Horrible!!!! I returned a purse the day after I bought it due to poor design- it was literally painful to pick it up. lol I paid cash, and they didn’t have cash to give it back to me so they wired me money. 10 days later I did not get the money I called and called nobody ever answers at the store. I called the one 800 number. I was putting in contact with management I sent management an email in New York City. They responded said they’ll get back to me and they’ll look into it. Now we are on 21 days later and I came back in for a third time because I am not getting answers or my money back. The manager had the audacity to tell me that he had to call me tomorrow because he still couldn’t get a hold of anyone. It is unacceptable. I will never ever shop here ever again. I will never support this company. Total failure disgusting business.

Incredibly rude and aggressive staff at the door here. Verbally threaten people on the sidewalk and gesture like they are going to physically attack people. The viral video showing this is wild. It's insane how they have these kinds of staff working there. Watch out if you pass by this store!

I'm truly amazed by how well I was treated. I want to thank the current Store Manager, Bianca, and the other sales associates who assisted. I had an issue with a defective shoe purchased online and they made it right for me without hesitation. I'm out of state but my next California trip, coming in store to shop will be first on my to do list ! You have earned a customer for life. They will stand behind their products unlike other retailers such as Saks. Thank you Valentino!

Black, Rockstud designer heels, ooh la la! The upstairs at Valentino’s is filled to the brim with wearables, while the downstairs has shoes (like those amazing Rockstuds), bags and accessories. I also picked me up some leather hot pants and a sexy thong for when my bf comes home from work – surprise! The staff were great, so very helpful and fun, and the price is so right for what you’re getting.

Horrible service. Called to order a gift to be shipped to ensure proper wrapping with a bag from Valentino and proper tissues. They referred me to the online store, and asked me to notify during purchase that it is a "gift" so that I can get the proper gift wrap. I did not receive it. I went all the way to the store - driving to Rodeo to request a proper Valentino bag and tissues, and I was not given the courtesy of even getting the gift wrapped in a proper manner - unacceptable to state "we do not have that service", when I spent the time to choose Valentino to get my gift - not recommended

After going through a few of the stores along Rodeo Drive, I and my family went into Valentino. We didn't buy anything, but nonetheless, the customer service was amazing. The sales assistant who talked to us, Holland, was so nice and well informed especially on where the materials Valentino uses on its products were sourced from. I'm most concerned that the products I use are ethically farmed and asked sales assistants from all stores I visited if they knew anything about how, where, and from what their products were made - all to which I received vague answers such as 'from Italy', 'we work with local farms', 'they are bi-products'. Holland let me know everything I needed, even showing me the documentation on how and where products were made. She shared with me information I was surprised about-: the snake skin used for handbags were farmed from Australia and different species had to be kept apart from each other; the livestock used for leather or skins were raised on Valentino farms and humanely killed for their skin rather than a mass bi-product from an abattoir; and even cotton used on clothing was rain-watered. We were also offered water as she guided us around the store, and after knowing we were tourists, went out of her way to print off a sheet of sightseeing recommendations for us. Needless to say, we were touched and thoroughly impressed at this impeccable service. Personally, I prefer not to buy statement articles but after this I will definitely be re-visiting and buying from Valentino.

I wish I could give zero stars. Don't go here because they obviously don't need the sales. Today, I picked up an online order that I made TWO months earlier. They never called me to say that my shoes had arrived. In fact, I had to CALL corporate to find out where my shoes were. THEN, I had an SA named MARISA. She seemed really sweet and really nice until I asked her if she was expecting because she kept leaning her lower abdomen over the glass display, and I thought she was relieving pressure on her lower back. I work with pregnant women everyday and just noticed her doing that, and saw she was wearing a peplum blouse and just asked. She said oh no! And I immediately apologized and said I'm sorry! She took my number, texted me her info for an item that was outta stock in my size, handed me my things and I left with my mom. Fast forward to right before closing, I realized I left my LV sunglasses which she picked off the floor and put on the table when I was at the store trying on my purchase. I called and they said they had it and that I could pick it up. I come to the store and she just glared at me, walked past me and ignored me greeting her. Another SA saw and said she was getting my sunglasses. She emerges with my sunnies, passes them to the side as she walks past me without saying a word or making eye contact, and resumes work with another client. I was like noooooo waaaaayyyyyy.... I was walking out and was like wow I would never want to buy anything from her I'm blocking her number...and realized she knew she had my sunglasses, knew where they were stored, had my contact information and had JUST texted me. I don't think she was ever going to let me know I had left my 800 dollar sunglasses. I called back to talk to the manager, was told the manager was busy selling an item with another customer, left a phone number to call back, and never got the callback. I see that other customers have grievances with this same spot. So I'll just call corporate. Don't go to this spot. They obviously don't need your money. They're just rude. I'll just buy online or go to Saks.

Needed to replace the cap to my cologne and came into this store. Bradley was extremely friendly and helpful. Replaced the cap from an old tester bottle and I was good to go in about 5 minutes. Very friendly and welcoming experience. I don't know what these bad reviews are about - mine was very enjoyable!

Valentino is a favorite of mine when taking my lady friends on holiday and birthday shopping. The many styles of shoes, boots, handbags and more is amazing. Nice staff that is helpful. I do not recommend shopping for others here because everyone has their own preference when it comes to fashion and fashion is the name of the game at Valentino. Let her choose and be happy. Terrible service/refusal to repair when the leather on heel came from within 20 days of purchase. They also will hold your shoes for months and not call you to let you know what's going on with repair. It's very unfortunate to see this type of service in this kind of store

I will never ever buy Valentino boots again!! One gold rivet fell off after my first time wearing them. I have emailed them, called them, and begged them for just a new rivet or for them to fix them. It's been two months and I've heard nothing from them, except for a form letter that they send to everyone. This same thing happened with a pair of my Jeffrey Campbell sandals where one of the gems fell out, and they were so nice and sent me a few of the gyms just in case any other ones fell out. You would think that Valentino, being so high-end would do the same. They told me they don't send any parts for their shoes. So take it from me do not buy any boots with rivets on them or any Valentino's at all! If I could give them a negative star I would!! It is the worst customer service I e ever experienced!!

Two Words: Valentin NO I love my Valentino's. Have quite a few pairs. But every time I go to this particular store. I am reminded again and again why I never buy through Valentino. I always go to Saks for them. Went inside and I walk to the back. Looks like the men section. One of the other Asian associates looks me up and down, and curtly asks, "What do you want?" Girl wassupppp?! So I kindly ask, "where is the women's section." She said, "upstairs." Pardon me for bothering you. Go upstairs and wait 15 minutes to be helped and not even acknowledged. Finally, flag someone down and they said they don't have it in my size . Ask for any other styles in my size, they said that size don't exist. I'm 40.5 honey, it clearly does. The associates here need to work on their manners.

Horrible! I purchased a bag in the flagship Rome store and did not take it out of the packaging for customs reasons. When I came back to the US the bag was making rattling noises because the exterior lock was loose. I brought it into the rodeo store and 3-4 sales people all try to tell me that the bag was fine. The bag was within 30 days of purchase with receipt and they didnt have the bag to exchange it and said I would have to contact Rome to get a new one. They finally allowed me to leave it with them for the repair man to look at. I signed a slip that had repair prices with none circled or checked. Nothing. Weeks go by and no word. So I call the store and they direct me to the repairs person. He tells me that the bag was sent to a facility out of state for repair. I ask directly if there was a charge and he says no. I get a voicemail a week later to pick up the bag and since I am not free to go to the store I send my partner with the ticket I signed to pick it up. The manager tried to get him to pay $45 for a defect in the bag. He calls me to confirm. The manager gets on the phone and is yelling at me and In a calm voice I explain I signed a contract and asked directly if there was a charge and advised there was not. I was told they'd give me the bag if we never came back again. So one I get it, I check to see if it's fixed. The solution: a napkin stuffed in the pocket to keep the pocket from moving. I kid you not. Don't worry I won't come back! I don't want to be nickeled and dimed on an LUXURY purchase. Ps. The bag BROKE! I was wearing it on my shoulder leaving a restaurant and it fell off the strap. It's been 2 months and I've worn it less than 10 times. I contact the customer service and still have not received a response. What a joke Pps. Final response is now I have to pay them for a repaired strap and have to drive a hour to the other store to have it fixed. Are there nefative UPDATE. The bag strap has broken 3 times due to poor stitching. I keep going to the OC store for repair. AND they have never charged me there

First, I LOVE Valentino. I shop for myself and my mom as gifts, jewelry, accessories, pouches, and sandals. I'm not a heels girl. I was purchasing online before and now exclusively through Jay at this location. Specifically for the customer service. I am big on customer service, shopping should be enjoyable and tailored to you. No matter where you come from or what your budget is, you should still receive the same equal, kind, and attentive service. Jay delivers exactly that.

Really bad customer service. It's frustrating coming here. I bought a pair of shoes here that needed repair within 2 months. Went back to the store but they didn't believe that I had bought the pair from today this particular location because they couldn't find me in the system. They kept asking me if I was sure I had bought it there! HOW WEIRD. Anyhow my husband who was at home luckily found the receipt which made their tone change and then they realized they had misspelled my name in their system. Any a couple of weeks later I get a call saying my order is ready for pick up. So I went to the store, and the sales associate couldn't find my shoe so asked for proof of me knowing my order was ready. Again- WTH. It's the second time I was accused of lying at the store! I had to show her my phone log and then they realized that I had I incorrectly been informed and the shoe wasn't ready. The customer service here really sucks and puts one in a foul mood. Will never ever make the mistake of purchasing anything here.

Walk in the store and I was the only client, wonder why? I love Valentino shoes and they are the most comfortable to me, so I came to Rodeo locations to try a new pair in 70"mm but this woman told me they don't have it and pushed me to try 100"mm well I did but it's too high for me at this situation so I sincerely thank her before leaving and guess what, that rude greedy person that ten minutes ago was supper sweet and pretend to be nice, did not even turned her head to me or said "you are welcome" or anything. Her face was mean and careless because I didn't buy anything. Ridiculous. This location is ruing the name of Valentino.

Just up the street from my house, I stopped in wearing yoga attire. Was treated very well purchasing my new Rockstud sling back pumps in Poudre. Jay was my sales associate and was very accommodating and offered me refreshments while I waited for my shoes to be boxed and the sales transaction completed. I didn't get a chance to explore but the first floor, however the sitting area was meticulous with adequate mirror space. Would recommend a bit more lighting and slightly more tile surface to get a feel for the shoe. Great experience overall.

If you love the style of Valentino, you need someone to assist you to get your style and right size from head to toe You need a good fashion advisor like I do from Valentino one of the very experienced, sweet and patient fashion advisors Ms Summer Zhou to help you then you stick the one to assist you got everything you like , you want and you need . That way you get earlier access and sale before the sale to the public --note --Ask for Summer Zhou who is the fashion advisor. She knows their products very well . She is personal and welcome to anyone who has any questions, this helps her to understand your desire and your needs . She can definitely assist you to provide one of the best shopping experiences . You will feel fun , relaxed and satisfied . My honest advise is to ask for Ms Summer Z to tell her what you read from here and let her walk you through everything you want to see . Valentino has one of the unique rose bags & all other beautiful collections in ready to wear ..etc

Went to this store to see their selection of bags after visiting Saks and Neiman Marcus. The people at the front of the store were so friendly! However, the girl who helped me was not so great. I went in with the intention of purchasing a bag, and her attitude caught me off guard. She did not seem interested in helping me, but did so anyways because I had a lot of questions and there was no other rep to be found. Not sure if she was having an off day or what, but she made me feel like I was wasting her time and she kept leaving me to go help people who "looked" like they would buy. Ended up getting frustrated and walking down to Saint Laurent, where my experience was quite the opposite, and I left with a beautiful bag. Valentino is my favorite, and I was bummed that I had such a bad experience. Please train your sales reps better!

The store is gorgeous and Michael was a delight to shop with. If you can't get enough of bows and rockstuds, I recommend shopping for Valentino the best way possible...at the Beverly Hills store on Rodeo

The woman who was the assistant manager two years ago was on a major power trip and soooooo rude to me that I called corporate. Between her disgusting attitude and the quality of their bags and clothes going down the drain, I was turned off and hadn't bought anything in two years. Recently I stopped in, thinking there is no way she's still there, and lo and behold she was. Rude again. Someone should tell her (besides me because I already did) that she's on rodeo drive and if you're buying at valentino, you can buy from any store on that street. Which is exactly what I did when I walked over to Chanel and was treated like gold. Bye bye forever valentino.

I went to like 3 stores looking for heels in my size and unfortunately none of them had my size. 29 min till close and I walked in. The girl who helped me was really nice. She looked at my vans and said: "I'm a jean and vans girl too" and was just so humble. It was between these and a pair of Christian Loubs. Obvi, I chose these. The classic Valentino studd heels. So hot. Love them! Can't wait to be back to buy more stuff !! :D

Pierro Selvaggio is the Godfather of Italian restaurants in Los Angeles.I've been going to this old school gem in Santa Monica since the 70's and have never had a bad meal.Mr.Selvaggio has maintained this level of excellence by hiring brilliant chefs that reflect his vision.This is the best Italian restaurant in southern California and one of the best in the country.The food is superb,the wine list is incredible,the service is impeccable.Special kudos should go to the waiter Giuseppi.Mr.Selvaggio uses food the way an artist uses paint :to communicate rapture.I suggest you try the restaurant for lunch on Friday when it is not too crowded.

I have small feet. Size 34. I bought the all black rockstud heels. My other pair are flats which are in 34. But for some reason, when I got home and tried them on a couple of days later, it felt very uncomfortable. I called Valentino. Ken ordered 34.5 for me and txted me when they arrived. Driving to Rodeo on a weekend is the worst ... But I just remembered the last time I had my Valentino clutch repaired during December holiday season. Either way, great store
