Meals were good, cocktails were affordable, bread and bread sauce were impossible to put down. Atmosphere was a little off as it shares a home with an Irish pub. No bar seating in Vito’s.

Great Authentic Italian food made from scratch . Great pasta selection. Sauces fresh and tasty. Reasonable prices .

Went out on a date night with my husband on Thursday to have the famous inducer. I am proud to say I went into labor within less than 48 hours of eating the dish and just welcomed the newest garlic baby into the world this weekend! Can’t wait to take her back for more pasta!

We love visiting Vito's when we can! Their food is exquisite, the service is always top notch, and though it can get a little cozy on the Italian side, it's always warm and welcoming. My husband and I always have to order two of the caprese because otherwise, there might be an argument.

I went there last night and got reminded that this is a good restaurant. Certainly not ordinary. I had the St. Peter's fish this time and thoroughly enjoyed it. The side plate of vegetables and noodles was a very nice touch. I will certainly go back and proudly take friends and family, too.

Loved this quaint little restaurant. My husband and I went here for our Anniversary dinner. It is a small place, so make sure to have a reservation (you have to call the restaurant) or attend an early (5-6pm) or late dinner (7:30-8) if you want to walk in. We both ordered pasta dishes for our meals. My husband ordered the meat Ravioli with Cathy’s Sugo aka homemade slightly sweet marinara sauce. He loved it and ate every bite. I ordered the Chicken Carbonara and it was delicious. The portion size was enough for me to take some home for lunch the next day. Each pasta dish comes with your choice of soup of the day, house salad, or Caesar salad. We ordered the Tiramisu and chocolate mousse for dessert. We both loved the tiramisu. The chocolate mousse seemed more like a chocolate crème brulee so just be aware. Service was excellent and highly attentive. Atmosphere was cozy and romantic. I would recommend this place to friends and family for any occasion. Customers were dressed anywhere from super casual to date night attire.

Google
Adorable, cozy atmosphere, great customer service, and DELICIOUS food! Some of the best tortellini I've ever had. The cesar salad is also very good. Don't pass on the bread. I underestimated it. Though I do wish it was served warm.

Google
Our food was wonderful, and we were greeted kindly. Everything was going great, until our waitress was neglectful to make sure that the knife on the plate she pulled over my 8 month old daughters head was secured and she dropped the knife on my daughter's face. She has a bruise on her bottom eye lid from where the knife landed on her face and then a cut going down her chin where the seraded edge cut her soft baby skin. When this happened, our waitress goes "I don't know why your knife was on your plate like that" when she is the one who picked up the plate OVER the child. While I'm trying to console my screaming baby, my husband was told that the only thing she can do for us is give us a piece of chocolate cake. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back here and when people ask us how our daughter got cuts on her face we let them know what happened.

Yelp
Both our children were born the next day after my wife ate "the inducer." Highly recommend.

Yelp
Love this place. We went for my husband's birthday on a Monday night and no problem getting a table. It had been quite awhile since we were here. They now have removed the bar prep area to make room for more tables. Does change the atmosphere alittle but understand. The kitchen has always been with the Irish side adjoined. Still need to try it, sounded like they were having fun. Lasagna was great with plenty of sauce surrounding it. Soup was good, think it was spinach cream. Husband changes what he orders but loves it all. Lemon cake with raspberry drizzle so good. Service great and you don't have to dress up. A very charming place.

Yelp
The bread is cold but still delicious. We were told the toaster was broken. Love the seasoning in the olive oil/garlic sauce they give you with the bread. We had the seafood ravioli as our appetizer and omg it was delicious. There are only 3 pieces so the portion is small but still satisfying. The basil sauce is to die for. We dipped bread in the sauce. I had the spaghetti w meatballs which was delicious. The portions are massive. Pricing is high but you get what you pay for here. Well worth the price. The best part about this place is definitely the ambiance. They totally nail it. I love the old Italian vibe with the red checkered table cloths. When we arrived for our reservation our ice waters and bread were waiting for us at the table. My fav Italian place in okc. Do yourself a favor and check this spot out. Service was excellent,

Yelp
I have wanted to try them for soooo long and finally made it happen!! I ordered online for take out and upon pickup the service was incredible. Very welcoming and very kind. Truth is, half the food did not make it out the parking lot. I got the eggplant parmesan with alfredo on the side. I love that the alfredo was smooth and not overly thick. It was nice and velvety and was perfect with the eggplant, which had a crunch and was not soggy. The sauce on the eggplant was homemade and I loved that for me!! Brocoli was not mushy and the bread was accompanied with seasoned olive oil and parmesan cheese. Good hearty italian food!

Yelp
Another memorable birthday celebration at Vito's. Unfortunately, we ate before we could take pics of our entrees. I made my own entree with angel hair pasta, the Diablo sauce and blackened chicken. My sweetheart also made his own as well with penne, cream tomato sauce and sausage. I received their complimentary chocolate cake slice for being my birthday and we each had a glass of their house Chianti. Jordan was outstanding waiting on us and the "supporting actors" are pretty awesome as well. The ambiance doesn't get any better. Thanks for another great memory.

Yelp
We love Vito's!! The food is so good and the ambiance is great. The perfect size for an intimate dinner! The staff is always timely and we don't feel like they're always hovering.

Yelp
The food is great. The tomato basic soup was great. Not what we expected but great. I had lasagna which was some of the best I have ever tasted. The service was outstanding from the lady who seated us to the server to the gentleman who kept our water filled. All we very friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant is small around 20 tables with old pictures and very comfortable feel. We will definitely be back. After going to see Oklahoma at the civic center we arrived before our reservation but they seated us. Very nice people.

Yelp
Wonderfully warm and welcoming atmosphere and staff. From the opening bread and garlic sauce, to the wine, to the pasta and dessert, all the food was freshly prepared and delicious.

Yelp
This is a great local place with outstanding flavorful food. Service is top notch, attentive. The ambiance is quite small Italian great for any occasion.

Yelp
I've been hearing a lot about this restaurant so when my husband suggested it for dinner I was excited to try it! My first reaction walking up to the door was, "is this an Irish pub or an Italian restaurant?" It shares an entrance with Sean Cummings which was confusing at first. (BTW, I want to go back and try the pub). Once inside, take a hard right to Vito's. It's a quaint place and looks like there's lots of history, shown by the pictures on the walls. At our table, we were greeted with water and bread. The bread was ok. I wish it was warmed. It had a cornbread consistency but was garlicky. We ordered calamari as an appetizer. I would ask for it to be more crispy next time as it almost tasted undercooked (not my preference). Our entrees were good but not the best Italian food I have had in town. Staff were super friendly and attentive which is why I'm giving this review 4 stars. Overall, I would come back but it's just not my first or second preference for an Italian dinner.

Yelp
We absolutely love Vito's and have been eating here for years. Our personal favorites are the chicken parm and the lasagna with Cathy's sugo. The ambiance and service are impeccable.

Carol D.

Yelp
The atmosphere felt very Italian! Service was outstanding and the food was the best! The restaurant is lovely and the food is delicious!

Yelp
Great food, reasonable prices, and good service. My sister said the chicken piccata was the best she had ever eating. I had the eggplant parm and it was great. The bread and oil on the table was a nice touch too. Will hunt this one out next time I'm in OKC.

Cheryn K.

Yelp
Wow, wow, wow! I hate that I can't think of our servers name but she was wonderful (tiny, energetic, with a sister that works the bar at Capital Grille). So going here is an experience in itself. I'd recommend it even if I thought the food was just okay. The ambience is unexpected! Upon entering a place that unexpectedly feels like a back alley dive in Europe, I hear "Irish or Italian?". Huh? (Well 23 and me tells me I'm 96% Irish, so...) Irish? The left side of the restaurant joined, by a tiny, dark entry with brick floors, is an Irish restaurant. To the right, the Irish man on the left, whose wife is Italian, is the Italian Restaurant! I can't describe how excellent of a dining experience this was! In summary, the start of is amazing focaccia with the yummiest of garlic, parm, and olive oil. Here's the good stuff: My husband had the lasagna and absolutely love it! I had the shrimp scampi and let me tell you, it's divine! It's heavy on the garlic, as in Heavy! I always say I can't get too much garlic, in this case, this can only be described as perfection. The shrimp was fresh, juicy, perfectly seasoned! I hope if you haven't tried this spot, you will for your sake, not theirs! I'll bet you love it as much as I do!

Yelp
Delicious Italian spot. I always try the toasted ravioli when I hit up a new Italian spot and these are probably my favorite I've had. Chicken parm was also delicious. Ambiance was fun and the service was great. It reminded me of old family dinners at my Italian grandmas house was a wonderful nostalgic touch alongside a delicious meal.

Yelp
Good food, excellent service. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable, explained the various dishes and was prompt.

Yelp
While it's true that this isn't an easy reservation to secure, it is most certainly worth the wait. Admittedly, I am a pretty picky eater and quite particular. I honestly find myself continuously dissatisfied when eating Italian but that was not the case this evening. I opted to add blackened chicken to one of my favorite linguine dishes and I was blown away. It was perfection...beyond top tier! Every one of Vito's staff goes above and beyond to cater to loyal patrons for a reason. A wise man once told me, a successful restaurant needs only 3 things: clean bathrooms, tablecloths and a good salad. What can I say? Vito's we love you!
google avatar

Chris L.

Yelp
I cannot believe I've not reviewed Vito's before now. I'll get to the specifics, but the TL;DR version is just get here and order something with Cathy's sugo. Where to start? Everything I've had here has been great - chicken scallopini, chicken parmesan, tortellini. My go-to is the Fat Tony's Pasta with spaghetti and meatballs. The sugo sauce is freakin' amazing. We spent two weeks in Italy this summer, and Cathy's sugo is the equal of any marinara I had. It's so bright and fresh. The portions are huge. The garlic bread is different than most other places, but it's soft and flavorful. The appetizers are good - we had the fried ravioli - and the Caesar salad is fresh, crispy and lightly dressed. And let's talk about price. You get a great meal for around the same price - less even - than what you'd pay at Olive Garden. We're lucky to have several good Italian restaurants. I love Moni's, Patrono, and Stella is pretty good. But you just can't beat Vito's.
google avatar

Katie C.

Yelp
Don't let the ambiance fool you! This place is unassuming and attached to an Irish pub, but I was blown away by the food and service! All dinners come with a side salad or soup of the day and I expected small portions, but they were not! Their rolls are also delicious and refill as the night goes on. I had the chicken scaloppine and it was DELICIOUS. So moist and flavorful and tasted fresh! It was not expensive for dinner portions compared to many Italian places around town. I'll definitely stop by again.

M A.

Yelp
How have I not discovered this place sooner? I absolutely love it--the quality and flavor of the food are fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I do wish the place was a bit larger so guests weren't seated so closely together, but honestly, that's a minor detail. I'm definitely coming back, no matter what.

Yelp
Food was delicious and the service was top notch even on a busy Saturday night. We would highly recommend!

Yelp
I must say. The service was amazing! I can't thank Cindy enough for how nicely she treated my family of five. My daughters had a long day and frankly were not in great moods when we arrived. But Cindy's positive attitude, great energy, and suggestions made our evening fantastic! We couldn't recommend it enough!

Delton G.

Yelp
Food was great, service was amazing! Really enjoyed the bread! Prices were good and the portion sizes large!
google avatar

Wendy E.

Yelp
All that was missing was a "beachfront " view! Simply amazing and I will forever stop by when I come to visit my daughter! Friendly staff and fresh food that was cooked to perfection!

Yelp
Nice setting here with 2 adjoining type restaurants. This Italian and other is....hmmm not sure! Now have a glass, maybe more soon, of white moscato. Excellent. Crab ravioli app coming soon. Special request build of pasta, marinara, shrimp and sausage also. Nice bread with basalmic and olive oil. I add generous amount of pepper also. Wow good ravioli. Easily could do that as main dish with a few more ravioli pods added. All was really good and worthy of a return.

Yelp
Vito's was exceptional. The dishes we have eaten were delicious and were nice portions. The ambience is intimate and family oriented as well. I will always remember how incredibly welcoming Kathy the owner was. The restaurant gets booked up but the employees work hard to accommodate everyone. Vito's is a must for Italian in OKC.

Yelp
So this was my first time dining at Vito's Ristorante. I decided to treat the Mrs to an early Mother's Day dinner to avoid the Sunday crowds. She had gone with our daughter her mom previously and they could not say enough about the excellent customer service and delicious food. Mind you I sampled some of their leftovers and I knew I had to go one day. I made reservations by phone and when we arrived I think it is literally the smallest dine-in full service restaurant I've ever been to. There may be a total of ten tables in there, but size means nothing compared to the BIG taste. We got stuffed and it was well worth my wait. The fresh bread with garlic butter/oil they bring to your table is to die for. I can't say enough about the professionalism of the servers and Vito's owner Cathy, who was sure to stop by our table to ask about our dining experience several times. You know this lady cares about her customers, her business and her brand. I highly recommend Vito's Ristorante, a quiant Italian eatery that offers exceptional menu items sure to satisfy every tastebud. Bravo!

Yelp
It was an exquisite experience dining at Vito's on NYE. The food was fantastic, but so was the service and ambiance! This little restaurant has big charm and tons of flavor. I highly recommend Fat Tony's Special made w/Cathy's Sugo. This was a delicious spaghetti and meatball made with the freshest sauce. The Crab Ravioli appetizer is also a must if you love seafood. The pesto sauce is so delicious! And that focaccia bread was hard to put down! The owner went out of her way to personally greet and meet each guest. When you dine here you feel like family. I hope you'll visit soon.

Yelp
Vito's has always been a staple for us. There was always amazing food and of course, Cathy! She truly made the place and has been such a loss for the city. OKC lost a shining star with her, she was an amazing woman.
google avatar

Nicole D.

Yelp
My mother, my daughter and I went to Vitos last night to celebrate my daughter's birthday and we loved everything! The customer service was the best I've ever experienced. The food was super delicious and I had the best Moscato ever! They definitely make you feel like family when you dine there. Absolutely recommend this restaurant!

Rachel W.

Yelp
Vito's has delicious food and great service! It is always packed! Also they have reasonable prices!
google avatar

Yelp
We had eggplant parm, cheese ravioli and chicken scallopini. All were excellent, very delicious complex sauces and large portions. Served with melt in your mouth focaccia and dipping sauce. And homemade tierramissoo. Out of this world Italian in Okc. Yippee!

Cynthia M.

Yelp
Fell in love with everything about this place. Food is amazing. Service is phenomenal. Atmosphere is cozy but like the local cozy neighborhood spot. This is my favorite place now.

Omar A.

Yelp
Great food, love the shrimp spiedinni dish. A bit on the pricier side but otherwise good food and service.
google avatar

Yelp
Great food and attentative staff/servers. Fast service and seating but we didn't feel rushed during our dinner. Parking is tight though so plan accordingly
google avatar

Yelp
Vito's was fantastic. The food was authentic and the portions were generous. This is made from scratch stuff y'all. The atmosphere was intimate. Tables closer together than you would find them in a corporate place...but it was perfect. Real candles and fresh flowers on the tables. My server was on point. Didn't miss a beat throughout my visit. The owner moved through the dining room talking to guests as through they were old friends. Can't recommend this place enough.

Lynne S.

Yelp
After a long roadtrip, we were in the mood for Italian food. Vito's did not disappoint! Our waiter, Thomas and his assistant, Ian, took such good care of us. We started with a great Cesar salad and a bowl of Italian veg soup. Since we were travelling, we split an order of chicken carbonara which was rich and delicious. The restaurant is cozy and charming with many family touches. Would definitely recommend!

Jordan P.

Yelp
The best customer service! Everyone was so kind and attentive. A very cozy atmosphere as well! Bread and dipping oil were amaaaazing! Calamari was excellent! Main dishes were all excellent as well!! Would definitely recommend!

Yelp
I decided to try this restaurant since my family was in the mood for Italian Food. When we entered the restaurant we enthusiastically greeted and felt at home. The meal started with a bread service, the bread had good flavor, but the bread was cold. We ordered a calamari appetizer, which had good flavor but needed salt and a large portion of the calamari was just fried breading. The entrées we ordered were tortellini, spaghetti and meatballs and chicken marsala. The tortellini was very good, but the other entrées were satisfactory. The restaurant was a little understaffed, I could tell our waitress was a bit overwhelmed and frustrated. Some of the dishes had good flavor, but I don't plan to try this restaurant again.

Yelp
We've been enjoying Vito's for years. We first visited them in their old location and followed them when they relocated. The new location has a very small dining room with limited seating but well worth the wait if you love Italian food! On this visit we had the Ravioli and Chicken Spedini , both excellent! And dessert, don't forget dessert! The service is always five star. The owner is always on the floor, visiting the tables and making sure everyone is happy. She makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g51560-d1067475-r858783907-Vito_s_Ristorante-Oklahoma_City_Oklahoma.html#

Yelp
Dined at Vito's for the first time not realizing reservations are recommended. The staff was so friendly and managed to find us a table on a very busy Saturday night. Dining space is small but quant. Food was really good. In fact my husband said it was the best lasagna he has ever had. I had the meat ravioli and the sauce was a little sweet for my taste, but nonetheless good. Again, a big shout out to the staff. They are a well oiled machine and so, so friendly while working in a cramped and very busy environment!

Drew M.

Yelp
Always has been one of the best spots in the city. I got our order to go and it was amazing. Pasta cooked perfectly and the amount of bread and salad they give you is insane! Can't recommend it enough!
google avatar

Steph T.

Yelp
This is a classic Italian spot. The interior has a warm cozy feel, with tables not too spaced out. The food was pretty good and tasted authentic. Definitely worth checking out!

Amy Y.

Yelp
Come for the food, stay for the people. Every single person with whom we interacted was nothing short of kind. Friendly and attentive with top notch food. Go try Vito's! I promise you'll love it.
google avatar

Cale C.

Yelp
We were pleasantly surprised when we popped in on a mission to get coffee and tiramisu following a disappointing dinner experience at a highly rated place a couple miles down the road that rhymes with Rapa Tios. At Vito's we got what we were looking for and great service on top of that.
google avatar

Jessica P.

Yelp
Fabulous experience. Best carbonara of my life, tender and delicious calamari, hearty and tasty lasagna, and incredible atmosphere. The owner personally ensures you have an unforgettable experience. We drove 4 hours and will be back!

Winston G.

Yelp
Most Italian restaurants in Oklahoma are God awful at this place is the best Italian restaurant in the entire state! The menu is incredible. The service is impeccable. I highly recommend this for your next date night!!

Yelp
Vito's. We've been wanting to try this place out for a long time but Italian isn't always our first pick (Only because it can feel heavy with all the cream and cheese). And the times we've called in, all tables have been reserved. Now I know why. :) The place is actually really tiny on the inside but in addition to that, they constantly had a flow of people with reservations. We walked in and were immediately greeted. All the staff were super friendly, especially the owner. There's a difference between nice and friendly and this place is super friendly! Our server was McKenzie and we were also greeted by Raju who has been their longest employee. He apparently started 18 years ago when they opened their doors. We quickly got huge chunks of focaccia bread. It wasn't warm but it honestly didn't matter cuz it was thick and flavorful and was perfect for dipping. Sopped up the garlicky olive oil and balsamic so well. I took my family of 5 and we ordered just two dishes & an appetizer. Each entree comes with a soup or salad and knowing my kids, seeing them dig into the mussels and scarfing the bread down, I figured they were getting stuffed already. The mussels (appetizer) had a nice light cream sauce that was great for the bread but we literally drank it by scooping it with our shells. My wife and I shared the lasagna with meat sauce and added some meatballs for $4. It tasted really rustic- lots of chunky tomatoes if you're into that but the part I liked was that the lasagna wasn't covered in layers of cheese. It definitely had cheese but it wasn't drowning in it like other lasagna I've had. It didn't taste or feel greasy either, which I appreciate. The meatballs were nice and soft. The second dish was Chicken Carbonara. It had mushrooms, bacon, peas, chicken and other stuff - all in a cream sauce. Kids said it had a seafood flavor and it reminded them of the mussel sauce. They really enjoyed it. They told us that the dishes were big enough to split and they didn't charge extra for splitting. My 3 kids split the carbonara and it was perfect - especially since we added on an extra Caesar salad. So the pic you see is 1/3 of the actual dish. The lasagna was split between my wife and I. Pic posted is 1/2 of the lasagna. The Caesar salad was simple and had a very light Caesar dressing. We ended the meal with Italian Cream Cake and Tiramisu. Both were good. The tiramisu definitely had a strong liquor flavor. The prices may be high - but it's honestly only for seafood and steak dishes, which make total sense Everything else is comparable to what you'd get at other places. This is by far one of the best Italian places we've been to. The service and hospitality alone is worth the visit. :)
