12 New-Wave Vermouth Bars In Spain - Barcelona - The Infatuation

"This small but mighty neighborhood tapas bar feels perfectly lived-in. The space is spectacularly unspectacular, with brick walls, worn wooden tables, and an indie rock soundtrack. Start with a glass of their bright pink house vermut (rosé vermouth infused with hibiscus for its vibrant color and slight acidity)—it’s refreshing, crisp, and served on ice with a lime wedge. That acidity goes well with their tapas, which take inspiration from both Spanish tradition and Asian flavors. Don’t miss the smoked codfish with kimchi and lime, where rich, flaky fish meets funky heat, or the butter-poached salmon fillets topped with wasabi." - david neimanis

The best vermuteria I’ve been to. The team is incredibly welcoming, creating a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. The food and small bites are thoughtfully prepared, and their house vermouth is absolutely outstanding, complex, balanced, and unforgettable. A must-visit.

A must visit place for tapas lovers. The menu boasts an impressive selection of house-made tapas that are sure to satisfy any craving. From traditional Spanish favorites to innovative creations (try - tuna with kimchi 😍), the flavors are rich and the presentation is impeccable. Very friendly personnel. If you're looking for a delightful corner to enjoy some tapas - it is the place to be.

Tasty homemade vermouth. The dark one had a more interesting flavour, the pink one was my preferred thoughts it was slightly less sweet. Smoked cod tapas was delicious. 22 euros for three drinks and 2 great tapas was a bargain

Loved this vermuteria with a small but adequate menu. The wine and vermouth were lovely. Let it be noted that it is fairly small.

The tapas here was better than most places we've been to. The pig cheeks were very good but to me the mushrooms were a sleeper hit. Of course, the vermut was excellent as well.

A right stop for tapas at Gracia. The place is really small but incredibly cozy. The staff is friendly and welcoming. As well as our order was perfectly timed do the waiting was never awkward. The food is really delicious. Would definitely recommend octopus with hummus and pita as hummus is really creamy and balanced with herbs.

Had a great time here. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Service was great! Would definitely recommend to come earlier as they don't have many seats. I would recommend cod and kimchi (yes they do go well together!), pig cheeks, batatas and homemade vermouth! Had both the vermouths and I would say that the pink one goes well with the food and the other is a bit smoother, and would be better if you're just having drinks!
