"At this restaurant, new chef Emanuele Bellomo serves three tasting menus – one focuses on traditional dishes, another has a more modern and imaginative flavour, while the third is a surprise menu which allows the chef to demonstrate his skill to the full (all dishes are also available à la carte style).
