In response to the management's comment - your security made a remark stating 'if you continue to talk and go back and forth you wont be allowed in'. I didn't know your security was trained to treat people like children or as if they are beneath them. The guards' remark was made after my family member told him he would be moving the vehicle and he was only sitting in that area to get his belongings together. It's funny to me that we are not the only people that have complained about the security guards at this location, as there are several other reviews of people with similar claims, yet there are no consequences for their actions. Furthermore, I was contacted by management via their website chat and was offered to receive an email with footage of the incident, yet 24 hour later I haven't received anything. I do however, already have the footage from my dashcam and heard first hand, along with several others, that it was the guard that had the nasty attitude from the beginning, resulting in a heated exchange of words. I do not know any grown man or woman that will go to any store or establishment and spend their money and tolerate being spoken to in such a belittling manner. To every action there is a reaction. But management doesn't see it that way. It is your right and at your own discretion to ban whomever. Let me be perfectly clear, even if there wasn't a ban in place - my family member, myself and several others we've recommended this place, accounting for approximately a dozen individuals whom were all 'regulars' - will never shop here again. There are so many other dispos in the area and surrounding areas with the same if not better product and actually train their staff to treat people with decency and the same respect they expect in return.
Been coming here for months, not only myself but several family members and co-workers I've recommended this place to. Always had a pleasant experience with all the staff, that is until today November 13, 2025. The security guard on duty today was hostile, aggressive, disrespectful and is the reason why Vegas Treehouse has lost not one but over a dozen customers combined. Security guards are supposed to be professional and are trained to de-escalate situations, or potential situations. Not run up on people in their vehicle yelling and belittling them. A simple mistake, as being misinformed regarding their parking, could have been addressed through basic communication. There was no need to be disrespectful and display hostile behavior. It is painfully obvious that not only this individual has no regard or respect for others especially paying customers of the establishment he was hired to protect, but he is clearly a danger to others. So quick to be confrontational. It is truly disgusting. To make matters worse, upon reaching out to Treehouse regarding this incident, not only do they not acknowledge what happened, but they take zero accountability for the actions of their staff which ultimately led to words being exchanged. The owner is giving a 'pass' to the guard and instead points the finger at the customer. With the hot head mentality of the guard combined with the non-accountable attitude of management, it is a disaster waiting to happen and as paying customers we should feel welcomed and be treated fairly at all times. Not racially profiled and spoken down to like a child over a simple mistake. Good riddance Treehouse!
