First time coming here with my lady. The food had great taste and was nice and hot. Auris had an excellent attitude was completely friendly and proffessional. We got the Red potatoes and Pasta wich was a perfect combo! Glad we found this spot and will be coming back!

I love the hospitality. I work at the mall so whenever I come to get lunch, it is a very friendly vibe and the customer service is phenomenal. Best pizza around. I wish they could deliver but 10/10 would definitely recommend it if you are trying to find something nice to eat . What’s your name so I can mention it give me a name give me any name. Ale and Steph are always warm and welcoming always please give them a raise!!

It's ok. Exactly what you'd expect from a food court. I had spaghetti and meatballs. Giant meatballs. Spaghetti sauce was just tomato sauce. It didn't taste bad but a little seasoning would have helped. They had a nice variety of dishes, I'll give them props for that. They had mac n cheese and lasagna plus a few other dishes. They had pizza already made but I didn't see where you could have one made , you know choose your toppings. Giant slices of pizza. One slice was like two. I saw the pizzas come out of the oven . They looked great. Remember, the eye eats first so I'm sure they tasted good. Lots of places to choose from in the food court and great shopping at this mall. If you like designer stuff this is your mall. They have EVERYTHING! Gucci,Versace,Neiman Marcus,Chanel, you name it

Excellent and efficient service. Food well prepared and great taste. No waiting time. Sarai made it a pleasant experience with her hospitality and the friendly environment.

The food is super fresh and super good the employees are super kind manager is super nice as well love this place I recommend the pineapple pizza I love it here !

I just order it whatever you see in the picture, the girl on the counter was not good at all, first we order big bowl which she put too much , i said plz give me the small size and in small size bowl she didn’t fill properly and i asked her right away that is it the right way to fill the bowl she said they put this amount in a small bowl and she put literally one scoop in that bowl. I mean in a big bowl she put way too much and in a small bowl she didn’t even fill it i can’t understand, was she got mad at me when i asked her to change the size? why she treats her customer like they are not important , like she doesn’t want to work there, like someone push her to work there, and she didn’t give me receipt , i will never ever go there again. She needs a good training, she doesn’t even listen , she avoid what i asked her. Want to add the price , this small bowl which was not even fill properly is almost 7$(6$ some cents+tax ) 😤

It's decent, unfortunately it's competing with Blaze, custom pizza and the quality, California Pizza Kitchen. The only pointers I could give them is: -you can't charge the same price as them, -and how can you not have Coke(or Dr. Pepper)? Pizza and Coca Cola go hand and hand. It's how you work the angle, and make your case. "Well, the reason you should chose our pizza over theirs, is because we leave you with a little money left in your pocket, and a full tummy."

Chicken aftedo so tasty just skimpy af on the chicken dough is made in the back fresh daily and I haven't tried the pizza yet but I hear it's amazing! Definitely worth it for a quick Italian meal 😋

Whenever I crave a Stromboli, I come here. They're a good size and I feel so full after eating this with a slice of pizza. I probably should get a salad instead lol. The only downside is that they don't always have all three varieties available. When I came today, I wanted the veggie one but they only had the pepperoni ones. I'm sure that others would say there is better pizza out there but I'm satisfied with what Villa has to offer. Frugal auntie tip: download the VRG app before you come here. Not only will you earn points with every purchase, there are random promotions that they'll have on there like 2x point Tuesdays and 2 free meatballs to celebrate the beginning of August (which I took advantage today).

asked the lady to cut the pizza. She asked if I want a knife and I said "no, can you please cut it with pizza cutter?" She grabbed it and cut it to smallest pieces possible!!! Attitude !??

I have been coming here for years now ! My favorite food is the salmon plate and my daughter loves their cheese pizza . Everyone is always so kind and helpful. Ale was great !

Love the food but the app never lets me place an order. It always says restaurant not accepting orders at this time but they tell me I have to order in the app for the deal I redeemed for. I love their cheese pizza great flavor and good Mac and cheese too.

Very overpriced now. They got rid of the kids meal, just bought a slice of pizza, side of Mac and cheese and a juice box for my daughter for $17 don't think it's worth it. Two stars because the food is still good, just too overpriced. Pls bring back kids meal.

Just purchased a slice of salmon (very small) with two salad small portions as sides, and it was $23! Way overpriced. I rather have a sit down service experience and pay at this point. For the portion sizes not worth it. Also, cashier was not friendly. Won't be returning.

The young ladies, could care less, I was there, the, one behind the counter treated them, the same as me, no smile, didn't care about my order, when issue was with machine, wanted to charge my card again, sloppy service of food, no care to how they give it to patrons. Not like service I rcv'd at the other location, for sure. Unfriendly, food not cooked properly. Wow!! West Field Mall has found its poor spot, for service. Didn't even feel great to finish what I ordered.

I keep visiting this place many times that is located at the food court in Westfield Topanga Mall. Looks clean & well maintained. Staff is super friendly and professional. My personal favorites are sliced veggie pizza, spinach & cheese Stromboli, roasted potatoes, garlic bread, mac & cheese, spaghetti with sauce, salads & cut watermelon Price is reasonable and food is delicious.

If you like pizza that's been sitting out all day that they slice and put in the oven for 4 minutes then this is the place for you. 7$ slice btw. Rather go to Little Caesars.

Pizza is overpriced for average quality. Better to go to Costco and grab a slice before heading to the mall. But the service sucks. I asked for a cup of water but I was told they only had bottled water (even though I could clearly see the water cups and the water lever on the soda fountain). Five minutes later my wife and daughter got food here and they got cups of water with no issue from the same employee. I confronted her and she gave some lame excuse about the manager making an exception.

The girl working here on Saturday 8/5/23 around 8 pm responded to everything with "huh?" "Huh?" She was very unhelpful and didn't know anything. Everything I asked her she didn't know , she didn't know prices to anything when I asked how much are the jarritos she said "huh?" And then she said idk around $3 .. she looked bothered and unhappy . She was very rude, she didn't give me my receipt and she didn't wait for me to move out of the way before starting to call the next person , she did that just to be rude . She needs a lot of training in customer service and a little more class . You are a rude person. Do better .

Great spot for a quick lunch. My daughter wanted pizza and I wanted a salad. We opted for the Triple Play and shared a drink. The slice of pepperoni pizza was great and the crust had a nice crunch. The caprese salad was light and fresh. Staff was friendly :)

Staff was nice. Pizza slice and spaghetti was hot and tasty. A tad pricey but so is everything these days. It's food court Italian food and you know what... It did the job! Love the rolls too!

This afternoon I called for a takeout order of a large pepperoni pizza to go. The pizza was ready when they said it would be. I also got 2 advocado salads to go. Everything was excellent!!

No pepperoni pizza ready by the slice. Had to wait 7 minutes, but I guess it was worth it.

OMG, we bought lasagna at this place with pizza, and they were nice until we found a few few bugs in the food. Unfortunately, we haven't taken photos since we complained but it was too late. Anyway, soon as they found out, their attitude changed, especially when a young guy in the back gave us the look of get out of here type look! Anyway, this place truly needs to make changes. There's no way we are coming back here. Contacted the health department to complain, and they will update soon.

Rude customer service by the girl that has pink tattoos on her arm. Idk if they are temporary or stickers. She grabbed my pizza and tossed it in oven like if she was throwing trash away. I want to just my slice and didn't care. Very rude tone as well. She gave me the small dry slice

First time here, and the amazing experience began with the customer service. The staff were helpful in explaining how everything worked, what selections were what, and were kind to provide extra sauce for our food. Then the food: my children are picky eaters, and they said this is the best Italian food they had ever tasted. Salad is delicious (and fresh). The Mac 'n cheese tastes like REAL cheesy Mac n cheese (not just the sauce, but real cheese). The all-meet stuffed Stromboli was delicious, with loads of flavor. Everything was just perfect!

Food was amazing, the environment, I tried the Alfredo pasta and my mouthed water, but what I didn't like was the employee she gave me an attitude, and looked so unhappy about her job, like if you hate your job just quit likee , I would like to receive my food in a happy way, not with a big fat attitude, I enjoyed my pasta but I didn't enjoy the attitude.

The lady getting the orders was extremely rude we asked questions for the options she rudely said NO so we asked another employee She came back and asked us again rudely WHAT? Like are you serious and she was helping people behind us she left them alone came to retake our order I am like lady am I talking to you or this. You won't miss her she is shorthair butterfly forearm tattoos with mean look. I would not recommend this place just how rude they are.

went today and from the start we got attitude from the girl attending us. She had red hair, they're stingy when it comes to even giving cheese packages and red peppers.

Love this place for many reasons!! The staff is amazing! Always friendly and providing a great customer experience. The management team is Impressive too. They are always focused on the details and supporting their team. Ale has helped me numerous times and quickly made me into a regular! The food is delicious and the BEST part! Jenny was amazing!!! super super sweet and does great with the rush very patient in making our order correct and caregiving definitely hiring more employees like her!!

The manager Saraí is amazing, Super helpful and nice smile. The pizza here has a unique flavor that cannot be duplicated. I love pizza from a lot of places, but when I get the craving for pizza, nothing else can suffice. I have had almost everything on the menu, and it is all good, but my favorite is the stuffed pizza, the stromboli, and a slice of regular pepperoni. You can't go wrong visiting this place.!

It is a great place to get your food when shopping at the mall and ale was very helpful the day I went up there

Ok. The employee in charge of money is also serving food. She touched the pizza to cut it. Then went back to touching money. Back and forth. I mentioned it to her. She basically ignored it and continued. Fortunately I got the pizza from the other employee that was not touching money. Pay attention to who is serving you. Money has way too many germs to touch and serve food.

All I asked for was a cup of water but the guy behind the counter wanted to be a start head and had to be rude about a cup of water when 10 min earlier I had a slice of pizza .. So I ask for a cup of water and the guy just lied to me and said the water doesn't work when I saw with my own eyes he giving a different customer water right before I got the pizza 10 min earlier and the worst part the guy in the back that was making the pizza's was laughing and said after the guy the machine was broken and then he started laughing pretty much he know that the guy just lied to me Never eat at this ugly place with ugly employees

one of the workers had dark hair and had her hair up in a ponytail. she wears a black mask and is incredibly rude. i went to the establishment with one of my friends and she was completely unprofessional. if you want more people to come to your establishment maybe don't have such an attitude towards the people you're serving. the alfredo was the only thing good about this place. the pizza was undercooked and was doughy. disappointed.

Excellent food!!! Much better, than American burgers or steaks! I tried it first time and I fall in love!!! Amazing salmon, delicious spaghetti and a salad with avocado is so good!!! Also I tried sweet rolls...OMG!!! They are sooo good!!! Melting in your mouth!!! I highly recommend this Italian kitchen! And it's not that expensive! I'm full and happy!!!

Very Rude Customer Service! I went for lunch to use my free value meal gift from my Villa App-which said o could get any value meal of my choice, and when I tried to order the Stromboli Value meal, Stephanie got really upset and angry and told me I could get any value meal except that? Don't eat here at this Villa! Stephanie is very rude and mean!!

Pizza arrived stale and cold. You can tell from the temperature and the color of the cheese that it had been sitting out for at least an hour. They would not give me a refund, answer their phone and their mailbox is full. Avoid at all costs

I come here everyday why ? Because the food is so fresh!!! Best customer service! The avocado salad is fire! Thank you to Juan and Alberto for always helping me out with my order!

Worst thing I have had in a long time. My food was so bad that I asked for a refund which they granted without any issues. My Stromboli was so hard and dry that I could have used it as a weapon. This was the first and last time I will visit this place. At least now I know.

The customer service here is lacking. So I'm knocking down 1 Star for that. The employees seem like they hate their lives. It really brings down the vibe for customers.. The owner/manager really needs to do something to boost employee morale. C'mon guy (or gal), maybe give them a raise or a couple weeks of paid vacation time or something, for everyone's sake and especially for your business' sake. Also, the prices are kinda high for what you get in return portion-wise. Snooty Woodland Hill prices I guess, what can you do.. But I'm still gonna knock another star off for that though. Now I gotta say, the only items I've tried from the menu are the various pizza's and stromboli's (haven't tried the salads or the pasta), and they're actually pretty good surprisingly. I really like the spinach and broccoli stuffed pizza. I think I prefer this one over the one that Sbarro makes.. So you get your 3 stars for that. Kick your game up in the other areas and I'll adjust my rating to 5 stars

Are you guys kidding? I realize we are coming out of a COVID pandemic , but don't try to make the lost revenue back on a single slice of pizza for $6.00 bucks, just because you are located inside a mall. How much is a whole pie of 8 cheese slices , $ 48.00 ? Nothing special about this pizza. A total rip off for a single slice of pizza. You deserve to go out of business.

This is where I come and get an avocado salad. This place is actually ok. The pizza is average really dont stand out but if Im here, sure I'll take a slice with my salad....sometimes! There are times you need to change it up and not eat bad so you have the choice to mix it up here.

I agree with most of the people who give perfect 5/5. Great food & good staff. My favorites happens to be their Calzone. Big size & very nice & hot. I will definitely come back for more someday when I'm in the neighborhood. Great job. Perfect 5/5 from me.

We have been coming here for a year. The guy who runs it always very nice and smiling. He always goes out of his way to make sure we are happy. We love his food and specials but his manners are 10 stars. We feel blessed eating here.

Poor customer service. The workers and the manager Alberto have always sour faces and attitude towards customers. The food itself is not so great and cold. I'll never come here again.

They used to have an amazing amount of selection and the quality used to be so much higher. Now the choices are dismal at best.....not sure what is going on but....this place really stinks now. Today, I arrived after checking out the Apple Watch and trying the "plus" size of the 7....we decided to stop in for a bite. All I wanted was some pasta salad. Apparently they cannot accept charges due to the "owner not here we can only accept cash".... Get your act together Villa Fresh! You used to be my favorite...now I just cringe when I see you!

I guess I can't expect a lot from mall food.... I was hoping tho. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad even though the croutons, the lettuce and the chicken were in the same bowl pre-mixed, The lettuce was fresh but the chicken was definitely over seasoned, as well as the croutons.... I feel like I wasted $7.62. Lesson Learned
