There’s the mildly spicy molcajete with roasted jalapenos and tomatoes; the spicer verde with jalapenos; the way-more-spicy roja with arbol chiles; and then a vegan iteration made with cashews. There’s this location in East Austin, plus food trucks and physical restaurants throughout the city.
