"One of six locations in the area, this fast-casual, counter-service cafe offers a healthy pit stop between heavier meals. The fresh lineup features colorful salads, grain plates, and naan tacos, each customizable with mix-and-match proteins and market sides. There’s kombucha from Salt Lake City-based Mamachari on tap." - Katie Shapiro

"After quad-burning days on the slopes followed by maybe a little too much après, sometimes you just need food that’s easy, kind of healthy, and fast. For that, look no further than Vessel, a casual lunch and dinner spot that reminds us of a modern cafeteria. Opt for one of the salads or pre-composed bowls like the Med 6.0, with falafel, couscous, cashew caesar broccoli, or see what looks good in line and build your own with a protein like shredded chicken, steelhead trout, poke, and more. Consider adding on one of the vegetable sides, a glass of the on-tap kombucha, and baked goods from local Süss Cookies." - Jené Shaw

Great food for a fair price. I got a custom plate with braised beef, Mac n cheese and the mashed potatoes. Wife got the Andrelipe salad. Suggest coming here for a hearty lunch.

Park City has a decent selection of healthy eats, but this place offers a lot of options. The ones that I ordered are all very good.

My wife and I recently visited Vessel Kitchen in Kimball Junction. While we’ve heard great things and appreciated the creative, health-forward menu, our visit was a bit of a mixed bag. We both ordered the chicken, and unfortunately, it was underwhelming. The portion size felt quite small for the price, and the meat was noticeably dry — not quite the juicy, flavorful protein we were hoping for. That said, the meal wasn’t without highlights. The pita fries were a real standout — crisp, well-seasoned, and something we would absolutely come back for. They were unique and satisfying, offering a fun twist on a classic side. Overall, Vessel Kitchen has a cool concept and nice ambiance, but we left feeling a little disappointed. If we return, we’ll likely try something other than the chicken — and we’ll definitely be ordering the pita fries again.

Google
The falafel tacos were incredible. The falafel, slaw, sauce… all of it together made this incredible and unique twist on a classic Mediterranean dish. These will most certainly be something I crave moving forward. Their menu is full of so many choices to satisfy every dietary preferences, definitely worth visiting. The only downside outside of the food was it was so hot in the restaurant, it made it a little uncomfortable. I think some ceiling fans would be a great addition to circulate the air

Google
Online ordering was fast and easy. The food was perfect! Customer service was not so good! Told the young man that an order was placed for pick up and then he started entering something on the register. Whatever it was he said I owed $17, I asked what that was for, since I ordered pick up and had already paid. He then said oh it should be over there and pointed to some shelves that had a paper bag near a wall. Not really sure what was going on and he wasn’t very courteous! Will go back but probably will wait to leave a tip until I pick up the food!

Google
The slices, flavors and ingredients are so flavorful and fresh! It’s become my go to place since staying in the SLC area. Always top quality and the service is excellent as well. I’ve dined in, ordered through Uber Eats and picked it up. Never a bad meal yet!

Google
Totally awesome hipster place to eat good healthy food in the Park City Utah area. I highly recommend this restaurant, to my understanding this was the original story in park City Utah, now they have few other stores in the Salt Lake City valley as well. The saleds are responsible prices the food taste amazingly. If you are looking for good health food and reasonable prices this is must place to eat. I give it a five thumbs and stars up for sure.

Google
Anything less than 5 stars is a disservice to this place. Food options, prices, and overall quality at this price point are outstanding. Highly recommend giving this place a shot.

Daryl M.

Yelp
It is refreshing to have a restaurant live up to the mission. The food was well prepared and fresh. The price point is good for high quality foods. Lots of options for different dietary restrictions. This was our favorite restaurant find this trip to SLC. Definitely coming back.

Ashley A.

Yelp
The food is delicious. The wait wasn't long at all. The ingredients are healthy and the options are endless. Everything is so tasty, and I've tried different options each time. My favorite was the Uncle Rico! I highly recommend the brownie cookie, too!

Aaron C.

Yelp
Amazing options. Tons of flavors recipes...so many you cannot pick. Excellent portion size. Appears very popular with a fairly steady stream of traffic. Staff is patient and willing to offered suggestions. Plenty of windows allowing tons of natural light. This is a must do healthy choice restaurant.

Yelp
Move over, Big guys, like Stacy's Mom, this new kid in town has got it going on! Vessel, Park City's newest restaurant has filled a much needed void in our over-priced tourist-fare town. Talk about fresh, huge portions, delicious food at a way reasonable price... So let's talk... Fresh: everything, according to the imprinted wall in the front, is as locally sourced as possible:from cheese in Heber to veggies in Mona. Delicious: one must know that I won't rave about any food unless it exceeds average in grandiose proportions. Superb beef - ask for the slices you prefer: more rare? No problem. Sweet potatoes with onions? Yum. This combo will make you a veggie lover! Tomatoes with a yogurt sauce? Sounded odd, yet interesting, and yum! The price point of this dinner, yes, dinner was $12. What? Crazy, right? Sure, if you are dining here for lunch it sounds pricey but this is dinner proportions. Seriously, in another PC establishment, this would easily be $32. You've just saved $20! This is NOT fast food, yet the line style is similar to say Chipotle. Order you items, pay at the end. And you can buy Kambucha. And beer. (Yes, there is an IPA listed.) And yes, the line can be long if you choose to go at a busy time. If you've ever traveled to the Mediterranean, you know what fresh healthy food tastes like: awesomeness. And when you add a chef from that area of the world, that's what you get: awesomeness. So if you are used to highly processed food service foods, Vessel is not for you. But if you want that dinner that would cost at least a Jackson more elsewhere in Park City, and don't mind walking a tray to your table to enjoy this gustatory delight, you've found the right place. Oh, by the way, superb hummus. 2024 Vessel is now easily found across slc and at the airport. Yup. Perfect.

Yelp
Amazing service and even better food!! We were looking for a place to eat and we Scored here! Portions are huge and delicious !

Alexis R.

Yelp
We ate at Vessel for a later dinner, once getting settled into our hotel. The menu was easy to understand, service was kind and efficient, but the food itself was mediocre. The portions are pretty generous and I do appreciate the fresh vegetable variety but not everything is cooked very well (The mushrooms were good as was the hummus, I wouldn't order the brussel sprouts again, though).

Complicated D.

Yelp
Vessel kitchen is a very solid establishment which I treat myself to on rare occasions of healthful celebration. Last time I went here was after I ran 30 miles on antelope island. Was awesome, took me like an hour to eat. Kale Caesar with added shredded chicken. Do recommend

Dawn K.

Yelp
Imagine my face when I got to my cabin after getting takeout from Vessel, after snowmobiling in, starving, pulling out my steelhead trout plate, only to see no trout, and literally 6 brussels sprouts. Not happy at all. I did call and spoke to the manager who apologized and comped my meal, but still so upset, I guess it's the hangry in me. I thought you should all have the heads up to check your takeout before you leave.

C S.

Yelp
The food was good, very healthy and tasty. The service was ok, nothing exceptional but no issues either, just to the point I guess. The restaurant design is nice, and modern.

Lisa F.

Yelp
I really loved how friendly the cashier was. This being my first time here, I was a little disoriented on the area and the way to get my drinks. But, it was good. I felt my food was healthy -- healthy portions especially. Big serving -- I wish I had someone to share it with.

June F.

Yelp
Came with my friend Nancy and I ordered the build your own salad. I had fresh kale with chick peas, chicken and quinoa. It was wonderful and my friend's salad looked great too! I'll be back real soon.

Traci E.

Yelp
Looking for something different than Park City proper on a Sunday evening. Many other restaurants (non fast food) were closed so our options were limited and we opted for Vessel Kitchen. You walk along the counter and order all while seeing the food first hand. You pay at the counter, get a table number and food is delivered to you at your table. Everything here is made fresh with lots of herbs and spices. The staff was friendly and welcoming and food hot. I opted for the braised beef, corn (served cold) and mashed potatoes. While the corn was good, it would have been better to my liking if it had been hot. The portions were filing, but sadly all the flavors didn't set well with me and the flavoring of the beef wasn't my cup of tea.

Wayne K.

Yelp
Came here on my way home from work. The decor is nice and it is really clean. I read some reviews and decided to try it out as I have never been here before. Looked up the nutrition facts and knew exactly what I wanted. Went up ordered like I've been here a thousand times, grabbed my Topo Chico and sat. Food came out fast and orderly. Took one bite and was surprised how well it tasted. Perfection at its best. Now I'm looking for my dry steak bites... There are none... No big deal I'll just ask if they wouldn't mind giving me my portion. No problem they said. Sounds great-I really appreciate it. "Sir I apologize but your salad doesn't come with protein, was it a side order?" Nope- this is the one I ordered. Well sir I apologize I think I made a mistake and put in the wrong order because what was placed is what you have. O god... It wasn't your mistake... It was MINE... Damn, it's ok no worries I'll eat it. I said the wrong salad name... Sorry for the bother. No sir we want you to enjoy your meal, I'll just make you what you really wanted. Sounds great, thanks so much. Just ring me up. No sir, we will take care of it.. It was an honest mistake. Never have I been treated so fairly. They are all amazing! Thank you so much for the kindness. Pablo was the name of the gentleman. Hopefully he gets the acknowledgement he deserves.

Yelp
Had a buy one get one coupon that showed Park City as a participating location. We have never had a problem using this coupon at any of the other Vessel locations. We were told that we could not use the coupon since it was only at the SL locations (even though the coupon showed Park City). The staff was rigid and unfriendly when trying to discuss this topic. We left without eating.

Tara V.

Yelp
Door dashed this one night and was so impressed. Had the braised beef with the horseradish sauce. Caesar broccoli and cauliflower along with chickpea stew. Everything was outrageously good. The packaging was awesome, it all arrived upright and intact.

Sake C.

Yelp
Stopped by here for a quick dinner. I liked that you can make your own dish/plate with the ingredients in front of you, or you can order plates that have already been crated in the menu. I ordered the poke plate, and was pleased with my option. I added the broccoli salad and Brussels sprouts as my sides. Each item tasted fresh.

Jeff R.

Yelp
Food was amazing. Staff very nice. Recommend the hash, hash Brussel sprouts amazing as well

Brooke B.

Yelp
outstanding meals at a great price. we got the pulled pork tacos and the chicken + grains, both were fantastic. customer service was great too. 10/10 recommend

Barndi K.

Yelp
Loved having a fresh healthy option. The shredded chicken needed a little more salt and the coconut rice w quinoa was bland for my taste but the beets and carrots were good. And they have much a variety of things you can mix and match, you're sure to find a combination you like.

Jason H.

Yelp
Wanted to try something new so I wandered into this place with a friend. Wow! So much more than I thought! I had trouble making up my mind but ultimately settled on the hash hash. Turned out to be a great choice! The food tasted great and didn't leave me feeling heavy like a lot of other places. The stainless steel water cups were interesting too. They had real silverware which felt like a treat after using plastic at so many other places. Not to mention it's better for the environment! I'd definitely come here again! The only reason I didn't go with five stars is because I'm somewhat annoyed by the fact that they asked for a tip and defaulted the amount to 20% when it's counter service AND you bus your own table after you're done. Come on guys?!

Carlthan L.

Yelp
This place deserves 5 stars for the following: Parking easy to find in the mall parking. Restaurant is very clean and workers are friendly and helpful. I love Mediterranean food but never had an experience like this. The food is laid out for you and you can choose either premade bowls or customize and order a plate and choose your sides. The price is very reasonable given the portion sizes. We are visiting from out of town and this place is definitely on the more affordable places that we have eaten at. The food overall tastes very fresh!! The falafel was probably the best falafel i ate. The braised beef was so tender and flavorful. The brussel sprouts had a nice char to it and the temp was hot. The rice was very light and refreshing. I will definitely be coming again to this place when i am in the area!

Neeve O.

Yelp
A perfect place to stop for a nutritious, quick, yummy lunch! Loved the dish I got and would go again

Caleb B.

Yelp
The meat is so scrumptious and delicious I loved it so much. It made me quit being a vegetarian, I love meat and there food. 10/10

Mon I.

Yelp
Absolutely fire!! Got off the mountain and came here, excellent portions. I'm DF and they had plenty of options. Their DF/V ceasar dressing is to die for--I wanted to chug it by the gallon. The meat was slammin. High key recc

Kate S.

Yelp
Hard to beat this place for a healthy meal!! We recently moved from Park City and we talk weekly about how much we miss it.

David K.

Yelp
Not my style but my gf was sick of eating junk food during our PC ski vacation. This was her attempt cleanse. I got the poke bowl - pretty good - smashed avocado was good. She got the miso salad with chicken breast - it's as good as a chicken salad can be I guess. I'm more into McDonalds which we ended up getting later that night.

Errol W.

Yelp
The food was OK. The potatoes had way too much garlic. My fish was OK. The service was OK except that you had to order at the counter that they did bring it to me. The ambience I would give half a star.

J P.

Yelp
Good casual bowl place. Proteins - shredded beef was less fatty than pork, didn't try shredded chicken as dark meat but had the chicken breast. You get two sides - good options but decided to carb load with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese also tried cauliflower. Potatoes had good flavor, cauliflower was good, mac and cheese was bland. Large portions and options for add on such as guac. Sauces tried Peruvian Green, Tahini and an orange sauce and rated them in the aforementioned order.

Paige B.

Yelp
Vessel Kitchen is a great choice if you're looking for a nutritious, flavorful, economical meal in Park City. The concept is such that you can assemble a taco, bowl, or salad from a selection of freshly-prepared vegetable-driven toppings. I ordered a bowl for $10.50 and selected my three toppings: sweet potato hash, roasted Brussels sprouts, and Caesar roasted broccoli. I also added pickled red onions on top, and had an additional side of carrot salad. I sat at my table and my dish was delivered in on ceramic plate with a cloth napkin and metal silverware. I appreciated that they used real cloth napkins and silverware. Taste-wise I loved my meal. Each of the sides was so flavorful and filling! I don't usually take leftovers home, but I simply couldn't finish the remaining 45%, which was perfect because getting two meals out of one is even more of a great deal. I also want to note that I was there with my brother, who eats a very meat-heavy diet, my mother, who prefers a vegan diet, and we each found delicious things and none of us felt like we had to compromise our individual tastes. If you're looking for a quick, casual, delicious meal in Park City, definitely check this place out!

Randy L.

Yelp
The Fresno Pork and Cali Hash signature tacos are excellent. Just enough spice and heat. Grab extra napkins! This is a cashless business.

Joyce T.

Yelp
Curbside pick up A+! Went to the website, ordered, paid, drove there, parked, food delivered by a masked & gloved person and I was on my way. This is my 2nd visit to a different Vessel. I like that the food is tasty and seems healthy. Planned to do a hike later and was not salted out. Good energy.

Ashley D.

Yelp
Great variety of options for sides but still lacking a little in flavor. Also a good value for the price - maybe I just need to try different sides next time.

Justin C.

Yelp
Re: Business owner comment. I ordered food with some customizations to avoid allergens, so the food ended up in the garbage because the customizations weren't followed properly by the staff making the food and I couldn't eat it. No complaints on allergens if the customizations are followed... but they are not always unfortunately.

Gabi M.

Yelp
We purposely booked a late flight out of SLC so we could ski a full day before heading to the airport to head home after a recent family ski trip to Park City... The plan worked out well! We skied a full day and had plenty of time to pack up and still had some time to spare, so at the recommendation of our friends (and confirmed by Yelp of course), we headed to Vessel Kitchen for a quick, casual dinner on our way out of town. Vessel totally delivered on offering a variety of healthy food for both me and my husband, but the clear winner of the night was the kids mac and cheese! It was super affordable and the kids (who happen to be picky eaters) absolutely loved it! I enjoyed a spaghetti squash side and a bowl of chick pea stew and my husband had the Hash Hash signature bowl. We also had a couple of cookies for dessert! If you're in the area and on the hunt for healthy, affordable food in a fast casual environment, look no further than Vessel Kitchen!

Oralea S.

Yelp
SUPER allergy friendly. Local foods, superbly cooked and all for a decent price! Portions are not large but perfect for a quick lunch. I liked their decor, especially the plants and the tile wall.

Chester C.

Yelp
No shrinkflation Good value. Great ingredients. Good service and the go to for quick and healthy

Mariana D.

Yelp
Great food and casual when needs something healthy and in the go. I like the diversity of options that they have.

Henry H.

Yelp
What an excellent find when I was in town for work. They had many gluten-free options as well as vegan and vegetarian offerings. The menu key was easy to decipher for a first-timer. I quickly decided to go with falafel balls with quinoa and balsamic rice mix, and sweet potato hash. Even though the restaurant had a bustling lunchtime crowd, my to-go order was quickly prepared. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. If ever in Park City again, I will definitely stop by. Well done, Vessel.

Karen F.

Yelp
After a day of hiking I was looking for a place to have some dinner. I also had my dog with me so the restaurant needed to be dog friendly. This place was just the ticket. They have a really large outdoor patio which is shaded and you are welcome to bring your four-legged friends. The menu is very extensive and can accommodate a variety of special diet's from whole30, to gluten-free to vegan. This meal tasted really good. I particularly liked the Israeli couscous and the broccoli. I also got some kombucha that was on tap which tasted really good on a hot summer day. This is a great place to stop by for lunch or dinner located just outside of Park city. Check them out.

Anthony C.

Yelp
Miso trout hot damn!!!!!!!!!!!! Hands down this was some of the best food of our vacation!!! The sides and fish were all fantastic! And the staff were kind, and accommodating. The beets, brussels, cauliflower, and mashed potatoes were all amazing! Reggae music made the vibe perfect! Chardonnay was good and served at the perfect temperature! If you want some amazing food look no further! This is it!!!

Janae I.

Yelp
We had a Female Foodie deal to use, and this was on the way to Midway for our Ice Castle trip. My chicken was delicious, as always, and I love the cauliflower as well. I wasn't super thrilled with my mac and cheese, sadly, because I was really excited for that. While I feel like my body leaves happy after eating at Vessel Kitchen, I do wish the temperature of the food were hotter. I feel like each time I've gone (a few visits to the Midvale location; and only once here), my food is mostly lukewarm or cold. It's certainly not a deal breaker; it all tastes fine and is good quality, just often cold. I like the creativity of their menu and will continue to visit the location closest to me if I don't feel like cooking and want to stay focused on my goals.

Wanda G.

Yelp
After a day of travel I wanted something light so bought the junior sized portions. Beef had amazing flavors. Couldn't quite figure out all the spices but the combination was really flavorful. Pita chips on side were also really nasty. Perfect way to end the day.

Timothy E.

Yelp
My wife and I enjoyed a take out meal from their location. We went inside to order and pick up as it was our first time there. We were very impressed with the taste and quality of the meals. Excellent work.

Chris B.

Yelp
Great value. No shrinkflation. Could eat there everyday without getting bored Thanks

Gretchen E.

Yelp
One of my favorite go-to restaurants if I don't want to cook. Many many options for my dietary challenged family. Prices are good and the staff is always friendly. The patio is a nice option if you have your pooch with you.

Alan N.

Yelp
Super good food here, sort of build your own plate style. Came here twice during a week long stay, energizing and great tasting food. Check out the menu, there are options for everyone. Service is quick and friendly.

Jonathan R.

Yelp
Lots to really like about Vessel Kitchen. Food is fresh and tasty and lots of vegan/ veggie options. Choose from bowls and salads - you can't go wrong. Service is welcoming and friendly and love the metal cups for water - great touch! So why four stars you might ask? Simple, this place is expensive. No way a salad should cost $18 dollars. Yes, it's listed at $11 but in reality you need to add at least two sides for these to be hearty and satisfying. And, why charge for bread - particularly for a small piece of nan? These are San Francisco prices folks!! Still, let's go back to how we started - food is wonderful just be prepared to spend more than you planned. Enjoy!

Kevin L.

Yelp
Super healthy & delicious at affordable prices! First visit took a minute to figure out how to order but easy enough and a friendly cashier helped.

P H.

Yelp
Poor service to regular locals. I won't be going back. Make sure you check that you have all your items when you order take out. They won't make up for it when you go back to order again.
