The 18 Best Restaurants In Palma De Mallorca

"This loud, nighttime-only Santa Catalina tapas bar basically demands you have a great time. The tapas are served slowly but surely in a moodily lit lounge, and the menu plays with flavors from all over the world, with suggestions for cocktail pairings with each tapa. Many dishes are tiny bites with unexpected combinations, like the ceviche-and-coconut-foam cone with its clash of textures (something like a savory ice cream cone) or the crunchy croquettes made with maize, pork, and huitlacoche. Definitely book ahead, especially for weekends when people pour into Santa Catalina from all over Mallorca." - isabella noble

The 17 Best Mallorca Restaurants - Eater

"You can’t swing a bottle of malbec without hitting an Argentinian chef in Mallorca. It’s true at Vandal, though chef Bernabé Caravotta and sommelier Sebastián Perez probably wouldn’t let you swing any bottles around. The team at this trendy urban haunt in hip Santa Catalina pair modern Latin American and Asian-inspired bites with signature cocktails. A ceviche cone with coconut foam is served with a Vino Sour 2.0 of white wine, lemon, and ceviche syrup, while the Patagonian black hake with Jerusalem artichokes, sea urchin, almonds, and garlic comes with a tangy tequila-based Red Patrón.  [$$$]" - Isabelle Kliger

The food was incredible, small, beautifully flavorful tapas and dishes. Cocktails are delicious too! Everything is worth a try. The service is excellent, we were attended by Julieta who was a wonderful host! I’d add more photos of the food, but we admittedly ate some dishes before it occurred to me to snap a picture!

Friendly staff! Good service! Food: Fish Taco - tortilla texture and taste was bad, fish was not seasoned, sauces were ok Croquetas - very good! Chicken stroganoff - very good! Pulled Pork & Banana - good but a bit ketchupy. I liked the texture of the fried banana Octopus - good but meat not seasoned well. Potato pure was just regular taste. Scallops - Godlike!! Absolutely amazing! Best dish! Chocolate mouse - very good! Childhood dream desert - the show was nice but icecream did not taste like popcorn(as promised) it tasted like vanilla. Worth to try it once but wouldn't order again Overall good experience, thank you! Worth to try it once but didn't have an element that would make me come back

Loved it. Whoever has created the marketing, ambiance, attention to detail of the decoration, staff uniform, individual quotation plates, knows exactly what they are doing. 👌🏼Stunning Colombian female waitress. 💜Could have done with having all the overhead ceiling fans on. 🥵 Food was well presenting and had interesting signature dishes, bravo kitchen. Expensive but worth the visit. 💶 Keep up the great work. 👏🏼

Super fun spot. Creative, in both food and cocktails, great wine list. We came for a 10pm seating as a party of four. Very enjoyable across all fronts. The beef was delicious.

This restaurant is definitely in our top 10 worldwide. I cannot say enough good things about the service, cocktails, food, and atmosphere. Michael was amazing! We will come to Palma just to eat here. It is extremely unique but not over the top. We especially loved the desserts. I added a picture of the childhood memories - the pic doesn’t do it justice.

Amazing experience at Vandal! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant and stylish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout the evening. Every dish we tried was a work of art—full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. The cocktails were also exceptional!! Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be coming back!

What a great find. Food was very good. We had a special Mackerel which was delicious. It came with a sorbet that was so good. fish tacos were excellent. The tortilla is real corn and better than any I have had. spider crab on crispy rice. The crab is like what in the states is a salad with something like but not mayo. It’s is light and very tasty. The Bloody Mary oysters were great. For mains we shared the Patagonia toothfish which is like a sea bass. So tender and almost buttery. The angus steak was very good as well. This is the only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars. It said it had chimichurri on the menu. But it didn’t come with it. I would still recommend this place. The service was excellent. The explained the menu well and took great care of us. The atmosphere is great as well. If you found this helpful follow me. I don’t give many 5* because I reserve that for the very best in food, service and experience. I try to be quick to the most important stuff, the food. Then add notes about the rest. Enjoy!

We had high expectations for this place after hearing amazing reviews, and it did not disappoint! The menu is incredible, with so many options that we struggled to choose—everything looked delicious. The portions are on the smaller side, so we recommend ordering 3-4 dishes per person. The only downside is that the space feels a bit cramped, as the restaurant is quite small for the number of tables. However, the service was fantastic—friendly staff who were always happy to make recommendations
