This restaurant is located in Circa, and is next to the sports book. The food was excellent, if pricey. Great seats to watch the Sunday football games on the sports book giant screens. The service was really good. The one drawback was the huge amount of racket. If you like game day excitement, you will love Victory Burger.

Google
I'm so glad we discovered this spot! Located inside Circa, it looks like a nightclub from the outside, and you'll need to show ID to enter. You order your food at the front and pick your own comfortable seating. There are several big screens to watch sports, adding to the atmosphere. The best part is you can choose how your burger is cooked—medium, rare, etc.—and mine was cooked to perfection!

Google
Great place to get something good to eat and a very good price! Their shakes are out of this world good!!! I've also had the wings and the chicken strips... would get again. They bring out lots of different sauces and the line moves really quick. Even on a busy night I don't have to wait long. Both times I've been here most my meal was even covered by my comps and I don't gamble lot so check your players card ahead of time! Great view is the huge sports book screens too!!!

Google
Best Burger 🍔 Always a mandatory stop when in Las Vegas! Love that you can exchange all the Burger Patties with grilled chicken or a vegetarian patty. So everyone will find something.

Matthew Holland

Google
Amazing sports bar. Adults only. Surrounded by massive TV's, loud music and great open atmosphere. Not a huge menu but some very unique meals. Mostly burgers and wings. Order at the counter and they give you a table number and bring it to you.

Josh Phillips

Google
The Buffalo Chicken Spring Rolls were delicious! I also recommend the Victory Burger! Cooked to perfection! Can't wait to come back!

Google
Located next to the great sports book in Circa. This location is perfect. You can grab some great food and catch the game, any game. The ordering is easy. The food is fresh to order. The taste is wonderful. The sauces are great! Clean up is quick. The onion rings are made fresh. They are crunchy. Not soggy at all. Nice crisp batter fried to perfection.

Google
From the gentlemen taking our order and the server that came to our table checking on us before our food came, then brought our food there are truly not enough stars for this fabulous experience. They were so kind and our food was excellent. We shared a Mushroom Swiss burger, Tenders and onion rings. The food was excellent Will definitely come back during this trip and probably everytime while in Vegas. I hardly ever give reviews but couldn't let this go. I just wish I had gotten their names!

Eddie W.

Yelp
First off the serving sizes are HUGE so definitely consider splitting with others. Located just off Circa Sports Book there is plenty of ways to enjoy the game you have action on. Burgers are delicious as are The Victory Nachos. Salsa and sour cream served on the side. Fountain drinks and beer also served. Great spot to take a break from the game and grab a bite without missing any of the action! Stop in and try it out! So close to the action you'll feel like you're wearing a headset. Catch the vibe.

Jeff B.

Yelp
Great little what appears to be a quick service restaurant, except it isn't that quick. But that's my only issue. Located on top of the center of the casino action, meaning you can see the sportsbook if you sit in the right area, this is really a higher-end burger joint. With that, it can be loud, so if you're looking for a nice, quiet conversation place, this isn't it. If you're looking for a good beer-drinking time with good food, then you'll love this place! You order at the counter, and then they bring you your food. For some reason, every element of that is slow. Even taking your order seems to take a while. I will admit some of that is probably everyone using their casino comps because that is what we did as well. They also seemed to have trouble finding us, as we had to flag the person who had our food. However, once you get your food, it's delicious. No complaints here at all.

David R.

Yelp
Great burgers! Great Onion Rings! This place is awesome!! So for me when I read a review what I really want to know is if the person writing the review will actually go back and do business at this particular location again. Really that's all that matters right? It's either yes I can't wait to come back or no this place is not for me so what's my answer? The answer is ABSOLUTELY YES!!

Luz P.

Yelp
Too long of a wait for very small and greasy portions. Staff was friendly, and there's a lot of places to sit .

Jake G.

Yelp
Located in Circa - 2nd floor near the sports book, great atmosphere. The ordering process is at the counter then they bring it out to your table. Servers we great. The food was next level bar food. Get the hangover burger, its was sooo good.

Michael G.

Yelp
The portions are HUGE. The seating are is large. The staff was attentive in getting the order out and delivering to your table. But that was it. There were only 3 of us dining on a Wednesdays night at 7pm. One busser just stood in the doorway staring out, waiting, looking for an empty dish... The chicken strips were tasty, but a bit on the dry side. Waffle fries were very good. They do bring you a carrier filled with 6 different sauces to use as well. The signs saying get out by the 60 minute mark were off-putting, but it is right next to the sports book.

Paul P.

Yelp
Victory seems to be cutting corners lately. I was a big fan in prior visits - liked the burgers and the waffle fries. Recently, they've gotten rid of the waffle fries and replaced them with uninspired regular french fries or worse (soggy sweet potato fries). Also the portion size seems smaller than in the past. The salads are still huge but, otherwise, the value is not there. Perhaps this is just a temporary thing but I doubt it. If you liked Victory on prior visits, beware that the menu and quality may have changed.

Yezy M.

Yelp
First time. Love it much!!!! Cleaning area Nice people Tasteful hamburger Big enough for me..and eat it all Easy in and out to order Service was friendly too And access to view some sports

Divina R.

Yelp
Staff super friendly. Fast service. Order and seat yourself. Located 2nd floor, towards left side of the casino. Burgers are all medium well unless you request it to be cooked differently. burgers are chard. Lots of flavor on the toppings, not so much flavor on the burger. Just Ok for me. Burgers do not come with fries. Waffle fries are crunchy. Staff brings out 6 different sauces you can use: ketchup, mustard, honey mustard, BBQ, boom boom sauce, Buffalo. Boom Boom sauce was the best of the 6. Hand pick green salad was massive. Probably serves 3 people. good flavor, not too heavy, not too light. Perfect. Chill ambiance. You can watch the game at any seat.

Catherine D.

Yelp
Had a big hearty lunch at Victory Burger and Wings! Placed our order at counter and got a number. Soda is self service and seating is plenty, they have various tables, regular tables or high tops and bar seats. The seating area overlooks the sports book and you can watch at every angle as there are many TVs and big screens to look at. Took about 10-15 minutes before we got food, granted it was a weekday so not as busy on weekends. Servers were friendly, brought napkins and sauces. Loved the boom boom sauce! Food came out hot and burgers cooked to perfection. It's pricey, but if you want a good burger, nice selection of sauces, and unlimited refill on drinks I found the value to be good against the other options at Circa.

Kristin C.

Yelp
VB & W is located in Circa, probably my favorite Casino for eating and gambling. Got the Caesar salad, and split a burger with mister. The Caesar salad was crazy huge and served in a large sheet pan! It was enough to share with the others in my party. The burger was juicy, each table included a variety of sauces, which I used on my burger. Lots of places to sit, service of fast and friendly. Great place to come for a quick bite.

Alexandra R.

Yelp
I usually don't order burgers at restaurants because they tend to be cooked "well done" even when you specify otherwise, but when at a place called Victory Burger you try the burger. I got the Loco Burger because I figured the creamy blanco cheese would keep it edible if they dried the meat out. I'm happy to say they cooked it to a perfect medium rare! And the burger patty was actually well seasoned! It was hands down the best burger I've had out in ages; definitely a pleasant surprise!

Naz S.

Yelp
Title: Flavorful Delight! Rating: Had the Nashwill chicken wings, and they were a spicy delight! The perfect blend of heat and flavor. The onion rings were crispy and oh-so-good. The variety of dressings made the experience even better. Victory Burger and Wings, you've won my taste buds over! Great ambiance!

Bianca R.

Yelp
The perfect afternoon lunch spot inside the circa!! We got to enjoy delicious burgers, nachos and wings while we watched march madness games! The wings are great!! We opted for the sweet chili wings, Victory burger and victory nachos with ground beef. So good!!

Melinda E.

Yelp
I came here for a quick bite while gambling and spending time with family . The customer service was decent , nothing that stood out besides thru tend to keep this place clean which I can appreciate. The atmosphere is great because you can eat and watch sports & I just ordered a chicken salad which was pretty good & HUGE! It's moderately priced but nothing had a WOW factor . Maybe next time I will try a burger or wings .

Jennifer P.

Yelp
Counter service but delivered to your table. We've had a few meals here and it's always been very good. We thought the wings had too much coating and it was a bit pricey but it's to be expected based on location. They deliver to the sports book in Circa also so that's a bonus. The shakes rock too

Holly T.

Yelp
We were at the circa downtown at the sports book area and saw the place and the food looked good so we decided to grab a bite. Ordered at the counter and they showed us where we could grab a table and wait. Tables were clean and we were able to people watch while waiting for food. Food was cooked to order and the burger was huge! I ordered onion rings which were good but i didn't even need a side and could only eat half my burger. I liked the variety of sauces available and they were on each of the tables.

Ann T.

Yelp
Late night dinners are a must here. Servings are huge. We ordered a ceasar salad, nachos, onion rings and three burgers meals for five people. Prices are very reasonable and the waitstaff are always so friendly!

Stephanie S.

Yelp
I've been here twice and it just gets better. Not a disappointing item on the menu so far. I even went against ordering the same thing like I usually do and I'm so glad I did. My hangover burger was pure deliciousness! Loved having the egg runny. Yes it was messy but licking your fingers is like a bonus! I may have liked the nachos I had the first time slightly more than the victory fries but they were still gone at the end of the meal. The place is always busy but the food comes out timely and hot. Worth it in my book every time. If you're lucky enough to find a seat to watch your favorite game in the sports area even better but there are TVs for you to watch anywhere you sit. Winning!!

Stephanie B.

Yelp
The food is great! This is our second trip back to Victory Burger. It is located in Circa Casino in downtown Las Vegas on Freemont Street. Circa is 21 and over only casino, so no kids or families (sorry). It is a walk up counter with friendly staff taking your order and making you feel welcome. You are looking at spending anywhere from $16-$20 a burger. My group got the Hangover Burger and claimed it's the best burger they've ever had (and they weren't even hungover)! What's special about this place is that they combine angus beef, short rib and brisket meat to make their burgers giving it a rich flavor. I also tried the Vegas Martini Burger and if you are a lover of green olives, I recommend it. I also added the roasted artichokes which really gave it a delightful kick of flavor. We will be back!

Aimee P.

Yelp
Victory Burger & Wings Co. is my favorite fast casual burger spot in Vegas. It is located inside Circa (downtown) and situated next to Circa's sportsbook. Victory Burger serves 1/2 pound burgers (triblend of angus, short rib, and brisket) in different varieties, chicken wings ( classic and boneless), salads, nachos, and the best milkshakes ( uhhh can I say Cap'n Crunch?). After you order from the counter and find a spot to sit, someone will greet you and bring their carrier of sauces and that person will also bring your food out to you and check on you periodically which I appreciate. I usually order the Victory Burger which has bacon, cheddar, and their house sauce with an order of waffle fries. When I'm extra hungry I get a Cap'n Crunch milkshake (they have Cocoa Puff, Cinnamon Toast, and Strawberry Cheesecake flavors too!). I like the casual yet comfortable atmosphere and if you are a sports fan it is a good place to watch some type of game on TV either in the restaurant or overlooking the sportsbook if you sit on one end of the dining room. Next time you're craving burger and/or wings - I definitely recommend that you give Victory a try. Circa is a 21+ establishment so, keep that in mind!

Yvette H.

Yelp
Super good burger off of Fremont. Fast service and good sitting area to relax and enjoy.

Kara M.

Yelp
We have been here a couple times and it's great. We tried the Buffalo chicken spring rolls and they were delicious. I am usually not a big fan of boneless wings but there are great, not too much breading. The garlic parmesan sauce was amazing. The service is also great, super friendly staff. Plus it's next to the sports book TV's so you don't have to miss any of the games while eating.

Crystal P.

Yelp
Didn't have a burger, but loved the fries and my friend said the shake was great too! I'll be back for a burger soon :)

Darla A.

Yelp
Big tender flavorful burgers. Crispy onion rings. Hangover burger is just the thing for an early lunch in Vegas after a late night. Friendly staff and a vibrant decor. I enjoyed it and would send people there. It's in an adults only Casino, so no littles.

Timothy R.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised to see a burger joint in Circa's casino. I was even happier to see that the prices were fairly reasonable (at least for Vegas). My friend and I opted for American Burgers with fries. I'll tell you what--that was one fantastic burger. Juicy beef, fresh lettuce and tomato, crispy fries. Sure, it's in a casino, and it's noisy and lights flash all over, but the burger was excellent, and at the end of the day, the quality of the food is important. And, as a bonus, you can watch games on a giant screen, if that's your thing.

Larry N.

Yelp
I had a Fondue Burger.... Amazing!!!! An order at the counter and find a seat type place... Which works if its not too busy, but can be a pain to get a seat in busy days. It is right by the Sports Books, so fun during game days.

Sandy L.

Yelp
Food is typical. Chicken wings and fries. Portion sizes was greatService was a little slow.Pricey, but is expected when eating out on the Vegas Strip. Apologize no pics to post.

Shie S.

Yelp
Came here because we saw they have Olive Burger known as Vegas Martini burger. Love the taste! Also had their waffle fries and they were seasoned well. The only thing is they don't have unsweetened tea. Overall, great burger, good spot, and friendly staff. Will come back again.

John C.

Yelp
We stopped in one Saturday and the wife and I decided to order the ground beef nachos. They are a must try. Everything was so fresh. Huge portion. We were stuffed. Great location, comfortable seating. We sat overlooking the sports book area with all the screens. The burgers look so good. Next time for sure! Thanks for reading. Enjoy

Dustin E.

Yelp
Very nice burgers here. I enjoyed the American Burger a lot! It was VERY tall, almost hard to eat because it was so thick with all the toppings. The onion rings were delicious. They have fountain drinks and draft beer. Lots of choices here. The burger wasn't really cooked medium as I ordered it, but it was pretty tasty. I probably wouldn't go back, but there are a lot of other places to try at Circa and I'm looking forward to them.

April T.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious burger and fries! Fun atmosphere and a great spot to get bite after walking downtown.

Tyga M.

Yelp
Talk about the best seat for a burger joint in the casino: this was right next to the sports betting with a wall full of large TVs, so not only could you view the game from the many TVs in the restaurant, but also those just outside it. I appreciated the hour limit to seating, as it encourages people to get in and out - after seating and ordering at the counter, it took about 10-15 minutes to get our food. Both of the burgers that we ordered were large, to the point where you had to smash down the burger to even think about fitting it in your mouth. My Loco burger was good - the cheese sauce and big chunk of avocado added significantly to the taste. My husband's Victory burger was also good; the accompanying Victory sauce carried it. The owner is very nice and walks around often checking on customers and answering questions.

Lee F.

Yelp
I had the Fondue Burger. It was just okay. It could have used more fondue on the burger. As far as burgers go in Vegas I don't think it would be in the top five. This is one Yelper's opinion.

Chris A.

Yelp
Victorious!! When I'm in Downtown Las Vegas for an outing (or in this case a toy convention), I satisfy my craving for a burger at Victory Burger & Wings in the Circa! I've been there several times already! This time around I had: -Banks BBQ Burger ($17.45) - gourmet 1/2 pound burger with hand-cut cheddar cheese, thick bacon slices, crispy fried onion rings & topped with the house BBQ sauce. Extra lettuce, tomato, pickles & onion for me too! -Seasoned Sweet Potato Fries ($5.95) Watch a game (or several) on the big screens too since Victory Burger & Wings is right next to the famous Circa Sportsbook! It can take a bit to get your order to your table especially on busy game days, but it's worth the wait! The burgers are excellent, the fries are crisp & hot...and you can buy yourself a cup for endless refilliable Coca-Cola soft drinks! Go ahead, keep topping up that Coke Zero while you gorge yourself on that succulent burger or sandwich LOL! Guilt-Free! Also, if you can fit it into your meal - you can't go wrong with one of their Victory Shakes!! They are sooooooooooooooo temptingly delicious! I am particular to the Cinnamon Toast Crunch one myself. Goes down even sweeter when your favorite team wins! Sure, it's a bit pricey when you add it all together...but come on, live a little! Besides, you probably won your bet wager from the Circa Sportsbook anyway - RIGHT!!? WINNER WINNER BURGER DINNER!!

Jonny G.

Yelp
Stopped into Victory right after a few hours at stadium swim and not having ate yet. Location is perfection on the second floor just above the sportsbook. Plenty of seating both with table tops, tops facing the massive sports book, and more conventional tables with great chairs. You walk up to the primary counter to order and your food us delivered to you. The food fits the theme as it is more bar/sportsbook food at a slightly elevated quality. I went with chicken strips and sweet potao waffle fries, and my friend got a lb of buffalo wings with regular waffle fries. My chicken strips were excellent, nucely breaded and crispy. My friends wings were huge. The chipotle ranch for the tenders was also epic. The meal and two soft drinks were slightly above $50. Perhaps a little pricey, but was quality food and it is Vegas in a nice new hotel. My only slight disappointment were the potatoes. Could have had a bit more seasoning and doneness. Would certainly grab a meal here again if catching games.

Bobby T.

Yelp
My husband and I go to the location quite often we go because it's actually pretty decent They give a nice discount to fires and paramedics, which is absolutely phenomenal because we do save peoples lives and I think that's nice they put us in with Whenever there's a game, the service will suck the game always more important Tables are never clean properly and it's hard to find a clean spot This staff for the most part is extremely nice. The food is very good. I recommend the place but not on game days because the games are more important. This staff is kind of sketchy looking from the kitchen area. They come out at the side door by the soda machine and hang out , and after my food comes out and I see them I think wow that's what just cooked my food with dirty dirty uniforms I think if the management was to crack down just a little bit, it would be by far much better. They're not hurting for business because it's in a casino but however, first impressions definitely are not good Like I said, we like the place, but it needs a little bit of TLC. Keep the cooks in the back and if they come out have nicer uniforms cleaner and make sure they know the focus when there's games and stuff it's busy focus on the customers that are in there, not so much watching the TVs in the games . Besides that it's pretty decent I recommend it, but I have to give it three stars for the simple aspect of seeing the really dirty uniforms when they come out of the side doors and the not paying attention to the customers wonders activities going on this is easily fixable but definitely they don't hurt for business cause they're in a casino so that's kind of my review I like the place I don't have an issue with it except for the small things

Lance H.

Yelp
It's me again rating Victory Burger! The food and service again was excellent. I took also another burger for a waitress across the street because she said she has never had a burger from Victory. She was very impressed with it and said she will go there now to order food. She cut some up for the other waitresses to try and now they all want to go there for the burger. Well, I'll be back again in 2 weeks so you know where to find me! Haha

Bruce C.

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch and Marc was very courteous taking my order. I had the Victory burger and waffle fries. It was delivered quickly and was the best burger I've had in a while. I'm a bacon guy and the bacon on the burger is high quality and delicious! The bigger was large and tasty. Almost too much for me to eat. And that is saying something! The waffle fries were great too. The meal comes with a variety of dipping sauces. Overall a big thumbs up for Victory Burger with great ambiance!

Aiza B.

Yelp
Came here on a whim right after going to the Stadium Swim. It's a great spot, nice and open, fast service, and a quick meal after a full day out in the sun. My guy got the bone-in Buffalo wings- he said they were 5/5, with a good amount of kick. We shared the waffle fries which were surprisingly light, airy, and unbathed in greasy oil- 5/5. I had the chicken tenders which were deliciously crunchy on the outside with tender white meat in the inside- 5/5. After you order, they give you a number and the server comes to drop off your food and a caddy full of sauce. I really only cared for the Buffalo sauce, and didn't try the rest of them (though the Boom sauce looked tempting). I appreciate that they don't charge extra for the sauce, and that there's a variety, so if you order something "naked", you could dress it up yourself! The only drawback is if someone is smoking next to you in the casino, since it's an open area that connects to it. Oh yes, and I don't believe they have a restroom where you can wash your hands, and their hand sanitizer doesn't work, but there is a bathroom in the casino. Otherwise, it's a go to spot when you're done swimming and making that cash at the casino!

Sophia Y.

Yelp
Awesome place to eat and hangout with friends and watch a game. The food is bomb. The service is always friendly and the staff is very helpful. The burger is very good when orders medium rare, the Caesar salad is sooo good, love the salad dressing. And the waffle fries are good with their sauces they have. This time we got the victory fries and it's good but heavy haha.

Jamie P.

Yelp
This has become one of my favorite places to eat lunch on Fremont. It's in the Circa hotel and the hotel always has a fun, upbeat vibe. The restaurant is right next to the massive sport book on the second floor. We ordered the Victory burger to split with seasoned waffle fries. Both portions were large and delicious. They also bring out their sauces made in-house and all of them were good. I'd definitely recommend a stop at victory! Plenty of food for two ppl.

Haylee B.

Yelp
Place is really good! Pricy but also so is every other place in town! Burgers are amazing and the FRIES!

Linda R.

Yelp
The service was great, from the cashier to the food runner. As far as the food goes, the best part of our meal was the onion rings and waffle fries, which was the cheapest item on the menu. They were perfectly seasoned and had the perfect crunch. The burger was good, it didn't give the wow factor for an $18 burger. Now the Wings, They only have 2 options, 1 pound or 4 pounds. $18 for a pound of wings sounds like you would get a lot. But it was 6 small wings that had too much breading. I ordered the Buffalo sauce which was really good. I understand it's Fremont and the casinos over charge you, but I would have at least liked 8 wings. Overall the place was very clean and it was nice that you can watch sports and eat, but I will not be returning.

Lee S.

Yelp
First time here and the food was excellent. Very flavorful and seasoned to perfection. The portions were adequate and priced accordingly. The wings were larger than most restaurants and tasted great. The myriad of wing sauces provided different opinions. The employees were friendly, personable and took a genuine interest in customer service. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Jessica ..

Yelp
Came in here to watch the Golden Knights play their game. We were able to find a table in the back to sit. Loved that they had a ton of TVs to watch the game. Perfect hangout spot on Fremont. The hangover burger was perfectly messy and with the added sauces it helped give the burger lots of flavor. My favorite item would definitely have to be the waffle fries. Crisped to perfection and very juicy.

Rich P.

Yelp
There are a lot burger options in Las Vegas but this one is my favorite. Fondue burger is wonderful, as are the shakes. Service prompt and its a fun place to take guests.

Mecca F.

Yelp
This place was located in Circa hotel and casino on the second floor. We was with a party of 10 so much food was ordered and the group was impressed with the burgers but not so sold on the chicken. The sundaes are perfectly made. I ordered the sweet chili wings, I was not a fan of the wings.. they tasted old not fresh with sauce that was good until you got to the meat inside. The Victory burger was made ti perfection. Real bacon cooked crispy with the sauce.

April J.

Yelp
Average food if in the old vegas area. I ordered the loco burger with a turkey patty. I was wanting the blackened corn that came with the burger but the sauce overpowered the entire burger. The pattie needed a lot more seasoning which it was severely lacking and was also too messy to handle since the sauce drowned it. The strawberry cheesecake shake made up for the half eaten burger.
