Veracruz All Natural

I got a pretty big steak taco for $5.25. The taco itself wasn’t very memorable and both salsas didn’t have much flavor. I mixed both my salsas on my taco to get some spice.

We got the migas, 2 custom breakfast tacos, barbacoa and al pastor. Your order comes with 2 salsa avacado crema and a spicy red one. The Good: Online ordering, definitely order ahead. Delicious, made to order, completely customizable tacos! The bad: They only do online orders, so if you are living in the last century, you might need to upgrade your technology. I would definitely add this taco stand to your list of places to try!

I got the migas poblano and a bean and cheese taco. Both were awesome and not too pricey though I did anticipate them being a little larger. The jalapeño and chipotle salsas had some bite to them. I preferred the jalapeño with the migas poblano because it seemed to compliment the fresh chile poblanos. The migas had refried black beans, that weren't dry, and my custom taco had pinto beans that were flavorful but not heavy. The weather sucked today but the outdoor area around the truck didn't necessarily look comfortable at any time of year. It's definitely a grab and go situation. Anyway, I will return!

Food and Drinks were amazing, our server Mercedez was a fun to interact with. This place is a perfect spot to enjoy authentic Mexican food.

I’ve loved this spot in the past, but we were left waiting well over an hour for an order of 4 tacos on an otherwise slow day (as you can see in the pictures, there is no line). Can’t imagine what could justify a wait like this. I won’t be back again until they’ve resolved the ridiculous wait times.

Veracruz is absolutely amazing as usual and I’m glad they have their food truck here. Fast service but seating is limited because of the space. They have some specials here that I didn’t find at any other of their locations. A must try if you are at the farmers market.

Can't go wrong with migas. This location just lacks a certain something or other compared with the original. But at a tiny wait and if you live near Mueller you can't do wrong with veracruz

In my opinion the eggs are overcooked leaving the eggs to have a unpleasant flavor and there refried beans have good flavor but need to be mashed better.
