Perfect for vegan food in a big city, everything is plant based and tastes excellent. Good menu and great staff who explain and take the time if you have questions. It is not very crowded so the atmosphere is easy going. It is a chain and it is fast food, so do not expect delicacies. But you can expect good healthy value for money food.

We had lunch for 7 people 5 kids 2 adults. We were helped by a very friendly employee at the register. The food came out quite quickly. The Sandwichs with fries look quite good on the plate but the individual items like the taco and the wings could have used a little "love" the celery on the wing had just been washed but not dried so there was a small pool of water with my wings. The single taco also came on a plate which was cracked. The food was tasty especially the fries, they were very well done. Overall we where happy and would come back again.

Visited yesterday with an omni friend for their pre-opening event & it was amazing. The restaurant was filled exactly to capacity & the service was quick since ticket holders came at scheduled times. It was my friend's first time having Veggie Grill & she loved it. Hits: nachos are always amazing (entree sized), the Whole Earth Bowl was protein packed with tofu, broccoli, lentils & quinoa (the marinated carrots were the real star). Miss: the Chill Out Wings. Not worth the price for 5 fish-stick sized "meat" & they don't come with celery 😕 (I thought 'comes with celery' was omitted due to space, since the Buffalo wings do come with celery, but the menu means what it says).

I was in Chicago for work and I was stuck in my hotel. I was hungry, but I didn’t feel like trekking through the cold city. I ordered delivery from Veggie Grill. I got the crispy cauliflower, buffalo mini wrap and the cauli mashed potatoes and gravy. Everything was really good! The cauli mashed potatoes was tasty and it didn’t have an overpowering cauliflower taste. It was a good blend of potatoes and cauliflower. The gravy was perfect! The crispy cauliflower was done very well. It was very filling and I could only eat a quarter of the portion. This is definitely a good appetizer to share with friends so you can leave room to eat other items on the menu. I really liked the buffalo mini wrap. It was the perfect size and stuffed with just the right amount. I usually stay away from wraps because they are usually way too full and often messy to eat. This was more like a soft taco from Taco Bell. Of course a million times better, but about the same size. I would highly recommend going to Veggie Grill. I wish one would open in Fort Lauderdale!

I had the bulgogi beef protein bowl. It doesn't really have much of an Asian inspired flavor but tastes good all the same and it's nice to have another all vegan restaurant. The bill was a bit more expensive then normal "fast food" but reasonable for an entree and drink. I recommend the strawberry lemonade or matcha Horchata! Both were very good!

I have gone to this veggie grill on three occasions so far, and I would rate each of them five stars. The tricky thing about veggie grill is your experience will fluctuate based on what you order. The sandwiches here are AMAZING! We have absolutely fallen in love with the Reuben they have on their current summer menu, and the service here has always been good for pickup and in store ordering. However there are some things you simply won't be impressed with if you have dined in more authentic places before (such as the ramen). I recommend sticking to sandwiches and salads at Veggie Grill and going to a real ramen house or real Mexican restaurant if you are looking for something like a burrito or ramen.

The food is tasty and the service is good. I was not thrilled with the nachos, that were definitely stale. While the flavors are good, I was upset that the chips were old and not crispy. Otherwise, the food is good here and I would definitely consider going back for other items.

Really good food- everything is vegan! Tried the crispy chicken sandwich, which was amazing. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. I can't wait to go back and try more things. I didn't realize it before I ordered but you can get their sandwiches "lettuce style" without a bun.
