Venezia Gelato

This is our second time at Venezia in two days and we love it! The gelato is so delicious, the flavors crisp and full, the coffee is excellent, and today they started doing real Italian breakfasts, amazing! For breakfast they have a wonderful selection of pastries, and the owner is so lovely and helpful. She explained all of the gelato flavors yesterday, letting us know what was traditionally Italian, and today went through all of the breakfast options with the same care. The ambiance is also well thought out and beautiful, with hand painted accents adorning the walls. Over all, I'm deeply impressed and think I found my new favorite spot.

Nicko added his Italian charm to the clean and modern atmosphere which made for a great experience. He was happy to let us try many of eye catching gelatos. Each one I tasted was rich in flavor and creamy in texture, the best I've ever had!!! The menu is simple, so if you're looking for something easy, healthy, delicious and a bit of charm, this is your place!

This place is excellent. I'm an Italian citizen living in Austin, I've had gelato all over Italy, and this is far and away the best and most authentic Italian Gelato I've ever eaten in the United States. Some places in the north east come close, but to find something this good in Austin is unheard of. Not a lot of authentic Italian here without paying a fortune for it. Owners are incredible people, can't wait to spend a lot of money here in the future.

Drove by Venezia and decided to give it a try. THE BEST gelato in the cutest atmosphere. The couple working the shop were as sweet as the flavors they carried. Cannot wait to go back and try their all of the other flavors and Italian coffee. A true Italian creation and the quality is superb.

Went to Venezia Gelato with a group of 3 friends. We were served by a slightly older gentleman, who I'm assuming is the owner. He was pretty cold and rude with his service, and limited us to only 3 taste samples. He didn't seem at all interested in providing good service. For the amount I'm paying, I expect at least some level of courtesy and no sample limits. The Gelato was also subpar, considering the price. Dolce Neve, in my opinion, has far superior ice cream and service for the same price. Save yourself a trip to this place and try a different place for Gelato. PS. Also based on the responses from the owner to the lower star comments, he or she clearly lacks the maturity to fix their mistakes and provide quality service.

This is the most authentic Italian gelato in Austin. There's are some great hipster hybrid places, but if you want real deal purist gelato w/ Italian flavor & ingredient go here. Their mini-sandwiches are awesome as are their coffee & pastry! This place is no joke! Don't sleep on this spot you will be missing out!!!!

Incredible Gelato! Very authentic ingredients! It tastes so delicious. I love the passion and love the owners put into making it REAL Italian gelato! Great place to hang and have meetings with free wi-fi. Beautiful decor inside! We will definitely be going back to try all the flavors!
