Since starting our business, it was very difficult to find a proper office for our real estate team where agents have a place to come in, hold meetings, and feel comfortable in a collaborative environment. Once the decision was made to have Venture X as our office, it has been nothing but a positive experience. The staff is so helpful. Finding a parking spot is never an issue. Accessibility to any part of the greater Charleston area is a breeze with Venture X being centrally located. I can't say enough positive things about this space, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great office environment.

Amazing space! As a fellow entrepreneur, this co-working area is perfect. Very clean and modern. Lots of cool bars and eateries within walking distance. Anais and Pallas are the best! They do whatever it takes to make you comfortable.

I love Venture X! We've got a private office and take advantage of the co-working space and focus rooms. Always clean - never overcrowded. The staff members are kind and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, very close to coffee shops and restaurants.

Love it here! Been using the coworking membership for several months now. It's an easy option for those who work remotely and need to get out of the house. Lots of different seating options, always some kind of food event going on and super helpful staff.

if there were ten stars I would give that. Not great but fantastic experience! Today, my work site was closed due to inclement weather, I needed a coworking space ASAP, to complete an important training. I was greeted warmly when I first came in and explained my situation. They gave me lay of land answered any questions I may have had and showed me a quite working area where I could do my training. 8 hrs. later training was completed and I was able to work in quiet conditions. The decor and accommodations are very nice and modern. Kitchen area is lovely and it's easy to find everything within the building. The employees were so nice and answered any questions I had throughout the day. Also plenty of ample parking. Overall a great CO workspace and I would encourage anyone in town or out of town to use Venture X. Thanks again Venture X for helping me out at the 11th hour, sincerely appreciate it and can't wait to use you again and tell other of your services.

So this is a nice space. For those of you who work from home and need a space outside of home that isn't crowded with a lot of foot traffic this is lovely spot to come and work. They have individual offices and individual desks that you can purchase on a month to month basis for use, but they also have community space that you can utilize. There a good amount of it, and its more budget friendly. The community membership allows you to be there during business hours, while the other options I believe give you a key fob to be able to access the building at any time. Im unsure of options for wifi, as I was only offered a guest network. I would hope that they have a secure option but am unsure. The space is very BRIGHT. When I worked a lab, I was used to this light, but since working from home for the past two years in mostly lower warm light, the brightness of this space was a little too much for me, but there are spaces you can sit with mostly natural light to work off of, so thats a plus. Its clean, lots of coffee/tea options. I am still considering a membership as this is something that is just nice to have and not needed. Would recommend.

Venture X is a great space to work in. They take care of their members with amenities, events and treats, plus negotiated discounts at several other businesses around the neighborhood. The building is really nice, well-ventilated (important in covid times), modern, with ample space, and the people are very friendly and responsive to anything you need.

I have been at Venture X in Charleston since it opened! I love it for its fresh, clean, and beautiful atmosphere. It's in walking distance from a few breweries and restaurants in Park Circle and has great weekly social events!
