"If you are in the Summerlin area, visit Vintner Grille for a menu with Spanish, French, and Italian influences on American classics. Order Mediterranean sea bass with marble potatoes, grilled Atlantic salmon with fattoush salad, or pan-seared halibut with cous-cous, or try a flatbread, grilled turkey burger, or grilled prime steak sandwich with fresh burrata cheese. Ask to sit outside under a cabana if you want your lunch meeting to feel more relaxed. Opens Monday through Friday at 11 a.m. for lunch." - Susan Stapleton

Found this hidden gem at the last minute for our anniversary dinner..I must admit we were not disappointed...the food was very tasty..we started out with the flat bread sausage pizza which we shared then i ordered the half chicken with sautéed spinach and the Mac and cheese..My wife ordered the Steak with potatoes..everything was cooked to perfection!!! The seating and the ambiance was phenomenal!! However the apple crisp was not to our pleasing...but overall...we will be back...A lot of available parking...highly recommend.Great experience

Beautiful decor lovely atmosphere delicious food and beverages with plenty of options to choose from with a variety of plates to accommodate a wide range of palettes and a great place to celebrate or meet up with a group of friends or family or a romantic date. I tried this restaurant for the first time ~6 years ago for a dinner event and although I don't recall what I ordered, I do remember that the food, service, and atmosphere were outstanding. I kept this restaurant on my special list to return for a second time because I wanted to revisit this place with only my family so I could have a quieter and more personable setting. After years have passed, the day had finally arrived; my family and I visited Vintner Grill (VG) on 30 May 2024. When we walked in, we were greeted very nicely by the hostess and were escorted to our table once she confirmed (and we validated) our reservation. Our table/booth was very comfortable; as you sit there, you can't help but notice the beautiful décor this restaurant has, along with the relaxing and clean feel it provides. Sitting in the back of the restaurant definitely has a different feel to it compared to sitting towards the entrance (that's where we were during my initial visit to VG). Our server, Eldifonso, did a remarkable job throughout the evening which is always appreciative since a restaurant experience is always a total package deal (food quality/quantity and service). He was personable, attentive, and very efficient; thank you, Eldifonso. Throughout the evening, we ordered the Classic Old Fashioned (w/Four Roses Bourbon), Pearfection, glass of Sauvignon Blanc, and Coke for our drinks; Crab Cakes and Caesar Salad for appetizer; Halibut, Sea Bass, and Crab Ravioli for our main entrées; Lava Cake, Créme Brûlée, and Carrot Cake for dessert. To start, the majority of the drinks were superb; it was the first time I tried an Old Fashioned with Four Roses. Needless to say, it won't replace my favorite bourbon, but it was still magnificent. The Pearfection was only ok; you couldn't really taste the pear flavor at all - mostly the lemon (or lime). Appetizers were wonderful and whereas some folks may have complained about not having enough dressing on the Caesar Salad, I thought it was perfect since I'm not one of those that has a "salad with my salad dressing." The main entrées were hands-down superb, and the desserts provided us pure bliss! The prices are very reasonable considering the quality, quantity, service, atmosphere, and restaurant location. I like the idea that this is hidden away from the main street to which you would never know it existed unless you conduct a Google search of nearby restaurants in that area, or happen to be at one of the businesses close by. This restaurant does not disappoint - I highly recommend VG to all locals and visitors.

4 stars for a reason: Upon stepping inside with my grandparents (grandma uses a walker) the hostess wasn't professional as she should be. She asked if my Grandmother's walker folds up and we said yes but we don't want it folded. She then said she can place the walker at the entrance. She seemed unprofessional the way her tone was. It was as if the walker was made of sticks and mud. Overall, the food was SPECTACULAR! The Prime Beef Tenderloin was just out of this world! It was just phenomenal. Best I've had so far.

My lobster special and his halibut were both delicious. They were both perfectly plated. We couldn’t have asked for a more PERFECT date night! Will definitely be going again next time I’m in town.

Have you ever been to a place that transports you in time and memory? This restaurant has the best team, timeless aesthetics and a thought provoking menu of incredible flavors. My family and I have had the best memories here every visit, and yours will too. Try a little of everything, savor every bite, and come back often for new adventures each time you visit. You'll remember the adventurous flavors, enjoy every view, and remember the generosity of the elite staff! Provecho!!!

Very nice menu with quality food. Chilean Seabass was cooked perfectly with crispy skin. Pictures with comments on other food.

I don't understand the other reviews. Location. Good. Service. Good. Food. What The actual F. Over cooked seafood. Sauce tasted like they defrosted it while cooking. Ravioli uneven. Visually unpleasant. I'll give it another shot in the future and assume they had an off day. Also these dishes I've taken photos of are half eaten. My friend has a stomach of champs.
