I bought a 1 year old 2024 Tesla Model S from VINS over email and phone from NJ and had the vehicle delivered to NJ. I am very satisfied with the experience. I worked with Jimmy the manager and Marcus the sales associate. They were both courteous and professional. The vehicle was missing a piece of trim from the trunk but VINS is reimbursing me for the part. Buying from an out of state dealer can be risky but VINS was honest and trustworthy. I would definitely buy from VINS again.

Vins is an amazing dealership and the vibes are unmatched. I worked with Danny to purchase a 21’ M340i and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Kyle was super easy to deal with, and the buying process itself was super fast - I was able to test drive the vehicle and do all the paperwork in less than 2 hours...which compared to every one of my previous car buying experiences is incredibly short. They make everything easy, and are super nice along the way.

Hina (and Jimmy) was very responsive and nice to deal with when I went in to purchase a used BMW i3. There were no high pressure tactics (just mild ;)) to buy the vehicle or purchase add ons. They agreed to have touch-ups done to the car as a condition of purchase and honored their word.

I recently purchased a 2022 Tesla Model X from VINS in Manassas. My experience from start to finish was exceptional. On a Friday night, I clicked the "check availability" button to see if the car was still available. I received a text from Jimmy shortly after (pleasantly surprised to get a response after hours). He answered my questions. The next morning I received a text from Kyle, the salesman, who offered to take a video of the car, which he sent shortly after. I spoke with Kyle a bit more about the car and scheduled a time later that day to take a test drive. On that call, I asked about any fees on top of the sales price. He told me about the fees. Jimmy emailed a price breakdown and on a call explained exactly what the fees covered. The price, with fees, was still competitive (if not a bit lower) than what other cars of the same make, model, year, mileage, and condition (like new) were selling for. We arrived at VINS, Kyle showed me a bit more about driving a Tesla (I test-drove another Tesla for the first time a month prior). Upon returning to the dealership, Kyle spent a considerable amount of time teaching me the ins and outs of how to operate the car/control panel/computer. This exceeded my expectations. Since I was purchasing a Tesla from a non-Tesla dealership I expected to have to figure this out on my own after buying the car. From there, purchasing the car was easy. We had already discussed the "out-the-door" price on the phone so there was nothing more to do but sign the papers and head off in my new car! My experience at VINS was top-notch and I LOVE my new car!

I got a good deal on (what I consider to be) a great car. There was little to no runaround or pushiness. Understand before you shop here that they are a smaller dealership and do business a bit differently, There are mandatory fees and financing structures of which I was not really aware and hadn't factored into my decision to buy. The out-the-door price was still good enough that those things were not dealbreakers, and I wouldn't hesitate to do business here again in the future.

I've been to many dealerships over the years and VINS auto dealerships will be remembered as my favorite. My sales rep, David made it easy to work with him. I appreciated the transparency, honesty and safety of laying out my expectations of the car sale and David listened, applied No pressure, and met my requests! While waiting for the car deal to go through, we casually talked and found common interests. I noticed there was ChickfilA in the waiting area and I asked David how close the ChickfilA was located. I was super hungry and planned to go there right afterwards. David surprised me by offering me ChickfilA. Man! Talk about exceeding customer service! I will never forget his kind gesture! Small things matter! The finance manager (Sam) was easy going, not pushy at all, allowed me time to decide if I wanted any extra warranties, and he answered all of my questions. Love the overall positive climate and experiences of VINS auto dealership! So glad I found it and would HIGHLY recommend!

In late March 2021 I contacted VINS to purchases an Audi. The sales agent was friendly and I explained that I would be coming from NC, driving a little over 4 hours to pick up vehicle. I inquired about the two separate $795 charges and it was explained that one was a pre-delivery inspection charge and the other an admin charge. I arrived on Sunday, where April H the transaction coordinator completed the paperwork. As I got on the highway from leaving the dealership I noticed at once at highway speeds there was a slight vibration. I left a voicemail when I got home that evening, and after a week with no reply sent an email to the transaction coordinator. After no reply I sent a follow-up email four days later to both the sales agent and the transaction coordinator. The following day I received an email from Gina who explained that she was the new sales manager. I told her my situation and she asked some follow-up questions. I uploaded the receipts for $394 along with the notes from the wheel specialist explaining the extent of the TWO bent rims on the right side. She never responded. I sent four emails, one voicemail, and two texts over a two week period. I then requested a copy of the arbitration agreement I had signed, as a copy had not been given to me. I finally reached Jimmie D by phone, and explained all that had transpired over the 3 weeks since I had purchased the vehicle. He assured me that he would run this up the chain and see if I could be helped with the expense, the call being recorded on 15 April at 5:53pm on my end (NC & VA being a single-party state). I received a follow-up email from him last week promising me that he had not forgotten about me. A subsequent email attempt has met with negative results. This was the right car but the wrong dealership. No one at this dealership had been willing to even return my emails or phone calls except for Jimmie toward the end. VINS bills themselves as a commission-free luxury dealership, but buyers would be well advised to seek your car elsewhere. My temp tag expired two weeks ago and I still haven't heard from VINS when I might get a replacement temp tag until the state tag arrives in the mail.
