Overall very disappointed. The atmosphere is relatively good and I believe the view would be a bonus in summer period. Yet the food quality is so average. For one of the courses in the Oltre menu, I can barely eat it… usually I finish everything no matter I like or not to show some respect to the food itself and chef, but this time I didn’t manage… really don’t understand where the idea of combining risotto and venison tartare comes from… venison seems fresh, but the tartare preparation seems so amateur… risotto itself is acceptable at the beginning, but you only slightly warmed plate (I guess is to avoid heating up the tartare too much) and risotto gets cold so rapidly… also to mention that ‘tartare’ is not mentioned in your menu, I wouldn’t choose this menu if I know it’s such weird combination… almost want to vomit… rest courses are also quite average… only the appetizers are okay-ish…

What a fantastic experience. Beautiful location. Wonderful people and some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. Extremely knowledgeable about local wines and ingredients. We’re already planning a trip back to the piedmont to enjoy another evening here.

Make reservation and arrive early. Sit out back and have a drink or 2 enjoying the awesome views. The 9-course meal is a win-win order and the waiters are knowledgeable and accommodating

We had our ten year wedding anniversary at Visionè. We worked with the team for several months for the food and organization. The team delivered an event that was absolutely 5 star- from the curated menu, the professional service, the amazing food, to the most beautiful space. The team were so flexible and easy to work with- an absolute pleasure. We would recommend everyone visiting Barbaresco to make sure they do not miss this gorgeous spot!
