan and vegetarian-friendly. They were able to accommodate our large party with no problem. They seated us and provided us with a menu. The servers were also very helpful and able to answer questions about the menu. All the staff in the restaurant were wearing masks, and the tables are socially distanced. It seems like this place gets a lot of business through DoorDash, take out, or Grub Hub. They were very busy fulfilling orders, but they did not neglect customers dining in. The food came out for the group around the same time, which was great. I ordered the broccoli with shrimp, and I substituted the white rice for the egg fried rice, which was $1 extra. The rice was delicious, as well as the broccoli with shrimp. They were both very well seasoned. The sauce over the broccoli with broccoli was delicious too. This place reminded me of authentic Chinese food. I did have some of the orange chicken. It was also very tasty. The only thing I did not like about it was the orange peeling pieces in it. I also tried the spring rolls. They do not have egg rolls, but the spring rolls were not the cold kind they were fried. Those were very good. Overall, the service and food were really good. The prices were great, and there was plenty of parking in the parking lot. I recommend this place, and I would come back.

Yelp
I stumbled upon Urban Wu one day with clients. It was one of the best discoveries ever. Since that time I've dined infrequently at the restaurant, and outside of occasional poor Asian restaurant service, it's amazing. Urban Wu has a menu packed with Sichuan specialities and some lao wai/typical Buckhead crowd dishes. I'm sure they do a perfectly great job with these dishes, but don't go to Urban Wu for that. Instead, look under Chef's Specialty and/or Classic Sichuan and Hunan Cuisine. You honestly can't go wrong with any of these selections. My personal favorites include: C12 Pork Intestine with Sour Cabbage and Hot Spicy Chili and T10 Cumin Lamb. How spicy are the dishes? Everybody's palette is different. For this spicy food junky, I find the items of a reasonable spice level. For some of my friends with more sensitive palettes, they find the food pretty spicy, but the good kind of spicy. There's no novelty heat here, simply great flavors. Service is usually passable here. You don't go into a Chinese restaurant, especially an authentic Chinese restaurant, and expect good service. Still, it's never pleasant to have bad service. During a recent visit, the two front of house employees sat down in the middle of the dining room and were too busy watching TikTok videos to serve their tables. This was downright infuriating because the food is spicy and they need to keep refilling water. Occasional poor service does not change the fact that this is a five star restaurant. This is probably the best Chinese restaurant in Metro Atlanta. It's certainly one of my favorite spots.

Li A.

Yelp
Urban Wu is the worst restaurant I have ever visited so far. What can I expect when seeing four duck legs for a whole duck? A cold reheated roast duck with a burnt duck leg? I need clarification on how a restaurant cannot properly reheat a roast duck instead of roasting it. Do you even have a chef? The horrible thing is that I am one of many having problems with a cold dish. If you can, do not visit here.

Yelp
This spot is in a shopping plaza across the street from Terminus and Towers Place. It's a quick convenient lunch spot if you work in the vicinity. On occasion when I'm craving Szechuan Chinese food I'll come here if I don't feel like venturing to Buford highway or Duluth. This place is also on a number of food delivery platforms such as Uber eats and door dash. I've tried a number of dishes here primarily the hot numbing fish pot, dried fried cumin lamb, spicy fish fillet and stir fried vegetables. It's consistent and tasty. Compared to Buford highway and Duluth I do find the portion sizes to be a tad bit smaller. I normally like ordering a couple dishes with friends and dine family style.

Yelp
Very colorful menu with many unconventional selections. Had the hot n sour soup. Starchy, stale disappointed. Ben ben chicken in liew of soup was flavorful albeit very salty. Ordered the hot and numbing duck because was told had crispy skin and mixed vegies. Turned out deep fried duck nuggets with a few scallions and some good sauce. Not enough for the duck really. It was subtly numbing. Easy to aver use sichuan peppercorns but they did it well. Really too salty for all! I will be back in town nect week and will try the place again and try some more traditional sichuan food as their creativity is boldly apparent. Please cut back on The salt!

Michael X.

Yelp
Very expensive unauthentic Chinese food. Fried rice is horrible. Service okay. Sign not so clear as I almost missed it on rainy day.

Yelp
Urban Wu specializes in Chinese Sichuan. I'm glad that R and I came here tonight, because we had some delicious food! Parking is plentiful, and the free parking lot is right in front of the restaurant. The restaurant itself is small, and there is no outdoor dining. Indoor dining is allowed, but most people either order their food as take out or contact a food delivery service to drop off their food at their home. After seeing that no customers were eating inside, R and I decided that we were going to eat in the restaurant, and picked a table in the corner away from anyone else who could possibly eat there. We were lucky and didn't have to worry about being exposed because no other customers ate inside while we were there, and we got there at around 6:20 pm on a Monday evening (MLK Jr Holiday). All of the employees that we saw wore face masks, and every person who came to pick up take out food also wore face masks. The servers were nice and efficient. After looking through the menu, and there are a lot of menu items on the 5 page menu, I ordered the Kung Pao chicken dinner entree which came with a bowl of white steamed rice, and R ordered the Mongolian Beef dinner entree and that also came with a bowl of white steamed rice. R also ordered Xiao Long Bao (pork soup dumplings). After food arrived, we decided to share the entrees and the soup dumplings. I thought the food was delicious! The Kung Pao chicken had a slightly sweet and spicy flavor, and the bite size pieces of chicken were tender. The Mongolian beef was tender and had lots of flavor. The two entrees were soooo good!. The soup dumplings were good and the dipping sauce was slightly salty and tangy, but I thought the dumpling wrap was a little too thick. Overall a delicious dinner. I'm glad didn't have to worry about social distancing, since there weren't any other customers eating in the restaurant while we were there.

Yelp
My family and I visited Urban Wu for a late lunch and were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. My hot and sour soup was very rich and savory. The double cooked pork that I ordered was perfectly seasoned. The other entrées my family ordered were cooked perfectly. Everything was fresh and delicious plus the service was excellent. My only regret is that I was so busy eating I forgot to take pictures to share.

Yelp
We ordered some food from here while we were in Atlanta. The owners talked with my wife and asked where we were from and were very friendly. We did take out and brought the food to our hotel room and it was delicious!! Definitely needs more reviews about how good the food is. If we lived in Atlanta we would probably come here all the time.

Yelp
The food was good, that I been eating this place 2 nites in a row. Especially the hot and sour soup. Hot and soup is one of my favor soup. Not every place make it good. The soup is one of the top 10 on my list. First nite, I order hot & sour soup, Singapre noodles, and the Mongolian beef. The beef was tender and I love the spicy taste of it. I even asked for extra hot oil. Second nite, I ordered yes again, Hot & sour soup, that's how much I love their hot & sour soup especially their crunchy noodles for the soup. Pan Fried Pork Dumpling & Hunan Shrimp. Everything was really good. I love spicy food, everything I can taste 'Wok hay' and good flavor.
