The sandwich was great and spicy mayo was amazing but crispy cauliflower could have done with salt in the batter as there was none which made it a bit bland bit otherwise it was a godsend for me to find veggie food without contamination...I'll be going there again to try different food whilst my stay in Chicago

I waited over 25 minutes for my order when I was the first person to order my food. I sat and watched 4 people who ordered after me eat their food while I was still sitting and waiting to be served. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked for a cup to get some water. They offered me a dirty cup with food and other stains in it. I’ve been to this location several times and this was the worst service I’ve received and DEFINITELY MY LAST VISIT. They were taking care of web orders and not attending to the people in the restaurant. HUGE PROBLEM!!

Great addition in the West Loop for vegetarians. The menu is extensive and includes both comfort food favorites as well as bowls and salads. Multiple ways to order - at the counter, at a kiosk, or via the app for pickup. The space offers plenty of seating and natural light.
