Venice Old Style Pizza

Venice makes some of the best pizza in Manchester. They’re consistent and they know how to make the perfect crust and cook it perfectly. Sauce and cheese are always perfect and flavorful. Toppings are high quality and distributed nicely. This absolute banger was a large cupping pepperoni pizza (you must specify if you want cupping pepperoni) cooked well done per my order. It was incredible, delicious and was delivered hot and fresh. Check them out if you love awesome pizza. I’ve been ordering from here for 3-4 years and have never been disappointed. Consistency and quality is key and they nail both. Update: the cupping pepperoni is on the pepperoni lovers in the specialty pizza section. The standard pepperoni pizza and pepperoni lovers pizzas here are both great.

The food is alright I guess but it certainly isn’t worth going through the people at the front counter to get it - they were immediately extremely rude and sarcastic toward me when all I was doing was making polite conversation and asking for my order. It was a sorry excuse for customer service. Puts a bad taste in your mouth and the food isn’t good enough to make up for it unfortunately. Better off spending your money elsewhere!

First time buyer, I loved it, it reminds me of a nice place back in Connecticut (Italian owned) whenever I visit my uncle. Now. I like my pizza fresh out of the oven, so I’m willing to order and wait in person instead. Which I did, and boy—was it good 👍🏽😊can’t wait to try the other stuff.

Stopped in and ordered a large meatball sub. Thought it was a bit pricey not realizing it was huge! (18”) Great sub,friendly,fast service. Highly recommend. I put 5 stars for “atmosphere” just so the overall score was a 5, which it deserves. Obviously it’s a take out place with just a couple seats. Not a place to dine in on a first date 😁

#1, their pizzas and subs are terrific. It's our go-to place for pizza without question. Secondly, the folks running the place are always friendly and cheerful. As a regular of sorts, they remember me, and that is a huge thing for me. Finally, I gave it 5 stars for atmosphere, not because it is a great dine-in location (it's definitely a take-out spot with one table), but because it has the vibe of an off-campus joint and reminds me of my college days.

This pizza is the closest I’ve come to a NY slice. It has a crispy bottom and the cheese tastes like real cheese which i love! I also love that they have coupons. Great place, I’m so happy I found them!

Wow! Just found this place on our way headed to northern NH! This is our 2nd time and we absolutely LOVE this place!!!!! Both times amazing food and great service!!!!! Pizza & wings are delicious!!!!!

We usually get take out, we love the chicken Caesar salads and the pizza was yummy. Perfectly cooked pizzas and the salads were a good size! Definitely our go to for pizza & salad take out!

Went here with the wife the other day and got a large pizza and calzone. Pizza was a Venice Deluxe, which is bell pepper, onion, mushroom, sausage, hamburger, and pepperoni. It was delicious and LOADED with meats, and the toppings were cut up nice and small so there was a little bit of everything on each bite. The wife did not want hamburger or mushroom so thats why it looks odd in the picture, I had them put those on only half. Good thin crust pie, tasty toppings, it was hot and delicious. I like my bottom and crust to be crunchy and the crust was crunchy (and well done PERFECTION) but it was a "floppy" pizza. Coulda been because there was 19 toppings on the thing. My only critique of the pizza is how oily it was, although probably unavoidable due to the sausage and pepperoni on it. The buff chick ten calzone was AWESOME! It had these large chunks of breaded chicken fingers in it. A healthy amount of buffalo sauce (but not wet) and it was cheezy and delicious! We dipped it in blue cheese. The shop is about 10x10 and had 2 tables for 2 people each. The wife and I sat in and got started on our pizza and customer after customer came in and chatted with the very friendly owner, and his family/staff. Seems like a guy who is very friendly and has been there a while. He knew everybody. The "ask how your family is doing" type. I wanted to be in his circle he was so inviting. Overall 4 stars for great calzone and excellent atmosphere. -1 star for the greasiness and flop.

I have ordered from Venice a couple of times and I do really enjoy the food but delivery takes FOREVER. Its not the cheapest place around which isn't a problem but when it takes two hours to get frozen food it sours the experience. Unless you're going to pick it up I wouldn't bother.

So we ordered pizza last night my wife is Italian and she likes white pizza, oil, garlic, and anchovies. Other places used to serve it but more and more they keep cutting it out. We purchase one last night. I got my standard mushroom and onion fantastic. Great crust good crispiness the sauce was delicious was hot upon arrivaldelivery guy was awesome. It was good price good quality definitely a five star. Try it.

Ordered a 12" pepperoni / ricotta pizza, cooked well done. It wasn't good, it was great. Best pizza I've had in Manchester in a long time. Definitely will be back

When I am looking for quality pizza (a step up from dominos or torched) I always come to Venice! The pizzas are always loaded with fresh ingredients and worth spending a little more. Consistently great pizza, customer service and satisfaction.

Venice Pizza is a little shop on Front Street near the corner of Dunbarton Rd. Their online ordering site is very easy to use and they have quite a large menu. We actually don't get their pizza very often--it's the subs and wraps that we love there! The subs are HUGE and come in two sizes: 9" and 18". For the wraps I love the Chicken Tender Ranch BLT gourmet wrap and it comes with your choice of side: fries, onion rings, cajun fries or chips. Both the fries and onion rings are great. The driveway is kind of tricky/awkward because it's SUPER steep. Be careful of your bumper if you have a low profile car.

Hi, my husband came by to pick up an order today. We typically do delivery, but the last 2 times multiple things were missing that we ordered, so he came in today to check order prior to taking it. We pay extra for these items (onion, olives, extra dressing sides) and the last 3x we gave ordered they have been missing. We haven't ordered since May but decided to give you all one more try today. The last time my ceasar salad was missing croutons. It was also missing them this time. Last time and this I ordered an extra dressing which was also missing. I asked for onion on the salad which was also missing last time and THIS time. The olives I paid extra for also were not on the salad. The order is spelled out when ordered online as to what the add ins are, so unsure how all the items are consistently missed. The person behind the counter was not helpful at all. We used to love ordering from you guys at home and my office at work, but there has been a huge decline in quality. I'm unsure why all the extras I ask and pay for are not included with a salad. We are beyond frustrating and will not be returning to your establishment.

We ordered delivery from here and not only did it take an hour and a half for the food to arrive, but it was burnt, soggy and cold instead of hot. The food was made incorrectly and clearly had been sitting for a long time. When we called, the customer service was severely lacking, all they could offer were excuses for why the food was as repulsive as it was and offered zero solutions. We were told "It's delivery, what do you expect?", well I expect my food not to show up as slop, I expect to get what I paid for and not inedible trash. I expect that not only shouldn't my food arrive in an inedible condition but also that it shouldn't take anywhere near as long as it did to arrive in the first place. I'll never buy "food" from here again, it was nothing short of repulsive.

Great pizza and great people! The margarita pizza is so fresh and taste. Some of the most flavorful pizza sauce I've had. I would recommend getting extra sauce when ordering!

Dreadful pizza, delivered stone-cold after more than an hour delay. Also didn't seem to recognize that when they deliver to a hotel, customers rarely have any facility to reheat a cold pizza. Finally, it apparently didn't occur to them to include a single napkin with the order. TERRIBLE customer service.

Venice Old Style Pizza opened up over the summer in the former Bernie & Bill's Amoskeag Village Pizza on Front Street, just north of Season Tickets Sports Pub. This small pizza shop offers hand tossed Italian style pizza (12" & 16"), calzones, wraps, subs (9" & 18"), salads, pasta dinners, appetizers, wings, Lays chips, and bottled Pepsi drinks. The pizzas and calzones are baked in brick lined ovens. Several specials are offered (coupons) and on Mon and Tues, you can get a Large Cheese Pizza for $6.99. The place is pretty cozy with four tables in front of the order counter. The big pizza ovens seem to dominate the space in the kitchen. There's also a small flatscreen TV to watch while waiting for your food. I stopped in here on the way home and decided to use a Spectrum coupon for a Free Small Cheese Pizza ($6.95 value) with the purchase of a Large 1-Topping Pizza ($10.95) (I got Eggplant), a very good deal! The pizza was ready in about 15 minutes after ordering. I was very impressed with the pizzas I ordered. Both pizzas were EXCELLENT and I've rarely said this about any pizza I've ordered in Manchester NH. The pizzas were heavy on the tomato sauce and gooey mozzarella cheese. The tomato sauce was just right, not too sweet nor too rich. The breaded fried eggplant slices were very crispy to perfection. They nailed the pizza crust to my liking, which was thin and firm and thicker along the edges, supporting the heavy toppings. The texture of the pizza crust was crispy on the outside and on the bottom (baked with ground flour), with a hot and soft texture inside, two thumbs up! The pizzas were yummy and very filling! Huge rip off.We always loved their chicken tenders. Paid $20 for 2 orders 7 tenders each. Pieces were tiny and a couple were just a nugget. They couldn't spare an extra piece or 2 to make up for the nuggets?? Not worth the price.

This WAS my favorite pizza place.... The pizza is great - when it's fresh... They used to be super fast and I ordered often. A few months ago, it took TWO HOURS to have a pizza delivered. The pizza was ice cold and the whole thing went in the trash. The manager was incredibly rude and said "sometimes it just takes two hours." I didn't order again for months. I finally gave them another chance last night. It took over an hour and a half. The pizza came well after the business closed - I wondered if they were going to show up at all. The pizza was barely luke warm. I fed my son something else long before the pizza showed up because it was already past bedtime. This pizza also went into the trash. HIRE MORE DRIVERS OR STOP ACCEPTING DELIVERY ORDERS.

Huge subs. 18" large ($14+) and 9" small. Great steak bomb. Bread is good too. I'll be back for a buffalo chicken sub next time. I liked the jalapeno poppers too.

I hate to be writing this review as a former 8-year weekly customer, but this place has gone downhill. I don't know if it is new ownership/pizza makers, ingredients, or what, but every pizza we have gotten recently has been a greasy soggy mess. What is unforgivable is the way they treat long time customers. Our first call they were kind enough to send us a new pizza. Unfortunately it was the same soggy greasy mess. They also sent us a free brownie which was appreciated! However, when we called back to request a refund for the second pizza as we needed to find food elsewhere, we got argued with, told that they made the best pizzas, and that they were making us another one. We said we did not want to waste more food, and after having multiple bad pies were not interested in another. More argument. Finally I told them my only option was to chargeback the order if they wouldn't refund. It was only then they refunded, with some nasty parting words and asked me to never order there again. Right, as if I would after that. You could have handled this differently and saved a customer. We tried to give you honest helpful feedback on why a customer who loved your pizza for years was dissatisfied, and you decided being right was more important. I used to sing Venice's praises to clients, friends, and family, and now I'm going to have to correct my recommendation moving forward, which stinks, because you guys used to make the best pizza in NH, bar none.

I really their pizza, but we had to reheat our pizza because most of employees making pizza were not wearing mask. We sat in parking lot waiting for pizza and watched customers and employees without masks, endangering employees. This is about facts and health, not politics.

From California and was looking for an original calzone, this place has great food, great calzones, and above all superb customer service. Will come back!!!

They crushed my pizza and refused to replace the fries I ordered with the pizza. They did replace the pizza but were rude and asked me how the pizza got crushed? Idk the delivery driver I'm guessing? I understand things happen but why would I crush my pizza and call you back for a new one? I was trying to enjoy my food along with 2 other people while watching a movie. Couldn't happen due to Venice pizza. I did not call to eat a bag of fries. It was a small fry, like really you cant throw in a small seasoned fry with my 40 dollar order of 2 subs a lg pizza and a sm fry after charging me for a ruined pizza? Never again based off customer service alone. I even sent them a picture confirmation on Facebook messanger which they read and still could not respond to.

HUGE subs. One large can feed 4 people. The only thing I suggest is if you get a steak and cheese, order extra cheese because it can be very dry. But excellent service and the steak was fabulous.

I feel like during quarantine takeout places could half ass their food and we would still be grateful, because anything that takes you away from the same old seclusion is a gift. As it turns out a lot of places including Venice are taking this opportunity to give us all quality food instead of being complacent. Where I was living before has very few options open so Manchester has been a nice moral boost with the available take out and delivery options and Venice was just that. Greatly balanced sauce, and it was hot and ready on a very good crust. What else can you ask?

Our rural location doesn't make it easy to find good pizza, with that said I'm not a food snob but i do know the difference when the effort is there. We ordered a large Four Cheese Pizza since this is a really good way to determine if the pizza is done right. Crust was good, cooked correctly and tasty. The red sauce was delicious and had wonderful flavor that complemented the four cheese blend. Very modest from the outside but it is the contents of the box that is important. Well worth a try.

For those of you who say you have grown up on New York pizza, or this is just like New York Pizza....what part of New York are you from? This place tastes nothing like New York Pizza and the amount of corn meal that was on the bottom was almost overwhelming. (Also for the record not a standard NYC trait) The pros-very quick delivery, variety, all the chicken fingers, toasted ravioli pretty tasty and not over fried. The cons- pizza, oh the pizza. First off sweet sauce, too much cheese, and spinach was burnt. The broccoli was huge meaty stalks (don't know about other green lovers, but i enjoy the florets, not thick base). They delivered which was nice, and prompt. But after ordering three sides and two large pizzas with toppings and throwing out the entire pizzas I can't give anything above two.....AND WE WERE STARVING! nope, not again. There has to be better game in town, and don't say pizza 911!!!!

The best pizza. Hands down Venice Pizza is the best pizza I've ever had, the crust is perfectly crispy, no doughy, soggy crust like you get with other pizza chains. Also every flavor on the pizza is noticeable, the pepperoni is fresh and real. I recommend trying the butter and garlic sauce which is heavenly. The four cheese pizza is definitely also a must.

I was born and raised on Long Island, New York and this is the place. While I've now been going here for years... I've been continuously searching and continue to search for the best pizza around and this is it. Even after revisiting old favorites on Long Island... I prefer Venice. This is a serious hidden gem. There are 3 pizza places in manchester, NH that I would recommend... Venice Old Style Pizza (#1) with Alley Cat and Pizza Man a toss up for 2nd and 3rd. My ratings are not based off any speciality pizzas as I am not a speciality pizza guy. Good luck but I'd check this place out sooner than later. I have referred many to this place that now get there pizza here.

Enjoyed an excellent chicken, onion and mushroom pizza - STRONG onions and an abundance of their excellent tomato-ey sauce! Recommended by a friend, but I didn't find out 'til afterwards it was for their subs - next trip.

Best pizza I've had in the Goffstown/Manchester area! I also love Giovannis but this is just as good in my opinion. Great crust, thin but not too thin, sweet sauce, plenty of good quality cheeses and toppings. I've tried their steak and cheese sub and wings and both were also delicious!

Ordered a small pepperoni online order # 6180148 on 8/3/22. The pizza came and the bottom was completely burnt and so was the top. The pizza was inedible and the wrap I got had bacon in it that was clearly cooked in the fryolator and was burnt to a crisp. Overall I paid 32$ for a delivery meal that was inedible, I will never order from this establishment again, they have significantly hone down in quality and they dont care about keeping customers happy.

I currently reside in North Manchester, as such there are many options when it comes to having food delivered to the house. Over the years I must have ordered every one of them, and a countless number of times. Venice Old Style Pizza has been the only one that shows up earlier than expected, there food is like nothing else in this area, and you don't have to spend more to have it you just need to know who to call. This place is SO good and everyone I've encountered has been really friendly. The sizes are giant and the prices are cheap, especially with the rising prices on menus around other places. I just wish they were open like an hour later because we can't order from them as often as we wish we could!

I'm new to town. Today was my first visit. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs, a cheese pizza with extra cheese, and a cold Italian Sub. We loved them all. The service was fast and the people at the counter we're very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Wish there were zero stars. Ordered pasta with extra sauce and cheese garlic bread. Got neither/could have made a better version of what arrived by simply going to Hannoford's. Called to ask, got told I was a liar and it was all fine. This guy should quit ripping people off and get out of the "restaurant" business. He's an embarrassingly bad home cook.

We've been addicts of Venice Pizza for 5+ years. The last 2 times we ordered, it's been the Monday $7 Lg. Cheese. Unfortunately, both times the crust was burned black underneath, giving the whole pie the taste of a charred cracker. Guess we'll let them be for a while.

Wow, great pizza! Here in NH from Chicago. While I enjoy Chicago style pizza, it is not my favorite. Toppings are toppings, right? But it's the crust and sauce (in my opinion) that make the pie. These folks have it right. The order was quickly prepared and ready and hot when I arrived on time. The young lady who took my order was super nice. And again, the pizza and calzone were delicious. Will definitely come here next time through Manchester!

Venice has that sweet pizza sauce that makes me want to eat the entire pie in one sitting. Also I hate salads in general but their house dressing and the piece of pizza dough you get with their salads make this the only place I'll ever order a salad. A+.

Since moving to Manchester, NH I have been on the hunt for great pizza like the ones in Boston and after trying a dozen of different places, I finally found my favorite go to!! I love how they have an eclectic variety of pizzas and ingredients that you would not find in other places. I have mostly gotten delivery from this location and all those times the drivers have been very friendly and courteous. All in all, I'm happy to recommend this restaurant and am looking forward to my next pizza night!!

This. Is. Pizza. Most incredible pizza that I have had, and I have eaten pizza in New York, Chicago, and everywhere else... The crust is what makes a pizza, right? This is it. Honest to God deliciousness that is delivered to your doorstep if you need it. We have been ordering from Venice for three years and have never been disappointed.

Good pizza, good attitudes. Order for take out or delivery, it is not really place to eat in. Easy access but very limited parking.

I don't understand the race reviews here. Ordered two items, buffalo pizza and three cheese calzone. Calzone was ok at best, however no ricotta cheese? Buffalo wasn't appealing from the start. The smell was off. Deep fried chicken tenders and more red sauce then buffalo sauce. Sorry but for thirty dollars this was average at best.

if you like traditional Neapolitan crispy crust pizza, stop reading right now and start ordering. Best pizza in town. Delivered hot, fresh, and delicious in less than quoted time. I'm hooked

Massive amount of great food and friendly service. I feel really welcomed as a visitor.

This shop is a twenty minute drive from my house, and I am outside the delivery range, but it is still my go-to shop. Fresh ingredients, a New York quality crust, and very pleasant people at the counter and behind it throwing dough. Some interesting signature pies, and overall very worth the ride. I didn't expect to find a great pizza shop so quickly here in NH, and am counting my blessings and calories that I ran across this one.
