I discovered Vị Quê Kitchen about more than two years ago, on an afternoon when I happened to search for nearby restaurants on Google. At that time, I was out for work with a business partner who was visiting Vietnam for the first time, so we needed a place that was quick, good, and well-presented. I didn’t expect that this random choice would become one of my most memorable culinary discoveries.
We were both surprised by the delicate flavors and the beautiful presentation of the dishes. I still vividly remember my first experience with their vegan bánh mì, mì quảng, salad, and spring rolls. My business partner couldn’t believe that vegan food could taste that good.
Since then, I’ve returned to Vị Quê Kitchen many times -especially for their mì quảng, a dish I can confidently say I “fell in love with at first bite.” I’ve also tried many other dishes, particularly those made with nutritious lion’s mane mushroom- a type of mushroom I absolutely love, and I’m sure anyone trying it for the first time will feel the same.
If you’re looking for a vegan restaurant where every dish is prepared with care, high-quality ingredients, no mock meats, no refined sugar, and a refined blend of flavors that truly embodies the spirit of Vietnamese cuisine, then Vị Quê Kitchen is a must-visit when you’re in Ho Chi Minh City.
Good service, good atmosphere-and above all, a vegan dining experience worth remembering.
