"Vietvana opened in Avondale Estates in 2019 and quickly became a neighborhood favorite. Noodles are made fresh daily here, with pho broth cooking by 3 a.m. In addition to pho and bánh mì, Vietvana offers appetizers, such as pork and shrimp spring rolls and Hue-style beef and pork meatballs in a sweet tomato garlic sauce, salads, like the fiery papaya salad, a selection of bún (rice vermicelli noodles,) and cơm (rice) dishes, including fried rice and broken rice. Vietvana also has a location at Ponce City Market." - Eater Staff

"Vietvana Pho Noodle House, previously name Khanh Vietnamese Kitchen, opens Friday, August 16, in the former Our Way Cafe space in Avondale Estates. The new name “reflects the idea of Vietnamese food meeting nirvana,” according to the press release. Vietvana is owned by Dinh Tran and Khanh Dang, who also own Khanh Vietnamese Pho and Sandwich in the north metro Atlanta city of Duluth. The restaurant features murals of Vietnam throughout the dining room, a large test kitchen, and an outdoor patio. Tran and Dang say they have spent months working to perfect their pho noodle and banh mi bread recipes as well as courting local farmers for ingredients to use in the dishes for Vietvana. “We know exactly where all of our ingredients come from,” Tran says, “...including the beef and chicken that goes into our phở broth.” Noodles are made fresh daily at the restaurant, as opposed to being bought prepackaged and in bulk quantities. Pho is prepared as it’s done in Vietnam, with broth cooking by 3 a.m. The couple have also worked with a local French bakery to develop Vietvana’s own banh mi baguette batter for sandwiches on the menu. Both Tran and Dang were born in Vietnam and hope to provide food at Vietvana reminiscent of their childhood cities: Hue and Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City). Tran’s mother, Tina Nguyen, assists in the kitchen and creates dishes based on family recipes. In addition to pho and banh mi, Vietvana offers appetizers such as pork and shrimp spring rolls and Hue-style beef and pork meatballs in a sweet tomato garlic sauce, salads like the fiery papaya salad, a selection of bún (rice vermicelli noodles), and cơm (rice) dishes, including fried rice and broken rice. “Atlanta has many great Vietnamese restaurants. For us, VIỆTVANA represents the food and flavors that we remember and crave from our childhood homes and that we want Atlantans to try,” explains Tran. “We love Vietnam, and we love Atlanta, and we think this restaurant combines our love of both.”" - Beth McKibben

The best Vietnamese experience I’ve had in a while. The Vietvana Sandwich with the paté was so good and a great new culinary experience for me. The bread was fresh and had a great texture to it. The pickled carrots and radish were delicious. The jalapeños were spicy. The veggies were fresh and the mayo was delicious. This is the first time also trying Grilled Shrimp Bahn Mi, as it’s not something you find on any menus around Atlanta. It was also very delicious. Some of the best Bahn Mis I’ve had. The Special Combination Beef Pho broth was so beefy and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. We got the Sai Gon Spicy Calamari which was actually the squid head cut into strips! I’ve never experienced calamari like that but you can bet it’s real squid. The breading on the calamari is soft instead of crunchy which is also a different take on what someone would expect. I’ve been living in Buford Hwy for many years and have visited all of the Vietnamese restaurants but Vietvana has really impressed me.

I wish I could give this place 5 stars but unfortunately the Pho broth was lacking some serious flavor and it really didn't taste like Pho broth at all. But before I get into that let me just say that I had a very pleasant experience. The restaurant is a nice size and it's clean. Everyone that I encountered who worked there were very friendly and attentive. I ordered a chicken spring roll and their specialty beef combination Pho. The spring roll was delicious, and the peanut sauce it came with was AMAZING! Very yummy. The Pho was decent. However the broth didn't look or taste like any Pho broth I ever had. It was grey and cloudy instead of being a clean clear broth that I'm use to. It was very fatty, porky flavor but super bland at the same time. On a positive note, the noodles were cooked perfect and the meat was well prepared. But the broth is like 70% of the Pho experience. It has to be good! I would definitely come back to try other things on the menu.

For dinner, I came in around 6:30PM and ordered the Vegetarian Fried Rice. This item contains nuts and gluten-free. It was cooked to perfection but, could have been a little more seasoned. The soy sauce added some more flavor. The tomatoes, cucumber, and lettuce were refreshing to have throughout the dish. Overall 4/5

Google
Wow! I’ve never had Pho before but wow so flavorful and great portion. The shrimp spring roll and calamari was on point. Really good.

We enjoyed our meals at the Vietvana Pho Noodle House. The service was fast and friendly. Our meal was made to order and arrived to our table quickly. There is plenty of parking near by. They have a lot of seating available inside and also a few tables outside.

Google
good food, and everyone who was working was kind! truly great service. i also enjoy how much natural light this place has. they also have really reasonably priced boba on the menu. i enjoyed my oolong milk tea with lychee jelly a lot. i look forward to coming back!

Google
The worst food in the world, they served us very poorly, they made us wait up to an hour to get the orden , Three different people served us and they never understood. Apart from that, it already tasted very very bad and they didn't come out charging us in the end and the total we only ordered four dishes almost didn't come out. For $100 which I don't think is unfair for having kicked us out to spend a long time waiting for that It is understandable that one is very busy when it is very full but in this case they were empty and it took this long, it is unfortunately disastrous.

If you want, your food made right and better service, don’t order to go. I’ve been eating Vietnamese food for 10 years now and I really love it and I pretty much order the same couple items I got special combination which usually comes a certain way but when I got it to go, they slightly messed up my order leaving out a few things. The manager gave me a store credit but kept asking. What can I do for you, as a restaurant you should know what to do for a customer when you mess up their order. Nonetheless, I’ll just go to the more traditional Vietnamese restaurants next time for takeout. The first photo is my order. The second photo is my order when I sat at the restaurant same thing.

Yelp
my dad's favorite vietnamese place! he doesn't have a car and purposefully goes out of his way to come here for the bhan mi's. we went for lunch today and i wish i got a photo, but i got the roasted pork bahn mi and it was great! i don't like mayo and it still wasn't too dry without it. good portion size for $9 spring rolls were also good and had pork plus shrimp. the peanut sauce was smooth and sweet. the sweet tea was very sweet which isn't my thing, i probably wouldn't get it again. they had a full bubble tea menu i'd love to try next time

Yelp
I wish that I could give this place zero stars. I am not sure what planet this restaurant thinks they occupy, but it is clearly one out of joint from normal time and space-- and not in a good way. It took 25 minutes for our take out order of two sandwiches. Certainly, sometimes a wait is worthwhile and there are valid reasons. But not in the context of nearly an empty restaurant with what looks like a fully staffed kitchen. I understand that there might be online orders ahead, but why be so negligent to the customers who are waiting in-person in the restaurant. When asked to check the status of the order, staff acted as if it was an encroachment on them-- even though the hostess was just on her phone. I concur with many of the reviews left already: service is very indifferent to their customers. Lastly, the sandwiches are bone dry. Whatever protein you order will come minimally. Needs way more seasoning. Or put another way, there was no seasoning. Don't come here if you love Vietnamese Bahn-mi. It will gut you.

Karisa P.

Yelp
I called in an order with only three items at 5:20 and the guy said it would be 20 min. Got there 25 min later and he said to wait 15 more min bc they were busy. No problem. Waited 20 and still nothing and tried to ask the guy again. Not very many other customers so wondering if they were maybe short staffed. Tried giving the benefit and went for a walk. At this point I walk back after it's been over an hour and 20 waiting for this order and the guy tried to get me to pay but I told him I'm not paying til I know the food was ready..to which he said it's super busy so it's not ready yet and he can't tell me how long it would be. Why tell a customer to come pick up in 20 when you want them to wait over an hour and 30 to still nothing even receive good. Poor customer service.

Yelp
4.6/5 Absolutely enjoyed this place. This was my first time here, we came on a Sunday night so it wasn't crowded at all. Service: Our waiter was quick to greet us and get us started with some water. Throughout the night, both the host and our waiter came to our table to check on us. I really appreciated the attentiveness and the patience when order. Food: We had the shrimp spring rolls as an appetizer. It came with four pieces and a peanut sauce; I am not too fond of peanut sauces but I was still able to enjoy the rolls. For my entree, I had the build your own pho w/ chicken broth, white meat chicken, and veggies. My friend had the spicy beef broth, with brisket and veggies. The toppings included some Thai basil leaves, bean sprouts, sriracha, and hoisin sauce. I loved the flavor of the pho, and the toppings made it even better! Ambiance/Parking: Very spacious inside and clean. There is always someone cleaning up right after a table leaves. The parking lot is nicely sized, since the restaurant sits in a plaza. Overall: I have been back since my first visit (i will add an updated review) and I will continue to come back.

Yelp
While being on a kick for delicious Vietnamese food, this place is closer to us and one that we have visited often for pho. I like how I can understand what's in the broths for the pho. They offer lots of options, but if you want something besides pho, they have it. The other nice thing is that you can get it delivered. while that's not how I recommend it, sometimes, you just don't feel like sitting in a restaurant. It is kid friendly too and a great place to introduce kids to different foods.

Colditz K.

Yelp
First, service was terrible. I had flashbacks to the Keith Lee comments of service in Atlanta the entire time here. Despite having seemignly 5 wait staff, only a single waitress went to talk to tables, and she was in no rush at all. For the food itself, there was "fresh made pho noodles" advertised but I can tell you without a doubt it wasn't fresh made noodles. The broth was mostly from a mix but it was fortified a little bit so they get a small pass on that.

Cindy L.

Yelp
We ordered RICE CAKES, MEATBALLS IN TOMATO SAUCE, SPECIAL VERMICELLI & VIÊTVANA SANDWICH. Everything was great! The rice cakes were yummy, especially with the sauce. The meatballs were delicious! The VietVana sandwich was excellent! We will definitely come back.

Julie R.

Yelp
I got the steak pho and the shrimp spring rolls delivered, and both were delicious. The steak pho was a big enough portion that I was able to split it into two meals. The meat and vegetables tasted fresh, and the garnishes included added a lot of flavor. I appreciate that they have gluten free options.

Renee P.

Yelp
Came in with a group to grab some food on a rainy Saturday and they were able to brighten my day. The service was great. My server was attentive and very great at explaining everything. My friend had the chicken pho and I had the chicken fried rice. It was delicious and from the few nipples I had of the pho that was good as well. I would definitely return.

Lukas A.

Yelp
My mom and I love this place, food is normally fresh and fantastic! Had dinner tonight and the service was horrible. Empty plates on the table forever, no one greeted us, sat at a dirty table. And the food was subpar as well. Hopefully this was a one time thing!

Briana L.

Yelp
This place is really cute hipster vibe for a Vietnamese restaurant. It's clean and service was great. We were seated quickly and our waitress was friendly and on point. We never once had to ask to refill our waters. Appreciated that. We ordered the fried egg rolls (came in two), a lemon grass chicken banh mi and 2 pho ga. So this place didn't have the best pho. But it was reasonably priced and the food was tasty, plus customer service was just great. My husband is not a fan of banh mis but loved Vietvana's and honestly it was delicious. Toasted to perfection, the chicken even tasted grilled. The overall combination of the banh mi was savory. It is on the smaller side than those you find in Buford Highway but pricing is appropriate for the the fish. Plus they got a two thumbs up from my husband which is a rare win. Yes, we do plan on coming back and trying other dishes.

Jasmine T.

Yelp
I ended up here because they were open the latest of all of the pho places. Most definitely a WIN! Top 3 Best phos I've had and I really think it's number 1. We arrived 45 mins before closing. The location is spacious and easy to find. There was plenty of seating. The service was subpar. The service was slow despite only having 3 tables sat. In part, they were cleaning and closing the registers. They were also sitting around just waiting to get off. I had to ask for a pho plate to dress my soup, which took me 5 mins to get their attention to order. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that it was a long day and they were ready to leave since I did arrive 45 mins before closing. Now, let's talk food. Vegetarian Broth w/ Shrimp and Vegetables Ramen - simply amazing. The broth was like and flavorful. I could've done without the shrimp. They were well cooked. I just loved the broth, noodles, and veggies enough to not need the shrimp too. I usually can't finish my pho. I picked up the bowl and drank every drop of my broth. It was THAT good! Broken Rice w/ shrimp - *drools* this was such a simple plate and SO delicious. The rice was perfectly cooked. I loved the flavor on the sauce and it was the right amount for my rice. The shrimp had the PERFECT char and flavor. I'd order this every day. Beef broth w/ well done flank - I don't eat meat but my friend said they really enjoyed it

Ben R.

Yelp
I don't typically leave negative reviews, but after tonight's experience, I feel compelled to share. My whole family of five ate here, and even the kids noticed how rude and incompetent the servers were. Let me start with the positive--the food is good! The flavors are solid. It's not quite on par with Buford Highway staples like Pho Bac, Nam Phuong, or Pho Da Loi 2, but it's a decent option if you're looking for something closer to Decatur. Now for the bad--the service. Since early on, this place has had the worst staff, and unfortunately, that hasn't changed. The servers tonight were unfriendly, inattentive, and lacked even basic manners. We even had to ask for Sriracha, at a Vietnamese restaurant, which felt odd. The server actually put his finger up to shush me, saying "hold on" when I asked for the sauces after the pho had already been delivered. Then he did the same thing when my wife went to pay, since they never brought us the check. In the end we had to ask someone for silverware, napkins, salad for the pho, sauces, and then the check... It's clear that the kitchen staff knows what they're doing, but the front-of-house team is a disaster.

Rose M.

Yelp
Would definitely agree with some of the comments about the wait staff being inconsistent, but there is always a friendly woman at the front of the house who has been there for awhile. She's pretty great. I go to this restaurant at least once a week with my 7 year old son. The staff has always been super kind, and welcoming of kid guests. The best part of this place, is the food is tasty and consistent. Ingredients are always fresh. Also fairly priced. Would recommend.

Chanell S.

Yelp
Great location. Ample parking as it's in a shopping center. Cute ambiance. Perfect for a date night or hang out with friends. Service was amazing. Staff was both friendly and attentive. Food was awesome. I ordered the shrimp fried rice. MORE flavorful than I anticipated. DEFINITELY highly recommend!

Kristin L.

Yelp
Really good banh mi and rice vermicelli. A nice atmosphere with friendly servers who seemed to work well as a team.

David A.

Yelp
Just left the restaurant and all I can say was that it was a MEH experience. Definitely better Vietnamese food on Buford Hwy. The food was mediocre at best and the service was very lack luster. There were about 7 people working and NO ONE checked on us while we were eating. We were right next to the registers too. Had to ask for To-Go containers and never got a refill on my water. Won't be going back.

Greg K.

Yelp
Really nice Vietnamese place in Avondale. We have eaten here twice now. Nice Pho, good sandwiches. Good prices, nice portion size. A bit on the exotic side, but if you are in the mood for something new give it a try. I have eaten here twice now, and got the Pho both times. The first time I got the "Stir Fried Steak Pho" at $17.94. It was excellent. The second time I tried a "Build your own Pho" for 16.74 and did it with steak and jalapenos. The first choice was much better with a richer broth. They really do have an extensive menu with lots of things left to try. My dining partner went with a Vegan option, the Tofu and Veggie Claypot and it very impressive. They really put a lot of effort into preparation and seasoning.

Christina S.

Yelp
Had a terrible first (and last) experience here. We walked in and almost walked right out- there was barely any AC and it was so hot I actually started sweating. Also it stunk like rotted meat and the floor was covered in grease- like to the point I had to hold the wall to walk to the bathroom so I didn't slip. I want to also note that when I went to the bathroom to wash my hands the toilet was covered in poop on the inside like it had not been cleaned in a very long time, so disgusting.  My husband still wanted to stay for some reason so we ordered a Bahn MI and shrimp spring rolls.  The sandwich was cold and the spring rolls were room temperature (should have been ice cold, that is a clear health hazard). The rolls also looked like they were made a week ago, the rice paper was dry and pulling away from the shrimp which only happens when it's not fresh. See my pic. The waiter didn't come back to the table to check on us for like 20 mins and when one of them did, I finally sent back the rolls. I got no apology or offer for something else. The staff is just standing around and not personable.

S B.

Yelp
The food was delicious and the service was prompt and friendly. A lot of vegetarian options!

Stephanie P.

Yelp
Definitely was not disappointed. The pho broth was flavorful and I loved that they had a spicy broth option. It was my first time having steak pho and it will definitely be my new go to. The portion size was huge and very filling. The staff were super attentive and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I recommend this place for lunch and a catching up with friends.

Mercedes R.

Yelp
Cute street art modern look. We have become take out regulars and they consistently get our order correct and it is always fresh. We typically get vermicelli and pho. For a neo traditional Vietnamese restaurant it covers all the basis of making it feel and taste authentically inspired.

Bri W.

Yelp
So hungry that I didn't even snap food photos! Food: Amazing. Come here with an empty belly! This food will make you want to go home and take a nap. Delicious, but not uncomfortably stuffing. Staff: They we're all very genuinely pleasant. I felt like everyone had the freedom to be themselves, so their morale seemed high. That's important to me when someone is creating my drinks & food. Couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. Our waiter was a young pretty brown-skinned girl with blue hair. She was a doll. Would I recommend? Yes. Will I be back? I always eat here (usually on DoorDash)

Janice S.

Yelp
A little pricey but the food is fantastic! I usually order takeout but great service too. Their boba drinks also.

Mary Ann F.

Yelp
I've been coming here for about a year and the service has been fine. I went today for lunch and ordered an oolong milk tea and the grilled pork chop. After about 7 tables who came in after me were served I asked a passing server where my order was, as my server had never come by to check in. Evidently the second server didn't relay my question to anyone. After another 5 minutes I went to the counter and asked my server if my order had been forgotten. Someone in the kitchen said it was being prepared. The manager came by my table and asked what beverage I'd ordered. I told him and it arrived a few moments later. When my pork chop arrived it was fine ... nothing special. The first server dropped it off (from her demeanor I suspect eye contact is not included in the price). I had to ask her to bring a knife and fork. I didn't see her the rest of my time at the restaurant. The manager came by and asked if everything was ok. I told him the service was not good. He said he comped the oolong tea, since that was the restaurant's fault. I asked why the entree had taken so long. He said it was because it took that long for the pork to be cooked. I think not. The chop was approximately 1/8" thick. In all fairness he did reduce the check 20% but I truly didn't expect the wait for my order to be 30+ minutes and my server to be borderline resentful. There are too many good Vietnamese restaurants in Atlanta to be ok with this kind of treatment.

Kim W.

Yelp
Food and service were both great; we was greeted at our table as soon as we were seated; clean restaurant and restroom; we ordered Pho and Spring Rolls and we enjoyed our meal in this pleasant atmosphere

Bill M.

Yelp
Not bad but not Vietnamese. Non Asian staff, iceberg lettuce in the bun salad, no mint, no basil, server thinks the sad excuse for nuoc mam is soy sauce. No condiments on the table to remedy the bland peanut sauce for the spring rolls or to spice the bun salad, which they can't pronounce anyway.

Jamila C.

Yelp
I don't know who's in the back cooking the lemongrass tofu, but it is absolutely DELICIOUS!!! The vegetable fried rice (minus the egg) is yummy as well... the side salad and pickled vegetables are always fresh and abundant, and I thoroughly enjoy my meals. There used to be a Vietvana on Spring Street, but is now in Viet Bistro... And let me tell you, it is not the same thing, so don't be confused!

Parnika B.

Yelp
We love the vegetarian pho. It is a wholesome warm meal- a must for winters! The quantity is great as well. Definitely recommend!

Thaila V.

Yelp
Came in twice so far because it was fairly close to my place of work, and I was craving Vietnamese food. The first time I ordered spring rolls and Bun Bo Hue. Less than mediocre. Where's the pork blood cubes and the wet shrimp paste? Those are some of the staples that goes into that soup. Bun Bo Hue is either a hit or miss in all restaurants, This was a definite miss! Spring rolls were ok, but it's the closest I'll get to in this area since I have only an hr for my break. I may or may not give this place another shot!

Hailey C.

Yelp
Vietvana is the best and their Avondale location is special. I'm obsessed with their Vietnamese Coffee and Thai Tea. Spring rolls are a must. They are so fresh and refreshing especially in the summer time. They offer make your own spring rolls at this location which I highly recommend! It's super fun and makes you appreciate the kitchen's skills when rolling the spring rolls. Not as easy as it seems!

Michelle M.

Yelp
The food is delicious! The service is not so great. I would probably recommend just getting to go or pickup. Don't bother with eating in.

Jerame A.

Yelp
I like this place and the food is good but the service could be better. Maybe they are short staffed but even so it would be nice to be greeted instead of consistently overlooked by staff. If their cuter service improves it would be top tier. But the food is delicious, can never take that away from them.

Gen L.

Yelp
Pretty good pho for the area- not great, not bad. I had the beef pho with steak. The broth was hot, but was a little sweet. Heavy on the anise. I really liked the fried wings. Another review noted that the wings have a heavy taste of fish sauce. This is true, but I didn't mind it. Overall, if you're looking for a Vietnamese restaurant in the area, this spot is with a stop.

Marie N.

Yelp
Their pho is delicious! A bit on the pricier side but they always deliver fresh ingredients. Highly recommend to anyone new to eating Pho.

Shaniece W.

Yelp
The broth here is just not that rich and flavorful. I'd go back out of desperation but nothing just stood out in a sea of pho restaurants (well except the uniformity)

Danielle S R.

Yelp
I don't know what happened to this place. It used to be one of my go-to take out places. It has taken a deep dive to my never-again list. The last couple of times I ordered dishes that I had devoured in the past , but found them not as good. Today I ordered egg drop soup with chicken and crisp deep-fried egg noodles mi xao gion. I was super hungry, but could barely eat either one. Yuck. Not ordering from here again.

Rebecca W.

Yelp
Updating to give a hesitant 4 stars. I've been back a couple times and I feel more informed to be able to give a better review. Their Vietnamese wings are a must-order. They are delicious!! The fish sauce is very tasty and the wings are of a decent size, not the mini wings you get at some places. I definitely recommend them. The pho I have ordered a few times has been just okay. The broth is never piping hot, just a regular very warm/a little hot. It should be coming out steaming. The flavor of the broth is just okay. I always sip some before adding hoisin and sriracha and sometimes I feel like it could be a richer broth than it is. The meat portions in the pho are less than those at other restaurants. The serving size of the soup is good, but the meat to noodles ratio is very noticeable. As for the noodles, well actually that is pretty much what keeps me coming back to Vietvana. I love the noodles. I just wish sometimes they paid better attention to them because several times my noodles have been totally clumped together because they didn't have enough room while boiling. But their noodles are very thick and they're the best part of the pho. They have a couple of other dishes such as bún and rice, and they're also decent. The filet mignon shaken beef is tasty. Their banh mi are okay, not my favorite. Overall I still recommend Vietvana on this side of town in general but to me it is not mind blowing.

Christie K.

Yelp
I'm disappointed to report a pretty bad experience with the Avondale location of Vietvana (note: ordered via Uber Eats). I had good experiences with their midtown location in the past, which is apparently temporarily closed. We ordered a build your own pho - which was missing one meat - okay on flavor but not the best. More importantly - the lemongrass chicken in my vermicelli bowl was very undercooked. Note that these are small, cut pieces of chicken, so they would cook quite quickly in most circumstances. It was on the later side on a Saturday, and my feeling is perhaps they were rushing the orders through before closing. We live in town, so it was a good 30 minutes of raw chicken travel time before I bit into my food. Needless to say - I did not eat the rest. The bowl as a whole was also not well packaged, proportions of sauce, noodles, etc felt off even before the chicken issue was noticed. (I did report the food safety issue to Uber Eats but only got a portion of the cost of the vermicelli bowl refunded, if you're curious...). Hopefully, they have a better dine-in experience, but this was really disappointing!

Tonio M.

Yelp
Probably the best Pho in the area. I like the build your own and usually double the meat. Fresh basil and other sides that go with it.

Kellie B.

Yelp
Service was poor. Young lady was indifferent and ignorant of the menu. Said she had only been working there for two weeks. Well ma'am you need to learn the menu. And the pho was just not good. The beef broth was sweet which was weird. Meats weren't sliced well so it was difficult to eat. Wings were good. If you really know pho this place will disappoint you.

Charles S.

Yelp
We've now been to Vietvana twice and will definitely return when we are in the neighborhood. Our last visit for lunch on a Sunday was lovely. Light as streaming in. The staff was helpful. Butt most importantly the pho was great. Lots of options. Easy price. Very tasty. The restaurant seemed to be short -staffed as are so many restaurants pst-covid. It sure seems like pho shouldn't take that long to make since the broth is on the stove. I was surprised that Vietvana did not have hot tea on what was a very cold day. You'd think that tea would be a staple in any restaurant. Vietvana is the perfect example of four stars: I'd eat there if I were in Avondale, but I wouldn't make a special trip just to eat there.

Yelp
Amazing! They even added the fried shrimp egg rolls with the chili sauce that I thought about ordering but didn't and it was amazing! Pho is always my go to when I'm sick! I'll definitely be back! I got the spicy chicken broth with chicken (they even threw in some shrimp!) AMAZING!

Yelp
Its spacious enough for social distancing in here. Very bright airy with an open kitchen view. The server was very helpful. We were seated and told how to view the menu by using our phone camera. I enjoyed the firecracker shrimp as my appetizer. My pho of choice was the shrimp in a chicken broth with added chicken. The flavor was fresh and light. I added chili sauce for a kick along with jalapenos. They have changed their noodles to a thicker noodle. I prefer the thin noodle. You must asked ahead of ordering because the pho will come out with the thicker noodles. I came here with my eating buddy, she loves pho! I didn't know of this location. I only knew about the one near the college downtown. I must come back to try a few more items. After looking over the yelp pictures I feel I cheated myself this visit there was so much more to try. There will definitely be a next time.

Yelp
The waiter keep coughing in his hand and shirt When I said something to him fatter constantly doing it a serving other costumers , laughed. When I brought it to the young female manager attention, and told her if it was not corrected I was going to call the health department, she said call them. The place was very carefree about the situation

Yelp
Yummy pho! Quite authentic Vietnamese food, great quality, and fresh. Also wonderful Vietnamese coffee! High energy friendly environment and efficient take out. Also ability to dine in in a well lit open environment for a casual occasion. Highly recommend.
