Vintner Grill

From the moment we stepped into Vintner Grill, we were impressed by the elegant décor and warm atmosphere. It’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel like you’ll be back. Our table enjoyed the lamb, tenderloin, and ribeye—each dish was cooked to perfection, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The service was impeccable—attentive without being overbearing—and they truly went above and beyond by surprising our friend with a birthday cake, which made the evening even more special. We finished with a flawless crème brûlée. The restaurant was packed, which only confirmed what we already knew—the food is exceptional.

On March 23, 2025 I thought it would be a nice idea to have dinner at Vintner Grill.for my anniversary. I had a reservation at 7:00 pm. Everything was lovely until this older white male waiter with a frowned up face and horrible additude was assigned to wait on us. His presence was cold and unwelcoming. He was not a good representative for this fine restaurant in any way. He claimed to a true Sommelier, wine connoisseur. I asked if the restruant served a sharaz red blend? His response was why would you want that, we once had it by the glass, but it didn't sell, I don't know what management was thinking it was trash. If you still want it we only sell it by the bottle. I looked at my wife in a daze...did this waiter just trash his establishment and the management that he is working at? Is her trying to discarrage us from eating here, is he just bitter? I have never in my life had a waiter say the things he thought was alright to say to a customer before. I began to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in this establishment, my wife said we should leave, it clear he doesn't want to provide us with good service. I wasn't going to let this individual destroy our night out. I asked the manager if I could be reassigned a waiter or waitress that actually wants to serve us? He was not shocked by this individual behavior, and replied asking for certain wines makes him upset. Even the food and beverage manager apologized for this guy's behavior and realized this is not the first time he has heard complaints about this waiter. Now Tracy arrives to the table, professional and with grace. She represents the restaurant well and gave excellent service as the atmosphere required. I would like to thank Tracy for serving us, the manager on duty and the food and beverage manager as well. The restaurant is very nice but this male waiter needs to be replaced ASAP! Vintner Grill is an incredible spot for lunch! The ambiance is elegant yet inviting, making it perfect for a relaxing meal. The braised lamb bolognese was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, and the tart with ice cream was the ideal sweet finish. Service was attentive and seamless, adding to the overall fantastic experience. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to!

As locals, we always enjoy supporting spots off the strip. Unfortunately, our recent visit left much to be desired. Food was fine, wine list was solid, but for the price and the vibe, the service should have been better from the start. We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday with our two children and were seated in the far back of the restaurant. The hostess made a joke saying she remembered those days with young kids, but then later scolded us because our 2 year old was too loud near a private party (one that she sat us next to) At first, service was slow and indifferent, but once it became apparent we were knowledgeable about food and wine, the level of attentiveness noticeably shifted. We understand the setting may not be geared toward families, but the condescending treatment toward us as parents felt unwarranted. Quality establishments should be able to strike a balance between atmosphere and hospitality for all guests. We hope our next experience is more welcoming.

If I could give this review 5 more stars I totally would. From the beginning this restaurant and staff supplied top notch service. Tanya coordinated a 5th Anniversary for our bosses and even had a stylish menu with the “5th Anniversary” printed at the top. One of our serves, David was phenomenal and I had the Cesar salad and the Halibut and let me tell you, they got it right!!! The Halibut was cooked perfectly and I was so happy. I am totally coming back here to rave some more and enjoy the amazing food. Let me not end this before saying the decor inside was gorgeous, I felt super fancy and ate fancy. Don’t skip the desert either. The Crème Brûlée and lava cake is a must so save room for dessert or order it for take out!!

Found this hidden gem at the last minute for our anniversary dinner..I must admit we were not disappointed...the food was very tasty..we started out with the flat bread sausage pizza which we shared then i ordered the half chicken with sautéed spinach and the Mac and cheese..My wife ordered the Steak with potatoes..everything was cooked to perfection!!! The seating and the ambiance was phenomenal!! However the apple crisp was not to our pleasing...but overall...we will be back...A lot of available parking...highly recommend.Great experience

we came here for a celebration and Jeff went above and beyond to give us all a wonderful experience. the food came very quickly and it was AMAZING. you won’t regret coming here!

Always a great experience! I've been going there for years, never had a bad meal. Also, my daughter held her gender reveal there, and it was very nice as well. They have a great patio for when the weather is nice.

The meal wasn't perfect, but it sure made us happy. I am much more focused on food than on atmosphere, but I make an exception for a patio this gorgeous. Make a special trip out here on a mild day and book an outdoor table. I'd be happy eating Arby's around these beautiful floral displays and Tuscany-style shade trees. Several of the dishes were as good as the gardening. The lamb bolognese was super rich; the bouillabaisse bright and filled with tender seafood. The salad dressings were light and perfectly distributed. The apple pie was ridiculously good, with a crunchy short crust and tart apples cooked just so. A few mistakes detracted from the meal. There's no excuse for serving medium well prime rib when it was ordered rare. It's not a steak; the waitstaff should look at it and see that it isn't rare. The asparagus that came with it was woody. Also, somebody in the kitchen should be checking every order to make sure all mollusks are opened. Don't serve me a dead, closed mussel. We live about one minute away, so we'll be back often. This is much better dining than a suburban neighborhood has any right to expect.

I've been here many times, it is one of my favorite restaurants. That being said, last night was not a good night. Mainly due to service. Our main server, Tracy, was OK, even though she was very overwhelmed. But her assistant, a much older gentleman by the name of Rodney. was just mean & miserable! He was the worst! He wouldn't do anything right & if god forbid we would ask him for some thing he would give us a very ugly look & then just walk away! It took him forever to box up the leftovers & when he did, he gave me two little boxes without a bag. I asked him for a bag & it took forever to get a bag! When he finally brought the bag... he threw the boxes in the bag & then dropped the bag on the floor with a very ugly look! It's not my fault he's miserable! This was the first time I saw him & hopefully the last! Also, most of the food here is absolutely delicious. But, the beef tenderloin is a big gamble! The first time I had it was perfectly medium rare BUT the second & third time it was well done & last night it was completely rare! We will keep coming here because it is a great restaurant, but I do hope that they have a serious talk with Rodney. I really never want to see that horrible monster again!

It's been 9 years since I've been here. Last time was with my wife, and now passed it was nice to visit a place we were at and really liked. The ambiance is amazing. It's in an office complex but once you walk in the doors it's a mix of fancy and nostalgic old days. They have a big movie screen playing old movies which is really cool. The service is top notch from the time you are seated until you walk out the door. We had a reservation which is recommended. Jeff our server was awesome. He was friendly, he was open and honest in what he shared and he went out of his way to ensure you have the best experience possible. He knows the food and his recommendations are spot on. I started with the sweet butter lettuce salad which was very tasty and the warm Brie was WOW.. I had the Ribeye which was cooked to perfection and the balsamic port wine reduction, this had the best taste I've had and I want to recreate this sauce. My friend had the Halibut which again was cooked to perfection. They don't show sides as most plates come with a side but we got the Mac & cheese and omg, I need to figure out how they make this with the four cheeses they use. It was an amazing experience just as I remembered. It won't be 9 years before I return as the food is amazing, the atmosphere is really classy and cool, the service is top notch, your drink will never be empty and the prices, you pay for excellent food and service however, cheaper then strip places and in my opinion much better. I highly recommend Vintner Grill.

This is a Las Vegas staple in the culinary trade of "What to do RIGHT!" From stepping in the front door, to cocktails, to ordering, to eating, to departing is ALWAYS an A+ experience Everyone is on the same page wanting you to enjoy your lunch/dinner ~ and the food has NEVER disappointed us. This might sound EZ, however it is NOT! Come to Vintner Grill then go elsewhere & compare you will notice the difference ~ We have ordered various cocktails always pleased, the same on the food front from steak to fish to pasta always a delightful meal, I am a dessert fan this also has never been a let down. Decor is demure, classic & welcoming and clean. Sophisticated without being Snobbish.

This place is amazing. The food, service, and ambience can't be beat. It has a NY Hamptons feel to it - both in decor and clientele. LOVE LOVE LIVE THIS PLACE!!

This is one of the best, if not the top spot in Summerlin for a meal. I was surprised they have gaming. The service, drinks and food are all exceptional. It's odd that it's located in an office building, but don't let that fool you. This restaurant is indeed outstanding. The Pink Panther drink will please any girl. There's a reason it's been open 18 years.

My boyfriend invited me to dinner here. He wanted to meet there. My first impression was shock. I would have never guessed such a fine restaurant would be located in a business park. I'm glad I didn't let my "judge a book by its cover" attitude stop me from giving this place a fair shake. The interior is spectacular! So classy and gorgeous. We are at the bar and the food was delicious! And the wine recommendations were spot on. I had sea bass which is my absolutely favorite. I wanted a red wine with my fish and when I asked the bartender for a recommendation he helped, judgement free. I loved my dinner and my wine. My bf had pasta and something else I can't remember but he cleaned his plate. We will definitely be going back! This is a wonderful restaurant for celebrations or just on a random Thursday.

Amazing dinner! We are already planning on coming back, the bolognese was hands down my favorite meal! The service was excellent and attentive the entire dinner. Great wine selection as well

I was invited to lunch here by a friend who frequents this place. I had heard about it but had never been there. I was very impressed. The restaurant, although hidden in a business office complex, is very nice inside. The ambience is elegant but comfortable . The service was excellent. I split the special, a salmon panini, with one of the guests. It was quite good . I ordered a glass of an Italian Pinot Grigio ( had to work that night ) so went light. Their complete wine list is quite impressive. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely go back. Hi to all my Yelp friends. Things have been a bit crazy for me lately, but glad to be back writing reviews!

Vintner Grill is a not so hidden gem in summerlin. Whenever my boyfriend/dad/mom and I want to have a nice dinner we always contemplate going to the strip but then we always end up here and super happy about it. The atmosphere here is always just right with white tablecloths making it feel fancy but then pillows on our booth making us feel comfortable. They play old time movies which is so fun also. My favorite dishes here are the beet salad (the lavender goat cheese is out of this world) and the sea bass! The sea bass is always cooked perfectly and melts in your mouth. All of the staff here are sooo friendly I've never had an unpleasant experience here. The pistachio gelato is an absolute must to finish your meal here!

I went here for my friends birthday. The service was quick and wonderful. The food was to die for. The cake was so yummy and the filling was my favorite. The place was very elegant and we enjoyed our time here. We will definitely be back!

We went here and had a really great dinner. The restaurant ambience is soft and soothing and the service was top-notch. Pricing is below strip prices so we felt like we were getting great value for excellent food. While all of the seafood we tried was great, the star of the show was the Italian flatbread pizza with Burrata peppers and pesto! Would recommend

I love this restaurant. My family and I have been going for the past 10 years at least and the service never disappoints. The chicken is my favorite dish with the mac and cheese. The vibe is very classy and romantic. Dressing up to go here is fun and they always have 50's classics playing in the background. Perfect for a business lunch or classy night out.

I love the food here thats why i always come back, but service at the bar always disappointed me.. The bartender seem to always entertain their friends but not being attentive to other patrons. Not 1,2 times but more than 3 times. They always have some friends hanging at the bar, and the bartender always entertain them.

What a beautiful place, excellent ambiance, decoration. It's nothing like the typical restaurant but actually better if you want to get out of the routine. Service was excellent, very professional and friendly but, too pushy FOR ME when it comes to alcoholic beverages. I advocate for no drink and drive, too many fatalities daily. Nothing wrong with one drink or at least more for those not driving. Must of the times people will mention if they are driving or not ... I wish we all, including businesses take a pledge and help keep our streets safe. If you know your customer is driving, don't offer more drinks, rather appreciate driving responsible or if they would like a ride share service. Ask, you won't lose money if you do the best/right thing. As for the food, super delicious and excellent presentation. I can't wait to go back and try other dishes. No photos taken this time. But I loved the decor inside and the sittings outside for when the weather cools off. Great restaurant.. I'll be back

I love this place. I moved from Santa Monica and found this restaurant. they had great salads and atmosphere. I bring people there, go alone and brought groups. Not inexpensive but very tasty. They have redecorated looks very peppy and clean. New owners.

The service was good. You can tell they respect the locals and want their business. The venue was typical no real surprises for this type of steakhouse.

Do not eat here!! Because of the restaurants poor planning with a party reserved for the patio, unexpectedly had to move inside for the weather (it has been rainy all day), we were told by the GM that we had to leave and he was rude and even raised his voice to us. We have never been treated so rudely!!!! I've never had a GM raise his voice and tell us to leave due to their own mistake with booking a party in the patio when it's been raining all day. Why is another party more important than our dinner party? He should not be in the position he is in. We had a reservation just like the other party and were discriminated against. Do not eat here unless you want to be treated with such disrespect. I will not go anywhere this GM (Steven O'Donnell) works for because he is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

Silverware was dirty Steaks were cooked well done when I asked for medium rare Then they bring out steaks basically blue Damian is a very professional and hospital person who took the steaks off the bill which made my experience better As I'm leaving I did not leave a tip because of the experience and the server goes ohh r u gunna take ur change ohh there is no Hahha

Excellent food, excellent service and a really fun experience. I don't have anything to suggest for improvement, but just be prepared to spend some $$$. I'll be back for sure, once I've saved up and have the purpose of going back to Vegas. I celebrated my 40th anniversary there and I really do appreciate the extra effort for my wife and I. As long as she's thrilled, I'm a happy guy the pressure was on to find a great restaurant.

Unique place tucked away at an office plaza. Came here for a business dinner. Pros - excellent food. I got the braised lamb pasta which was excellent and packed with flavor. The ambiance is nice with great seating arrangements. The bread and cheese spread is great. The crab ravioli also looks great Cons - took off one star because our waiter was super pompous and snobby with me when I asked him some questions about their dishes Overall, great place for a romantic night and for family/group dinners.

We've been told about Vintner's Grill by a few friends and finally made a reservation last night because we had some friends in town. WOW - it did not disappoint. It's like a hidden gem in the oddest location. We pulled up and thought - no, this can't be right. It's tucked away in an office complex, but even on a Saturday night had plenty of parking which was nice. We walked in and what a beautiful restaurant! It was absolutely phenomenal dining experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The ambiance is sophisticated yet cozy, perfect for a memorable evening out. The food was beyond exceptional. Every dish was a delightful combination of flavors and textures, showcasing the chef's creativity and expertise. Everyone loved their entrees; the scallops were amazing, the paste YUM, appetizers were SO good. We loved every bite. Our waiter was also so great, so BIG shout out to David. We will be back and ask for him 100%. Vintner's Grill has truly set the bar high for fine dining in Las Vegas. We can't wait to return and try more of their culinary masterpieces. Highly recommend!

We have been dining here for about 15 years and always enjoyed it. Not this time tor our family birthday party. The salmon was dried out burnt. Like sawdust. They replaced it and it was tasteless. It was a small piece certainly not worth about $40. The boulanaise was very good but the clams were chewy and couldn't be eaten. Very disappointing for an upscale restaurant. Not returning with this food and astronomical prices.

The ambiance was amazing. We sat indoors and everyone was so nice and attentive. The food was great, and the wait staff made us feel right at home! A definite recommendation for all my friends and family!!

Finally got to check this place out that's been on my list for some time. Venue was super cute especially outside! Ordered an espresso martini and glass of wine the espresso tasted burnt, decided to not say anything. Wasn't super hungry atm and when the waiter came over to put in food we mentioned we might just order drinks he responded with "did you tell the host that" and made a face and visibly made it obvious he wasn't happy and he aggressively said "it's ok" and walked away very rudely. First impression wasn't great. Clearly

I'd never know this place existed, it's tucked back in this obscure business center. Our friends invited us and commented that they frequent Vintner's often and so we were curious. The food was very good, everything was fresh and expertly prepared. We were all quite pleased with the service, quality and friendliness of all staff. We'd definitely return!

I went there for dinner and the bread was so sad. It had to be yesterdays leftover. The butter was fancy but I prefer whipped butter that is easily spreadable. The bouillabaisse was good but the octopus was over cooked. The best part was the scallops. I'd go back for dinner and just get the scallop entree. The location is a little odd. It feels like you are in an industrial park. My GPS said arrived but we were on the wrong side of the building. The inside is really fancy. They have projectors on clear glass section dividers.

This place was recommended to me by my sister and I am glad she did. Everything we ordered was perfection. The food was flavorful and the service was top notch. I will definitely be coming back to try other items on the menu.

This is easily one of my favorite restaurants in all of Las vegas. Dining indoors and outdoors are both wonderful. The spacious dining room with lots of beautiful cushions on the couches and banquettes with servers that are really top notch. Yesterday we had David help us, he spoke fluent spanish, was very knowledgeable on the menu, made some great recommendations and provided wonderful service. We tried to Sea bass, the steak sandwich, the crab cakes, the chicken entree salad, and a wonderful charcuterie board with a goat cheese,a blue cheese, a cheddar with smoked duck breast and roast porchetta. Fantastic meal. I can't wait to go back.

Came here for my son's birthday, he loves the food and service here . Our waiter Jeff is very sweet guys , my boy even asked for extra money to tip him . Highly recommended.

BEAUTIFUL restaurant! I absolutely love the decor and color pop. There's outdoor seating when the weather is warm. The customer service was exceptional! The food was really good. Nice drink selection and menu, including dessert!

The best restaurant in Summerlin, I have been to this business multiple times and they never disappoint. Me and my wife make this our go to for the atmosphere and the food, they make us feel important, which is how a business should. I recommend this restaurant 100 times over!

The food was absolutely delicious, and our server did a fantastic job, they were attentive, kind, and on top of everything. Unfortunately, the experience was completely soured by the server's assistant, Rodney. He was dismissive, slow, and downright rude any time we asked for something simple. It felt like we were bothering him by just existing. I've never had someone be so openly unpleasant in a restaurant setting. It's a shame, because the food and service from our server were great. But Rodney's attitude made the whole night uncomfortable. Not sure I'll be returning anytime soon.

An elegant bistro with a beautiful patio. The food is American with European influences. I typically order seafood while my husband enjoys their steak dishes. This has become one of our favorite date night spots. If all tables are reserved it's also fun sitting in the bar area where you may also order from the kitchen. Location is a little unusual as they're connected to a corporate building but there's plenty of parking and valet.

This weekend was my second time at Vintner Grill and I'd say it wasn't as good as the first time. My very first visit which was about 5 years ago was amazing over the top fantastic in every way. Sadly this visit it was clear that there was a huge difference in the presentation of the food and the quality of the food itself. I wasn't impressed with my entree and was a bit disappointed. However the cheese board was pretty darn good but had very little garnish to accompany it and could've been way way better. As I nibbled on the different cheeses on the charcuterie board I was able to point out some obvious differences between this one and the one I've had at Frankie's Uptown bar. I know that place isn't fancy as this place but Frankie's charcuterie board is a million times better than Vintner's, which is kind of surprising. I ordered the crispy chicken entree that came with the Mac & Cheese & broccoli and I'd say the combination of those things did not go well together. The Mac was good but it would've been better without the grated bread crumbs on top of it. And the broccoli was way overdone, soggy and I did not touch one piece of it. My crispy chicken entrée was a bit on the dry side and a little tough to cut through which means the chicken was over cooked. The execution on the entire entrée could've been so much better and also not everybody likes broccoli as a side, so it would've been nice to see something more imaginative. I was not pleased with my experience, and I came here for my birthday expecting to have a really high quality meal and was left disappointed but my server really did all that he could to provide the best service and I do appreciate that. If I ever come to Vintner's again, it might just be for a cocktail and a small plate at the bar but not to eat a full dinner. At this moment I cannot recommend Vintner's as a four or five star restaurant until things change.

Dined 7/29, made a reservation earlier in the day, glad we did as the restaurant was busy and vibrant. Seated on time. Ample free parking. Jeff was our Server. (Quick note, service was great and we unintentionally left a small tip. I'll be back in on Wed and will make it right.) We enjoyed the delicious crispy and moist salmon along with what can be described as an AMAZING prime beef filet mignon. Prepared perfectly with the accompanying house made peppercorn sauce. It was one the the most enjoyable filets of the year. Also consumed two servings of the fresh hot direct from the oven bread with accompanying special butter. Beet salad was similarly highly rated. Avg selection of vino by the glass, only wish is Vintner Grill to offer a few higher end Napa cabs by the glass. This off-the-strip fine dining but not pretentious venue continues year after year to consistently exceptional dining experiences! Bravo to the owner, management and staff. Thank you.

Ambiance:think 'Old Hollywood' or 'Old Vegas' because it feels like you've stepped back in time where the service is excellent, the people are dressed up (not required), it's very lively with old-timey shows on the tv's/games playing at the bar. The decor has old wood, white booths, black and white stripes, and a fun tiled bougie bathroom! The food was flavorful and well presented. We split the vegan portabella mushroom with spaghetti squash which was wonderful and lots of flavor. (They brought us each our own perfectly presented plate) our daughter in law got the lamb bolognese (her 2nd time to get it) and loved it. Our son got the halibut. It was a good size piece of fish and he said it was good. We got the crab cakes which were exactly what you hope it will be-crab, not fillers! Also the beet salad app with goat cheese. It looked tasty but didn't taste. Dessert was lemon cheesecake! Not too sweet and very creamy-perfect. They had the lava cake but not sure about the raspberries or inside filling(maybe dark chocolate). Service was excellent and prompt. Everyone was nice. We celebrated my husband's birthday and they brought him a piece of tiramisu with candle and 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY' wrote in chocolate. Very special!! We would love to come back one day when in the area.

Celebrated our anniversary. I would recommend this place to any looking for nice place to celebrate. We chose patio as inside was fetting loud. Outside setting is amazing. Flowers, lanterns, romantic, quiet. Food was great. I feel menu is relatively standard, but each dish was well seasoned and delicious. Veal scallopini was rich and yummy. Scallops were perfectly seared. I added a pic of the butter that came with the bread, served for each table. It was yummy, and just a nice touch to an otherwise simple basket of bread. Wait staff was attentive. A great Summerlin experience.

Still the best food around. Fantastic service. Very loud though. Also if you are seated in the back room there is a very bad fishy odor from the kitchen

Food was a 5 service was a 4-the waiter was nice but I felt like we were inconveniencing him and he wasn't very patient-changed the vibes for girls night. Anywho, first time at vintner grill and I've heard it's a hidden gem! Located inside a business center you would hardly know it's a restaurant but iykyk! I had the Caesar salad which was wrapped in prosciutto and it was AMAZING. I also had the salmon and that was very well seasoned, hot and had the perfect crust. We shared ice cream cream puffs and that was SOOOOOOO good. I will def be back with my hubby.

I love this restaurant's atmosphere and interior so much! And service is always so polite and friendly. I never disappoint! Foods are always satisfying even at lunchtime! So definitely I'll be back soon!!
