"Nationwide pizzeria chain Villa — with a Times Square location — has a new slice special inspired by the dumpster fire that was Fyre Festival. For the low, low price of $25, suckers can get a single slice of pizza topped with two unmelted slices of packaged cheese product, plus a small salad." - Stefanie Tuder

Google
I randomly came across this place and ordered a Margarita Pizza slice. It was amazing for sure. The service was great and quick. Pizza was super fresh and juicy. Will surely recommend this place.

Google
Great location, good selection, great crust pizza, but it was cold by the time I got to the table. Bathroom was lacking toilet paper (like many places) and it really could be cleaner. Overall nice staff and good place for a quick stop.

Google
I had pizza and chicken soup. It was so GOOD. The people were friendly and even let me sample the soup before purchase. The pizza slice was big and they did really well in making sure I got plenty of noodles and chicken in my cup, it nearly overflowed. Same with the side of mac and cheese. Comfortable environment.

So, we went to this breakfast place near the metro station, Turns out, it wasn't worth the money we spent at all. And to make matters worse, the taste wasn't great either. Ugh, what a disappointment! But hey, now we know to try other breakfast spots in the area. There's always something better out there! 🍳

Google
Nice place for a late night snack, right across the street from the Hilton. Very convenient and friendly staff. Went in at 12:30 AM and they were giving me half price on the pizza I ordered, which was fantastic given the prices that are typical for food or anything else in New York. Good place to visit for some late-night pizza!!

Google
Tourist trap. I came to see a movie after work and i wanted to go eat a quick bite before the movie. This place has all the markings of a tourist trap, but my stomach betrayed me. I paid 6.50 for the one slice pictured. It looked very good. It was not good. I was suckered. I knew better, and i fell for it. Probably my lowest moment as a new yorker.

Google
Food is blend, I order 2 hashbrowns with bacon fries an a slice of pepperoni pizza. The pizza was ok the fries were crispy. The bacon tastes weird an was way too crispy. The hashbrowns tasted like nothing. I'm not into syrup or ketchup but food was missing something . I brought wedges an honestly they should fire everyone in the kitchen. How you make under cook wedge . Rushing the process of making sure your product is crispy on the outside and COOKED. ALSO THE BLACK PART ON POTATO ARE NOT A GOOD LOOK . I just wanted something quick for breakfast, now I have to eat $20 of a worthless breakfast.

Google
The pizza there is good with lots of ooze in every bite. I wish to have some fro yo there because they look so good. Plus the seating is warm for someone to dine. Highly go there.

Yelp
Disappointing. Wanted some authentic NY style pizza, but sadly, Villa Pizza fell short. Very uninspiring. We only stopped because we were starving on our trek from Penn Station to the U.S.S. Intrepid. Prices are outrageous also -- a slice of mushroom and a bottle of water set me back over 10 bucks.

Yelp
The food in this place looks better then it taste. Don't come here unless you're ready to throw money away just like the food

Lisa M.

Yelp
Nastiest pizza I've ever had in my life. Stopped for a quick bite and immediately regret it. Waste of money. Don't bother. Pricey and nasty.

Ella C.

Yelp
this place was great to eat at, with a chill environment. great pizza. great service :)

Yelp
I've tasted better pizza, I only came in to grab a quick bite and I wasn't thrilled on this pizza. It was heavy on the dough. I wonder put this in the family of New York Pizza. Don't come for me just my own opinion. Given that it's in Times Square expect long lines. They do have a solid system that makes traffic move fairly quickly which is something I appreciated.

Yelp
Villa Pizza has been around since 1964. This location was inside another food hall. Got excited to eat some pizza. Too bad the quality of the pizza was not that good. Tasted like cardboard. And they had tons of pizza out for a while. Not very crowded either. The pizza is overpriced too. So not worth it. The Mac and cheese tasted gross. Chunky and artificially-like. Sad to see this was considered a favorite side dish. Overall, I wouldn't recommend eating here. AS ALWAYS, NOM FOR LIFE!

Kuleen L.

Yelp
Disgusting garbage pizza. Didn't even finish. Throwing it in the trash. The most lousy pizza I have ever had. Frozen pizza tastes better. People who founded this brand are a disgrace to all pizza. Overpriced to the max!!

Yelp
This will be a quick review. I missed my 4PM bus, and had a 90 minute wait. I wanted to charge my phone, but hunger set in. As I approached the counter, the older gentleman with an attitude says "what do you need" I asked him to hold on so I could decide, a minute later he says "slice four dollars"Why can't he just let me decide in peace!? Onto the pizza, it was horrible and equivalent to cafeteria in grade school pizza, but here it will set you back $4 bucks. The ambiance, is bunch of people who didn't even purchase anything; they were charging their phones, using the Internet cafe, or people getting drunk. Yea, a group of five people across from me were downing a fifth of vodka without much discretion at 4 in the afternoon! In sum, if you're hungry, just wait, and stay the hell away from here.

Erwin C.

Yelp
Was waiting to watch a movie at AMC across the street and needed a quick bite. Ordered two regular slices and a pepperoni roll, me and my girlfriend ended up getting sick from the food here. Highly suggest other pizza spots around the area.

Kate J.

Yelp
Everything look sooooo good! Made with love! My daughter loved their pasta. I had sausage in dough, pizza still waiting for us in the box, but looks soooo good. Thank you!

David K.

Yelp
The pizzeria here serves up yummy thin and thick crust pizza cafeteria style by the slice. We had both cheese and meat pizza slices along with a macaroni pizza! The food was delicious but what was even more special was the caring staff. My family had boarded and left the restaurant on a sightseeing bus when my eldest teen daughter discovered she had left her purse. We had fears it was lost forever but ran the six blocks from the next stop back to the pizzeria. There my daughter was greeted by the manager with the purse which had her phone with all the special pictures of her first trip to New York. She broke down in tears in gratitude and was consoled by the manager who was so gracious and kind. The scene was observed by many and her teats of Joy were matched by other patrons. Truly we will return to this establishment whenever we visit New York as it definitely epitomizes the spirit of New Yorkers

Yelp
Honestly, I didn't think this place was all THAT bad that it has received so many harsh reviews. But there were a few things that my beau and I pointed out while we were eating a vegetable slice of pizza, a hot dog (which I succombed to), and a pasta salad: 1) NO ONE WORE HAIR NETS!!! Ughhh!! That's a violation for SURE! 2) Everything was handed with BARE hands at this place. I pray they washed their hands :x 3) Only one co-ed bathroom on the first floor (additional seating downstairs) and it was an absolute disgrace! It made peeing on a hydrant look like sh!tting on a golden throne The food was standard and I think that's important if you're on the go. Not exactly a place I'd take that "almost steady" bf/gf, you know?

Chris K.

Yelp
if its late and your worn out, This place will fit the need. A little on the expensive side for just bottle water and a couple slices of pizza. It sad that this was my first NY Pizza, will try higher Yelp rates restaurants for pizza today. But it did the trick.

Eric C.

Yelp
Worst food and service ever. There were barely a customer here when I walked in. No one behind the stand knows how to take an order or even check out. And the food? I stopped eating after the first few bites because I could taste this cheesesteak was grilled on a grill that has so much grease on them and it looked like a trash.

Riley P.

Yelp
Legit the worst place in NYC probably in the whole states. They couldn't take my order since they didn't know how to do a sandwich that was on the menu. I went for a wrap and another sandwich and oh boy was that a mistake. The cold wrap tasted like it was going bad and I can't even describe what the sub tasted like.. I ate it with some hotsauce since I was hungry as hell. Rest of the night I tried keeping it in my stomach and not puke it out. Avoid at any cost!

Justinn J.

Yelp
Service was bad, took forever to get their foods done. Next thing you know, they charge you gold for a bottle of water

Dahlia Y.

Yelp
You get all hyped about eating NYC pizza and then you eat here and bursts your bubble! It was pretty late 2:am to be exact and I understand they are probably not cooking fresh out of the oven pizzas but I think the promptness of service can be better specially when your group of 5 is the only one in line. I had a Stromboli which I totally love from other places. This one was good but no yummy tomato sauce over it, I had to ask the guy for sauce and he gave it to me on the side. My friends had chicken parmigiana and spaghetti with vegetables, though it was cooked it lacked flavor. For the 5 of us we spent $60.. The other 3 had a slice of pizza! Yes very expensive. They have sitting in the lower level and their restrooms are actually pretty clean. If you plan to come back then the $2 off on your receipt will come in handy on your next visit.

Yelp
Wanted to grab some quick food before a bus at Port Authority. Service was fast, friendly enough staff. The food wasn't amazing in general, specifically the pizza was really not great. I got the tomato and ricotta pizza and the ricotta was essentially melted string cheese. Low quality, sitting out forever. They did heat it up a little, but it didn't solve much. The seating is spacious but pretty unkempt, and employees were sitting around whom obviously should gave been cleaning booths and tables for other guests. Typical *ambiguous origin stickiness* on the booth seats. The reason for the three stars is because I caught the mac and cheese straight out of the oven and it was quite good. I will say that unless you gave the fortune to make it right when the food is out, expect it to be cold and hard--the reheating isn't substantial.

Yelp
Pros: (+) Friendly staff (+) Quick service (+) Plenty of seating (+) Computers available with Internet access (+) Sells ice cream & shakes (+) Sells beer Cons: (-) Baked ziti was cold in the middle as if it were once frozen ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ For a food chain this place is decent. For the friendly customer service alone I would give this place a solid 5. As for the food, I'd give it a 3 and the reason being was because my baked ziti was cold in the middle as if it were once frozen. The baked ziti was hot and mushy on the outside - but cold in the middle and I specifically was craving pasta. I got the combo which comes with a slice of pizza, pasta and a drink. The pizza was good. But I still give this place a pretty high score of a 4 only because the customer service was great and it overweighed my experience with the food.

Yelp
I may be a tad late to check in, but here goes a review. I learn back in May of NYC being one of three stops for Nena's first American tour. Date? October 4th. So I get tickets, buy the train fare, all in advance. Only thing to do is plan dinner that evening. I wanted something I couldn't get in Aberdeen MD (which is just about anything; Aberdeen is in the middle of freakin Nowhere lol) once I got into town. So where did I wind up? Being late for the theater, I decided to stop here along the way. (This, I could've gotten in White Marsh lol) Picked up two slices and a side of pasta. I still arrived at the theater in plenty of time. What struck me as interesting was the fact that this location had a basement/separate dining room from the upper level, which was basically the kitchen. It was laid out well, everything visible and there was no rush (apart from wanting to make the PlayStation Theater by 7 lol), and it all seemed to flow well. And on the way in I spotted someone across the street who I swear looked like Debbie Harry and Chris Stein. So that's an added bonus, I suppose :D

Sara M.

Yelp
I bought a $7 cup of orange juice that was supposedly fresh squeezed, but had that metallic taste of concentrate and a weird faint aftertaste of pineapple. I have a great suspicion that they are definately not freshly squeezing oranges back there and using cheap orange concentrate rehydrated with water.

Peter L.

Yelp
Stopped in here for a quick bite. Got a slice of pizza, drink and 2 Garlic sticks. Sat downstairs. It was clean. 2 bathrooms to boot! Pizza was all dough :( The Garlic Sticks were tasty!

Eliza K.

Yelp
Extremely expensive for cheap food. $48 for 2 mash potatoes, 3 small chicken wings, 1 chicken thigh and 2 orange juice cups. So not worth it, I could have eaten lobsters with this price. I will never tell anyone to go here. It is way better to walk for a short distance and eat outside.

Leona F.

Yelp
Way way overpriced. Leave the station and go around the corner for local good pizza. Taste is bland! Also rude staff. Avoid!

Pete L.

Yelp
I know it's the New York fast food style to cook pizza and make sandwiches in the morning and put them under a heat lamp all day then put them in an over for a few minutes to serve and tourist like me eat it up. But this place is just horrible even for those low standard. We traveled by train to Penn Station and we were starving by the time we checked into our hotel. So of course we wanted some authentic New York pizza. After they cook us some pizza Sabarro style we looked for a place to sit. It was full but fortunately they have a basement. So we slide down this old slippery stairway and find rows of collapsible tables crammed together with about 30 chairs. There was only one other family eating there but the chairs and tables were so tight together we felt cramped. Thank goodness there weren't more people down there too. I guess I shouldn't complain too much about this. I know every inch of real estate is valuable in the city and we were lucky they had a place for us to sit at all. Even though we were starved the eating was a chore. The bread was like eating construction paper. The sauce was not to be found and the cheese was absolutely flavorless. The pepperoni gave you heartburn as it touched your throat. They had old bottles of hot sause that looked like they survived the last world war and were nearly empty so I gathered a few and doused my pizza as best I could to get it down. Our loss, but there are so many other places to eat around this place for anyone else to suffer the fate we did. Save yourself and skip this one.

Anthony M.

Yelp
Definitely not worth the money. $15 for a very small Stromboli, a small side of vegetables, and a drink that gets no refills. Never, ever again.

Lyn R.

Yelp
Holy crap $5.22 for one slice of supreme pizza! I should have just gone to Two Boots if I wanted to pay that much for one slice of pizza. It tasted decent but seriously if your gonna charge me hat much at least use fresh mushrooms instead of the canned kind.

Pam J.

Yelp
Coming here was a mistake. My husband and I have been walking around New York City all day long and we wanted to try "NY pizza". We decided to choose a place closer to our hotel and came across this one. We were already hungry and lost hope in finding a pizza joint that was open and looks newly cooked. First off all, a manager and employee argued right in front of us, a tourist! He was the type of manager that would just give direction instead of hoping on and helping us, instead he scolded his employee who was making pizza to help the line. Secondly, $28 freakin dollars for two commercialized slices of pizza, 5 pcs of cold wings and two drinks. Bad first experience of New York pizza. Pro tip: If you're around that area. Google "Yotel Hotel" and head towards that direction and it should be a good 5-7minute walk from Villa Pizza and you will come across a 99cent pizza place, try that place out for me. Unfortunately we weren't able to do that but reviews are way better than Villa and even if the pizza is not that great atleast you're spending less than $28!!

Genesis F.

Yelp
Definitely not your typical New York style pizza. Felt like I got an attitude from one of the workers, but it's all good! It's definitely pricey just for a pizza & drink. Then again everything around the city is expensive, but I'm sure anyone could find a good tasting $2 slice of pizza. There was one good thing there that a friend of mine got, it was expensive, but it tasted good. I can't remember the name of it as of right now.

Justin Y.

Yelp
This is one of my few 2 star reviews and I gave it that because of all the places in Times Square, this is one restaurant that NO ONE should ever get trapped into going, even if you are a tourist and I want you to never come back to infest the streets with your flashy cameras and obnoxious fanny packs. I cannot do the disservice of tricking you to eat at this place. I was going to a dance studio for some Argentine Tango and had about an hour or so to kill so I walked around Times Square and found this place which looked pretty clean and legit. I walked inside and it felt like a Sbarro, but nicer with a smoothie bar. Okay, all good so far, so where the heck do they get the one star? You're here for food and prices. If you're a New Yorker, pizzas and all things Italian are held sacred and kept at a higher standard than anything else. If your pizza tastes like cardboard, it had better be dirt cheap. If it is mistaken as manna from heaven, we don't mind flapping out our wallets to do it. But if you cross that rather generous threshold of Cost and Taste, there is no room for forgiveness, and this place does that. That being said, I didn't order a pizza (uhh... what the hell was that ^ rant for then?). Well, it's because this is a PIZZA store and that sacred bond is upheld for everything that they sell, including the chicken ranch stromboli that I ordered. It cost over $8 for the tiniest wrap thing that I had ever seen. It was dripping in oil and looked like there was nothing stuffing it. What made it worse was that when I was about to order, there was a group of Japanese people giving back their plates of pizza because their order was to-go. The server took the pizzas off those plates and put my stromboli on one of them. Now, normally it's not a huge deal and I prefer that they not waste things, but I count it as a check against them rather than for them because everything here just felt slimy. The stromboli, as I suspected, was dry inside and the cheese was hard from having sat outside all day. The oil covering the thing was like a layer of sunscreen - thick, congealed, and sticky. I was not a huge fan of this meal. If it was at the very least large, then I could somewhat forgive them for getting my money's worth, but it was the size of a puny hot pocket. What made the meal worse was the Hawaiian Punch bottle that I bought with it - $2.99??? Are you freaking serious? I agree with the other reviews here, avoid it at all costs, it's not worth your money or time. It's only saving grace is the large open space in the basement that you can chill in with a group of friends, but I wouldn't want to buy food from here again.

Tiffany M.

Yelp
Huge pizza shop on the corner with main floor and downstairs seating. The food is already made. Just grab a tray, order, pay, then sit or take-out. There's plastic plates and forks when you dine in. Nothing fancy...... If the guy who made my plate was new, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt but regardless, he was annoying. There's a sign that says $13.99 for a meat, choice of pasta, and salad. I asked for a chicken parmesan meal and he gives me a piece of chicken with sauce in a bowl. I said "Do I get pasta with this?" He says: "Oh, you want a meal? O.K. You get one meat and two sides." I tell him no I want the meal on the sign; One meat, pasta, and salad. He says: "Ohhhhhh! You want salad?" then proceeds to make the plate I asked for. Really? Anyway, the meal was $15 with tax and was not worth it. The chicken parm wasn't awful but it was cold and I didn't enjoy it. Wrapped the rest to go and ended up throwing it out. More than likely I won't return.

Pamela C.

Yelp
The most disgusting place I have ever dined at! The food is pig slop at best. The service is worse than that. We stopped here on New Year's Day because every other restaurant nearby was packed full of people. We wanted a quiet place with tasty food to sit and relax and enjoy! We had philly cheese steak sandwiches that were made with liquid cheddar cheese! Ewwww. My daughter had a slice of cheese pizza that was burned black on the bottom and tasted like paper. Please do NOT go here when there are so many more quality establishments in the area.

Grace C.

Yelp
My husband and I are from Chicago visiting NYC for New Year's Eve and unfortunately we lost our new iPhone X late night nye. We last remembered it at Villa fik so we called several times on New Year's Day but they said it was never found. We decided to call one more time at the airport going home and Waheed was attentive enough to call his manager at home to further investigate. He called us back as we were boarding the plane to let us know that an iPhone X has been found and that they'll let us know when the manager comes in to the restaurant. The Manager ended up calling us and we were able to verify that the phone was in fact ours and they got our address and shipped it to our home with a tracking number included. My husband and I were thrilled and blessed for Waheed and Alaa. We insisted on sending a check or a gift at the least to show our gratitude but he refused and would not accept anything. The least I can do for these gentlemen is to leave an amazing review for the restaurant and acknowledge WAHEED and ALAA for their amazing act of kindness and honesty. Besides these two amazing staff, I would also like to comment that they had amazing pizza and calzone! We have a few in chicago but definitely enjoyed it better here!

dahmer is my boyfriend k.

Yelp
I eat here everyday, so I'm being a hypocrite complaining about it. The pizza here will kill you. Only tourists who don't know any better, and the homeless eat here. I usually just buy soda in here. The staff is pretty rude unless you are a regular. If you plan on sitting in here and eating, be warned you will not eat in peace. This is where the homeless people hang,, they ALWAYS come in here for money, and if you don't give them any , they WILL bitch you out.

Ruben C.

Yelp
Look, it's a huge pizza place in Times Square. Is it gonna be the best pizza in the city? Of course not. But it's perfectly fine. It's mainly geared towards tourists. It's huge with LOTS of seating inside, with additional seating downstairs. I've been here before and it can get pretty crowded but there always seems to be seating available, and it was not very busy for a Sunday afternoon today. They've got a number of pizza options, beer, pasta, and sandwiches. The employees are all helpful and friendly. Service is fast. I had a slice of pepperoni for a little over $5. The pizza itself was fine. It did its job. I would definitely go here again if I'm in the area and in a rush, though there are cheaper and better pizza options elsewhere.

Stephanie S.

Yelp
Stale, cold disappointing pizza I had. I was starving and I needed something quick and I always remember coming here as a child with my mom to stuff my little face off and I loved it. Now well I know better and I'm highly disappointed. Either management changed or they don't care about there establishment anymore bc they are at the heart of port authority and no one knows better.

Rob M.

Yelp
It's just fast food. I didn't have the pizza but I did have a wrap. It wasn't made fresh. It came from a refrigerator and was very bland.

Holly N.

Yelp
People need to write reviews based on a restaurants location and their expectations walking inside. This place is nearly right next to Port Authority and a stone's throw from the middle of Times Square. It sells pizza by the slice and other things which are ordered at a counter as you carry a tray, so it's not classy. It is supposed to be quick and easy... also it is not billed as an authentic Italian restaurant by any stretch of the imagination. It also has a/c on hot days and heat on cold days... in this neighborhood, that can mean a contingency of homeless individuals trying to escape the elements. Taking all of that into consideration, this place meets my expectations. We were actually greeted by an employee who directed us to the end of the line. Those working behind the counter were patient and quick. We snagged a table and sat down to eat our super quick lunch before making it to our show down the block. Was the pizza great? No. Did I expect it to be based on everything written above? Absolutely not. Was the pizza good enough for a fast meal in a pinch? Yes. (Oooh, and the garlic knots were yummy!) For what it is and where it is, this place is just fine. Just don't go expecting a 4-star treatment or quality food. The place is kept fairly clean and everything is adequate.

Kirsten S.

Yelp
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that this pizza is way overpriced. We're talking theme-park, museum-cafe, movie-theater, American-food-in-Japan style overpriced. I know it's Times Square, but come on! The pizza is fine. It tasted fine, but $3.57 for a slice? Not OK. Weirdly enough, their Greek salad is really good. I got the meal deal and it ended up being upwards of $9. For that much I should have people wiping my mouth (censored) for me! Do yourself a favor and buy a street falafel. They're $5 in Times Square but it's better than a crappy slice of pizza.

John K.

Yelp
-Mediocre food If you want to call it even that. I definitely wouldn't have the chicken salad again. "Grilled chicken" was some funky :x looking meat. The only reason I wouldn't give it a 1 instead of a 2 cause I do think the pizza is at least ok. -Overpriced $2.29 16.9 oz btl of water. Peh!! Salad was about $10 :X Could easily get a better regular salad at the Pax Wholesome down the block(between 7th and 8th ave) or any number of any of other restaurants. I even think a Burger King(there's one the block over bet 8th and 9th ave) that could make a better quality salad.

Marissa R.

Yelp
We were looking for a quick bite to eat before the megabus ride back home. We stopped here, and I had the mac & cheese. I was waiting in line for the megabus when I started not feeling that great. I got food poisoning. I had to deal with being sick (don't want to be too TMI) for the 8 hour long bus ride. Thank god it was a midnight bus and everyone was sleeping. Please do not eat here! I have never been in so much pain in my life.

Rhonda G.

Yelp
They only got this one star, because of the Pie Day Pizza Rate. We just had the most awful experience at this location. With today being "Pie Day", they advertised via email "a whole cheese Neapolitan Pie for only $3.14". Myself and 2 co-workers headed to the restaurant, with coupons in hand, only to be met by "the Manager" who refused to take our coupons because our email addresses were not on the coupon. I offered to write it in, which he refused. He wanted "the original email". After standing quietly awaiting someone from our office to email us the coupon, he came over saying: "I spoke to my boss, and he said to take the coupon". See our argument was, among the information regarding the offer, there was NO MENTION, that we were to present the original offer with email address, we had the coupons. Nevertheless, it was accepted. We proceeded to await our pizzas, the cook/server said in a VERY UNPLEASANT manner, "you have to wait". I said okay, and stepped aside to wait, he continued to fuss with me. I had to say to him, that I paid for the order, he did not have to be rude. He gave one of my colleagues, hers in the large pizza box, I asked him to cut mine and place it in a smaller box so I can carry it. The pizza maker, said to him in Spanish - to not give us the smaller carry boxes. He however continued to box them, we politely said "thank you", but before I left I said to both men, "make sure when you want to bad mouth your customers, be certain that they do not understand the language which you speak". It became obvious to us, that they were not prepared for as many customers to respond to the offer, which is okay. Some businesses still do not understand the effect of promotion via the World Wide Web. But know if your business is serving customers, it is imperative for your employees to be courteous. My suggestion - choose another pizza location. You're in NYC, there are tons of them.

Shawn C.

Yelp
ARRRGH!!! Mega mediocre. When I was a NYC newbie eons ago, I found myself at this joint every time I had been commuting from Jersey. Why me?! The thought of how I wasted so much money on this food ails me to this day. The pasta is super meh, the pizza is... okay... but oddly super expensive. I understand if you're in a jam-packed rush, but there's so many other places nearby to get your pizza fill that won't leave you so dissatisfied. It's loaded with tourists and crazy crowded during the day to boot. Barf. Do yourself a big favor and skip this place.

Lori K.

Yelp
I stopped in here to get out of the rain for a few minutes and to use the bathroom. The place was clean and the bathroom smelled strongly of perfume scented cleaner. There were only a few people in here despite the fact that it's right in the middle of Times Square. Almost like an upscale bodega. Downstairs there was a ton of seating. I'd stop by here again if I was waiting for someone or for a potty break. I doubt I'd eat here though. Limited and expensive options.

Yelp
The location here in port authority is is extremely over priced! It's insane almost $4 a 20oz bottle of soda, $6 for a side of fries, $6 for a slice of pizza! The food was not that great at all! The server where rude, and the place felt like a sweat shop it was so hot in there! I will not be going back anytime soon!

Yelp
I went here last night. Skipped all the other check-ins that I needed to review so that I can somehow do my civic duty to warn others to avoid this place like the plague. The good thing is that they have a pretty wide variety of choices for a pizza place. They have paninis and frozen yogurt to go with the pizza and pasta they serve here. You will notice however they also have an ATM and internet stations in order to bring some more income. That should have been a big giveaway to anyone that this place is hard up for money and that they will skimp on the food in order to pay their (most probably) exorbitant rent. Skimp they did on the philly cheese steak I ordered. The bread was beyond dry and was as hard as stone on the fringes. The ends were all bread which would have been okay if the middle was full of steak, BUT it wasn't. As sparse as you can make it without having the customer reject it before taking a bite. The kicker was that with the small cup of fries and a drink, it was $13.50! Once again, the Times Square tax rears it's ugly head and bites me in the arse again. While I was eating I had this great urge to complain to the cop standing outside the door about the abject highway robbery that was occurring. The only saving grace for my experience was that the workers are incredibly nice and will hand you your order with thousand watt smiles. The one star is for them. The 4 negative stars is for management.

Yelp
Ahhh....Times Square food. More money than what it's worth just to get in the pockets of tourists. I will admit though..the food is good. From their pizza to their cheese sticks to their sandwiches. Very good foodie spot right when you come out of the Port Authority or just coming out of a Broadway show and you're in a rush to get food.

Yelp
The food is good but it's hard to know what is the ""All you can eat breakfast" I took the line asked what I was sawing but they charged me more than the "all you can eat" and it's not clear if I can take the line again, a little confusing for tourists.

Yelp
Way over priced pizza. It is not even the best pizza. The day I went there they were having some kind of fundraiser so I think that the GM s might have been there. They tried to push pizza on us harder then a used car sales man on the last day of the month. Crazy. Avoid and go to John's up the block where you will get the best pizza in NY for about the same price.
