Varanda

Fantastic cocktails here. I imagine this place has a great buzz when full. They do half decent Mexican street food. It won't blow your mind but it fills a gap in between the top notch cocktails.

Why have I never been here before last week?! The food (I had the fish tacos) was excellent, as was my margarita. The place has a lovely (and covered!) outdoor space as well which is a bonus in these times of covid. Service was likewise friendly and fast and this restaurant has become an instant favourite. Highly recommend.

Varanda is the best bar ever. From Thursday to Saturday they have a dj, the music is awesome specially on Thursday. Varanda has delicious food Mexican and Spanish. I been twice and both time I had a great experience, if you live in Crystal Palace or around you should go. Cocktails are great and the price are reasonable compared in a bar in London. Love this place! The staff are so friendly, relaxed, and on hand. Great cocktail and food menu and a lovely outside area. Would highly recommend!

Absolute treasure of a place. A few times I have visited now. During the day was lovely, my partner and I sat outside the spacious back, and ate an assortment of delicious tacos and condiments. We tried out the Veranda speciality cocktail which was very strong and tasty. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, there was also an outside food truck. Inside is really spacious with lots of seating areas in a very decorative setting. At night, I ventured with a friend and it was still open at 10.45 and heaving on a Thursday night. The back seating area and outside was closed but you could still dance, socialise and drink within the bar area. We opted for cocktails, a regular moijito which was delicious but 2 for £24, a lil steep. However the live d.j was pumping the tunes and the ambience was popping. We left after 1am and had a great time. Toilets were fine too.

We had our engagement party here and we had the most incredible night! Brendan and his team looked after us impeccably (noting we were a 30+ party!). The music was fabulous and we had a good boogie - recommend this place highly! Great cocktails too. Also recommend the fish tacos, delicious!

Cool vibe here for food and drinks... the outside space is a good atmosphere with music playing and servers who seem to enjoy being there. Tables a little rickety but other than that a good place to hang out.
