I recently was attempting to assist a gentleman after his cell phone service was cut off. He thought was a Verizon phone and I took him to the Verizon store on Broadway in Knoxville. Two employees, Marq Martin and Gabe Love spent over 20 minutes researching the issue. It turned out it was not a Verizon phone but one that uses Verizon's network. They told us exactly what we needed to do to resolve the issue. Marq and Gabe were extremely patient and professional. They are greatly appreciated.

Several months ago I went to Verizon looking for a better phone plan to meet the needs of my family. I had the pleasure and pure luck to have Damien Hodge take care of switching my provider to Verizon. Mr. Hodge by far was one of the most professional and knowledgeable individuals I have ever dealt with. Not just for his kindness but for his dedication. Due to circumstances out of his control Verizon consistently month after month would charge me higher than the plan I opted for. On numerous occasions over several months, Mr. Hodge even if he was off work, would answer my texts, be patient with me and call corporate over and over again until finally the problem was resolved. Mr. Hodge could easily have not provided service "after the sale," but made sure the problem was resolved in a satisfactorily way. I would highly recommend asking for him personally.

Aaron Dozier was the most helpful individual that we have experienced at the Verizon store. He was very kind, patient, and thoughtful when dealing with our challenging requests. I would highly recommend his customer service to anyone! He was very knowledgeable and ensured we understood all the options available. When deciding on what was best for us, he took a step back and did not pressure us in any way. He demonstrated exemplary customer service. I would recommend him for hire anywhere and will ask for him when we come back! As a side note, props go to Trey Larkin. Even though he was not the individual assisting us today, he jumped right in as a team player to support Aaron in speeding up the plan transfer process because we were in a time crunch. Trey demonstrated the support of his co-worker and the effectiveness of how the atmosphere of how the company is ran. I would absolutely request assistance from Trey as well and would hire him anywhere! Over all, these two gentlemen held the high standards of the company and should be recognized for their teamwork and customer service they provided.

Aaron Dozier did a wonderful job assisting us with changing our plans out. He was able to assist us and provided the most effective customer service possible. He deserves a shout out for all of his work. Trey Larkin did a fabulous job with assisting Aaron as a team player. He worked efficiently and supported his co-worker when he did not have to do so. I would request either gentlemen to assist me if I need to come back in to the Verizon store.

Shanti certainly knows what she’s doing and helped me so much. Switching from iPhone>Android>iPhone is what I did and Shanti made it all great. I couldn’t do the Android conversation so I went back to what I’ve known for years but it was a LOT of work for her but she smiled through it all and was a blessing to me. Tim was great until checkout. He insisted on setting up the phones for us and then surprised us at the end with a $40 fee for each phone set up that was never disclosed. He did take one fee off, but we were still overcharged $80 plus tax on a service that was not wanted or needed. I had even said at the beginning I wanted to set up my own phone, but he insisted. I completed the survey the store sent and asked to be contracted, but they have not reached out at this time. I feel scammed and this is the reason people shop online instead of with sales people. I worked in sales and this is not the moral way to make money. UPDATE: Contacted customer service as requested below. They said they found the transaction, but I had signed it, thinking it was for the credit card agreement, so they can't help me. Apparently, Cellular Sales is fine with their employees holding customers hostage in the store for hours and then deceiving them when they are exhausted and starving. BEWARE OF THESE TATICS.

These people are the BIGGEST CROOKS EVER. Buyer Beware. I met these Crooks at a local Fair. I was lied to and cheated. They will steal from the Blindif they had the chance. I called their corporate office to tell them how I was cheated and lied to. No one cares but thank God Verizon did. They helped and I am praying my complaint go forward. These people will lie to your face.

I have had Verizon for 4 months now. I hate to say that my experience with the billing department and the customer service reps have been poor. Verizon applied someone's payment to my account without my knowledge. The payment was overturned so they put my on cash only. This has been a huge inconvenience as I pay all of my bill's electronically. I have called several times and have been told (everytime) that the cash only status could not be removed. I visited the store yesterday to pay my bill and Brett FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. He was able to get in touch with the appropriate people and have the cash only status lifted! I was so pleased with his customer service that I actually purchased another device before I left. I do not have enough kind words to say about Brett! My experience was a 5+!
