"This small but mighty neighborhood tapas bar feels perfectly lived-in. The space is spectacularly unspectacular, with brick walls, worn wooden tables, and an indie rock soundtrack. Start with a glass of their bright pink house vermut (rosé vermouth infused with hibiscus for its vibrant color and slight acidity)—it’s refreshing, crisp, and served on ice with a lime wedge. That acidity goes well with their tapas, which take inspiration from both Spanish tradition and Asian flavors.
