Attitude towards costumers is never okay. Get the fuck off your high horses and high prices. Avoid at all costs. The lady before me waited 30 minutes for curbside because she's handicapped. Once the 5 workers working inventory found out they scoffed because they had to do more work. 1 dude owned up to it and went to help. This place physically puts you at risk parking your car and leaving as well. Literally in your job description to know your product yet you tell me you don't know it. Ridiculous.

Budtendter dude was really rude and unfriendly, i come in often and wanted to redeem my points and he still tried to charge me !!! For my hard earned points?? No other dispensarys do this !

At my favorite dispensary, about to leave and realize I've been overcharged, I go back in and Ashley assisted me, I asked her what the total was and she replied "You're the one with the phone in your hand", as if to say, add it up yourself. Why did she say that!!!!!!! Give me my money back, take your products and I will be shopping somewhere else from now on, good going Ashley, you just lost your company business, have a nice day!!!

The staff was very nice. I did have a defective item and I went back to replace it moments later but I was told all sales are final. Make sure you check and disposables or electric items before leaving to avoid any inconveniences

They have great Rso for cheap!! Only 15-18$ Sundays are locals day 15 or 20% off! There is never much of a wait either

I've been coming to MMJ America for the past few years and spent well over $5,000 in products there. I bought a cartridge (1g brass knuckles) for $80 plus tax and the product was nasty / defective and they refused to exchange it for me and said I can have 10% off a new one if I wanted. (What a joke) I also had all my customer rewards points taken from me when they made the change over months ago and they didn't do anything about that either and I still came back, but NEVER AGAIN will I come back there. The worst part about this is that the sales lady somehow convinced me to buy the brass knuckles instead of the "W" that I always buy and told me how good it was and that I'll be saving money as well. It was the worst decision I made. Shame on you MMJ for treating one of your most loyal customers like garbage! Good thing there's so many dispensaries in Vegas now, I rather drive further and get better customer service!

So, not that I have a lot to compare this to... Curiosity got the best of us & we had to go see what was up. Lol Nice, secure, clean place with friendly and informative staff. From what we were told by our Uber driver, the prices are comparable to other dispensaries. Can't speak to the quality /effectiveness. Wink!

I love good customer service and this place got it! Plus they are super duper friendly. Soon as you walk in the door you get big smiles and helpful tips from the people behind the counter. I went there twice and both times left happy as can leave! They had an amazing Black Friday sale and I'm really really fond of all the options I had to choose from. During this COVID 19, this store has been taking advantage of the situation to profit themselves with no disregard for customer service and customer satisfaction: When delivering during "pandemic", their help to the community was $100 minimum , delivery charges twice plus tax, no discounts, and their website to order online does not have enough information about their description of products, for instance HTC amount on cartridges, and not taking returns after you received and collected the money of a customer is just wrong, regardless of what the state rules had impose on your store, treat your customers better, NEVER AGAIN THIS PLACE

I have never been to a dispensary before but was always curious. I decided to stop by here on a Wednesday evening with a bunch of noobs as well. Before you walk in, your ID will be checked. The place was very clean and welcoming. Let me just say Stephanie was amazing! She took the time to explain the items, different strains, and basically educated us on cannabis items. She was very patient and helpful. Since this was our 1st visit ever to any dispensary, she made sure answer all of our questions. I probably will never be back, but Im sure my friends will. I definately learned alot from Stephanie. Keep your eyes open when trying to find this place. We passed it twice before finally finding the building hahahah.

MMJ is probably my favorite dispensary in town. Why? Because Id rather spend $100 for a half ounce of flower than $150 or $200, especialy if the THC % is similar. Id rather get an ounce of pretty good flowers for $190 than spend $150-$200 for a half ounce of "Kill". These dispensaries want $50 for an eight of an indica, and MMJ has a similar indica with similar thc % and terp levels. For $55 a quarter. See what Im saying yelpers? I just was about to go to another dispensary I recently reviewed, until I remembered I cant even use my $15 off discount on days when they're having their 50% off sale. Thats some bullshit. But at MMJ, I can buy the cheapest Flora Vega flowers, which may be drier than your average flower sometimes, but I'll still get my discount. I like that! I dont like that MMJ charges for bags, but for the quality of the Flora Vega flowers at the price point, its hard to beat MMJ

I completely love this place! this is definitely one, if not the best dispensary I've been to and Ive been to almost all of them trying to compare quality and price. They have the best service, always happy and ready to help. They make you feel welcomed and the staff is very knowledgeable, I come here at least twice a week (is that a lot?) and they never disappoint! Great quality at a very great price! I definitely recommend this place, to absolutely everyone :) I suggest you sign up for their reward/points program, especially if you plan on going again!

I stopped going here for awhile because I already wasn't a big fan. But it was 3:30 am and my usual place is closed. A bought a 1gram preroll. It's not even close to a gram. Not even close. That is theft. They stole from me. It's worse then a back alley deal. This is wrong

I used to work here and still get shitty service. I'm medical yet watched them serve other non medical customers in front of me then it was my birthday and the deal they text me about for my birthday was not honored or mentioned. Tired of supporting business that treat their own like this. Never stepping foot in there again!

I ONLY went to MMJ -- but not after today!! 1st off, their flowers are low quality and top dollar. I find it funny I get to pick my own drugs, but whatever. I stopped buying flowers along time ago from here. Not worth the regs taste for OG prices. I only went for the concentrates, and specifically the W name brand. I went to buy a cartridge before leaving town and wanted to buy my true and trusted product. I was steered and coerced into buying the Brass Knuckles brand, "for $10 cheaper." I really didn't want to. I kept saying no, but the sales lady insisted I would love it, she smokes it all the time and blah blah blah. Well, it was nasty, didn't hit as smooth and I tried 3 different batteries!! And there was still close to the gram remaining. Upon returning, I went into the dispensary to try to get some discount on the brand I actually wanted... they said I could have "10% off, best they could do." We 'threatened' to never return here, so they said 20%... so I just bought a nasty, "forced" sales of $80 and basically I can spend another $72 on the product I really want? I could understand if I smoked a lot of the cartridge, but it was still almost full. I DO NOT LIKE NOR WANT THE PRODUCT YOUR EMPLOYEE STEERED ME TO!! You could have taken my product back and offered 1/2 off the item I usually get. But no, they'd rather lose a customer. Good thing there are dispensaries on EVERY corner. Looks like this place will not be getting any referrals or anymore of my money. I'm sure if Richard were there, he'd want his loyal customers to be happy. But we're just another "nobody" to this staff. Bye. Good luck... But be warned: if you want flowers, this place is LOW quality, top dollar!

24hr dispensary that did not disappoint. Went on 4:20 and they had some smoking hot deals. I was able to purchase 2 half grams prerolls of super lemon haze for $8 & an eighth of Bond '99 for $28. Great service & friendly staff, would definitely recommend stopping here for those late night pick-ups.

I went yesterday on July 25 to buy gummies for my mom.. The girl told me that they were gummies. I open up one for my Mom and it was taffy. My Mom, who has cancer, can't eat taffy.. She will choke. So I am stuck with something she can't use. It would be nice if the Salesperson knew what they are selling. I am really disappointed. The Bartenders have change since Covid 19. Some seem like they don't want to be there. It's a shame because I really used to love this Dispensary.

This place was just awesome! Front desk was quick and friendly! We found Elly "the red head" sweet sweet girl, super intelligent about the product and very receptive to any and all of my questions. We were even short on cash and she helped us find a more economically way to get us the product we wanted! Great service, awesome people, will come back!

I understand the COVID-19 has us inside, but to take away all discounts is wrong. Company went through a third party and because of that they can't give local, daily deals or even MILITARY discounts. As for this house and the military people in it we will no longer be doing business with mmj. They don't support the military or locals during a shutdown great company. Call them they will tell you the same thing I am not lying.

This place is retarded like a few other dispensaries please somebody explain how this makes any sense. I have enough points to redeem to get a free ounce yet I am required to spend $10 so that I can redeem my points. This makes no sense this is what I save my points up, so that I can just come in and not spend any money. The fact that I have to purchase something to redeem my points you can go fuck yourself you just lost a customer good job idiot

Last Friday (6/11) was my first time since they changes from MMJ America and it seemed to me like everything was going good, there was 2 bud tenders and only 2 people ahead of me so it should have been a quick transaction. I went to me budtender and there were very sweet and helpful everything was going well until they stated their POS had some sort of issue. They tried a number of things before they had to reset the POS, the POD reseting tool about 10 minutes on its own. In total something that should have taken 5 to 10 minutes to complete took around 35 to 40 minutes. I'm sure this won't be everyone's experience but for me the supervisor on the floor didn't seem to care if the experience was negative although my budtender really did show sympathy and wished they could make it up to me, so the one star is for the Budtender for being awesome even if the rest of the experience wasn't.

Generally very knowledgeable and good selection. I am extremely disappointed to find they don't give priority to their medical patients the way every other dispensary I've been to does. That says a lot to me about their corporate practices, and none of it is good.

Clean and simple. Very organized. Staff member knew his stuff. I was in and out quick, yet i never felt rushed. Parking lot and entrance seem to be a common baffler, as per the security guard's reaction. Don't drive by too fast or you nasty miss it.

Ok, first off I will say that I am not a novice smoker or dispensary goer. However this is the first one I've been to in Nv. I didn't want to go right away on the 1st (I'm not Med user) so I waited until the 3rd. I also didn't want to go to some huge place that had a line around the block. I went mid day and there was almost no line. The place was very clean and bright well staffed for the hour of the day. The gentleman who greeted and IDed me was very friendly. I waited for a little while in line and could hear a couple people in front of me at the counter. You could tell they didn't know a lot about the strains and different options in front of them. The budtender was so patient and knowledgeable and really took his time to give them what they wanted and explained what everything was. When it was my turn I told my budtender what I liked and he led me strait to what I would enjoy. He nailed it 100%. He was friendly and knew exactly what I was looking for. I was worried bc some places really overcharge for Rec users, but I don't feel that is the case here. I got only top tiered products and in no way feel overcharged. I know there is the tax, but that's expected. For 1/8 top tier I paid $48. I got other things, all fairly priced and worth it. The online, Weed Map menu was correct and they had more at the store even than what the app said. My service was great all around and the product is good too. I will say that Matrix is such a quality product, and they carry many Matrix options. Also seems like the lowest price for Baby Jays! I will most definitely be back

I think after switching to cash only there's no reason to come here, that was the one thing that set this dispensary apart from all the others but now unfortunately since they're cash only like everywhere else there's no real perk to coming here. I just left after choosing not to purchase anything considering the guy helping me out was absolutely terrible. Extremely lack luster when it comes to customer service. Had a very "what do you want" attitude unwilling to help me find what was right for me. After just standing there awkwardly staring at me for 5 minutes while I tried to decide what I wanted, I realized I didn't even wanna give my money to this place. Not worth it!

Selections for leafs suck bought 2 different strains that were supposed to be the best in lymin and merc but both smoked like dirt weed. Paid about 78.00 for 4 grams glad I played It safe. They don't have discounts just a rewards point system.

Great place to go while in vegas. Whether your visiting or reside there. The building is kind of hidden no real sign up front other then a banner and the entrance is in the back. Inside is very clean and staff is friendly/knowledgeable. The only negative thing I could say about this place is that they kinda make you feel rushed once your inside, instead of letting you browse around for a bit and then decide on what products you want.

This one star goes to the skinny male worker I didn't get his name but he sucked. He didn't describe nothing and not even paying attention to me but only look at some girl in the show room and I had to pick shit on my own. I'm so upset I'm debating if I should call the dispensary and complain to a manager! I love the place and the place has good prices but man they seriously need to get rid of him! Fuck that guy! If I see him again I will never go back to him!

Very professional advice here! Rey helped us and was incredibly knowledgeable! We described what we were looking for and he pointed us in the right direction. It's slightly overwhelming but Rey was very patient while I changed my mind a few times ;) strongly recommend you check this place out! It was a quick 10min/$10 lyft ride from the strip.

I was tired of paying high prices for Marijuana and then I found MMJ. Amazing prices, absolutely hands down the best in SouthWest Vegas!!!! The staff is absolutely friendly and informative. Stopped in to grab several items. Was greeted by female manager. After asking a couple questions I could tell she was not into being there. Did not want me asking questions!!! I asked about my reward points and she said we are not doing that anymore....I ask why? Reply- Our system is down. I asked can you take my name and number and add my points. Reply - NO! this is a crappy little place with people that are rude and dont want to be there. I only bought 1 item and stopped at another place where I was treated much better.......Happy to not go back with so many other good places that really want our business. The good news was that there was not 1 other person in the store buying anything while I was there. Guess that says it all! Please be nicer in the future to your customers!!!! Sometimes medical patients have questions, having a sales person that knows the products and how to work the computer is important!!!

Really friendly staff and the cheapest weed in town. Sadly weed in Nevada is expensive anywhere tho. The staff clearly knows their stuff here.

No it was not a good experience November Tuesday morning of the 19th know was not a great experience at all at nothing but attitude and I did not get my product and I was just speaking of past product they didn't have security was awesome excellent the lady inside was working Was not nice at all she had blue hair purple that night been there a lot of times look up my name I'll never come back because of her. Lost a loyal customer.

I sustained a injury in this location of Feb of this year where as I fell on the floor at the entrance of this establishment due to faulty lights. I sustain injury to my leg and fractured my dentures. I reported it to the manager that same evening that she even agreed that there was poor lighting. She took my information and gave the owners contact info in which I called the following day and he said that he would get in touch with me about compensate my medical bills. He danced me around for a month by dodging my calls and texts so I too him to court and then even then he dodged me again? Wtf I was able to serve him papers to respond to court and no reply? His name is Marcus. I was told he resigned from the partners? So I am refilling new court documents to be compensated

They are selling old stock. Check your dates before you purchase. I sent them a courtesy email and no response. You would think they would have said thank you and corrected the issue. Tonight yelp and tomorrow I'll have the city audit their stock for the expired product. Dumbasses
