Henderson’s VeggiEAT Xpress Expands to Spring Valley - Eater Vegas
"Serving '100% vegan food' on Henderson's Stephanie Street since 2017, VeggiEAT Xpress has debuted a new brick-and-mortar expansion 18 miles to the west. The new home continues the Asian-fusion menu found in Henderson, a merging of popular Vietnamese- and Chinese-inspired dishes with a plant-based twist. Located between Fuddruckers and Mad Hatter Cupcakes, the counter service restaurant offers a large menu featuring vegan chicken nuggets, spring roll appetizers, vegan fish, tofu, grilled mushroom sandwiches, entrees of 'General Tsao Cauliflower' and 'sweet and sour vegan shrimp,' plus stir-fry noodles, fried rice, noodle soups, and sushi rolls. Open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m." - Bradley Martin
The best food ever! I only wish I could have tried even more. The food was too good to remember to take pictures right away. Will definitely be back next time we are in Vegas.

The food was amazing and made fresh. We had the Mix Mushroom Stir Fry Udon and the Vegan Spider Roll. The milk tea I ordered was pretty watery and unsweetened, which was my only gripe. Other than that. Service was friendly, resturant was clean with nice decor and as I said, food was great!

My #1 pick is Lemongrass Combo Meat Pho Soup (hot in temperature and spice), this is a great vegan restaurant. Even when 100F outside I still order this dish. There are many other delicious foods too.

1st time we went there in late August the food was good. Had the Tempura Shrimp roll with eel sauce and spicy mayo along with sweet and sour chicken. 2nd time 2 weeks later food was awful. Shrimp roll was mainly cucumber with a little avocado and impossible to taste the so-called shrimp.
The friend I went with the 1st time also ordered take-out. Their so called Orange chicken had no orange flavor and ribs were terrible. She let me taste it all and I agree. The friend who 1st told me about this place says he ordered the lemongrass soup recently for take out and its not the same as the 1st time he got it. Plus it was missing all the toppings. He had to drive back to get them. Vegan food is already too expensive and I will not take the chance of going again for expensive bad food. I'm done with this place.

We enjoyed it a lot. Our kid liked the chicken nuggets. The Korean style ribs and broccoli was amazing, favorite of the whole group. Only 3 out of the 6 of us are vegetarian and everyone enjoyed. Nice to have this on this side of town.

A lot of unique and delicious vegan and vegetarian options....I went back two days in a row, it's that good!
The vegan Philly Cheese Steak is better than the "real" thing and definitely try the crispy chicken sandwich.
Two thumbs up on the vegan cheesecake,
