"If you are in the Summerlin area, visit Vintner Grille for a menu with Spanish, French, and Italian influences on American classics. Order Mediterranean sea bass with marble potatoes, grilled Atlantic salmon with fattoush salad, or pan-seared halibut with cous-cous, or try a flatbread, grilled turkey burger, or grilled prime steak sandwich with fresh burrata cheese.
