We were traveling through from California and this seriously is the best barbecue we have ever had. We’ve even been to Arthur Bryant’s in Kansas City and this is even better!! Absolutely delicious. The brisket was superb, barbecue sauce was the best I’ve ever had, potato salad absolutely amazing tasted homemade, and the coleslaw was refreshing, and the cheddar sausage was out of this world!!! Also, the workers super friendly!

Google
MAGICAL TACOS! these are some of the best tacos we have ever had! The brisket is incredible as well! I highly recommend the birria tacos. This restaurant has such a cool vibe and the staff is amazing. The smoked flavor is literally perfect on everything. There is a patio as well for outdoor dining. There’s also a large back room if you have a large party or just want a quiet space. They also brew their own beer and sell it in the store, although I did not try that. Maybe next time!

Google
We were incredibly disappointed. Layout of the restaurant is really strange. Service was ok at best. Prices are on the high side. The big problem was the flavor of the meat and sides. The brisket was very lacklustre. Sausage was not tasty. Turkey was decent. The sides were not only not good, they were actually kinda bad. The cucumber salad was the only one we all liked. So disappointed. We have ate at a lot of BBQ places around the state/country. This is definitely in the bottom few. Sorry absolutely cannot recommend.

Google
What a wonderful place to go visit that was recommended by another pit master from Dayne’s BBQ! The layout of the building is awesome and very cleaned and organized. I got 1/2 lb of turkey and sides of spicy cucumber salad and cowboy potatoes. All the food was delicious and loaded with incredible flavor! If you get a chance stop by and check them out! You even get a plastic cup if you purchase a drink to take with you! Also have merchandise for purchase inside!

Google
At last, Allen has a top notch BBQ restaurant! Fantastic food and service in a fun atmosphere. This spot has been trouble for other restaurants, but I think Vaqueros will end that curse. Brisket is pricey, but tacos and sausages are reasonably priced and oh so good. Variety of sauces and each is unique and wonderful. Please give it a try!

Google
Delicious BBQ all around. Turkey and Brisket equally tender and juicy. Sausage had great snap and flavor. The rub on the meats was a great blend of sweet and pepper 🤌. Beans and Mac were perfect side dishes and the kids loved them too. The only thing me and my wife wanted differently was to have big red with the meal 🤣

Google
This was my 2nd visit to Vaqueros. And both times were great. My first visit I had the Birria style brisket tacos and they certainly didn't disappoint, very tasty. Before doing a review however, I wanted to try more of the traditional Texas BBQ items, brisket and sausage so that is what I had on my visit today. I can report that it was delicious. I highly recommend this establishment if you are hankering for some good Texas BBQ. And by the way the sides and ice tea are excellent too.

Google
Head over to Vaqueros for a Tex Mex twist on BBQ! This place did not disappoint. The brisket was wet and so tender, delicious. Brisket birria tacos are huge and well worth the drive there. The ribs are flavorful, tender, and for me needed no sauce. What can I say about the mac n cheese, BBQ beans, and cowboy potatoes? Yes, please! Creamy mac, beans seasoned perfecly, and the potatoes covered in queso fresco and salsa (optional). I will have to attempt the potatoes at home! There's a side bar that served up several great cocktail options. You can see the smokers thru the glass wall for a sneak peak into the cooking method. The atmosphere there was inviting and the staff was so friendly, helpful, and polite. It was wonderful to hold conversations with the staff vs being rushed through.

Yelp
Grabbed food here while drinking beer at Hop and Sting Brewing Company that shares the same parking lot as Vaqueros food truck. Great BBQ with some interesting options! Went well with the beer!

Yelp
Minus 2 stars because this was super mid, overly hyped (by them), and way overpriced. The guy absolutely was correct when he told me it was birria with cheese, because they didn't hit either mark of quesabirria or birria tacos. The best part were the fresh tortillas, otherwise the meat is pretty bland, missing the traditional birria flavors you would get from a better, much cheaper place. How this is definitely not quesabirria: this tortilla was not grilled in any fat. I'm all for fusion, but this is missing some basic elements that are easily found and substituted for. Maybe you want an entry level birria taco with cheese? I'm not one to judge because if that's what you like then this is it. It is well made for what it is, but something that doesn't hit either birria tacos or quesabirria box is not my style, neither is the birria. Maybe the fly over state imports will like it because it's really light on flavor complexities seen in all birria conjugates. Really hating on how overpriced and overhyped this is.

Yelp
My husband and I decided to make the drive out to Grapevine to try Vaqueros after seeing it got nominated for a James Beard award, and it definitely did not disappoint! We arrived about fifteen minutes before opening, and there were less than ten people in line in front of us. The line did move a little slow, but overall I think we only ended up waiting around twenty minutes before we got our food. We ordered the Tour of Tex Mex, which came with a half pound of brisket, half pound of sausage, three birria tacos, and two sides (we doubled up on the mac and cheese). For us, the stars of the show were definitely the brisket and birria tacos. The brisket was moist and seasoned perfectly. The birria tacos were cheesy and the Consommé that came with them had great flavor. Unfortunately we only got one tiny container of it so we ran out of it pretty quickly. The sausage and al pastor burnt ends were good but didn't leave a lasting impression. I wish we had received some barbecue sauce to go along with them. The food truck is located next to a brewery, so you can grab a beer while you wait in line. There was also plenty of shaded seating. We will definitely be returning to Vaqueros, but next time we'll be sure to ask for extra Consommé and some barbecue sauce!

Dean M.

Yelp
I visited Vaqueros most on accident because it was a BBQ spot on the way between my hotel and the airport. I was completely oblivious to the fact that they were also parked immediately adjacent to a brewery. Thankfully, I'm more lucky than good. Their brisket is amazing. The birria tacos and sauce were a fantastic treatment on a timeless classic. The sausage was as good as smoked sausage gets. Strongly recommended for anyone traveling through the Dallas area with some time before a flight and also for anyone with a mouth

Miriam S.

Yelp
This food truck was recommended by my friend who lives in Dallas and I don't regret it! Everything we order was scrumptious. We ordered birria tacos and a portion of brisket (it was mouthwatering) with a side of garlic rice (surprisingly delicious). Their location was right outside of a brewery so it was nice being able to order to go and eat it right next door inside the brewery. Their service was wonderful and prices were reasonable for the high quality of food they the provide.

LeeAnne W.

Yelp
We enjoyed our dining experience with the very friendly staff from Vaqueros Texas BBQ food truck that was parked outside of the beer garden at Hop and Sting Brewery. Unfortunately, I would probably avoid the brisket next time because of too much moistness and not enough flavor. However, Vaqueros has a strong game with their specialty items such as al pastor pork belly burnt ends served on corn tortillas with a small amount of chopped red onion and cilantro (SUPERB COMBINATION, dipped in the delicous bbq sauce). The Texas Pastrami taco was not available the day we visited; but I would go back for those, the El Patron Burrito; and birria tacos. The sides were another big star on the menu. We had the trail beans and the cowboy potatoes. Absolutely phenomonal. It makes me want to revisit just to try more of the sides. Overall the experience was a great one and I would definitely return!

Yelp
First time trying Vaqueros last week. Had guests in town that wanted great BBQ. I had heard of, but never tried Vaqueros and I was not disappointed! Fantastic! Only disappointment was they were sold out of potato salad...

Ben K.

Yelp
Took my team here for happy hour and had an amazing experience! Everything we had was really good... The jalapeno sausage, brisket, nachos and the birrea tacos. I wouldn't say the tacos were the best that I've ever had but they were solid. The big surprise was the cucumber salad. Usually not a big fan but went with their rec and MAN, so delicious!!! It really complimented the meats so well. Being next to a microbrewery is a HUGE plus. We got our BBQ and then took it into the brewery for some awesome brews. Great place to hang and enjoy the night!

Sylvia C.

Yelp
Trey is the best!! I can't say enough good things about this place! The food is absolutely fabulous! My stepson always orders from here, so I had the pleasure of meeting tray at one of their parties. Since then we have developed a great bond. Anyway, I was able to actually come down here to his restaurant and shadow him and see how the food is made. I actually got a chance to see how the sausage was made. It was outstanding and I can't say enough. If you want some good Texas style barbecue, you have to come to this place! Seriously, there's no place that does it better!

Marie P.

Yelp
Soooo good! We came last month and everything was sold out, so this time we came early! 1000% worth it!!

Jonathon G.

Yelp
Top notch Q. Get there early. Don't think to yourself "oh they'll have all of it near closing time". Nope! Good does run out, but that's a good thing! That's how you know they're doing their job well. Had the blessing of being able to try ALL the items on the menu. Surprisingly I'd say you get the best bang for your buck with a sandwich and taco pairing. Unless you just want it all, then by all means, have it all. I can't say their better than some well known places because like wine, bbq is in the eye of the beholder. But to me! This has gone in my top 3 places to get bbq in Texas. Well done y'all. Keep on cooking, and we'll keep eating!

Autumn H.

Yelp
I mean just look at the pictures, they tell it all. Located at Hop and Sting Brewery

Marianne C.

Yelp
Vaquero's Texas Bar-B-Q offers a mix of hits and misses. The Chipotle Cheese Sausage is a flavorful choice, while the tender and juicy brisket, although delicious, could benefit from a touch more salt. The ribs are enjoyable and well-prepared. However, the real standout is from their special menu, the Hickory Smoked Elote on the cob, stealing the show with its delicious combination of flavors. Sweet, spicy, citrusy and savory all at the same time. An actual explosion of flavors in one bite. The truck just right outside H&S Brewery seems to have a promising array of options, but slight improvements in seasoning could elevate the overall dining experience at Vaquero's Texas BBQ.

Yelp
We had put off coming here for quite a long time, and were certain that the recent hype this place has received would make it hard to dine at. We got here one weekend afternoon and waited some time in line, but the lucky thing is that this place is next to a brewery, so you can stay hydrated while you wait. The wait was absolutely worth it. We had brisket, quesabirria tacos, cochinita pibil tacos, apple coleslaw, and jalapeño macaroni and cheese. The brisket - phenomenal. So tender and juicy without being greasy. The quesabirria tacos were a bit on the greasy side but also superbly delicious. The cochinita pibil was well seasoned and delicate, in a good way. Our sides were surprisingly amazing. The jalapeño mac and cheese was heavily populated by chunks of real jalapeño throughout and on top. They weren't super spicy, though, but the side actually tasted of real peppers and real cheese instead of just being a carrier for some spicy cheese sauce. Fantastic! The apple and walnut slaw was sweet with the accompanying dressing, and was a nice complement to our somewhat spicy meal. The customer service here is outstanding. This place actually feels like Texas with a Mexican flair.

Kari M.

Yelp
Holy cow! I see why they have won awards and been featured so many times. The brisket & ribs are literally like butter, you almost don't have to chew it! The BBQ sauce is a spicy sweet sauce, not overly hot or sweet, well balanced. The sausage was softer than I like (prefer more texture) but the flavor was very good. The birria tacos are beyond words amazing---be sure and add the bed of cabbage the tacos sit on, onto the tacos---oh and the pickled Fresno and onions--add those too...then dip into the consomé. After all this, you'll be good to cross over into heaven, cause you're just outside the pearly gates with this BBQ. This is a great combo, being right outside the amazing & award winning Hop & Sting Brewery. Lots of shady tables to enjoy it all outdoor or there is indoor seating with a loft (no dogs in the loft space). Dogs galore which adds to the great experience.

Tammie G.

Yelp
This is an amazing food truck! Some of the best brisket tacos I've eaten. Staff is friendly and food is made to order The sides are tasty too You order and can eat in the dog friendly outside patio of Hop and Sting brewery

Doan B.

Yelp
THIS IS TEXAS BBQ! Amazing BBQ with a smile! Trey and his family do a stellar job of incorporating Mexican flavors into traditional texas bbq without taking away from it. Definitely one of all time favorites! if you're a BBQ lover and haven't tried Vaquero, you're depriving your taste buds!

Jamie T.

Yelp
Surprisedly I really liked this place, I feel like food trucks are usually overpriced for what you get but this place was not bad and went over my expectations. The people who took my order was extremely kind so great service. BBQ was great 10/10, make sure you ask about their selections because sometimes it's not on the menu they post outside the truck

Becca S.

Yelp
I haven't had a lot of luck in my visits to Vaquero. First time, their pitmaster was out of town. It wasn't posted on their socials or website that they were closed, but no dice. Second time I came around the holidays for the brisket tamales. I got there early, but they had sold out on day one. Again, no mention on their socials. Today I made it over there for taco Tuesday. I've been wanting to try their cochinita pibil, but their special today was tablitas. I opted to try one of their birria and one campechano. The tortillas are thick and definitely not store bought. Both tacos have their brisket. The birria was shredded and comes with cheese. It was more cheese than meat. They griddle the tortilla, but not very well. It wasn't crunchy at all. It didn't seem to be flavored in the consume. It was just a brisket taco. The consume is not what you think of when you think birria, but they are not simmering the meat in chillies and spices, so it doesn't taste like that. The campechano was not very warm, impressive sice I got there when they opened and was the second person in line, and I think was supposed to come with a salsa. This was DRY. And frankly pretty skimpy on the meat as well. I've seen pictures of their tacos, they look better than what I got. Again, just another brisket taco. But since the tortillas are on the thicker side, that was what was really coming forward. If they have salsas, they were not out by the time I ate and left. The brisket was pretty tasty, and just coming for bbq I would say is a better option.

Garrett C.

Yelp
Delicious!! The family and I have become frequent flyers on the weekends, the birria tacos are freaking fantastic. Can't go wrong with anything really though! The line can get long so make sure to get a beer first.

Hannah D.

Yelp
Very disappointed, first time trying this place. Ran out of most of the stuff then they ask if we wanted something on the side and we said yes and they just put it in there. Didn't even apologize for doing it. Don't recommend it and the customer service isn't good. Seem like they don't like their job and was very annoyed when we ask what they have to offer.

Eric H.

Yelp
I love coming to Hop and Sting brewery with my buddy Gary for beer and some food from Vaqueros food truck !! We always get some birria tacos and this time we added brisket elotes!! The food was great, the beer was refreshing and the company was outstanding!! I can't wait for our next trip back !

Kathi A.

Yelp
We happen to find this place by accident and was presently surprised with the food and price It was so good and will be back on our screens next visit to Grapevine

German R.

Yelp
Drove up from Dallas to try their Birria tacos and other food options. The restaurant is a large taco truck, and most of the seating is in the brewery. The menu is small and not overwhelming, which I like. Decor-it's a taco truck, so not much to say about decor. Most of the seating is inside the brewery or a outside patio area. There was live music which today and plenty of places to sit at. Service-staff was nice. Food-The food was not amazing, it was hit and Miss for me. The birria tacos were good, I understand they were made with Texas brisket, so they weren't going to taste like authentic birria tacos from Mexico. Birria Tacos-4.5/5 stars. They had good flavor and the consume added a good touch. Not your traditional authentic Mexican Birria, but they were good and I would order again. El Burrito Perron-3/5 stars, this was a hit in size, but a miss in flavor. The quezo was very salty, and the burrito itself had a super Smokey flavor. I like Smokey, but this was too intense, and took away from me really enjoying the burrito. I liked the beans and the meat was tender, but I wasn't a fan of the flavor over all. Banana bread-5/5 stars, and the star of the show for us. The bread was soft and packed with banana. Loved it. We'd go back for the birria tacos.

Kayla P.

Yelp
YUM YUM YUM!!!! Worth the wait. Try and get there early because you will have to wait in a line. It's not super quick because they make your food and give it to you before taking the next order. Which in reality makes sense because they may run out. Everything we had was delicious and the employees were really nice. It's right outside a brewery so you can go next door and get a beer or choose to sit outside, but the seating is a bit limited. It's kinda like a Tex mex bbq. It's a refreshing switch up from your average bbq!

Zach M.

Yelp
Wow! A food truck that has some of the best bbq and birria tacos. I've eaten both there and togo and there's no difference in quality. Service is always spectacular. I've had the ribs, pulled pork, turkey breast, birria tacos and all amazing! As far as sides go, I love their Cowboys potatoes. I'm impartial to their trail beans as I prefer a BBQ bean style instead but to each their own. So much more on the menu I want to try, Burrito(massive) brisket, elote(seems to sell out quick) and spicy cucumber salad. I'll definitely be back, alot!

Dave C.

Yelp
We had the birria tacos. Sooooo good. Nice people. Quick service. I just wish they had their own sit down restaurant. The Hop Sting is way lame.

Penny L.

Yelp
Don't waste your time, calories or money going anywhere else in the area. This place is one of 2 places I will eat BBQ because my husband does some really good BBQ but sometimes there's just no time. The brisket is my favorite but ribs, turkey & sausage are delicious too. As far as sides go we love the jalapeño Mac & cheese. They were out today so we tried the elote. The best I've ever had! If you like it swimming in mayonnaise it's not for you. It was so flavorful with the cotija cheese & pico. We also like the cucumber salad. The slaw wasn't something I'd order again but the only slaw I like is KFC so don't judge it on that.

Tammy M.

Yelp
We go here fairly often as it's right down the road from our house and we often attend a Tuesday night run from Hop and Sting. This is a cute food truck that is parked outside of Hop & Sting brewery. We have experienced special events they've hosted such as the colab with Molino Oloyo with heirloom corn tortillas, taco Tuesday's as well as their traditional bbq offerings. The Collab night we went to was delicious! The corn tortilla's were on another level and the carnitas were perfectly cooked, had great flavor and paired well with the tortilla's. On other nights their sliced brisket, brisket nachos, and birria tacos are always perfect. There can sometimes be a little bit of a wait, but with food this delicious it's absolutely worth it! I suggest parking at The Rec if there isn't parking in the Hop and Sting parking lot and if you like craft beer, go ahead and enjoy your bbq and tacos with a drink from Hop and Sting.

Danica A.

Yelp
If you're in Grapevine & you're in the mood for bbq & birria tacos, visit Vaqueros Texas BBQ. It's a food truck step up near the Hop & Sting Brewery Co. Although they, themselves, don't sell drinks, we're welcomed to order alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages from the brewery & sit at the nearby tables. The food & the service is fantastic! For more food pics, follow "the.pikachew" on Instagram

Yelp
We had gone to Vaqueros on a Friday night. At the time of this review they were located outside of Hop and Sting In Grapevine. You can smell the goods as soon as you get close. I had opted for the Turkey, brisket, and cowboy potatoes. The Turkey- excellent. Very juicy, and great flavor. If you're on the fence about Turkey at bbq places, don't fret- they have a great Turkey. The brisket- VERY VERY fatty. This one is on me- I prefer my brisket on the leaner side and didn't ask for a leaner cut. Flavor was OK; did not stick out to me. Very aesthetic though. Cowboy potatoes- this was an interesting one; my friend had gotten the cowboy potatoes as well and his had far more seasoning than mine. My portion was a bit bland. The sauce- excellent. I am definitely a fan of their sauce. Definitely sweeter, but pairs well with their Turkey and brisket. I see where the hype from Vaqueros comes from, but I will have to try again another day. The variance is consistency between my friends meals and mine was what stuck out to me the most.

Max G.

Yelp
The pit master at Slow Bone recommended Vaqueros to us (full disclosure-his girlfriend runs Vaqueros), so we gave it a try. We ordered pork ribs, brisket, and sausage. The sausage was very good, the ribs and brisket were so-so. The Vaqueros truck is parked at the Hop and Sting brewery, which is very convenient for grabbing a beer to go with your 'cue.

Amy W.

Yelp
(tip - one free side with a Yelp check in) First of all the owner is a sweetie. He's great with a recommendations and you can tell he loves it. This food truck is located Thursday-Sun in The Hop & Sting Brew Pub Parking lot. You can order from the truck and go eat inside the brew Pub with a nice cold brewskis. It was a cold Sunday in Covid January 2022 and I just think the menu was a bit pared down for the season (no armadillo eggs, no pastrami, no pudding - all sad for me, but I got over it pretty quickly). We got there just prior to noon opening and ordered the "Tour of Tex-me" based on the owners recommendation. I wanted to try the ribs and the pork belly too - but there were just 2 of us and what we ordered would have fed 4 people. ALL of it was delicious - with standouts being the birria tacos and the brisket (honorable mention to the coleslaw of all things - with blue cheese and a raspberry vinaigrette). The (home-made?) tortillas that had been freshly blistered on the flat top were addicting. The only weak link for me was the mac and cheese, a little mushy... The beans were very good and the sides were a large portion. YUM, and YUM, there are a lot of BBQ places in the Dallas area, and I want to try them all. In the meantime - I will definitely be back to this place. The brew-pub has special appeal for some of my friends I am certain. On a nice day - there is a lovely patio to eat outside. I did spy a couple folks who ordered the "North American Tour" - It WAS GIGANTIC. but whoa, also looked quite good. Pricing is very reasonable.

Lory O.

Yelp
Everything was great. It's parked by a brewery and it works out great. Good food and beer.

Paul K.

Yelp
Came Saturday at 1pm- line was probably only 9 deep but did go a bit slow - prob 15-20 minutes to get our order in. We tried all of the meats- the best was the turkey breast- very moist with a nice spicy rub. The birria taco was also amazing and a top dish. The ribs were 2nd for me- very moist but both the brisket and ribs were a bit under salted. The brisket and burnt ends were a bit over cooked - a little on the dry side. Would recommend passing on the Mac and cheese - nothing special - large pasta shells and not enough cheese sauce. The sausage was fine but not amazing- they had a spicy and cheese version and can mix them up in an order. The spicy Cucumber was actually nice to break up richness of meats and only side we would reorder - the gargonzola salad was nice but also not full mixed with dressing - had dry pieces of cabbage (not dressed). Beer at hop and sting next door was nice and made for great pairings!

Scott B.

Yelp
Ordered food to eat to go with my red velvet cream ale from H&S. The ordering line was four people deep but moved quickly and I had food in my hands in probably 10 minutes. First off, the Apple gorgonzola slaw deserves mention. Best I've ever eaten, of course I like gorgonzola cheese. Nice and crunchy balanced by a little saltiness and bitterness from the walnuts. Perfecto. The dressing makes all work. The meat literally fell off the bone on the beef rib. So tasty. The brisket was amazing as well I was just a perfect smokiness in fattiness complemented by the tangy-sweet BBQ sauce. The BBQ Birria Tacos may have been the best thing. Be sure to use the consome' provided. Gentleman in front of me ordered their burrito and it looked amazing and massive too- next time maybe? Easy to give this 5+ stars. I'll be back next time I'm in town... *Don't forget to use the Yelp! Check-in free side offer...

Dustin A.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try Vaqueros Texas Bar-B-Q for a while and it did not disappoint. This food is beyond legit and we'll be back! Hop and Sting Brewing Co. also has some tasty beverages, so that was a plus.

Priscilla H.

Yelp
The tacos and the jalapeño macaroni were the best part of this platter. Would definitely recommend those two options. Beans and potatoes needed to be just bit more temperature hot. The jalapeño macaroni was on point. Not too spicy just how I love it. Those taco though just delicious!!!

Misty C.

Yelp
Such delicious food. We were kind of surprised the quality of food coming from a food truck but someone recommended so we thought we would check it out. We were not disappointed!!! It sits next to a beer brewery with fun patio dining. They serve other beverages besides beer. Kid friendly.

Todd B.

Yelp
Had lunch today in Grapevine. Figured it was a perfect day for some Tex-Amex BBQ. Kept it light and had a order of Brisket Eloté, and two Birria Tacos. My wife and I split the meal having a little of each. The Brisket Eloté was not as warm as I'd have liked but it was a very good portion. Lacked a tad on the flavor and not a lot of brisket to the ratio of corn which left us not finishing the whole thing. But what little brisket I did try, I thought was delicious. The Birria tacos were fantastic and had great flavor, and were cheesy and good. I could have eaten many more. All in all it was a perfect little date spot with the brewery nearby that has a good selection of craft beers to sample and pair with the food. Great little spot.

Kristine S.

Yelp
I should preface by saying I don't usually like BBQ BUT what drew me to this place was their incorporation of Mexican flavors! They did NOT disappoint. We had traditional items like brisket and sausage but the star of the show to ME was the cochinita pibil. It was absolute perfection. Perfectly balanced in flavor/heat and, the tortillas that came with it were also delicious! They were the good quality kind- not flimsy or dry. Both sides were delicious too we got the beans that had earthy spices and the slaw salad was addictive! All of the sauces and accessories paired wonderfully with all the protein. If I could give this place 7 stars I would!

Lauren M.

Yelp
This place is great for a food truck! You're able to eat inside the brewery it's parked outside of, which was great for a cold night like tonight. I got birria tacos and the mac and cheese. The tacos were bigger than I thought! Probably could have just done 2, but it's rare they're actually a good size, especially from a food truck, so it was a pleasant surprise. The staff working the truck were friendly and had suggestions for sides. I'd come back!

Yelp
Food: Absolutely, delicious!!! My picky daughters asked to go back. We got the brisket, and tamale sausages. The bbq sauce, pickles, picked onions, salsa and tortilla were all amazing!! Service: The owner, and everyone in the food truck were super nice and helpful! Definitely worth the long drive for us. We will be returning! Tip: come early!! *We came 15 minutes to 4pm and so glad we did. The line grew fast!! I wouldn't doubt they sold out quick.*

Yelp
Celebrated Cinco de Mayo with a stop by Vaquero's in Grapevine on the way home from Six Flags Over Texas. Super tasty birria, suadero, & campechano tacos to wrap up a solid day of rides & thrills. A++ quality IMO!

Yelp
Decent barbecue. The service was not the best. No line but had to wait over 10 minutes to have our order taken. It was 5:30pm on Thursday and they were already out of ribs. The brisket was very tender and the tacos were good. Cheese sausage was ok. A little overdone and tough. The barbecue sauce is not really sauce at all. It is more of a liquid like you would marinate meat in. Not really my thing. Beans and potatoes were ok.

Yelp
This food truck is dynamite! The birria tacos are so dang good y'all. It's a little tough to find but worth the journey. Pretty close to the airport which is a plus for travelers.

Yelp
FREAKING BOMB FOOD!!!!!! We had gone to the gun range before this so I worked up an appetite! Yallllllllllll the tacos were mouthwatering, crunchy and fried and cheesy!!! The meats were fall off the bone and juicy, the sausage had the right amount of spicy and all of it was enjoyable going down to my stomach. Im not big on Bar-B-Q but this place... they have won the spot in my heart for a great bbq place. Try them! You wont regret it!

Yelp
This little food truck is a hidden gem near main street grapevine. Their bbq is always mouth-watering, amazing atmosphere and customer service and fair pricing. This is the perfect spot for beer lovers, since the food truck is tucked away behind a local brewery. You can grab your food to go, eat inside the brewery and grab a beer, or enjoy some fresh outdoors sitting on the patio. Definitely 10/10 for bbq spots in dfw!

Yelp
Bar-B-Que customer service is amazing. Food is amazing. I sent all my customers here from the airport DFW airport and they love this place just as well as I love this place you cannot go wrong.

Yelp
Great meats! Tucked away off a side street near downtown grapevine. Several picnic tables and they have their own parking lot. We had the ribs, brisket and hot link. The Texas toast and buns were burnt and the beans and slaw were just ok. I would go back for the meats though!
