Ordered through Doordash and all I can say is thank you for offering healthy food that’s flavor comes from the food and not salt,gravy or condiments! Great to eat in the restaurant too especially on a hot summer day. Cold bowls and cold ac🏁

Such a cute cafe with delicious healthy dishes, with many options on the menu and the acai bowls are amazing, definitely recommend coming here for lunch, breakfast, or a healthy snack!

The atmosphere was pretty good. It was clean and very spacious. The food was not put together very well so I honestly didn't eat the panini avocado sandwich. It smelled horrible as if the veggies on the sandwich were spoiled. If you look at the picture you can smell the fonk lol. The cheese was not melted at all. I didn't even have to eat it to realize that it would taste exactly how it smelled. The vitality bowl wasn't good at all.I would def never visit this place again not even if someone volunteered to pay for it. Sorry I wasn't pleased at all.

The place is charming, right in the heart of downtown Alpharetta. The service is quick and super friendly. The food is good; we had an açai bowl, the nutty one, and it was great! Maybe a little too much honey and the açai itself lacked flavor. The other chicken bowl was really good! Healthy and full of flavors. I would recommend it if you feel like having some healthy food.

Superfood restaurant in the heart of Alpharetta. They have juices, paninis, deserts, bowls. I liked dragon bowl.

Adorable location and delicious bowl. I had tropical bowl with peanut butter and it was perfect! Their GF granola is really nice (you have to ask specifically that it be prepared with gluten free granola and they charge it as an add on if it’s GF even if the bowl already comes with granola). They offer military discount.

Clean. Tasty. AMAZING. I ordered the Tropical Bowl and have to say, it is nothing less than a treat! I invite all of my colleagues to Vitality Bowl in Alpharetta for all my meetings and eatings. So good! Clean and friendly faces as well. This is also a must do downtown destination anytime I’m in the area!!

What a gem! The location is immaculate, and the decor is trendy and Instagram ready! The service is fast and friendly. I will definitely visit again soon!

I've been here sooooo many times! Everything they make is fresh and delicious though it comes with a price. Prices are a little higher than usual but the bowls, smoothies, paninis etc are extremely enjoyable! This time I had the Green Glow Bowl which includes hot grilled chicken, avocado, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, radishes, cucumber, whole grains, feta and mint. It was so good and filling! We also tried the bowl of the month which was the Apple Pie Bowl. It tasted like a dessert and the Tropical Paradise smoothie was good yet not too sweet. Every time I come here I like to order something new I haven't tried before. I've never been disappointed and recommend trying if you've never been here before. Parking is free in the garage and there's plenty of seating inside as well as a few tables outside.

Love this place and eat here a decent amount always getting the same thing. I came in with my brother today and got a Vitality bowl no Strawberries on top but strawberries inside were fine and extra of all the other toppings as in granola, Goji berries, honey, bananas. Paid $36 and when we got to our destination and looked at our food there was only the irregular amount of bananas and Goji berries a small amount of honey. Absolutely no granola or strawberries inside. Highly dissatisfied!

I ran in there when they were closing but they still served me which I'm grateful for. The açaí bowl was a very big serving (definitely not complaining). The toppings were fresh but the açaí alone was very liquidy and it a little bland. Don't get me wrong because I ate it all still but I don't have to give them another try for redemption.

Clean pleasant decor, friendly staff. Guess I chose the wrong item as i had to ask for the hot chocolate to be made twice and it still lacked any semblance of chocolate flavor. Finally played it safe and exchanged it for a hot matcha tea which was delicious and impossible to miss.

The food was delicious (Power Pesto Chicken Bowl), though the price was higher than I would have liked. Good service from the folks here - friendly and prompt. Place had a good crowd for Sunday noon, but they handled everyone quickly. I would probably come back, if the prices were better, it'd be a definite.

Read the poor reviews on Google and you'll see that it's due to the manager/owner's aura and demeanor. She should NOT be working in customer service whatsoever. Since the pandemic I've supported this Alpharetta business almost every week. I discovered and adored açaí bowls because of them and easily have spent in the thousands for my large family. Last weekend we placed an accidental double order on Door Dash between my husband and myself, and she was snarky then about the order and couldn't support cancelling one of them because they were made through Door Dash - fine. Today, I call on Mother's Day to ask for strawberries on top of the bowls because the 'Extra Fruit' option from Door Dash doesn't allow me to write in which fruit, and Ms. Snarky answers the phone. I let her know it was the double order caller from last weekend and she proceeds to say you paid and your got your food, right? Yes, Ms. Snarky, just as I said - I paid and got food that melted and tossed because cut fruit doesn't freeze well for second day deliciousness AND guess what, you got your money too. One weekend of a misplaced order and you couldn't accommodate my call with an, oh yes, I remember you... did you enjoy - I see you always order here and get kids bowls - I'll put an extra one in for the kiddos. What can I help you with today? Instead, you proceed to tell me you're working on Mother's Day - well I was trying to give you business on Mother's Day, but I refuse to give your establishment our business ever again. You should stay off the phones - and basically away from all human beings with a heart - and bring the guy back who I spoke to almost every weekend who was more than accommodating and easy to order through.

Well, my wife and I tried this place out for this first time this evening. We wanted something light, but also healthy to eat for dinner. Came across this business on Yelp, so we decided to try it out! I want to start this review by talking about customer service. This is where majority of this three star experience came from. We walked in and walked up close to the counter to read the menu. The young girl behind the counter just stared at us without saying anything (not that she had to or anything). When we finally decided what we wanted, we stepped up closer to the cash register and she just stared at us again waiting for us to tell her what we wanted... I think the only word that she said the whole time was, "anything else?" When we finished ordering, she finalized our order and the credit card machine turned on. Again, she didn't say anything... I mean we obviously put two and two together and understood that we needed to pay, but what an awkward first experience we just had. As soon as the credit card machine finalized our order, she walked back into the kitchen... I kid you not... my wife and I both looked at each other like, "is something wrong?... did we do something?" If there is one thing I've learned while working in the restaurant industry for 7 years, it's providing good customer service from the moment a customer(s) walks in your front door. You can have the best tasting food, but if have bad customer service it can ruin the entire experience which then leads to people not returning ever again. Maybe the girl was having a bad day or just didn't want to work that day. Not sure. Either way, we just let it roll at the time. When our bowl and smoothie came out, we walked over to the green space to enjoy them. I ordered their Nutty açaí bowl and she ordered their Tropical Paradise smoothie. I really enjoyed the Nutty bowl! It was cold and refreshing as should be expected with lots of delicious flavor! The peanut butter was not overpowering and blended well with everything else that was mixed in! I really enjoyed the almonds and granola as well. Both ingredients gave the açaí a nice soft and crunchy texture. I would definitely return for this bowl alone! As for my wife's smoothie though... unfortunately, it lacked much taste... maybe the right amount of ingredients were not blended together, but it tasted watered down and fruitless(?). We could taste a hint of banana and coconut milk, but that was about it. According to the ingredients, there is mango juice, pineapples and strawberries blended in so we were expecting it to taste like, well, paradise. The drink looked REALLY good, but the taste didn't match its appearance. Like I said, maybe it was just made wrong(?) Either way, it didn't taste like it was worth $7. That price point is more than a drink at Tropical Smoothie Cafe... I hope that this review doesn't sound like I'm dogging the business, because I'm not. I do hope that the owners or franchisee can take this as a critique to work on fine tuning their quality control and customer service experience. We will try this place again in maybe a couple weeks and order the Tropical Paradise smoothie to see if we had just got a bad batch the first time.

Love this place. I love the fresh options and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. This is a go-to for me when I need a pick-me-up with tons of nutrition and don't have groceries (or don't feel like making anything).

The cashier was so nice and helped me pick out my order. Lauren and Ansley were super helpful. Ansley especially was so nice and welcomed me to the store! I ordered a vitality bowl from Ansley's suggestion and highly enjoyed it!

I was a paying customer and I was treated extremely bad by the employee at this establishment. I will not be coming back and the employer needs to implement training to their staff to be more polite to paying customers. After being demeaned by the staff and and paying for the food it was not even that good, I've had better bowls else where. Rude and so nasty. Do better.

We were looking for a quick, light breakfast and found this place on Yelp. Super good and not as expensive as other açaí bowl spots. Really cute inside as well. Employees wear masks Will be back next time I'm in Alpharetta!

Have had take out at work and now stopped by the location. We were lucky to be there at an off time of day for parking. Product either was excellent and service inside location was great and has an open airy, yet comfortable vibe. I have enjoyed Tropical Paradise and Temptation smoothies so far and they were delicious, well mixed or "smoothied" I guess . Lots of add ins and bowls as well. Whether I have to lunch on the go at work of have the time to leisurely explore that area of Alpharetta ,I will keep Vitality's Bowls in mind!

This place has tons of delicious items in the menu. Really enjoyed the dragon bowl but it was a bit watery for me. I feel like the prices are a bit over priced for what im used too.

Great healthy and delicious options for a snack or lunch! My wife loves the smoothies and anything with Açaí is awesome! Ingredients are always fresh and they load up the bowls with yummy goodness. The staff is always nice and friendly, the app is user friendly with a great point system for rewards. Highly recommend this spot!

Love love love. My minis love playing outside and then coming in here for a fresh healthy treat. I wish I remembered the awesome young man's name.. mocha complexion guy, young, slim, maybe Leo? He's super nice and was attentive gave us a detailed description of every single recipe listed (thankfully there was no line) and told us his faves when we needed suggestions. With allergies being a concern he helped. Then, he gave special attention to the little ones and got them a blend perfect for their tastes. While we were eating a man came in with his soon and was ordering for his wife who was home. He was having a hard go trying to figure out what to get and what she'd like. The same attention and care was given to him and he has a screaming 1 yr old w him! Just amazed at his patience and poise. The cafe itself Is modern, chic, clean and the same vibe known for vitality bowl despite the location I've visited. I guess that's why you're paying $13 to 16$ for essentially a smoothie w toppings. :-/ but it is soooooo dang good. Dangerous. Download the app for reward points and happy eating.

The area is wonderful and it is a short walk from parking if street options are full. Vitality Bowl is clean and it has a decent selection. Bowl Drawbacks: The topping-to-acai portions are off and you run out of toppings rather quickly, leaving a giant bowl of acai to finish by itself. They also cut the mixture with apple juice to reduce cost, meaning you aren't getting as much nutritional value. It can take a little while to get your food and you might not get the right final order.

Hey look I love my self a vitally bowl and I'm a frequent customer. But today was just ridiculous. I payed for extra honey, and there was was no honey in my bowl. I accidentally ordered almonds on it and before they made it told them I didn't want any almonds... they did a good job by not adding almonds...BUT CHARGED ME FOR THE DANG ALMONDS. So now I'm out $1.50 with no honey and imaginary almonds that haunt my bank account. And to top it off THERE WAS BANANAS. I'm my dragon bowl? Bananas? Cmon now. Love y'all and still gonna come back, but I expect a 1.50 credit. The bowl was good tho.

I was craving a healthy smoothie at the end of my work day and the cafe downstairs was closed. My initial thought was I needed a place that would allow me to order online...check! Then I needed a place where I could park close, preferably under cover, since it was raining hard...check! I work 5 minutes from this place, so i ordered online, parked in a garage, and had a short covered walk to the shop, where there was no one in line and the smoothie was waiting for me. I got the Acai Elixir and it was smooth, fresh, and satisfying. They are open during COVID-19 for mobile orders so keep supporting these guys!

You can tell that this place is organic/all-natural/etc. I liked it here, but I didn't actually try their acai bowls or vitality bowls which I guess this review would be more useful to help others. I did, however, try their iced latte with acai. I didn't taste the acai at all, just an iced latte that isn't too sweet. I was a little disappointed, since I wanted a little acai taste :P, but that's okay. Maybe it is my taste buds! I also tried their avocado toast with gluten free bread. I liked it, but it wasn't super complicated or anything. The staff was really nice and we didn't have to wait too long for our food. I would come back here to try the fancy bowls :D

I really love the vitality bowl. It is super yummy. I've tried other bowls, but I keep coming back to the namesake. I've also tried the salami panini, but I think that's been taken off the menu. My only complaint are the store hours. They simply do not open up early enough. 9am on a weekday means I can't stop and pick one up before work. I wanted a bowl after my workout on a Sunday, but they didn't even open until 10am. By 10am I am usually planning what I am having for lunch, so I don't eat here as often as I'd like.

I finally got around to giving vitality Bowls a try. It is conveniently located in downtown Alpharetta. They offered to go in dining options for smoothies sandwiches and açai bowls. I redeem the coupon for a free kids açai bowl with the purchase of one adult açai bowl. Even with a coupon, I found this place to be pretty pricey. I tried the warrior bowl first and saved the kid bowl for later. This was my third time having an açai bowl, so I am by no means an expert but it tasted great to me. I was very impressed by the size, because I ordered a medium and thought it was a huge portion I was barely able to finish mine. I can't imagine what the large looks like. I thought it tasted good. All of the ingredients were fresh and presented nicely in the bowl. I loved the honey drizzled over the top and how the almonds were thinly sliced. My only feedback would be to put more granola in the bowls. The granola is my favorite part and I felt like my bowl barely had any in it. I think the granola adds to the texture of the bowl and noticed myself wanting more. I will say the service at this location is very slow. I understand that all orders are made fresh when you place them, but I found it interesting and a little frustrating that five people that ordered after me got their orders before me. I am not sure if Açai bowls take longer to make than other items that they offer or what, but it was definitely frustrating to see people go in and out that had ordered after me. Once I got my order, I was taking pictures of it and one of the team members asked if something was wrong, which I found odd because I feel like everyone takes pictures of their foods nowadays. It made me feel a little awkward after that, but I still stayed to enjoy my food anyway. I plan to go back in and try one of their paninis and/or smoothies and I hope for better, faster service.

I was excited to find a place that had açaí bowls near my job... Unfortunately though in the world of açaí bowls, this place is highly mediocre. Instead of layering things like granola and peanut butter, they blend everything together, the fruits are frozen instead of fresh... I was left disappointed with a huge bowl of icy mush.

I am a regular customer at Vitality Bowls, and as someone who is extremely conscious about what goes into my body I can vouch for their ingredients and wholesomeness of their food! From their bowls, wraps, salads to their hot drinks...you always feel re-energized from the whole foods that go into what they make! My favorite bowl is the dessert bowl, my favorite drink is the hot cacao and I love the green glow bowl!! Everything is wonderful though, so try it all :) -Sarah Weyl

So glad we found this gem! I'll be honest when my fiancé wanted to go the first time for lunch I was eh. Mostly because any açaí bowl place we try isn't allergen friendly. There's always some nut built into the base or the granola etc. I walked in ready to be disappointed only to learn that they are SUPER allergen friendly and actually built the business around their daughter with a nut allergy. The woman who helped us told us all about the story, assured me mine would be made without cross contamination etc. The best part! I actually got to enjoy a normal açaí bowl without any reactions. Even the granola is nut free! We have been coming to this location frequently since we learned and have never had an issue. They even have gluten free options available if that's a concern of yours. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at Vitality Bowls, and I had a a positive experience! I ordered the turkey panini, and my brother ordered the Tropical Paradise smoothie. We felt comfortable ordering as there was a screen in front of the register, and the employees wore masks. Our order was prepared quickly, and we enjoyed it outside. I would recommend this spot for a quick snack or light lunch!

I decided to stop here for lunch & to work on some homework for a few hours. I ordered a large açaí bowl which was very large but unfortunately quite expensive. The bowl was pretty good, extremely healthy and fresh. The location is very busy and loud contrary to most açaí places I've been to. Overall my experience was pretty positive!

I enjoyed the bowl but the service was a little dry. It was my first time there so I didn't really know what to order because everything sound so good. It would have been nice for the cashier to make some suggestions after me stating it was my first time. The bowl was delicious and you can tell the fruits are fresh.

the acai bowl was pretty good but was not amazing. there were so many things on the menu it was so hard to choose but the woman working there was really nice and told us which ones were most popular and was just very patient. although the bowls were good, i feel that they were overpriced. i think it was $0.75 for each additional topping and they barely put any on. this place is definitely worth a try but i will keep looking for my new fave acai bowl place!

My friend and I came here and waited about 30-45 minutes for two smoothie bowls. It would be understandable if there was a lot of people in the restaurant but there were only 3-4 other people there. My friend received her bowl after waiting 30 minutes and mine came out 15 minutes after ever though we ordered at the same time. The presentation was good but the bowl that I got wasn't very flavorful and tasted watery. For the price/how long we waited, it wasn't worth it. Probably will not return.

Horrible customer service. They're either stoned or truly don't care. I ordered a detoxify juice and they "lost the order" while I was standing there. No customer service and no care for the customer. Don't bother with this ridiculous place.

Amazing experience with both great customer service and tasty food. I tried their new resolution bowl and it was completely worth the price. I look forward to my next visit.

I had the vitality bowl and added almond butter on top, this was the biggest açaí bowl for the price I've ever had. Most places i feel like are over priced for the amount they give you but here I don't feel that way at all I could not even finish my whole bowl. Everything tasted great and refreshing. The service was a little slow but they weren't busy but besides that great place will be back.

Great location, good concept, good food (if you're into such food). Wifey and I ended up eating the avocado toast and the panini/sandwich (not sure 100% what it was), both of them tasted good. I would stop by for a quick bite when I am hanging in the alpharetta downtown area.

Use to Love this place but they need HAIR NETS! Had a huge long hair in one bowl. Daughter had a huge piece of plastic in an egg panini. They do not wear hair nets and that is pretty gross. It is a nice place but you have these kids making these bowls with their long hair just hanging. They touch it....they pull it back...and then make your food. To be honest I'm not even sure they wear gloves. We will never be back unless this place makes their employees wear Hair nets and gloves.

The acai bowls are amazing, but was surprised how good the sandwiches and soups are as well. I have even found a few Kombucha that I enjoy. The staff is very polite, the restaurant is very clean, and the owner is incredible nice. I had never had an acai bowl before Vitality Bowl and now it is a weekly staple with the family.

Everything was an upcharge. Like others they were slooooooooooow. Probs waited 20 minutes for two smoothies and avocado toast with no one else in the restaurant.

Five stars!!! I've tried these type of places all over the city and can honestly say this one is by far the best!! Great menu with an awesome menu/variety. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming!

Five stars all around! The food was fresh, healthy, and filling. I recommend getting the Sirloin panini, as it's an employee favorite! It's a natural seasoned, seared sirloin panini with mozzarella cheese, spinach, and dijon mustard. You could really taste all of the panini's components without one of them overpowering the other. The smoothies were also very tasty! The Sunsation smoothie, (Organic Açaí, Lemonade, Raspberries, Strawberries, Bananas), is a must! The prices were also fair, considering the type of food you're receiving. On top of the great food, the service was phenomenal! The owners and employees were super nice and very attentive. The ambiance is also second to none! Its small, super clean setting gives it more of a "homey" feel and vibe than other similar health food restaurants in the area. This place has definitely become my go-to place for all my smoothie and healthy food-related needs. If you are ever in the Alpharetta City Center area, give it a try! You'll regret it if you don't! :-)

My go-to for Açaí bowls. Especially, since the start of of COVID, the restaurant has always been super conscious and employees are always wearing masks. All the bowls are always fresh and never pre-made! The staff is always super warm and welcoming. I have never had a bad experience in this restaurant! They always are super understanding about having allergies and make sure never to cross contaminate any of my orders.

What a nice surprise!! I am a big fan of their smoothies and their superfood bowl! And grilled cheese for the kids-- they have very discerning tastes () and thought it was perfect!

Love this place !!! Always come in order the nutty bowl it's clean it's nice the customer service is superb and they can always deliver when I say extra thick thick sweet... ohh and I love how the owners are always present and involved... the wife is so sweet I literally will go pass the one on Peachtree and drive 16 miles to Alpharetta
