This place is awesome! The staff was super nice and attentive to my requirements for the frames I was looking for and all that jazz. Wasn't really expecting to find a place so nice in this part of downtown really, but I think the biggest kicker is that everything that they have in their collection was marginally cheaper than solstice or any of those chain sunglass stores you see around. Apperantly they've been open for a couple of decades.. Where were they when I lost my Gucci shades at the beach?!?! I'll definitely be back for an optical frame soon. Thanks for all of the help Frank! (Sorry about the mess I created trying stuff on!!) In case anyone was wondering, they're authorized dealers with the brands that they work with so their stuff is legit. Frank also said that they could order me any pair that I wanted online but they had really nice styles in store so I bought my pair there

This store is a hidden gem in the downtown fashion district where you can buy designer sunglasses for way cheaper than anywhere else. There was a specific pair of Dior sunglasses I was looking for which they were able to special order for me. That's what's really great about Versailles, even if they don't have it in store, they are able to get you whatever it is you're looking for.

Friendly staff, sweet little ma and pa store in downtown. I stop by in the area every couple of months and always seem to find a unique pair of glasses that i love for significantly cheaper than any other store I've checked out in LA. Well worth checking out, you can find meter parking not too far if you stop by at the right time

I'm glad I decided to come here, a variety of different brand name sunglasses, good deals/ pricings are decent, and customer service was genuine, not fake. Beats going anywhere else because they have so much to choose from Gucci, Tom Ford, Varsaci etc.

I found this when I went to the Fashion District. They have a surprisingly large selection of sunglasses, including high-end brands. Burberry, Ray-Ban, etc. There are so many to choose from that I don't think I've ever seen a store with such a wide variety. I'm glad I found my favorite one.

I've always gone to Lens Crafters whenever I needed a new pair of sunglasses, but after going to this retailer I don't think I'll be going back to Lens Crafters. The variety of eyewear is very extensive and the service is very professional. The products sold are very high end with reasonable prices. A great family owned store run by great people, 100% would recommend.

Frank was super effective in helping me find the exact pair I was looking for! They did not carry it in store, but he ordered it on the Versace website at their own store cost and are shipping it directly to my home!! It's always nice to support a family business because they really do make the experience more personal. Much appreciated Mr. Frank!

I have never been to this store, but this store is also owned by the same people who run the following website: www.rodeodrivesunglasses.com (They don't advertise this fact hard, but they don't try to hide it either) And if you call the site and ask about the store, they'll tell you that if you decide to go to the store, the prices will be different(retail = higher in price). If you're lucky like me, and you live in Los Angeles, you can order online, and pay the price of online, but ask to pick it up at the Versailles Boutique, so that they won't charge you for shipping! (I actually made this request, and Nang forgot to tell her manufacturer/provider to do this, so my glasses ended up getting shipped to my house, and Nang explained how she forgot, and followed it up with "But I will refund the cost of shipping anyway, since I forgot". The Customer Service person who picks up the phone for this site's name is Nang. She is very accomodating and friendly, and she usually never fails to tell you her name. RodeoDriveSunglasses.com sells sunglasses AND Eyeglasses for MUUUUUCH less than other online stores/sites/ and even retail shops. I went nuts looking for an online store with prices like these, and found ZERO reviews about this site, which was very conflicting. But I figured, I know where their shop is, so if anything, I can come and knock their door down incase they try to scam me, but it turns out that they are a legit business, and I was extremely happy when I opened the box with my glasses and etc..Because of this, I am doing RodeoDriveSunglasses.com a favor and you potential buyers a favor by writing this review, because we need to support businesses like these that are competent with their prices. If you see an item on their website that you like, but you don't see your size-- you can call and ask about it, and ask if they can get you the size you want, and they most likely will be able to. I bought my Bvlgari eyeglasses from them, which I saw on the website, was size 50/16/130. I called and asked if it existed in 52/16/30, and Nang said yes, and she said she could order it for me. I asked if the price would increase, since they'd have to order it especially for me, and she said the price would be what the site says. $218.00. WOW. For Bvlgari eyeglasses that normally sell for $500+ in retail. (Also, they do NOT put in prescription lenses for you, but I dont' care, cause most sites that do this, cost more than what I pay for, if I'd bring these eyeglasses to my optometrist since I've been a faithful client.) (I will put inexpensive for rodeodrivesunglasses.com, because 200$ compared to $500 for designer eyeglasses that come with certification of authenticy with designer cloth and case is cheap to me.)
