We had the pleasure of visiting Vintage in Vail for brunch yesterday, and we’re still raving about it! From the food to the service, everything was absolutely top-notch.
Although we didn’t have a reservation, we were perfectly happy sitting at the bar, where we were waited on by Marco, who was nothing short of exceptional. He recommended a cocktail for me after I asked him to surprise me, and he suggested his personal favorite, the Victor Hugo. It was perfectly prepared—balanced, flavorful, and delightful!
We started with the beignets, which, although on the smaller side, were fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. For our mains, I ordered the Southwest Benedict, which was bursting with flavor, while my husband enjoyed the American Breakfast with smashbrowns. Both dishes were impeccably prepared, and we loved every bite.
The ambiance of Vintage added to the experience—it’s cozy yet refined, making it the perfect spot for brunch. We left thoroughly impressed and can’t wait to return. If you’re in Vail, don’t miss this gem, and be sure to sit at the bar and ask for Marco—he’ll elevate your visit!
